Cream Heart poked his shoulder and said "Oh I'm just teasing! Oh and don't worry if you intend to bring her back here for a little hanky-panky, Mommy has some things to attend to this afternoon". With that, the conversation died down as they both tucked into their food, little did they realize that later that day they would be meeting again under rather more uncomfortable and awkward circumstances...

As Button walked into the club he was greeted by Fluttershy who was behind the desk while Applejack was tending to another club member. "Ah Button, glad to see you arrived" said Fluttershy "Although there is technically no punishment for being late for your appointment, you might have missed out on your opportunity if you were too much later, please come in and take a seat, you do have some time to spare before your session with Lulu". Button did as she suggested and took a seat, then it finally happened, not even thirty seconds later Cream Heart walked in and immediately met eyes with her son.

They both just stared at each other not knowing what to say or even what to do, Button finally broke the silence by saying "Um... hi mom?"

Cream Heart responded similarly with "Um... hello Button"

Applejack decided that there was clearly some ice to be broken here and chuckled "Let me guess, neither of you were planning to reveal y'all both like havin' fun with animals right? You two wouldn't be the first people who didn't wanna admit it. Relax!
