Chapters If Rainbow Dash was in... FALL GUYS
Rainbow Dash opened her eyes, and saw that she was falling.
"What the!?"
She looked around and saw several weird-looking living beings fall down as well. It was 40 in numbers, and the number kept increasing. They looked a lot like... beans?
As Rainbow Dash kept falling, she tried to make sense out of her current situation. "Just where did that portal take me?", she thought.
Soon enough, the number of contestants increased to 60. Everybody fell down faster now. Some of those 'beans' looked very determined, but Rainbow Dash was still worried. What in the world has she gotten into? She was in some kind of a game show, in which probably the best one wins.
"A competition? Count me in!", Rainbow Dash said determined. And then, the ground came closer.
Despite the super fast fall, Rainbow Dash wasn't hurt, and netiher those living beings. She looked around and saw many flags with the same logo on it.
"Fall Guys...", Rainbow Dash thought, "So these living beings are Fall Guys, and this is a show dedicated to them?"
She wasn't even wrong - she stood at the starting line of a track with some obstacles in the way.
"A race? This is gonna be easy!", she said.
Rainbow Dash glanced at the grid of contestants. With her, it was a total of 60, and everyone wanted to reach the next round. She only didn't know how many would qualify.
Still, despite her being unsure, she took a launching stance, getting ready to race.
3... 2... 1... GO!
A sound came, signalling the start of the race. All 59 Fall Guys ran forward, so Rainbow knew the race began. She also ran forward, and as she moved forward, she noticed that doors were closing and opening every now and then.
"Whoa! What is that?", she thought. She never saw doors closing and opening again like that. But she knew that in order to reach the finish line, she needed to get through a gap.
She watched the gate that closed and ran for it. As she closed in, the gate opened again, and she managed to get through no problem. Then, she noticed another set of opening and closing gates. She used the same tactics - watching the closing gate and heading for it so she could pass through fast enough.
The next set was different - there were two gates in the middle that opened and closed frequently, and the two on the outside opened less frequently. Once again, Rainbow watched the gates and passed through the set without much trouble.
On the next set, the gates opened and closed quickly, so Rainbow Dash needed to think ahead of time. She got the pattern down and once again got through it without too much of a hassle.
Then came the last set - Rainbow Dash needed to slide down the slime and jump through an open gate. It looked very difficult...
"Nothing can stop me, not even a jump like that!", Rainbow Dash said in determination and ran down the slimey ground to build a run-up. She headed for the gate that's just opening and leapt forward when she reached the edge. She made the jump and ran over the finish line. She was first, followed by some Fall Guys.
"Yeah! That was awesome!", Rainbow Dash exclaimed. She watched more and more Fall Guys get through the obstacle and get to the finish. 20, 30, 35...
After the 44th runner crossed the finish line, the rest stood still, their heads down.
"Aw, what's wrong with them?", Rainbow Dash asked. She obviously has never seen a sad Fall Guy before. And then, she saw 16 drones come down and pick the last ones up.
An announcer voice said: "16 contestants ELIMINATED. 44 QUALIFIED!"
"Eliminated? Qualified?" Rainbow Dash didn't know what was going on. Apparently, she was one of the 44 who qualified, but 16 got eliminated. "Seems like if you get eliminated if you're too slow... And the best of us wins...", she knew. She certainly didn't like the thought of being eliminated. Who knows what would happen if you did?
But, she moved on to Round 2, and Rainbow Dash couldn't wait to get started.
Author's Note
For the first round, I was going for one of the many races I played in Fall Guys, but I picked Gate Crash, since it takes speed and reactions to get through the gates.
With 44 participants left, let's see how Round 2 goes...
If Rainbow Dash was in... FALL GUYS
Rainbow Dash stood at another starting line of another track. With her, the 43 Fall Guys that qualified with her.
She couldn't help but notice that the Fall Guys made strange sounds. Mostly something like Whoos, from what Rainbow could tell.
But she didn't have time to put up with this - the next race was about to begin, so she took a launching stance and waited for the designated signal to start.
3... 2... 1... GO!
Rainbow Dash ran forward when she heard the announcer say go. But then, she noticed that this track looked way deadlier than before. Platforms kept rolling, unveiling some gaps to fall through, and filled to the brim with obstacles. Falling down means a massive loss of time, and therefore a lower chance to qualify.
Rainbow Dash didn't think, but she kept running forward, always wary of potential holes that she could fall through. However, so many Fall Guys were on the same position with her, and they kept getting into each other's way, deliberately knocking them off the track.
"This is so... intense. Why are we all on one track when we get into each other's way that much?", Rainbow Dash thought.
Rainbow Dash got through the first sector, which was fairly easy, but the second one was harder. It was a longer distance to cover, and there were more holes and obstacles. Rainbow Dash closely looked at the rolling floor, with a sharp look at the upcoming obstacles. That way, she was able to get through the second sector no problem.
The third sector was where things got stupid. Now she needed to move down, and the floor to run on was more narrow than before. And the rolling floor was filled even more to the brim with holes and obstacles, so Rainbow needed to look out and observe the obstacles carefully. Some Fall Guys even fell down, but they came back at a reset point prior to Sector 3.
Rainbow got the third sector down on the first attempt and was following six Fall Guys, who were in front of her. Now came the last part, which was moving between rolling floors going in the opposite way. It was way easier than it looked, and after that, it came down to the last jump on a pink platform. The Fall Guys and Rainbow Dash got it down on the first shot, and they ended up being the first seven to reach the finish.
"Haha, nice! You all did good! Seems like you already knew the track, right?", Rainbow said.
A Fall Guy answered with an excited "Whoohoo!". Rainbow didn't know what it meant, but she could tell he was happy.
The crowd filled up, and when 32 contestants reached the finish, the remaining twelve stood still and hanged their head down.
"Aw, come on! You guys did well too!", Rainbow Dash said, having a bit of sympathy to the ones that didn't finish. Drones appeared and took the remaining ones away.
"12 contestants ELIMINATED. 32 QUALIFIED!"
Rainbow Dash was very close to being in the upper half for sure, but she still was unsure about what happened with the ones that already got eliminated. But she rather didn't want to think about it.
All that mattered for her was that she was in the next round, no matter what.
Author's Note
I KNOW, Roll On is a Season 4 game, but the style of it looks strongly like a Season 1 game, so I decided to use that for the second race. It's not an easy one, and it takes skill, speed and balance to get to the finish line within the position limit.
32 contestants left. What will Round 3 bring?

The next round was about to start. 20 contenders remained.
Rainbow Dash now found herself on a football field and wore a yellow shirt. The Fall Guys next to her also wore yellow versions of the costumes they wore. And the ten Fall Guys on the other side had blue versions of their costumes.
It was obvious - this is a Team Game.
She looked to a Fall Guy next to her and said: "Hey, let's do our best, okay?"
The Fall Guy looked at her and answered with a typical, excited "Whoo, whoo, whoo!"
"I guess that means you're ready.", she said and looked at the middle of the field again.
The starting signal came up, and then, two huge balls came falling down.
"AAAAH!", Rainbow Dash screamed and jumped away from the huge footballs. The Fall Guys just jumped up to the footballs and knocked them away no problem. "How in the heck am I gonna do this? Those footballs might be twice the size as Tirek when Twilight faced him!"
The game went on, and nobody scored for half a minute. Then, Rainbow Dash saw a football approaching the goal of Yellow Team.
"Do something!", she thought. Then, she sprinted to the goal, in which she could intercept the ball, and just when a blue Fall Guy knocked the ball forward to score, Rainbow Dash jumped into action and fended off the ball. She landed on her stomach after this incredible stunt. "Whoa... Did I just... fend off that ball?", she asked herself. Knowing that she could knock the footballs away, it gave her hope.
Rainbow Dash got up and ran to a ball which just fumbled out from a fight between some yellow and blue Fall Guys. She jumped up and hit the ball with her head, knocking it forward and flying into the goal of Blue Team.
"Yes! I got it!", Rainbow Dash cheered. But the game wasn't over - there was still a minute to play, and Blue Team was on the attack again. Both balls were in the yellow half, so Rainbow needed to so something to help her Fall Guys to defend. She ran into her half and watched the balls. A knock from a blue Fall Guy sent it sideways, the chance for Rainbow to attack again. She leapt up and hit the ball with her forehooves, knocking it away into the blue half. She did the same with the other ball, which came from her left.
Now was the chance for Yellow Team to attack - they all ran forward into the blue half and pushed forward. Rainbow Dash knocked one ball to another yellow Fall Guy, which knocked it into the goal, scoring them the second point. A fumble between two yellow and three blue Fall Guys caused the other ball to come from Rainbow's left, which she happily knocked into the goal with another well-placed headbutt.
As the clock ticked down and the game ended, Yellow Team qualified with a score of 3:0.
"Yes! That was awesome, guys! You did great!", Rainbow Dash said to her team, unsure if they could understand her. They just did their typical, cheering Whoos. Even if Rainbow Dash didn't know what it meant, she knew that she was one out of ten remaining contestants.
"10 contestants ELIMINATED. 10 QUALIFIED!"
Ten left. Now came the Final...

Fall Ball was one of my most disliked Team Games in Fall Guys, so I thought I might put it in here just to see how Rainbow would do in this. Thanks to her being athletic, she actually made it.
I envy you, Rainbow Dash. But only the Final will show who the winner is...

Final Round: Fall Mountain
This was it...
The final round...
The race for the crown.
Rainbow Dash, one out of the ten final contestants, stood at the starting line and looked up. She saw nothing but a giant mountain, and cannons, knowing that they will shoot at her the moment the race begins.
Her target is the crown. She needed to get a hold of it before anyone else did. Those obstacles are the only thing between her and the ultimate victory.
"I can do this!", Rainbow said to herself. Then, she took a launching stance and waited until the starting signal came...
3... 2... 1... GO!
Rainbow Dash ran forward. She heard the sound of cannons firing huge balls at her. The balls came down and opened rotating doors, allowing everyone to pass through. Watching the balls closely, she made up a route in her mind. She dodged the balls that came at her and closely dodged a ball heading for her, which hit a Fall Guy behind her instead.
Dodging the spinning hammers was the hard part, because they move in a way in which they are unpredictable and hard to dodge. But, she ran through the obstacle quickly, and was so close to the crown...
"The crown... I can make it!", Rainbow thought. She looked to the other side. No Fall Guy was close by. This was Rainbow's chance - she carefully watched the crown, leapt up at the right moment where it was in reach, and grabbed onto it with her forehooves.
A tone sounded, signalizing that the game was over. Rainbow Dash reached the crown and won the show.
"WE GOT A WINNER!" , said the announcer voice.
And then, everyone was taken away by drones. But who won in the end?
Author's Note
Fall Mountain is my favorite Final in Fall Guys, even though it requires the most luck with your opponents, the obstacles and the crown being in the right place when you reach the top. I only won it once, but it was super close sometimes.
Still, I decided to use this. Do you agree with my choice for the final round?
If Rainbow Dash was in... FALL GUYS
A drone placed Rainbow Dash on the Plinth of the Winner's Ceremony. She looked around and saw the 59 other contenders on a grandstand. The ones who were eliminated before the final were watching the contestants who qualified throughout the show and cheered for the big winner.
"Aw, thank you, thank you. But you guys did great too!", Rainbow Dash said humbly. And then, two drones brought a crown to the winner. They placed it on Rainbow Dash's head. "Wow! Does that crown mean that I won?" She almost started to cry out of joy.
A Fall Guy on a hovering platform came to Rainbow Dash. "Yes, it's true. You won the show, and therefore the crown.", they said.
"Whoa! Who are you?", Rainbow Dash asked.
"I am Bert, the announcer of this amazing show. I have been watching all those Fall Guys for one year now, and we got so many winners. I heard of one Fall Guy who won the show eleven times, and he even won Fall Mountain, our main Final Round, once.", he said.
"Ha, that must be a really good one if he won eleven times. This one was just my first.", Rainbow Dash said.
"True. And you showed what you got, and proved that you are the best.", Bert said, "You deserved the crown, um..."
"Rainbow Dash. The pleasure is mine.", she said.
"That's a nice name. And it suits you, I must say. Let's see if I can make a costume for a Fall Guy that's similar to you. After all, many winners as well as costume creators had many ideas for cool costumes already, like Cuphead, Chell or Sonic. Heck, one Fall Guy even heard of a famous livestreamer, and they made a costume dedicated to him too.", Bert said.
"That sounds cool.", Rainbow Dash said.
"It is.", Bert said, "Is there anything that we can do for you, my dear winner?"
Rainbow Dash remembered how she fell into the portal, out of her own world. Applejack must be worried sick about her, and so must be her other friends...
"I... I got here through a portal... Can you help me to get home to Ponyville?", she asked.
"A portal? Oh. Looks like my younger brother was playing with the Portal-O-Tron again. Hold on a second." Bert flew off and returned later with a ray cannon in his hand. He fired it, and a portal to Ponyville opened. "I can't tell where the portal will spit you out, but I do hope we meet again for another round.", Bert said happily.
"Maybe. Thanks for the experience.", Rainbow Dash said, winked, and jumped into the portal.
Applejack, Twilight, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were in the forest, looking for Rainbow Dash.
"It just makes no sense! She can't be further away than this!", Applejack said, irritated and worried.
"Hey, don't be angry, Applejack. I'm sure we will find her soon.", Fluttershy said softly.
Suddenly, Pinkie Pie's tail shook frantically. "Ooh, my Pinkie Sense is acting up."
Applejack looked to Pinkie. "Can y'all please stop worrying about your tail and instead help me to find--"
Applejack's sentence was interrupted when Rainbow Dash fell down and crashed onto her. "Hey, guys. What are you doing?", Rainbow Dash said.
"Rainbow!" Everyone save for Applejack hugged Rainbow Dash happily, glad that she was safe.
"We were so worried about you. Where have you been?", Fluttershy asked before she untied Rainbow Dash's wings.
"Yeah! Applejack took us through all of this forest, looking for you!", Pinkie Pie said frantically.
"Speak of the devil... Get off me, Rainbow!", Applejack squeezed out.
Rainbow Dash got up and hovered up so Applejack could get up. "Heh, sorry, Applejack.", Rainbow Dash said in excuse.
Twilight noticed the golden crown on Rainbow's head. "Rainbow? Where did you get that crown from? I didn't remember seeing it when we last saw you.", she asked.
"That's... a long story. I'll tell you everything when we head home.", Rainbow said.
And as the five ponies headed for their home, Rainbow Dash told them everything. About the portal, the show, and even about her winning the Final...
And soon, one Fall Guy would wear a costume which looks just like her, dedicated to the winner of the latest installment of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout ...

Honestly, a Rainbow Dash costume would look really cool in Fall Guys. We just need to hope that Epic Games might cooperate with Hasbro one day, though I doubt this will be the case.

If Rainbow Dash was in... FALL GUYS
32 contenders remained, and Rainbow Dash was one of them as they entered Round 3.
They now stood on a platform, below them pink slime. This brought up a terrible memory in Rainbow Dash's mind, from the time when Caballeron kidnapped her in Somnambula and left her to die in the slime. Thankfully, Daring Do was able to save her, but now, she was all alone.
She snapped out of the terrible thought. "I am not going to fall like this! Never!", Rainbow Dash said in determination. Whatever was coming now, she would survive it.
The starting tone came, and at first, nothing happened. But then, blocks came towards the 32 contenders, which they have to avoid.
At first, it was all easy, the blocks were easy to avoid, and there was nothing bad about it. For a few seconds, nobody was falling into the slime. But then, blocks started to appear more frequently, and some Fall Guys couldn't keep up with the pace, having them to fall in the slime.
One Fall Guy near Rainbow Dash was too slow to get to safety, so Rainbow Dash did what any fair competitor would do - she saved them. She held the Fall Guy tight with her forehooves to keep them from falling down.
"Hold on tight, buddy! I got you!", she said before she pulled them to safety.
The Fall Guy responded with a sound and a Thumbs Up.
"Ha, you're welcome, buddy!", Rainbow Dash said.
But the game was far from over - now the blocks narrowed the amount of running space so that the Fall Guys and Rainbow Dash were crammed together, and even more obstacles headed their way. Rainbow Dash dodged the obstacles with ease despite the small amount of personal space that she had for moving. But she wouldn't allow herself to fall in the slime.
Finally, the blockfest came to an end, and another tone signalled that the game was over. There were still 20 contestants left on the platform.
"12 contestants ELIMINATED. 20 QUALIFIED!"
Rainbow Dash was getting close to the top. She was now in the upper third, going for the win. She still was worried about the ones who were eliminated, but she tried not to think about the possibly terrible stuff that might happen...
She only prepared her body and mind for Round 4, which would start soon.
Author's Note
There is no good show in Fall Guys without a nice Survival round, and Block Party was one of my favorites. Trying to hold out until time runs out, it's so exciting. I mean, I also could've gone for Roll Out or Jump Club, but I picked Block Party since it's a timed Survival game.

This is my third shot at a crossover story.
For this one, I picked Fall Guys, one of the latest Battle Royale titles, and my third favorite Battle Royale of all time.
And now, have fun with the story.
Prologue: The Portal
It was a beautiful Autumn day in Ponyville. And near the forest, Rainbow Dash and Applejack got ready for the annual "Running of the Leaves", in which Rainbow and Applejack both tied up in last place. The track this time was different, and there was a split path, but both of the paths had the same length.
"I won't lose this time, AJ!", Rainbow Dash said in enthusiasm.
"Ha, we'll see about that!", Applejack responded.
Twilight Sparkle moved to the starting line. She first made sure to tie up Rainbow Dash's wings with a rope, so that she couldn't just take off with high speed and leave Applejack behind. "Okay, are you two ready?", she asked the two contestants.
Both of them nodded and took a launching stance.
Twilight raised a checkered flag with her horn. "Ready, Set, GO!", she called out.
The two duelants sprinted forward into the forest. Rainbow Dash may be fast, but she and Applejack have been each other's favorite rival, and therefore shared equal ground speed. Rainbow Dash only managed to gain one inch per second with her speed, but she knew that there was no room for mistakes if she wanted to stay ahead.
Very soon, the split path came up. Rainbow took the right one while Applejack sticked to the left.
"See ya at the finish line!", Rainbow Dash called out to her rival.
Soon, Applejack was out of sight, and Rainbow Dash had the route all to herself. As she ran over her route, she noticed a huge hill of leaves in front of her. Rainbow Dash pictured something in her mind - she'd leap through the hill of leaves, sending them all over the place, and finish up with a rollout. That would look cool, for sure.
Rainbow Dash jumped through the hill of leaves, and sent the leaves all over the place, but suddenly, she was stuck in the air. "Wait, what? What is going on?", Rainbow Dash wondered. When she looked down, she saw a portal below her, and was about to get sucked into it.
"Oh no...", she thought, knowing what would happen. And then, she got sucked into the portal.
"AAAAAAAH!"
