A Stormy Victory

Starlight cried herself to sleep every night it’s the only way she can even show emotion anymore. She remembered the day well when her whole world shattered before her eyes.

Starlight opened up the door to Twilight’s castle she was relieved to see The Mane 5 and Spike but she grew concerned when she saw no Twilight, Spike being in tears didn’t help matters.

“Where’s Twilight?” Starlight asked frightened.

“Evacuate the citizens to The Crystal Empire, Twilight’s gone.” Rainbow Dash said worried.

Starlight was shocked at what she heard Twilight was gone.

Starlight got everyone in the castle to the train and made it to the Crystal Empire.

Shining Armor went to greet them after seeing a letter from Spike.

“Starlight, Spike I heard what happened, I’m so sorry for what happened to Twilight.” Shining Armor said with tears.

Shining Armor then glared at the Mane 5.

“I heard what you five did and I am very angry at what you did to Twily you should all be ashamed of yourselves.” Shining Armor spoke with anger.

The Mane 5 hung their heads in shame but then Shining Armor spoke again.

“It does not matter now let us go prepare for the resistance.” Shining Armor commanded.

The day Starlight became Commander was a good day for her but it was still a painful reminder of how she lost Twilight and to an extent Spike.

“I promise to save Equestria Twilight and Spike too.” Starlight promised to the night sky who she meant to be Twilight.
