//-------------------------------------------------------// Kingdom Key -by Sam Diamondpick- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue - What Lights the Darkness //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue - What Lights the Darkness In the beginning there was darkness But were there is darkness there has to be light, and That light is a Keyblade A Keyblade is a magical Weapon wielded by a true hero who can conquer the darkness The keyblade was created from what is know as Kingdom Hearts, The Power of Kingdom Hearts Forged the X-Blade However the X-Blade was used for evil and inevitably was destroyed by the Light, Destroying the Lives of 3 freinds. A few years later, A boy named Sora conquered the Darkness and Freed his Friend from the Darkness The Next 5 years passed and once again the Darkness was defeated by Sora, And Riku, His freind. The Darkness has vanished.. Or has it?.. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Dive //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 - Dive The 3 ran out of the Cave and back to their homes, Twilight ran and Shut the Door. "Spike, We.. Never saw that.. Got it?" "Agreed!" Spike agreed right away "Spike, I think it's time to go to bed, I think Pinkie's Slumber Part got to me. I didn't get any sleep at all!". Spike nodded his head and they both walked up to there room. They fell asleep in an Instant. Twilight awoke on a Beach. "Wait.. Were am i?" She asked herself She saw a young boy walk up to the beach with his friend. "I've.. Seen that boy before.." Said in question They pointed into the sky to a Purple figure falling into the ocean. "Wait.. Is that m.." Right at that moment she Fell into the sand and she found herself falling from above and falls into the water were she begins to plumit into the depths of the ocean. She landed onto a single platform, As soon she landed, Doves began to fly upward, and The panel underneath her feat became lit in a flare of light. She could not talk, nor think. Her mind was clouded with darkness. She heard a voice say "Choose a weapon in which your most skilled at, A weapon that will not only make you Physically stronger, but also mentally." She walked over to the Staff that appeared and she grabbed it with her hooves. It disappeared within three seconds. The voice then said "Now choose something that you can sacrifice. The only choice that appeared were all of her friends. "No.. No.. NO... NOOOOOOOOO!". Twilight Sparkle woke with a jump and awoke Spike. It was morning time and Twilight spent the day in her room, Crying and asking herself who she was, and what was her destiny, and why was she having these dreams. She had the same dream for 3 days, until she finally went over to her friends, "Whatever I have to do, I have to sacrifice, everything". Her friends disappeared, and then she had looked at her hoof and saw a blade in her hand, It was shaped like a Key, It was the same colour as her coat, the chain was the colour of her mane, And the blade was gold. "What.. Is this?.. It's a.. Keyblade?.." she said to herself. A monster rose from the ground, and it covered her in Darkness, She , Again, Woke with a fright. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - Darkside //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 - Darkside She jumped out of her bed to find that she had been sleeping all day, Dusk had arrived, and Spike was asleep. Twilight peered out her window to find the Giant Black Monster she had seen in her dreams. She had remembered that a key popped in her hand and she concentrated on her hoof. The key appeared with a shine and a sparkle, Symbolizing her ability in magic, She opened the window, and charged at the monster. Twilight Jumped up and slashed the beast in the face a few times, but to no sucsess. The beast grabbed Twilight and threw her at her Tree House, and She flew right threw the building like metal throw a thin piece of paper. She became worn out and blacked out. When she awoke she found her self in a pure white room, With 13 high chairs, It seemed as if they were in the sky. A black hooded figure walked up to Twilight, and pulled down his hood. The figure stood upright on two legs, Had Red Spiky hair and had 2 lavender diamonds painted under his eyes. "Oh, good. Your awake, Twilight Sparkle" The man said Twilight Responded "Who are you, Wh-What are you?". "Me, My name's Lea, Got it memorized? I'm a Nobody.. Well used to be..". "A.. Nobody?" She questioned Lea. "Yea, A Nobody. You see, when a person with a powerful heart loses their heart, There re-incarnated as a nobody. Some how, I regained my human spirit when my Nobody form, Axel, died.". "I'm so confused.. Why was that.. Thing.. After me?" She asked Lea. "It's called a Heartless, They seek to devour peoples hearts. That big thing was only a recon unit. They heartless will return to your world soon, and in greater numbers.. Hundreds.. Possibly thousands.. Even Millions.. You will need more Keyblade masters.. I can hook ya up with 2 I know, But you'll need 6 more to even stand a chance.". "I have 6 girls in mind I know who can help.." She said. Lea opened a portal made of complete darkness "C'mon Twilight, I'll take you to Destiny Island's to get 2 freinds of mine.." Twilight and Lea walked through the portal and found themselves on Destiny Islands "Wow.. This place is so beautiful!" She said to herself. "Yea, I once went here with two freinds, But one turned into a Human and the other was killed". "Wow, that's sad, Lea". She said to Lea in sympathy. "Why don't you go ahead and look for Sora or Riku's house Twilight. I'll wait here and keep watch". "Ok Lea, I'll see you when i get back!" She said winking at Lea. Twilight walked into the forest, and found her self on the other side were a small neighbourhood lied. She walked through the houses in lines and finally found Sora's house. She walked up to the door and knocked on it "Don't worry Ma, I'll get it!" Sora said walking to the door. He opened the door to find a Lavender pony. "Hey there little Filly, Did you get lost? I bet you one of Touha's Horses" He said to Twilight. "Um.. Excuse me, What is a Touha?" she answered. Sora fainted as soon as he heard the Lavender pony talk. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 - Keyblade Masters, come forth! Part 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 - Keyblade Masters, come forth! Part 1 Sora was laying on a couch after he saw the pony talk. "So, Your from a world of magical talking equines?" Riku asked Twilight. "Yes, and it's in grave danger.. Heartless are tracking me because I am a Keyblade Master". Twilight responded to Riku, With much sadness "You.. sound sad, It's because of your freind Rarity isn't it.." He said. "Riku, How-How do you know about Rarity?". "She's a Keyblade weilder." He said.. Twilight Paused for a moment, She was surprised that a Human knew a pony. Sora got up from his slumber. "Ughh, Riku... I had the strangest dream that That filly talked to me.." Sora said, thinking he had awoken from a dream "Umm. It wasn't a dream. I can talk.. My name is Twilight Sparkle" Twilight responded while reaching out her hoof. "Well.. Uhh, Nice to meet you Twilight! My name's Sora!". The conversation on why Rarity had become a Keyblade master, and Why she was in danger. "You see, You had seen the same person me and Sora had seen before the island was eaten by darkness. He told us that Destiny Island's had been connected to the outside worlds, Exposing it to Darkness. Once the darkness enters a world, A man named Ansem, will enter the world, Look for a pawn, and Destroys the entire world, then moves onto the next.." Riku had explained to Twilight. "The Key you hold in your hands is know as "The Spark". It is said that if the 6 Ledgendary Keyblades are put together. A blade of Ultimate power is created. The Ultima weapon, Able to destroy anything within a single slice of the earth beneath you. Your Freind Rarity has the 2nd Key known as "The Giver", We have to free Rarity from the Darkness in order to get the power of her Key Blade.". "Wait, Rarity wasn't consumed by the darkness. She has been Normal, that must mean Somepony else is corrupted." She said. "Then it's time to go to Equestria" Sora said. The four arrived in Equestria, The streets were full of ponies when Twilight Looked out her window. "OK, I'm going to use a spell that will turn you into Stallions. Are you 3 ready?". The three said in unison "READY!" Twilight's horn began to spark, Then it started to glow and a field of magic surrounded the 3. They opened there eyes and noticed that they were shorten than before. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4.1 - Crusaders! //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4.1 - Crusaders! "Ok girls! Today, We are visiting Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters! Luckily, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy, have gotten us all here safely!" "Miss Cherilee, How come we don't have, You know, Safety Partners?" Uttered Diamond Tiara, as She shivered in fear. "Good Point Diamond Tiara! Now I'll assign you a Chaperone, and you'll go explore the castle with them! Rainbow Dash, You can have Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, and Applebloom. Fluttershy, You'll have Snips, Snails, and Twist. I'll take the rest.". The ponies split up inside the castle. "Rainbow, Have 'ya ever been in this castle before?" Asked Apple Bloom. "Yep! Me and the others were here when we defeated Night Mare Moon!". "WOW! You defeated Nightmare Moon?" Sweetie Belle screamed! "SHH, Your going to make the castle collapse if your not quiet!" Rainbow Whispered. The 4 Ponies came across a ominous Manhole. The Manhole read,"Est ubi nox dicetur lumen". "Est ubi what?" Scootaloo said, Just as confused as everpony else. "Where there's a Darkness, A light will be shown...." Said Rainbow-Dash. Rainbow Dash opened the manhole and went down. The Three Foals followed. She walked down the pipes, The pipes were covered with Sewage, and the floor was covered in water. The 4 came across a small room where a light shown through a small window. The Light revealed a Pedestal with 3 Blades wedged into stone. Rainbow Dash walked torward the Swords, As if they were in a Trance. "Rainbow? 'Ya feeling 'alright?" Applebloom asked the Cyan Pony. Rainbow Dash didn't respond, She then uttered the word, "Ventus". The blades rose, they Flared with a light of Color, The three colors of The Cutiemark Crusaders's Mane's. Then the blades flew to the Three Foals, Sure of their certain deaths, The three screamed. Before the blades were able to touch them A black robed figure jumped down from the wall, It caught the blades and dropped them on the ground. "Who-who are you?" Asked Scootaloo. "My name.. Is Roxas" Said the robed figure as he pulled down his hood. Rainbow Dash bowed to Roxas, As if she was a Knave under his service. "Has Xemnas provided with a mission?" She asked. "No actually, you are relived of Your Duties Rainbow Dash." Roxas said to her. He jabbed Rainbow in the chest, giving her a heart. Rainbow Dash fell to the ground, She looked back up at Roxas. "V--Ventus?" "No, Rainbow Dash, My name is Roxas." He responded. "Wh- Where's Ventus? What did you do to him?". "Don't worry, I'll explain everything". He responded to Rainbow Dash. "Wait Wait Wait, Who the heck are you? Why is Rainbow Dash all messed up now?". "The Rainbow Dash you know, was a nobody. Her heart was lost in what is known as 'The Keyblade War'. She served under Ventus as his companion. When Vantias invaded Ventus's body, Rainbow Dash lost her heart. Her body was plunged into an array of Darkness. I happened to have stumbeled upon her heart while inside of Kingdom Hearts. I found her Nobody outside of Twilight Town, I Gave her the name Fire, and she Joined Organization XII. She had carried out missions, Her final mission was to join your world. We turned her into your native speices, or her original form, Wiped her memory, and sent her to this World, She had preformed many great feats, The Sonic Rainboom, Defeating Discord, and Nightmare Moon. Once she saw the words, Est ubi nox dicetur lumen, Her motives were restored, She would have been a threat to this world if i had not given her her heart back.". "Wow, So my idol, never existed?" Said Scootaloo. "Correct, Scootaloo. The form you know of, Wasn't an actual being, This may be hard Rainbow, but i need you to understand, We need to get your Keyblade back. First i'll need to give you your memories.. Are you ready?" "Yes, Roxas..". Roxas touched his hand to her head, she recived all her memories of her time in Ponyville, She saw the time she Preformed the Sonic Rainboom, When she crashed into Twilight Sparkle, When she tried to get the Daring Do book, When she saved Rarity and The Wonderbolts. A tear came to Rainbow Dashes eye. "Th-Thank you.. Roxas" She said. "Now for you three... The blades you have found, They have chosen you, and now, They are yours", //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One - Connected //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One - Connected Twilight Sparkle was working in her Tree house, She was working on a way to make Solar energy to power the entire Ponyville and Supply them electric for the entire year. "SPIIKE!" Twilight yelled "Coming Twilight!" Spike yelled back running down the stairs Spike came to a stop in front of Twilight "Yes Ma'am?" He said while saluting to his master. "Spike" Twilight said with a giggle, "I'm not your Dictator! I just needed a favor!". "Sorry, I'm just super Excited about the new Year supply of Electric! It's gonna be so cool!" He said to Twilight Twilight said to spike "I need the Copper wire I gave you, Do you have it?". "You mean the brown rope looking thing?" "Yes Spike, I mean the Brown ropey thingy!" "Well, I sort of.. Umm... Ate it.." "Wh-What?" Said Twilight in shock. "I thought it was Topaz in the shape of Licorice! I'm sorry! Here, I'll go out and get some more!" "No, No." Twilight corrected Spike "Copper is really hard to find, I'll get Rarity and she'll help me look!". Spike gasped as soon as he heard the word "Rarity" "Did-Did you say.. Rarity? THEN I'M COMING!". "OK then! Lets go!" Twilight walked over to Rarity's door and knocked on it. Rarity walked out, Looked around, and Pulled Twilight Inside. "Twilight, Darling, are you okay?". "Why what happened?" Twilight Questioned Rarity. "We saw a Hooded Figure walk through town." "Oh great, Not this again." Twilight said to Rarity with a Sigh "No way Twilight! She was all spooky looking and was covered in Darkness! She walked around like all 'Oooh look at me i'm spoooookyyyyy'!" Pinkie said as she jumped out from the Darkness. Twilight gasped and fell over when Pinkie jumped at her and screamed. "Pinkie, Don't scare me like that!" Twilight said to Pinkie Pie. "Anyway, I was just on my way to ask for a Pickaxe, I need to go to Copper Cave." "OOH! I needed some Copper, It will look good on a dress as a trim! I'll go with you darling!". "Well alright then! Let's go Spike!" "Coming Twilight!" Yelled Spike Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, and Spike walked into Copper Cave. The darkness made it impossible to see, Rarity began to shiver expecting something to come out and scared her, While spike held her hoof to comfort her. Twilight had been through worse so she wasn't scared. "Wait why are we wondering around in the Darkness?" Asked Twilight "Oh, Right, Unicorn Magic!" Twilight's Horn Sparked and then lit the cave, Once the cave was lit a Mysterious Figure had appeared infront of them who had not been there before The 3 of them jumped and screamed The mysterious figure said in a familliar voice "This world.. has been connected"....
