Chapters “OH MY GOSH! ITS FINALLY HERE!!!” Sunset said to herself as she opened an amazon package with several face masks inside. Next to the masks was a brown and white cow dress with a cute little cow tail and cow ears.
Sunset clapped her hands together and rubbed them together in excitement. She quickly stripped herself of the jeans and t-shirt she was just wearing and slipped into the little cow outfit. She even loved the fact that it had a cute little sparkling matching red-ish brown skirt. Sunset turned and looked into the mirror of her room.
The cow little dress was white and brown with short sleeves with cute little cow-like spots on the bosom and skirt. The skirt of the dress was longer on the back than than the front and had the felt more like a summer dress. It came with adorable black pantyhose and black little gloves. There was even a cute little purl jewelry set with a single ruby on the center of the bracelet and necklace.
Smiling at herself in the mirror. She then put on some cute ankle high black leather boots along with a black leather jacket to finish that look. Then she pulled her hair into a thick side braid, adding in the little cow ears. She then put on the jewelry, careful not to break the delicate latches. “Hehe, now it’s time to have a little FUN!!!” She finished up with a light touch of makeup and then she grabbed her bag, her phone, and her keys before she was out the door.
The school was not too far from her house so she didn’t bother getting on her motorcycle today. Instead she walked. And it was quite early, so no one would see her come up.
On her way to school, she saw she local Cafe up the block. Sunset giggled to herself and suddenly she could not help but rush up to the shop and budge right in with a squeal.
Mrs. Cake looked up at her with both eyebrows raised. “Oh my, hello Sunset. This quite unlike you, anything exciting i should be aware of?” The red-head teen smiled broadly at her with a little blush on her face. “Hehe, I get what you mean, but no. Just me being a little extra today. One cup of coffee with 3 pumps of cream and sugar.”
“Aw, Well you take care then, Miss Shimmer.” Mrs.Cake says as she fixes up the order and hands it to Sunset. Sunset pays the amount and leaves with a a quick wave goodbye.
Sunset hurried over to the school as fast as she could, unable to contain the excitement inside her. As soon as she reaches the entrance she waits there, silently and patiently for everyone else to arrive. It was so early that the Principles have yet to come in just yet.
The equestrian redhead’s lips barely touched her coffee when she heard what sounds like heels on concrete in the distance. Sunset quickly sucks in a sip and then she quickly sets it down on the ground. She stood behind a pillar that was thick enough to hide her body when she was sitting or in a crouching position, though she stood. Sunset did her best to quiet her breathing and waited.
The sound of heels became much more clearer with each second. Sunset could feel the anticipation and excitement building up inside her the closer the sound got. Now she could her what sounded like keys clinging and a very faint murmur, as if the person walking up to the school was talking aloud to themselves. Sunset couldn’t really catch any of it. “Ugh!........Lu......meeting.......7:30am......” was all that she could get.
Sunset shook her head and focused on her mission and quickly became very aware that the person was now PRETTY close to her. She grinned a little grin as she prepared herself to jump out and waited just one more second, holding biting her tongue to restrain the laughter building inside.
“MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Sunset jumped out with all fours on the ground all spread wide in a cat-like manner.
“WOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!” Principal Celestia screamed and jumped in terror while Sunset started snorting through her nose and wheezing like a hyena. “BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!” Not far from Celestia was Vise Principal Luna who also found herself doubling over laughing, almost to the point of tears rolling down her face.
“Su-suhh-SSSSSSSSSUUUUN-AAHAHAHAHA!” Luna tried unsuccessfully to speak. Celestia looked between the two and glared. Her face was beat red, but when Luna ended up leaking tears down her legs Celestia couldn’t help but join in the laughter.
“Hahaha! Good one, Sunset.” She chuckled. “Though you better be careful pulling stunts on me like that, I might just......” she trialed off and looked at Sunset with a little glint in her eye. She raised her hands up with that claws out kind of way and sort of pounced on Sunset, tickling her silly. “AAAA! NO-AAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!! N-NOOO! ST-AHAHAHAHAHAHA-P! HAHAHAHAHA!!!” Celestia laughed along with her. “Hahaha! Oh think yes!”
Soon Luna joined in on the tickling, laughing along with her sister. After a few minutes they finally ceased their attacks. It took her a little bit, but eventually Sunset was able to get her laughing under control. As soon as she did, Celestia lowered down to her level on the ground and in a low voice she said, “Do that again, and I won’t stop until you’ve got tears running down your legs too.”
Sunset looked up in surprise and almost choked on a little bubble of laughter. Celestia gave her a little wink. “Don’t be late to class, Sunset.” Sunset rolled her eyes at that, with Celestia and Luna laughing at her response and proceeded into the school. The girl watched as she saw them disappear into the school building.
She giggled back to herself at her success. “Yes! This is going to be so much fun!” The cow girl got up from her position and moved back into her hiding spot. She waited quietly behind a pillar.
A moment later, she heard the sound of a car door being opened and closed. She peeked out from behind the pillar to see who it was. She groaned in disappointment when’s he saw Mr. Cranky (who really lives up to his name,) coming up the sidewalk. Though she wanted to give a shot anyways, in her logical mind, it wasn’t really good to knock something before you gave it a shot.
So she hid back behind the pillar and awaited for the math teacher to get closer. Sunset’s body rushed with adrenaline as she popped right out of her hiding spot with a loud, “MOOOOOOOO!”, ending in a giggle.
Mr.Cranky Doodle jumped back with a surprised yelp. When he saw that it was only Sunset Shimmer he glared at her. “Well Miss Shimmer, if you want to be funny, you can just mooo yourself into detention for such behavior.” He said annoyed. Then he kept on his way, shaking his head disapprovingly.
“What did you say to him?”,said an unexpected voice. Sunset nearly had herself a heartache. She spun around to see Ms.Cheerilee standing right above her. The former bully of the school did not even hear her come up. ‘How in Equestria did she even get there?!’ “Well, I may have kinda tried to scare him a little by popping out from behind that pillar, but.......eh it went about as good as I thought it would.” She said, ending with a facepalm.
Her reading teacher chuckled. In a stern voice she gave Sunset a small lecture. “Well, at least you knew what you were getting yourself into. Though next time, if you think it isn’t going to end well, I’d advise you to listen to your gut. If it had ended any worse, you would be liable for it.” She said. Then she walked into the building.
“Ugh, she’s right. I need to be more careful.” She said to herself, moving to go into the building to prepare for her next move.

Sunset Shimmer walked through the halls as a few students started to arrive. Some going to practice, some heading to the library for an early study session, or straight to the cafeteria for breakfast. She made her way over to the extra curricular activity hall.
The redheaded girl took a right, and entered into the old band hall. It mainly used for students to practice in whenever they wanted before and after school. As soon as she went inside, she flipped the lights off, and quickly closed the door. Then she hid behind the corner of the door, waiting for her next victim.
“Trixie, does not appreciate you locking her inside a dark room with you of all people IN IT!” Came a very familiar voice. Sunset Shimmer gasped in surprise. “MOO!” She exclaimed, as she let out the one world that she had been holding on the tip of her tongue.
She turned to see Trixie giving her bewildered look. “W-what did you just say? Trixie isn’t sure she heard you right.” The blue skinned girl said, plowing her ear as if to clear it out. “Did you just, mooed?”
The girl in question was thankful for the darkness as she felt herself blushing. “You’re probably just hearing things.” Sunset said simply. Trixie gave her an unconvinced look. The magician girl opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted by another voice in the room. “No, you heard her right. She really did just moped.”
Both girls spun their heads around to see Wallflower Blush leaning against a wall nearby. She was giving Sunset a ‘You can’t fool me’ type of look. “And even if you try to deny it so, you are wearing a cow costume, so clearly you not only mooed, but it was intentional.”
Sunset Shimmer let out a puff of breath before she admitted to them that she did mooed. “It was not intended for-“ she was interrupted as she started to hear boots tapping down the hall. Her eyes went wide as she waved the other girls off. “I’ll explain later, but for now just go.”
“And why should Trixie listen to you?” Trixie said, annoyed. Sunset rolled her eyes. “Just do it. Please.” She begged. Trixie rolled her eyes back at her and begrudgingly did as the redhead asked with Wallflower following her deeper into the dark room.
Sunset went back to her hiding spot and waited for her moment. When the footsteps to the door, Sunset prepared herself for the jump, but before she could even pop out of her place, the door slammed open, smashing her against the wall. “WAA!” She exclaimed as she fell to the floor from the ordeal.
“Oh gosh, I’m so sorry! Here let me help you up.” Sunset looked up to see Derpy Hooves holding her hand out for her. The redheaded girl accepted it respectfully.”I didn’t see you there.”
Sunset rubbed her hand against one of her knees that was sure to het a bruise later on. “It’s okay, I probably deserved it.” Sunset walked out of her spot behind the door. Clearly it was not the best place for what she had in mind. She moved to a new location on the other side of the old band room entrance. She made sure to stay far enough away from the door.
Sunset glanced at the time on her phone. “7:30. They should be here in about 6 minutes.” She said to herself. Suddenly she felt an urgency to run to the restroom. She was not going to be able to hold it in either, so she reluctantly left her spot behind the door and ran into the bathroom that was in the band room.
When she returned to her position behind the door, it was 7:35. The girl smiled to herself as she was just in time for her next scare. She waited patiently, fixing the skirt on her cow costume. The sound of 6 pairs of boots making their way to the band room. Sunset grew a predatory smile, the adrenaline rush inside her becoming very intense. So intense that she couldn’t handle the wait anymore. As her were just a foot away from the door, the redheaded cow popped out of her position, swinging the doors wide open as she came out with a “MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” At the top of her lungs.
“AAAAA!” Twilight Sparkle exclaimed, followed be a surprised bark from Spike.
Pinkie Pie had bounced herself into the air before joining Fluttershy in the giggling. Rarity jumped into Applejacks arms holding her for dear life, while Applejack nearly dropped her on the ground due to expecting a jump scare at this early in the day.
The farm girl looked at Rarity. “Well if I didn’t know any better, I’d say that was the most I lady like reaction I’ve seen.” She said smirking at the fashionista.
Rarity glared at her and removed herself from Applejack’s arms. Then she looked at Sunset. “Good heavens darling! You almost gave me a heartache!” She put a hand to her chest.
“MOOOO! HAHA!” Sunset giggled, she got on all fours and strikes a pose. Rarity rolled her eyes. “Hehe, I’m too SSMOOOOOOTH!” The redhead continued.
Princess Twilight Sparkle looked at her. “Is this a normal thing here in the human world?” She asked, looking at her with interest. “OH MY Celestia! THIS IS GOING TO BE AN AMAZINGLY NEW DISCOVERY!” Next to her Spike was rolling on the floor laughing. “HAHA! Good one, Sunset!” He said.
“Uh, no not at all, Twilight.” Rarity said to her. Twilight frowned in disappointment, blushing. “Oh, okay then.” She said.
Rainbow got out from behind Fluttershy. She gave Sunset an unimpressed look. “Eh, it didn’t really scare me.” Behind her, Fluttershy let out a little giggle. “I-I don’t know Rainbow, you seemed pretty scared to me.”
Rainbow whirled around to glare at the shy girl. “I was not!” She protested. The quiet girl backing away from her. Then she felt someone elbow her on the side. “Rainbow Dash!” Applejack scolded. The rainbow haired girl looked at Fluttershy apologetically. “Sorry, Shy.”
Fluttershy smiled again. “It’s okay.”
“OH! OH! OH! CAN I BE A COW, TOO?!” Pinkie Pie shouted. Sunset Shimmer giggled and smiled at her. “Sure! I’d love it if you joined me!”
Fluttershy tapped the redheaded girl on the shoulder. “Um, Sunny, c-can I join you as well?”
Sunset gave her a surprised expression. “A-Are you sure?” She asked. Fluttershy nodded. “Mhm, I think it would be kinda fun.” She said with a smile. “Plus I’ve always wanted to dress up as a cow, too.” She laughed softly.
The equestrian girl smiled brightly at her. “Then of course you can!”
“OH! Can I join ya guys too!” Rainbow Dash asked. “Me, too!” Applejack said. Twilight Sparkle smiled and wanted to be included too. “Can I join you as well?”
“Oh me, too!” Rarity added.
Sunset Shimmer laughed full-heartedly. “Of course! You can all join me!” She couldn’t believe that her friends would want to join her in this silly cow day she was doing.
“Wait but we don’t have any cow costumes.” Rainbow Dash said. “I don’t suppose you have any cow outfits, Rare.”
Rarity scoffed and flicked her wrist. “Oh Dash, have you not met me?” She pulled a clothing rack out from the nearby fashion room. “Of course I do!” On the clothing rack were various different kinds of cow outfits for all of her friends.”
The group of girls expressed excited expressions. They each took an outfit and went into the bathroom to change into them. Then once they were satisfied with all their outfits they came out to show Sunset Shimmer and Spike.
Both Sunset and Spike gasped in a happy surprise. First to come out was Rarity, she had on an adorable white dress with purple cow spots with a cute bow that belted at the waist. The dress had some very pretty ruffles and was long enough to reach just above her feet, with a short purple cow tail. She also wore fashionable purple boots and hand bang to go with the dress.
After her, Twilight Sparkle came next. She had on a beautiful faded blue dress with sequence all over, along with white spots all around. The dress of course came with matching boots and cow tail as well.
Fluttershy had on a pure creamy pink dress and hot pink cow spots all around. She also had on an adorable little pink headband, a pink cow tail, and matching boots.
Rainbow Dash had on a cute little rainbow cow dress that went just below the knee. The cow spots around the dress where white making them look like clouds. She had on a red sash and had her hair up in a red ribbon.
“Wait a minute, Rainbow, where is the tail?” Rarity asked when she noticed that she wasn’t wearing the tail. Rainbow pulled out a red satin cow tail from her inside her bra. “Oh, I didn’t feel like wearing it.”
“So you just ripped it off?” Rarity facepalmed before she continued. “Rainbow Dash, it is supposed to be a COW outfit. It can’t be a cow if you don’t have the tail for it. Otherwise people are going to just think you’re wearing the sky.” Rarity grabbed the tail from Rainbow’s hand. Then she pulled out a pin from her pocket and attached the tail where it had been before.
Rainbow groaned. “Ugh but what if the soccer team makes fun of me?!”
“Then tell them that if they have anything to say, to come say it to my face personally.” Rarity huffed. She was about to continue on when she saw Applejack come out. Rarity found herself smacking her hand against her forehead for the second time in a row. “Applejack! Dirty old boots do not go with the cute little cow costume you’ve got on. What happened to the shows I made for you?”
Applejack twirled a strand of her in her finger. “Uh, well, ya see, Rarity.....Ah-“ She was cut off bu Rarity.
“Put them on, please!” She said. Applejack sighed heavily, racking off her old working boots and put the pair that Rarity made for her. “Happy?” She asked in a sarcastic tone. Rarity nodded in approval. “Yes, very.”
Finally, Pinkie Pie bounced up in her new cow outfit. She had a full on cute little cow onesie. It was black and white and a pink silky ribbon that was clipped around her neck with a cute little bell that hung from it. Rarity smiled at her. “You look absolutely fabulous, Darling!” Her friend giggled and bounced around happily in her new outfit.
Spike looked at all the new cows in the group. “Hehe, looks like it’s time for an udderly fun day.” He chuckled. “Can I get a moo?”
All the cows in the hallway mooed before falling into a fit of giggles. Then they looked at Sunset. “Well what should we do now?” Fluttershy asked her.
The redhead laughed. “We go cow-ing around of course!” She then gathered her friend up in a huddle to tell them the plan.

Mooo, Mooo, Mooo Some More
Soon it was the end of 8th period, and school was only a few minutes away from being out. As soon as the bell rang, Sunset Shimmer bolted out the door. She ran to her locker, threw her stuff in and slammed it shut before continuing out the school on all fours. Students jumped out of the way as they saw her charging toward the school door.
Before she could even read the door, saw Principal Celestia appear right in front of her. Sunset tried to stop, but it was too late. The redhead closed her eyes as she crashed right into the principal’s open arms. “Haha! I caught you!” She said light-heartedly. “Sorry Sunset, but I was told that you got detention this morning for being disruptive this morning.”
The girl in her arms started to shoot back a couple of heated replies, but she was stopped by Celestia placing a finger on her lips. “But! Before you say anything, I wanted to let you know that, since it happened before school hours that you will not be punished for it this time.”
Sunset visibly relaxed. “Oh! Thanks, Principal Celestia.” She tried to leave, but her principal held her back. “But not before I finish what I started this morning!” She said before she began to tickle her captive all over. “Moo-OOOWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”
The girl squealed as she tried to get away from the relentless tickling. “NO-HAHAHAHAHOOOO! Ahahaha!” She cried. “Hahahah! Please!”
“Mmm, I don’t think so. I think we may have been a little too easy on you.” Luna’s voice came from behind, before she felt another pair of tickling hands. Sunset fell to the floor laughing hysterically. “Pleeeease ahahah! I learned my lesson! Haha! I-I swear!”
The two women kept on for just a moment longer before they ceased their attack. “Hmm, she does seem like she’s sorry. What do you think, Luna?”
Luna nodded. “I suppose she does.” She laughed. Then she looked back at Sunset. “Just let this be a reminder just in case you decide to change your mind.” She said. Then both her and Celestia walked off to the teacher’s lounge.
The redhead got up off the ground and dusted herself off. Though she didn’t even get to put her hand to the door of the outside world before she was tackled back to the ground by Pinkie Pie. “MOO MOO MOOOOO! Heeheehee!” She giggled.
Sunset laughed as well. “Okay, but please get off of me.” She said.
Pinkie Pie shook her head. “You have to say the magic word, Silly.” Her friend said.
The redhead looked at her with a raised eye brow. “Uh, please?” She repeated.
Her friend giggled again. “Cows don’t say please, Silly! At least not in this world.” She looked down at her friend. “I’m pretty sure they say.....”
Sunset smiled as she let out a silly little, “Moooo!”. Both girls immediately falling into another fit of laughter. “Mooo! Heeheehee!” Pinkie Pie laughed. Then she finally got off of her friend and helped her up off the floor. “Come on! I’ve got some cakes I need you to help me with!”
Without any warning, Pinkie Pie practice dragged Sunset out of the school building and headed out toward the horse statue. The redhead would have questioned where her friend was taking her, but they were moving far to fast for her brain to even process.
They passed the statue, across the student parking lot, zipped through a couple of houses and even almost hit a granny. Luckily though, they didn’t.
Pinkie Pie suddenly stopped abruptly, though it took a moment for Sunset to process that her friend, did in fact stop. So the redhead ended up tripping over her own foot, falling face first into some nice.....wet......pile of fresh mud that was made from the sprinklers in the park. “WAA-!” She exclaimed.
Pinkie Pie laughed. “That’s the spirit, Sunset!” Then she too joined her friend in planted her face into the mud as well. “Oh! We she start acting more like cows!” She said as the idea came to her.
“What? But didn’t you bring me here to show me something?” Sunset asked, confused.
The only response she got from Pinkie Pie was, “Moo, moo moo moo! Mooooo, moo moo moo moo!” Sunset opened her mouth to ask again, but then Pinkie Pie gave her a hard glare. “MOO MOO MOO MOOOO!”
Sunset’s eyes widen. Even though her friend did not speak words, she knew what she wanted her to do. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. “Moo moo moo?” She said.
Pinkie Pie’s expression softened. She then proceeded to carry her friend on her back like if Sunset was merely just a 50 pound bag on a football field. Then they arrived at an area near the pond her the other 4 were waiting for them.
Once they were near, the redheaded girl jumped off of Pinkie Pie’s back (and was a little embarrassed at the fact that she could even carry her). She stood up to greet the others. “Moo!” She said in greeting, giggling a little to herself.
Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow, and Fluttershy laughed along with her. All replying back with various moos. They walked over to Pinkie and Sunset with warm smiles.
Fluttershy approached Sunset politely. “Uhm, Sunny, I just wanted to thank you. The idea of dressing up as a cow was actually pretty fun.” She said, giggling to herself. She and the her other friends all sat down on a nearby bench. Then Fluttershy began to explain some of her events that happened to her today.
“Today, when I went to go and help raise some money for the animal shelter, people really liked my outfit! They felt like it was really nice, she they shot some photos with me holding all the adorable animals to help them find there new forever homes!” She smiled brightly as she said her story. “Then later on the day, we were able to raise enough money to help dozens of new animals get the medical attention they need before they can get adopted!” Then she looked over to Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash. “Oh and I had two fun little friendly spooks with the help of Pinkie and Rainbow.” She laughed as she remembered how she managed to spook Sunset Shimmer a little bit.
Next to her Applejack nodded in agreement. “Ah gotta say, Ah was a little hesitant about this whole dressing up as a cow thing, but the coincidentally enough, Ah had an agricultural project due today. It happened ta be about farming and the teacher really liked ma outfit. It went really well with the presentation, hehehe!” She chuckled. “Oh! And then I tackled Sunset down during our welding class.”
The redheaded cow girl scoffed. “Only because you manage to catch me off my guard.” She stated, rolling her eyes.
“Oh, but today was definitely very enjoyable, Darling. I didn’t think that you’d ever be into anything like this.” Rarity said. She had her eyes fixated on a mirror, fixing her lipstick.
“Well, I wasn’t so sure about it at first either. I was kind of bored, so I ended up wanting to do something totally random and out of character for me. When I got into my character, it became much more fun.” She responded. “Though, it wasn’t near as fun than having all of you join in!” She chuckled lightly.
Her friends all looked up at her with contented smiles and nods. A yawn made its way out of Sunset’s mouth. “Moooo-waaaa!” She said loudly. Her eyes beginning to feel a little heavy. “Hehe, well it looks like it’s time for me to head home.”
“Oh! Me too, Angel bunny is probably waiting on me. Moo.” Fluttershy said as she too got up. Rainbow got up on after her. She stretched out her arms. “Moo-hoo-hooo! I need to wake up early tomorrow, so I best hit the goal as well.”
“Same here, I’ve got some chores that are calling my name. Moo, moo.” Applejack said. She turned to see Rarity doing the same. “Me too, Darling. A-moo.” She said, blowing a kiss to her friends.
Pinkie Pie’s face looked a little disappointed. “Moo, moo?” She said sadly. Everyone gave her a questioning look. “Is-moo-everyone-moo-going home-moo-already?” The party girl asked.
Her friends nodded. “I’m afraid we are, Dear, but don’t worry. I’m sure we can do this again another time. Right?” She looked at the others.
“YEAH, TOTALLY!” Rainbow exclaimed.
“Count me in!” Applejack said.
Fluttershy smiled bashfully. “I-I wouldn’t mind doing something like this again.”
Then everyone was looking at Sunset. The redhead walked over to Pinkie Pie. “Sure, I’d love to, moo.” Although her friend gave her a little pity face. Sunset laughed and walked over to give her friend a reassuring hug. “Moo, moo. I promise, we can do this again another day. Soon!”
The pink party girl’s face brightened at that. “Mooo! Uh! You’re right! We can totally do this again soon! MOOO!” She said excitedly. All 6 girls shared one final laugh before they got together for a quick group hug.
“I love you, girls.” Sunset said genuinely. Her friends smiled back at her. “We love you, too, Sunset!” They all said. That night, they each went to bed thinking about there amazing day, especially a certain redhead. Who was happy to know that, even in her silliest and craziest moments, her friends were by her side the whole way.
Before she closed her eyes, she whispered, “Yeah, but I love you guys more.”

Wow! What a story! This was so much fun to write! Definitely out of my comfort zone and not something im used to writing. Let me know what you think! This was a totally spontaneous story that I threw together just for the fun of it. Hope you enjoyed it and have a great day/night!
The girls went around the school, popping out from lockers, corners, behind the doors, and the shadows. For the majority of the day they walked on all fours, mooed, and eat like cows.
First period, Sunset Shimmer asked if she could be excused to go to the restroom. She then hid behind a water/vitamin water dispenser near the bathrooms. The red head waited patiently for someone to appear. Luckily for her, she did not have to wait long, because as soon as she went behind the dispenser, she could hear someone coming down the hall. The cow girl waited just a little bit and then in a ghost-like voice she said. “Mooooo.”
The person made a stop and seemed to be looking around. “What? Wh-Who was that?” The voice seemed familiar, although Sunset could not think of who it belonged to. She hesitated a moment, just long enough for the owner of the voice to take a couple more tentative steps forward. “Mooooo.” She said again.
“S-snails, i-is that you?” ,said the voice again. That’s when it struck Sunset. It was Snips! Of course, she was sure that if it were anyone else they probably have inspected and found her out. So on all fours she popped out from behind the drink dispenser. “Moo!”
Snips jumped back and cringed. He was not looking at who the sound was coming from, keeping his eyes shut tight. Sunset shook her head, as she knew just how dense both him and Snails can be. “Don’t be afraid, Snips. It’s only me, sorry if I scared you a little too much.” Sunset said in a sincere apology. “I did not mean to be too harsh on you.”
Snips turned around and opened his eyes wide. He was not expecting to see Sunset Shimmer of all people to be the one behind the ghost-y sounds; nor did he expect to even catch her wearing a silly cow costume.
“Wow! I did not expect to see you, wearing something like that. You used to have smoke coming out of your ears if we ever suggested it for Halloween.” Snips said. Though as soon as he said it, he kinda cringed again and gave Sunset an apologetic look. “Sorry, please don’t hate me.”
Sunset frowned. “Oh, don’t worry about it. I know you didn’t mean to, and it’s okay. Really.” Then she gave a polite smile.
Snips could tell that she was lying, but he didn’t pry on any further. He brushed it off with a small chuckle. “Yeah, well you do seem to be doing better now. Hope you have a fun day with whatever it is your doing in that silly costume. Then her continued straight for the girls bathroom.
Sunset raised an eyebrow. “Uhm, isn’t that the girls room?” She asked.
The short little guy turned to her with a slightly embarrassed look. “Yeah, well it doesn’t smell like roaches and you guys actually have soap.” He said before entering the bathroom.
The redheaded girl stood there wishing she did not just hear that last little bit he just said. “So the guys don’t wash their hands properly....gross!” She said to herself before hurrying over to the janitor’s closet. She ripped it open, grabbed a huge gallon soap and then she walked over to the guys restroom. She hesitated, preparing herself before she entered. Only she almost started gagging when she smelled the aroma coming from the guys bathroom. “Shoot, he wasn’t lying.” Sunset pinched her nose and then entered with determination. Then she placed the big gallon with a pump on the lip next to the sinks. Then she left without looking back, hurrying out to avoid losing everything in her gut.
The disgusted girl was not looking at where she was going and crashes right into someone coming into the restroom. “Oh shit, Sunset Shimmer? What are you doing in here?!” Sunset looked up to see Flash Sentry looking at her like if she had grown two heads. “Oops, sorry.” She attempted to leave again ,but was stopped by Flash catching hold of her wrist. She stopped and looked back at him. “Hey, are you okay? You look a little green.”
Sunset chuckled as she lifted her other hand to cover her nose. “Pffft! Yeah, I wonder why.” She said. Flash’s features relaxed and he laughed with her. “Haha, sorry about that. This isn’t exactly a girl’s restroom. Why were you in there anyways.”
The redhead gave him a smirk. “Ah, you’ll see.” She tried to leave for the third time, only to be stopped once more by the guy she used to date. “Hey, I wanted to say, that I think you like cute in that cow costume.”
Sunset’s face lit up in a smile. She bit her lip and took a deep breath before she spoke. “Aw, thanks, Flashy.” Then she quickly went back into her signature smirks. “You better get going, I’m sure you didn’t come in this smelly dirty bathroom just to chat.” With that she left the bathroom with her head up high.
Flash Sentry watched her leave, before he felt a very urgent reason why he came to the bathroom in the first place and rushed inside. When he came out, he was about to complain about there being no soap in the bathroom, before he caught eye of the giant bottle of soap on the floor, next to the sinks. He smiled as he now knew why Sunset was doing in a place like this.

As Sunset rounded the corner to get to her class, she had the feeling of being watched. She stopped in her tracks and looked around her. The redheaded girl scratched her head when she didn’t see anyone. She looked behind her for a good minute, searching for anything. When she looked back in front her, she was met with the bright pink face of none other than Pinkie Pie, who popped right out from the ceiling. “Moo!”
“WAA!” Sunset exclaimed. She took a quick step back from the high-energy party girl only to bump into someone behind her. “MOOO!” She let out surprised yelp before she turned back around to see a certain Rainbow haired girl rolling on the floor with laughter. Which was followed by Pinkie Pie’s high-pitched laughter and soon Sunset ended up joining them. “Hahaha! Okay, okay you got me.”
“You were so easy! It was hard not give you a good old fashion scare.” Rainbow said once she could get a handle on her laughing. “That was a good one, Pinkie Pie!” The athlete held up her hand, for a high five.
The pinkie party girl returned the favor. Pinkie Pie nodded. “Oh, that WAS a good one! You’re so fun to play pranks with, Sunset.” She giggled.
Sunset flipped her hair before she tried to move away from the two, looking over her shoulder to say goodbye before she bumped into another person who said a soft little, “Moo-hoo!” Sunset gasped in surprise with a tiny step back. Then she smiled widely when she saw who it was. “Fluttershy? Wow, you really gave me a little scare!”,the girl chuckled lightly. She know how sensitive Fluttershy could be.
Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash came over with wide smiles of their own. “Wow, Fluttershy, I didn’t know you had it in you.” Rainbow said. Pinkie Pie gave a little giggle. “Yeah, you got her when she least expected it!” The pink party girl added.
Fluttershy giggled softly. “Heh, thanks. I-I tried.” She rubbed her arm to try and brush off the slightly awkwardness.
Sunset Shimmer saw this and patted her back. “Hey, you did good. Keep it up.” She encouraged her. Fluttershy gave her a warm smile. “Thank you, Sunny.” After that, Sunset waved to her friends before she hurried back to class. While Rainbow and Pinkie Pie took Fluttershy to do another little jump scare on some poor unfortunate soul.

Third Period came kind of slow, Sunset was nearly on the edge of her seat when the bell rang. As soon as it went off, she bounced off and was the first one out before anyone else could even get out the door.
“Sheesh, someone’s in a hurry.” Sunset heard Dumbell comment as she went out the door. She laughed to herself as she hurried over to her welding class. As she reached the doorframe of the room, she felt someone tap her on her shoulder. Sunset looked over her shoulder to see her next ‘planned’ victim for her next jump scare, only to unexpectedly see them right behind her.
“Gotcha!” Applejack laughed as she tickled Sunset on her side. The redheaded girl doubled over in a fit of laughter and snorts. “WAIT! No! ST-STAHAHAHAHA!” She exclaimed.
Applejack kept on. “Sorry, Ah didn’t hear ya. What was that, Sugarcube?” Sunset tried to get away, but being right in the door frame does have its disadvantages. She tried to go forward, but with all the laughing she could not catch her breath enough to do so. “At-stop! Haha! Please! Hahaha!” She said again.
The farm girl didn’t stop just yet, she began to tickle all around, causing Sunset to kneel to the floor. “Ah’m afraid that your going to have to.....oh Ah don’t know.....maybe moo to get out of this one.” She laughed.
“PFFT! Ahaha! Okay! Okay!” Sunset said through her laughing. “MOOO-AHAHAHA-HOHOOOO” She exclaimed, tears because to rolling down her cheeks. The laughing becoming too intense for her.
Applejack finally ceased her attack. “Mhm, Moo is right.” She said in a chuckle. She gave Sunset a punch on the shoulder. “Oh, Ah enjoy our fun together, Sunset.”
When Sunset was finally able to stop laughing, she got up off the ground and gave Applejack’s shoulder a punch back. “Moo! Haha! You never fail to catch me off guarded.”
Sunset walked into the classroom before she moved to the side to let the country girl through. Sunset let out a little “Moo!” Before she let loose her tickling attack on Applejack as payback. The girl dissolved in a fit of laughter of her own. “Haha! I got moo now!”
“HEHEHEHE!” AJ began wheezing so hard. Sunset wanted to keep on, but then the bell ring for the start of class, so she had to cease her tickling. “You got lucky.” The redhead said to her.
Applejack laughed. “Moo.” She said with a shrug. Sunset rolled her eyes and then they began to work with the other students on building a new school sign for the soccer field, with their mascot in the middle of it.
When lunchtime came around, Sunset and her friends rushed to their table. They were excited to share how their day has been like so far.
“Oh my, what a great day it has been!” Rarity said. “Today, I made this adorable little cow mask.” She pointed to the new sparkly white mask with purple swirls decorating the sides. It also had some curly purple ribbon tied to the side. “It felt so nice dressing up today.”
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. “Yeah, that’s cool, but my day was 20% cooler!” She laughed. “This morning when I went to go meet up with the soccer team, I took the chance to sneak up on them, and it so happened that there was a water hose nearby, so I turned it on. I waited at the entrance of the field with my foot closing off the water access. Then when I saw Surprise, Misty Fly, and Fleetfoot close enough, I released the water on them! They didn’t even see it coming! Ahaha!” Her voice raised as she continued her story.
Suddenly all three soccer players that she had just mention, along with Spitfire came up behind her. “Hey, Dash, we wanted to give you this.” Surprise said.
Rainbow turned around. “Really? What chu get me?” She wasn’t prepared for the ice bucket of water held above her head. “Ah man! No!”, she tried to protest, but it was too late. Spitfire had already dumped the bucket over her head.
The group giggled in satisfaction. “That’s for spraying us with water this morning, Crash.” Fleetfoot laughed.
Misty Fly patted her teammates back. “Now we’re even.” She said before they left to go eat their lunch.
Next to Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Pinkie Pie were laughing from the scene before her. Rainbow glared at her. “Hey, what are you two laughing about?” She said to her. The farm girl just shook her head. “Sorry, but you kinda had that coming.”
“Haha! Yeah Dashie, you can’t expect to prank someone without getting pranked right back, Silly!” Pinkie Pie said. She continued to giggle a little more to herself.
Fluttershy, Rarity and Sunset were hiding their own amusement behind their hands. Only Sunset was not as successful as Rarity and Fluttershy, as a few snorts here and there escaped.
Twilight and Spike came up to them with a smile. “Hey girls, today has been a lot of fun, but I’m afraid that I have to go back to Equestria.” She said, a sad frown on her face.
Spike shook his head. “Yeah, Equestria is in trouble again.” He said, shaking his head.
All 6 girls expressed various looks of disappointment. Sunset looked at her seriously. “Oh wow, well do you need me to come with you?” She asked. Twilight shook her head with a smile. “No, no, we’ll be okay. Thank you though.” She said.
Spike bounced off the floor and into the redhead’s arms. He gave her a reassuring lick. “Yeah, don’t worry about us. We got this one covered.” Sunset Shimmer smiled warmly at him. “Hehe, well if you insist.
Fluttershy came up next to them. “Well if you ever need any help, just give Sunset a write in her journal and I’m sure she’ll be happy to help you.” She said, giving Sunset and Spike a side hug. Then she moved over to give Twilight a side hug also. Then Rainbow, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie joined in on a group hug. Their giggles symbolizing the strength of their bond together.
When they pulled away, Spike jumped down from Sunset’s arms. “Of course, Fluttershy!” Twilight scooped him up in her arms. “We had so much fun today! I didn’t think that acting like a cow for a day would relieve so much stress, but I really needed it. It was even more fun when Spike and I gave Principal Celestia a little surprise when we burst into her office, hehe!” She said. “Thank you, Sunset.” She gave the girl a quick nod of her head. Then she looked at all her other friends with a tear in her eyes. “See you guys next time.” Then they were gone.
