Sunset Shimmer was going for a walk in the woods. It was a hot summer day so she was wearing a white and pink T-shirt and a short, tight pair of jean shorts. She had just stopped to stretch her arms when suddenly she was zapped in the back with a taser.
She woke up in an old basement with her hands tied behind her back and her feet tied together. She struggled against her bonds. "Where am I? What am I doing here?"
The Dazzlings walked into the room. "Good, you're awake," said Adagio Dazzle. "We will have our revenge for taking away our power."
"You haven't changed a bit," said Sunset. "Come into the light. You'll be happier that way."
"We'll be happier making you suffer," said Aria.
"And going on vacation for a week!" said Sonata excitedly.
"But we don't want you starving to death or getting dehydrated when the heat's a little high in this room," said Adagio. She held up a berry. "Eat this. It's from Equestria. They started growing here when Equestrian magic came through."
"What does it do?" Sunset asked suspiciously.
"It'll keep you from starving or getting dehydrated for a week," said Aria.
"But it'll make you pee a lot," said Sonata. "And not the clear pee either. It's like taking a morning pee, but several times in the morning AND afternoon!" She giggled. "Too bad it keeps you from having to poop, too."
"You're not making me eat that while staying tied up for a week," said Sunset.
Aria grabbed the berry and forced it into Sunset's mouth. She held it shut until Sunset swallowed.
"See you in a week, Sunset," said Adagio, and she, Aria, and Sonata walked out the door.
Sunset sat with her feet and arms tied, and within an hour she already needed to pee really badly. She held it, hoping her friends would rescue her before she had an accident. Soon her desperation grew more and more urgent, and she fidgeted hard, unable to cross her legs or hold herself.
She managed to hold it for a half hour before her bladder overflowed, and Sunset peed in her shorts uncontrollably. The hissing sound of pee spraying denim was easily noticeable, as was a pee smell, though no one was here to witness it. Sunset was embarrassed about her accident all the same, and blushed. She peed for over two minutes, and sat in a smelly puddle.
Only an hour later, Sunset needed to pee again. She held it, not wanting to wet herself twice in one day. But having held to bursting point already, she could only hold it for ten minutes this time before it forced its way out of her into her already-wet shorts, adding to the puddle she had created on the basement floor. There was a little drain near the wall, she noticed, likely to keep her from flooding the basement. Was this how it was going to be for the next week? Peeing herself every hour? She moaned in dismay and embarrassment.
Over the next five hours, Sunset tried in vain to hold it, but ended up wetting herself each time. The eighth time she needed to pee, she didn't bother holding it and just let it all out in her shorts. It was no use, they were already drenched and smelled of pee, and she'd used them as a toilet so many times already it didn't matter anymore.
Sunset peed in her shorts every hour for the next week. Her puddle now covered all of the floor, though the drain on the wall kept the room from flooding. And whenever she managed to get to sleep, she was pretty sure she had peed in her sleep.
She was in the middle of peeing herself at 11:00 when the Dazzlings returned, wearing rubber boots.
"Did you have fun, Sunset?" Aria teased.
Sunset moaned. She wasn't hungry or thirsty but her shorts were supersaturated in her own pee and she smelled bad from not washing for a week.
"We had LOTS of fun on our trip!" said Sonata. "Looks like you peed yourself lots and lots!" She giggled.
"This is only the first phase of our revenge on you," said Adagio. "Next, we will-"
Suddenly, the other Equestria Girls came into the room.
"How did you find us?" Adagio asked.
"My magic was able to locate her somehow," said Twilight. "I can't explain it."
"Get them!" said Adagio.
Aria picked up a baseball bat and swung it at Rarity. Rarity activated her barrier, and Aria fell on her butt with a SPLASH. Adagio grabbed a taser and tried to zap Rainbow Dash, but she zoomed behind her with her speed and kicked her in the butt. Sonata stood in a karate pose to fight Pinkie, but Pinkie simply tickled Sonata, who was soon laying on her back kicking her legs and laughing as Pinkie tickled her.
Aria threw a fork at Twilight, who caught it with her telekinesis, and made it fly around and hit Aria in the butt. Then Applejack picked up Adagio and Aria, spun them around, and threw them face-first into a wall. They passed out facedown in Sunset's puddle, dazed. Sonata reached her limit from all the tickling and also passed out. It was difficult to tell whether she wet herself as well, as she was already soaked in Sunset's pee.
"Are you all right, Sunset?" Twilight asked as she telekinetically untied her.
"Not really," said Sunset, blushing beet red. She was glad they had found her, but it was still embarrassing for all her friends to see her in her current state.
"PU!" said Pinkie, fanning the air. "You really stink, Sunny!"
"That's the last thing she needs right now, Pinkie," said Applejack.
"Oops... Sorry, Sunset," said Pinkie.
"This must have been dreadful for her," said Rarity. "She needs a nice warm bath." And a change of shorts, she thought to herself.
"I'll do it," said Twilight.
Sunset smiled slightly. She appreciated this and if anyone was going to give her a bath she wanted it to be Twilight.
...
"...and then you came, and you know the rest," said Sunset as she finished explaining to Twilight what had happened.
"Don't worry, I still love you, and I'll have you cleaned up no problem."
They reached Twilight's house, and Twilight filled the tub with warm soapy water.
"I don't have to take off my shorts and my shirt, do I?" said Sunset. She wasn't at the point yet where she was comfortable being naked around Twilight.
"You can wear them in the tub if you want," said Twilight. "Besides, they really need to be washed too."
Sunset chuckled slightly. She was still embarrassed about what had happened, but Twilight had made her feel better about it. She climbed into the tub in her wet, smelly outfit, and Twilight poured some water over her head and lathered her hair with shampoo. She then got some soap and a bath scrubber and scrubbed Sunset's back, and her armpits. Then she had her get on all fours so she could scrub her butt. Sunset kind of liked this, and so did Twilight. Once the pee smell was out of her shorts, Twilight washed Sunset's legs and feet, then rinsed her off, and she was sparkling clean.
"Thanks, Twilight," said Sunset. They hugged, Twilight not caring how wet Sunset was. "Do you think they'll be back?"
"After how we stopped them and gave them a bath in your pee, I doubt it. Sorry, Sunset," she added, hoping she hadn't sounded insensitive.
"It's all right," said Sunset. "Their plan did backfire on them."

That afternoon, Sunset was at the mall, now wearing a black T-shirt with her cutie mark on its front and a tight pair of jeans.
She was just on her way to the exit door when she felt a warm wetness on her crotch, spreading to her legs. She looked down and saw her jeans rapidly darkening, and her boots filling up with pee. No... this couldn't be possible.
"Hey look!" A girl in the mall yelled. "She's peeing herself!"
Everyone in the mall turned toward Sunset and laughed. Sunset blushed beet red and tried to hide her face under her hands. She ran out of the mall, still peeing and leaving a trail of urine behind her. She had never been so embarrassed in her life. Even when her friends had seen her in her pee-soaked state, at least they had been compassionate. Pinkie slightly less so but she knew she didn't mean anything by it.
When she finished peeing, she walked over to a tree and sat down in her wet jeans. She couldn't believe she had wet her pants. At least when she was tied up, anyone else would have done the same. Even Rainbow Dash. But she hadn't even realized she needed to go before she started peeing uncontrollably. Was this going to be permanent? Would she wet herself for the rest of her days?
Sunset pulled herself together, stood up, and walked home. Her shoes making squelching noises with each step. Anyone she walked past chuckled lightly or simply said "Well, that sucks." Which made her blush with embarrassment.
When Sunset got home, she changed out of her wet pants and into her outfit from Sunset's Backstage Pass, which came with a tight pair of dark red pants. She was a little reluctant to drink a can of soda today but she was thirsty from walking outside in summer heat. Then she sat on her couch and started playing her favorite video game, hoping it would relax her. And for about an hour, it did.
Until she felt that warm wetness again, spreading through her crotch and butt. This time she could smell it, and she could just hear the hissing sound over her game. Sunset immediately paused and looked down, confirming her worst fears. She was wetting her pants again. She desperately tried to stop, but her stream kept going steady and soaked her pants and the cushion of her couch. Sunset moaned and turned off her game as she finished peeing.
She changed into her orange skirt with black boyshort panties underneath, but peed in that too. Then her Legend of Everfree outfit. At which point she just stayed in her wet shorts until bedtime. She changed into her pajamas and went to bed, hoping she would sleep this off.
But when she woke up the following morning, her pajama pants were wet, as was part of her mattress. A pee smell was in the air. Sunset didn't have to think hard to realize she wet the bed. She was about to change into something else, when she stopped. What was the point? She was just going to pee in whatever she wore again. With a sigh, she stayed in her wet pajamas and went about her day as best she could. She peed herself several times that day, and that night, she wet the bed before she was even asleep. And while she was asleep as well.

Sunset didn't come out of her house, change out of her pajamas, or wash herself for two days. She was too ashamed to ever go out and show her face again. She only pulled her pants down to take a dump, at least she retained control over her bowels. But it didn't make her situation any less humiliating. She was totally incontinent. She was going to pee on herself for the rest of her life.
Late that morning, Twilight called on her cell phone. Sunset hesitated, then answered. "Hello?"
"Hey Sunset. I was so worried about you, I thought the Dazzlings had captured you again."
"Oh, no. Nothing like that."
"Where have you been?"
"Staying inside my house. I'm never going out ever again."
"Why not?"
Sunset hesitated, but remembered how sweet Twilight had been to her for her previous accidents. "I keep wetting myself before I even know I have to go, and it won't stop." She blushed.
"Has this happened ever since the Dazzlings took you?"
"Yes."
"It actually makes sense. You were forced to wet yourself every hour for a week. Whether holding to bursting point or peeing voluntarily, that can, for lack of a better term, potty un-train people."
"Is there a way to make it stop?"
"All you need is to be potty trained again. And I'd be more than happy to do so."
"I'd like that very much. Thank you, Twilight."

Twilight entered Sunset's house a few moments later. Her nose was assaulted with a pungent scent of urine. The house was full of puddles, for Sunset had been so embarrassed by her situation that she hadn't bothered cleaning up.
"Well, first things first, let's clean up this mess," said Twilight. Sunset helped her clean up her puddles, then they entered the bathroom.
"So, how will we start?" Sunset asked.
"It's pretty easy," said Twilight. "First we need to-" She was interrupted by a hissing sound, and a puddle grew around Sunset's feet.
Sunset blushed and giggled nervously.
"Actually, that's a good thing," said Twilight. "It means we can start from the beginning right now. First, sit on the toilet. If it's not too much trouble, strip down to your underwear so I can wash your pajamas."
Sunset removed her wet, smelly pajamas, revealing a white bra and yellow panties that Twilight was pretty sure were originally white. Twilight put Sunset's pajamas in the washing machine along with her sheets. Then she poured a glass of water and gave it to Sunset.
"Drink this," said Twilight. "I'll time how long it takes you to pee."
Sunset drank the water, and sat on the toilet in her pee-soaked underwear. To pass the time, she and Twilight talked. Much of their conversation was casual. Twilight hoped it would relax Sunset, and it did.
Eventually, Sunset stopped talking as she felt her damp panties grow warm and wet. She was peeing through her underwear into the toilet. She blushed lightly.
As soon as she heard the pee splashing into the toilet, Twilight hit the stop button. "One hour, four minutes, 37 seconds," she said.
Sunset chuckled a bit at how precise Twilight was. "What now?"
"Now, as soon as we get to an hour, you try to hold it." Twilight got another glass of water and Sunset drank it down. Twilight set her alarm for an hour, and they continued to talk until then.
When Twilight's alarm went off, Sunset braced herself for the wetting that was to come, and tried to hold it back. To her delight, she was able to feel a need to pee and hold it for a few seconds, before she peed herself again.
"I was able to hold it for a bit," Sunset said.
"Good," said Twilight. "I'll make us some lunch while we wait another hour."
After lunch, Sunset sat back on the toilet. When Twilight's alarm went off again, Sunset was able to hold for ten seconds this time before peeing. The next hour, she held it for half a minute. By the time they'd cooked and eaten their supper, Sunset was able to hold it for five minutes before she peed her underwear again.
"All right," said Twilight. "You clearly regained an ability to hold it. Now, let's play some games, and as soon as you have to pee, rush to the bathroom."
Sunset changed into a black pair of underwear and her pajamas, which had come out of the dryer by now. She still smelled a little, as she hadn't washed for two days and, despite being in dry clothes, a pee smell was still on her from her repeated wettings. She drank a large glass of soda and started playing Halo with Twilight.
Pretty soon, Sunset had to pee. She paused. "I have to go to the bathroom," she said. She ran to the bathroom, but wet her pants in the middle of the bathroom door. She sheepishly returned to Twilight. "I didn't make it," she said, blushing.
"That's all right," said Twilight. "It might take you a few tries. Want to change?"
"No, I'll stay the way I am. I'll probably wet myself a few more times."
So they repeated the process, Sunset drinking more fluids to speed up the process. She had two more accidents in a row on her way to the bathroom, but the next time, she peed as soon as she reached the toilet. Even though her pants were still up, both she and Twilight took it as a good sign.
Soon it got to the point where she could get her pants down in time, but not her underwear. This would happen a few times in a row, and Twilight said "You're getting there!"
Until finally, she was able to pee while sitting on the toilet with her pants and underwear down.
"I did it!" said Sunset.
"Good for you," said Twilight.
She changed into her Sunset's Backstage Pass outfit and washed her pajamas. She made it to the toilet the rest of the times that night, but unfortunately, she wet the bed.
"That's known to happen some nights in the middle of potty retraining," said Twilight after Sunset had told her over the phone. "But once you're fully potty trained again, it'll stop."
"I hope so," said Sunset.
Sunset kept going to the bathroom and keeping her underwear dry that day, aside from a few times she'd hold it a bit longer and end up peeing herself. Soon she found she was having an easier time holding it, and feeling it wasn't coming as close. She still wet the bed for the next two nights, but it stopped after that.
Eventually Sunset was fully potty trained again, just as she was before the whole event, and she was able to put it all behind her.
