Silently, the two of you merely continued to watch the sun slowly set as you held hand and hoof together. No words needed to be said.

When Celestia’s sun finally set, it was soon replaced by Luna's Moon, and her lavender night. Due to the lack of light sources here, you probably would need her help to find your way back home.

Out of nowhere, Applejack sighed sadly and let go of your hand. She turned to face you, her emerald green eyes glowed in the dark before you like that of a cat.

“What’s wrong, Applejack?” you asked, your voice ripe with concern.

“Sugarcube, Ah’m so sorry. Ah haven't been totally honest with ya. Ah just felt if ah told you sooner ya would have never been mah coltfriend in the first place.” she spoke in a low voice.

“What is it?”

“It’ somethin’ Ah needed to tell ya a long time ago. Ah just hope it doesn't break our relationship.”

You stared deeply into Applejack’s beautiful emerald green eyes, and spoke softly. “Applejack, please tell me. I promise, I won’t end our relationship.”

Applejack took a deep breath, before speaking. “Ya know it’s commonplace for ponies to have more than one lover in Equestria, right?”
