Fluttershy takes Zephyr Breeze on a trip to Canterlot so he can meet the princess for the first time. They have a generally good time there and it has Zeph excited to meet the princess of the sun. He finally meets her and the conversation they have goes well, Zeph then notices that it’s going a little too well.....
He starts to notice how everything he has told Celestia hasn’t bothered her and she always seemed interested in what he has to say. Then out of nowhere Celestia asks him if she could meet him again, and if he’d eat dinner at the castle with her next time they meet. It was at that moment that Zeph realized the conversation he had with the princess made her have a crush on him. After the meetings over he goes to Twilight to get her perspective telling her that it made no sense. Why is Celestia attracted to him of all ponies?! Twilight tells Zephyr he’s sounding ridiculous, and convinces him to give it a chance. So Zeph goes to the castle and eats dinner with Princess Celestia and tries to understand why she saw him as a potential lover. Until Celestia tells him herself. Then unlike Twilight who convinces him that he’s overthinking, Celestia explains why but also invites Zephyr to her private chambers once he agrees. This way Celestia can reward him for saying yes to being in a relationship with her, via a more.... intimate way.
