Taking a second to breathe he bowed down before speaking. "Your highness, one of the monsters we caught yesterday, well it can..." He trailed off a bit, struggling to find words. "Relax my little pony, breathe deeply and tell me what it can do." She said, expecting it to be some sort of strange ability that the guards couldn't replicate. "Well...It can speak." He spluttered out, sounding as though he was questioning the truth of his statement, "And it says it has a message for you." He continued. Celestia blinked in shock at those words. This monster could speak, and wanted to speak with her. She frowned at what this could mean. Could it be an intellegient creature? Could it be a species not yet discovered that wished to make contact? Or could it be a terrible villain's henchpony, sent to threaten her. "Bring it in." She said, her usually nice demeanour replaced by a stoic one, shocking some of her guards. After a few minutes the doors opened. Celestia silently prepared a stun spell. All the guards tensed up gripping their weapons tighter. "Fucking hell it stunk in there." A...Creature said, waving his shackled hands in front of his...Nose? It was hard to tell since its entire face and skin was a simple green, with the face containing no visible openings to talk, see, or smell. Although it looked like it's face was flat, slight bumps came out of the green face, of what Celestia could only assume were it's mouth and nose. Another peculiarity was that a large black question mark was placed smack bang in the middle of its...Face? It was so confusing. At least it's clothes could easily be identified as clothes, being a large brown trench coat, reaching down to it's ankles. It also wore dark brown jeans and a light brown fedora. It also stood on it's hind legs, which was even stranger. "Creature, state your buisness in Equ-" Celestia began before beign cut off. "Yeah, yeah, look I'm on a tight schedule because SOMEBODY decided to throw me in jail." It said, glaring down at the guards to either side of him. Celestia now noticed how tall he was as well, being almost double the size of a normal pony. "Silence monster!" One of the guards yelled, holding a spear to his back threatiningly. "For the last fucking time, how the fuck am I a monster!" It yelled back at the speaking guard. The guard simply snorted and looked it up and down, "I mean, look at you, you're so..." He trailed of slightly, searching for the right word, "Unnatural." He continued, smirking. "How the fuck am I unnatural! You got fucking Griffins here, you got manticores, and you're a fucking pony with a spear for crying out loud." The creature yelled back, unfazed by the guards that had pointed their spears at him threateningly. "Enough!" Celestia yelled in the Royal Canterlot voice, silencing everypony. Turning to the creature she narrowed her eyes at it. "Speak your message quickly, I do not take kindly to monsters insulting my ponies." She continued threatiningly. "Fine, fine, I'm just here to deliver a package." He said, reaching into his trench coat, and pulling out a box. He then promptly threw it at Celestia's hooves. "Insolent fool! You dare throw something so carelessly at the sun goddess hooves like that!?" The guard beside her cried out in disgust. "I don't believe in gods. Besides I've been outside the atmosphere, so I know your secret Celestia." It said confidently. Celestia quickly shot a blast at the monster, hitting it square in the chest. However instead of sending it flying like a blast like that should have done, he simply groaned in pain falling to his knees. It chuckled slightly, blood falling out of its mouth as it did. How though? She hadn't even put that much power into her spell, and yet he was on his knees on deaths door. He coughed once again, a chunk of...something coming out and hitting the floor. "Welp, thanks a lot author." It said, shaking it's head. "Fucking lazy bastard." Meanwhile Celestia sat on the throne, looking down in shock at the blood on her carpet. Shaking herself out of vomiting from the sight of blood., she cast an analysis spell on him to reveal he was indeed dying. "Heh, don't worry about 'Tia. To be honest I kinda expected this. The author doesn't necessarily like you, so he's just gonna use me as an excuse to kill you." The creature said, smiling as it looked back up at her, only confusing the Princess more. "Who is the author?" She asked walking towards it. She stopped suddenly as the creature coughed up more blood. "Hold up, how are you coughing up blood?" She asked, tilting her head in confusion. The creature simply shrugged, "Just a way to show the audience I'm dying." It said, sighing as it looked down at what appeared to be a watch. "Welp, my time's up. See you in hell Celestia." It said, saluting as it collapsed to the ground. A loud boom, suddenly sounded throughout the castle, as an explosion came from the toof above the creature, sending dust everywhere. Coughing, Celestia cleared her throat of dust while flapping her wings to clear away said dust, revealing a large blue beam surrounding the creatures body. The body soon disintegrated, the viisible particles flying upwards. A loud voice suddenly came through the hole, sounding pretty angry. "Alright, which of you fuckers killed Anon!?" It yelled. Gulping Celestia stepped up to the beam, stopping just outside the barrier of blue. Shaking slightly, she replied, "I did, and I am very sorry for it. If he was your friend I take full responsibility." After a few minutes of silence before a beam suddenly shot through the hole, angling toward her neck, yelling in faer she raised a shield to block it...But too late, as a jolt of pain entered and exited her neck. "Fuck you then!" The voice said as Celestia's vision began to fade, but not completely before she heard the words that would haunt her for the rest of her life(Literally), "Kill them all!" Canterlot burned, the fires being so bright you could see them from Griffonstone. Ponies screamed in the streets, as creatures from another realm marched through, killing them with their ungodly weapons. The fires burned into the night, and into the morning, only finally being extinguished once they ran out of fuel. The once great mountain city, reduced to ash, the only way to tell it was even there in the first place being the remains of the once tall stone walls, now reduced to the size of a small house. Nobody heard what had happened, or why it happened, but they knew it wasn't just limited to Canterlot. All over the country, cities and towns burned, as this army of death marched, never leaving any survivors. Soon, after a few weeks, they disappeared, leaving the hellscape of Equestria behind. The Crystal Empire also fell, though much more silently than Equestria, with the snow silencing any rogue fires. Of all this though, one thing was clear. Not a single pony was left alive... Author's Note Fuck this is a confusing chapter, but had no way to introduce this other than this, cause I have the writing skill of a fucking ape. The Declaration of WarNicholas walked through the halls of the ship, the dark metals lining the walls creaking ever so slightly. In his hands he held a piece of paper containing his speech. He was in no way prepared for this. Nothing could have. Upon hearing the news he hardly believed it himself until they showed him the body. His longtime friend and ally had died at the hands of those...Ponies. It made him shake with rage at even the thought of the name of those wretched creatures. He never liked them in the first place, considering their obsession with so-called friendship. It was ironic that they always went on about that yet had no problem killing other creatures friends. And while he did wipe out the ponies that did the deed, he wasn't satisfied. He wanted to kill more. He shook himself out of his violent thoughts as he reached a door, breathing in a deep breath before opening it to reveal the bridge. Every crew member immediately turned to face him, saluting. He didn't care for the salutes. He didn't deserve them. He wasn't even supposed to be captain. Regardless he nodded to them before walking to the comm table. "Open a channel." He said, not even turning to face the comms engineer. "With who sir?" He asked, his hand hovering over the frequency dial. Nicholas stood there in silence for a moment, the reality of the situation seeming to somehow smash into him. "Everyone." He said, the anger still burning inside him. The engineer hesitated for a moment before replying with a quick, "Yes sir." As he started turnign the dials, tapping some buttons along the way. His hand hovered over the activation button for a moment before pressing down, the results being almost immediate. With a confirming nod from the engineer that they were live he took another deep breath before speaking... Raynor sat in the Hyperion's cantina, sipping away at the barkeep's famous beer. He was slapped out of his idle thoughts however as the speakers in the corners of the roof suddenly whined to life. "People of the Multiverse." It said, echoing throughout the ship. He knew that voice though, staying still as he began listening to the broadcast. By the looks of it though he was adressing the Multiverse. Raynor had only known about the Multiverse for a while now, and it took him a while ot come to terms with the fact that there were millions of other Raynor's out there. "It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the death of Anonymous the Messenger." Raynor spat out his drink mid sip, turning to face the speaker in disbelief. "He was killed by the race known as Ponies." He said the last part with venom in his voice, his anger very noticeable through the speaker. "Therefore, in the name of vengeance I herebye on behalf of this ship, that we declare war on Equestria." It said, causing some of the inhabitants of the cantina to cheer. "We also call upon everyone to do the same, afterall we can't cover every Equestria at once." The cheers and crys for vengeance only grew with each word, with everyone, including Raynor standing up. "You do not have to, but in the case that you do, we are sending you the coordinates and means to get you to your nearest Equis." The speaker fell silent for a second, the angry shouts reaching deafening levels. "Go give them hell." With those words, Raynor sprung into action pressing the earpiece in his ear, "Matt, set course for Equis, we got some ponies to kill." Masterchief smashed a metal hand into the stonewall beside him, the broadcast still echoing in his mind. Noting the lack of plasma fire coming his way, he turned towards the covenant he had been firing to find them simply staring silently at either the ground or him. It appeared that they too had recieved the transmission. Dropping his rifle he walked towards one of the elites that was looking at him. The elite tensed up at first before relaxing slightly as Masterchief held his hands up. Continuing forward he stopped just in front of the elite, extending his hand. "I think we can both agree that they need to die." He said, the elite looking at his hand in thought. Finally, after what felt like hours, the elite shook Chief's hand, looking him in the eye. "Do not think this is over demon." It said, shocking chief slightly with it's english, "We only do this for the Messenger." Nodding, Chief let go of it's hand before turning back to pick up his dropped rifle. "Time to kill some ponies..." He floated around in the blackness, it being all he had known for thousands of years. It was strange how time worked here, as he was aware of the day and night yet there were no visible signs of any of them. He could also view the world in his mind, as well as view it's past and future. He had forgotten his original name long ago, having no need of it. In here the only one you oculd talk to was the occasional banished soul and even they didn't talk much. He brought up a phantom hand to an invisible chin. He was deeply embroiled in anger at the recent events, said anger being pointed at the ponies of his universe. Of course he had no reason to, the ones who commited the offence were long dead, yet he just couldn't help it. He had to be mad at someone and there just so happened to be a perfectly untouched pony world that he was already mad at. "Welp, guess if I'm gonna return I might as well do it now." He said, floating towards his current goal. Paarthunax sat on his mountain, mulling over the recent news. The ponies had killed Anonymous, and now everyone wanted to attack them. In reality he didn't really have much choice in the matter, his control over the dragons already being fragile enough. It wasn't even the dragons that wanted revenge, the various races of Tamriel also wanted to attack them. Of course, neither could succeed without the other, with the races having the numbers, and the dragons having the strength. Another dragon suddenly flew up to him, bowing as he landed. "My lord, have you made your decision yet?" He asked. "Yes, but first we shall consult the races." Paarthunax said, preparing to fly. "No need my lord, they have already given the all clear." The dragon said. Paarthunax sighed, halting his ascent. He didn't really see the need to take such radical action against the ponies, especially ones who didn't have anything to do with it. However he didn't have choice now that the races and his dragons wanted to go. "Then we go to war." He said, staring down at the young dragon. Said dragon bowed deeper, a fire in his eyes. "To war..." Author's Note I'm gonna be honest with you I'm making this shit up as I go. For The RepublicAuthor's Note Equestrian space suits are just human astronaut suits but more advanced, and their ammunition is...it can just be like a gauss rifle, cause physics don't apply here. Man I rushed this, but I haven't written anything recently and I felt like I had an obligation to do so. Also for all the people who disliked this story, it is completely understandable, I mean, why would you even read this? For The Republic Eradicator: Galactic Republic Equestrian Tech: Space Age Anthro: Yes Captain Twilight Sparkle of the HMS Glory sat on her pilot seat, the hourly cup of coffee in her hand. It was very tiring work being a ship captain, you have to feed or crew, train your crew, make sure you don't get betrayed by your crew, which ended up leading to hourly cups of coffee being made. The HMS Glory was smaller than the usual frigate, but larger than a fighter, making it excellent at surgical strikes. Aboard the ship was 5 five other ponies consisting of, Pinkamena Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy, each with their own job to maintain the ship. Everythign was goin perfectly fine, until a beeping came from her tablet, a red question mark signifying an emergency signal. Placing her coffee into the small holder made for it, she reached over to grab the tablet, opening it to discover the source of the signal. A distress signal opened, waiting to be played. Tapping it, Twilight listened to the signal. Her ears were immediately bombarded with the sound of explosions and screams, both being very crackly in the background of the recording. "This is the Orbital Defence Station Sagitarius requesting immediate support. We have been engaged by unknown ships above Meinhoof. We have been unable to halt them and they are landing on the planet. any ships out there we need immedia-" The recording was suddenly cut off after one final explosion, ending it. Jumping up, Twilight immediately headed to the bunks, shouting to rouse the sleeping crew members and prepare them for a slipspace jump. After a quick, argument about being able to sleep, they all managed to get up and head to their stations after realizing the gravity of the situation. Reaching for the slipspace button, she hesitated for only a moment before pressing it down, cuasing the ship to lurch forward at incredible speeds to their destination. The ship rocked as it slowly came out of slipspace, not alerting any of the crew as this was normal for such a small ship. Their calmness disappeared quickly however as they came out of slipspace into a graveyard. Thousands of pieces of debris surrounded the Defence Platform, or what was left of it, most likely from the what seemed like hundreds of destroyed ships. Snapping out of her shock she swerved out of the way of a large chunk of ship, skillfully dogding many other offending chunks, before stopping in a small clearing to assess what they were seeing. "It's gone." Twilight said, dumbfounded. Her shock was not alone though, as the rest of the crew sat in their designated seats staring with jaws agape. If she remembered correctly the 7th Fleet had been stationed at Meinhoof for some time, explaining the utter death surrounding them. The 7th Fleet had consisted of about 50 ships, 3 being capital ships. And they had been wiped out, the bodies of the ponies aboard their crews now floating aimlessly in space. In fact, the only thing that seemed somewhat intact was the Defence Platform, despite it having lost a majority of it's mass. They had to board it. "You know the plan, we board it, reach the bridge and extract the records to find out what the tartarus took our ships out." Twilight said looking at the crew assembled before her, consisting of everyone except for Fluttershy, who would stay behind in the ship and try to contact the homeworld. Holstering her blaster, she signaled fluttershy to prepare the airlock as they approached it. Equipment: Twilight: Grav Boots, R-14 Pistol Rainbow: P-45 Rocket Launcher, Grav Boots, D-12 Rifle Rarity: Grav Boots, R-14 Pistol, First-Aid Kit Applejack: Enhanced Suit that is stronger but slower than the usual suit, Grav Boots, EHMG(Equestrian Heavy Machine Gun), Engineer Kit(Includes small generator) Pinkie Pie: Grav Boots, Jet Pack, SP-58 Shotgun. After a quick depressurization, the party found themselves entering the destroyed hangar, devoid of fighters. Must have mobilized everything. Twilight thought, her worry growing by the minute at the foes they may face. They managed to cross the hangar with relative ease thanks to their grav boots, reaching the door leading out. As everyone was going through, Rainbow stopped for a minute, lowering herself down to the hinges. "Captain, these hinges were blown off." She said, rubbing a protected hand against the ruined metal. Rarity rolled her eyes at this, "Honestly darling, do you have to state the obvious all the time." Rainbow scowled at her in response, before turning back to the hinges. "No, I mean they were targeted. Look at these scorch marks, they're too precise to be stray weapon fire." Lowering herself down to Rainbow's level, Twilight saw that she was indeed right. Her sensors started rapidly beeping, signalling a hostile nearby, springing up she unholstered her blaster, pointing it at the entrance to the hangar. Glancing at her passive scanner, it was moving right for them. The others had clearly noticed this as well, as they were also readying their weapons and aiming them at the door. However as it neared their position it simply went overhead, causing them to aim up, only for them to find a barren roof. Lowering their guns but not holstering them, they slowly continued on through the station, through the door, not saying anything for fear of being heard by the intruders above. As they walked through the hallways they found similar blast marks on all the doors, floating bodies with blast marks now occupying them. Regardless of the deaths of their fellow Equestrians they pressed forward, never once lowering their guard. After a couple of minutes they made it to an open elevator shaft. Of course the power was not on so the elevator was not on their level, leading to them deactivating their grav boots and floating upwards to the bridge, this being made easy with the zero gravity. They soon made it to said bridge, to find a string of bodies floating, the lack of lights not coming from their helmets also adding to the horrific scene. After a short moment they reactivated their grav boots and walked through the bridge, everyone trying to ignore the carnage. "Alright Applejack, get that generator set up and power up the console, we need to find out what the hell took them out. Rainbow and Pinkie Pie set up a perimeter, and Rarity assess the cause of death for the crew." Twilight said, pointing to each individual. Hopefully whatever killed them was long gone. "Come again Glory, did you say wiped out?" A skeptical voice sounded from the other side of the comms said, causing Fluttershy to sigh in frustration. "Yes they have been wiped out, and the Station has been mostly destroyed. The captain has taken a boarding party aboard what is left of the station to find out what happened. What Celestia damned, we need assistance incase whatever took them out comes back." For a while there was only the silent crackling of the commlink, making Fluttershy frown. She opened her mouth to speak when something caught her eye. It was a large piece of metal except more brighter than the usual dull grey the Equestrians used. It also had a large strip of red going down the middle, while being in the shape of a strange triangle. And it was moving towards her. Not like it was floating, as in it was moving directly towards the ship. She realized it too late, as a large blue laser shot from it's front, annihilating the small ship, taking Fluttershy with it... "Cause of death seems to be from lack of oxygen, understandable really considering we are in space." Rarity said after inspecting the last of the dead bodies. Twilight didn't get a chance to respond as a gleaming light suddenly came from the console, drawing her there to find a triumphant Applejack. "All set up and good to go captain." She said in pride. Nodding her thanks, Twilight headed to the Console, moving to open the records. Her hand froze however as a small red blip had appeared on the planetary map, and began blinking rapidly as it started moving. Right towards the Glory. Reacting quickly, she immediately attempted to radio Fluttershy before a blue laser shot past her head, causing her to spin around while crouching while aiming her pistol at the offender. Nothing. Looking around the room, she saw everyone else aiming at the door leading to the bridge as well, each with their weapons drawn. Gulping she signalled for them to move toward the door... "Have you traced the signal yet?" "Yes commander." "And what of the ponies on the station?" "We have sent a squad to engage them commander." "Good. Plot a course for Equis. Time to finish what we came here for..." Twilight slowly moved toward the doorway, pistol drawn and at the ready, the members of her crew ready to fire on anything that came through. An orb was suddenly thrown through the door way, a red light beeping on it. Eyes widening, she moved to dive out of the way when a massive shock wave sent her flying, ripping her grav boots away from the ground and into a ruined wall, losing her grip on her gun. Eyes blurry from the shock, she looked toward the door while attempting to find her vision again. White figures appeared from the doorway, shooting blue lasers from what appeared to be rifles. Planting her feet on the ground she reactivated her grav boots, diving behind the holo table. Looking to her right she spotted Rarity beside her, pistol in hand, firing at the attackers. Her heart stopped when a blue laser hit clean through Rarity's head, causing blood to coat the inside of the visor. The shocked didn't last long as she saw another white figure round the table, it's head turning towards her while raising it's weapon... Admiral Armor sighed in boredom. Ever since the defeat of the Changeling Dominion the large fleet that Equestria owned was largely ceremonial, and with it, him. The only real interesting thing that happened was the recent distress call that had come in, although he suspected it was fake. Honestly, an entire fleet wiped out? He would have heard of it if such a thing happened. Completely, and utterly bizzar- A large ship suddenly appeared in front of him, right in the middle of the fleet. Any comprehensible thoughts were gone, as large blue lasers shot out from it heading for the surrounding ships. Opening his mouth to issue orders, he was cut short as the ship shook from one of the blue lasers, causing a visible explosion at the front of his ship. Steadying himself he barked orders to return fire, and alert the rest of the fleet. Turning back to the glass shield that gave him view of what was happening, his eyes widened in horror, as the second largest ship in the fleet's thrusters powered down, and with it all the lights and weapons on it as a large laser hit the centre, eliciting a large explosion. Thankfully though the ships soon opened fire, orange blasts coming from their weapons. Only to bounce off a materializing blue aura around the enemy ship. Knowing when he was beaten, he opened his mouth to give the order to retreat when a blast hit the bridge, silencing him forever... "Half the ships have been destroyed commander." "Good. Prepare the bombardment of the planet." "As you wish commander." There was no mercy. The ship dubbed as the 'Destroyer' by the ponies hunted down and destroyed every Equestrian ship and planet, even eviscerating the homeworld. The homeworld fleet and armed forces fought fiercely, especially the royal sisters, yet they couldn't stand against the terrifying warrior that came down personally to dispatch them. Of course, the name 'Destroyer' was not in use for long as it eventually lived up to it's name by wiping out the last remnants of ponykind on the planet Tarsonis. And with that, they fell...
