A shocking accident and now you are in Equestria injured and learning how to live in this place, all while trying to figure how to woo that wonderful yellow angel, but only at your own pace. You don't want to come on to strong or go against how ponies do things.
World will be mostly RGRE but you aren't from here and are having a hard time with it.
