Thorax is worried that his species might be going extinct, so he gets some help. The only problem is, there's really only one creature in all of Equestria who could possibly help, and she's currently a hunk of stone. That's when Twilight decides that maybe, if it means keeping the changelings alive, she can try to reform her, the only being left who can create more of them. Now the question really comes down to where changelings even come from. Perhaps a demonstration would be best?
