Raising My Own

Spike came home from school and found Twilight hanging up the phone and letting out an exasperated huff. "What's wrong mother?"

"Rarity is still pressing charges and I can't get you a lawyer. I'm at the end of my rope right now!" At that moment the doorbell rang and Spike turned around and opened it. Outside stood Pinkie Pie.

"heard that you're trying to get a lawyer, I'll take the case!"

"Pinkie Pie..........what do you know about law?"

"Silly-filly, don't you know? I hold several Ph.Ds and law being one of them. Besides from what I heard from Rarity, she's too focused on Spike thst she doesn't know or care that Skew is the reason Spike had his fall. I also heard Rumble say even though Spike tried to nail Thunderlane, he will still stand up for Spike and Featherweight said the same thing, Pipsqueak is the loose bolt. Don't worry Twily I was going past them ad I left Sugar Cube Corner and overheard them."

Courtroom

Skew sat in the stand, Being grilled by Rarity's lawyer. When Pinkie began to ask questions it seemed like she was being frivoulous but the judge overruled Rarity's objections due to relevance. "So Skew, see that mare in the back left corner?"

"I do"

"Now tell the court of what you think of her?" The mare in question was Fleur De Lia and she was in a red dress and was very attractive. Skew's responded with a vulgar repsonse.

"Hell I'd love to take her and use her to my heart's desire. I'd fuck her, I mean damn she's hot!"

"By your own admission with that comment you have proven that you have no moral compass or pay it any mind. Now how about any of the fillies in your class?"

"I'd fuck them all except Diamond Tiara, she's a bitch."

"Now tell the court who is your source for your supply and how did you come to this taste in............literature?"

"Easy, before my family and I moved here we lived in Las Pegasus, man there were some babes over there! My dad owned a few strip clubs and bars. No one gets here looking at a few pictures anyways." The next several hours Pinkie spent the time proving Skew to be pervert and potential predator while at the same time she had several of Spike's classmates vouch for his character leading up to meeting Skew and after to the present time. Rarity was still hell bent on getting Spike jailed for having his claws on Sweetie Belle like he did. Pinkie knew by her Pinkie sense that she had the case well in hoof with a light sentence.

As the lawyers gave closing statements before the jury decided their verdict Pinkie Pie's closing commment made Skew laugh and Spike Knew that after Skew was damned he was next.

Skew was found guilty and sentenced to a juvenile correction facility. Skew led by the police screened profanity and spat on several mares on the way out.

Spike on Trial

Spike was scared and he confessed to everything and his school friends stood up for him and told the jury that Spike went the path he went because of Skew. They said that Spike before he met Skew was a model gentleman, even his teacher Ms. Cheerile said as much. Spike breathed slight relief that the jury even found him guilty of the accusations but the judge was leaniant with him and sentenced him to 250 hours of community service and strict observation by Shining Armor and Spike also had to wear a tracking anklet so hia whereabouts were always known. Spike had gotten lucky that the judge was being so merciful with him considering that it was Luna and Celestia. The two hundred hours went by and Spike was able to prove to Rarity that he wasn't a complete perv. He was whenever near any fillies his own age he had to have an escort to babysit him. Twilight felt bad for Spike but he has to learn somehow that crime even crimes that seem victimless actually do have victims and he was leanring that he has to be responsible for his actions.
