“As you can see this house is simply perfect for a starting a family.” The Realtor named Househunter said as he began showing off the small house. “Alrightly, well, we get an offer set up right now, and get in contact with your loan agent.” Househunter moved over and began writing up the paperwork trying to keep a relax feel. “The paperwork went by and they would head out, It might take them a day or two before the owners would ether accept or decline it.” Househunter said as he took the paperwork away, and honestly it was a fair deal.
