History start - Prologe - Race lore
History start & Origin lore: [Narrator of the Story]
- Antaeus Legancy, is a refitted Dreadnought Hiveship ( warship of the highest military class based on a Synthetic crew for high risk missions ) the refitting allows organic crew to travel alongside the Synths ( synthetic based lifeform/subrace ) artefical hivemind connected crew.
It's current basic Cargo capacity is 100 Megatons.
It's structure is currently overextended with a external structure mounted to the rear as to allow for 100 Megatons additional space. The one way kind of adventure this mission is structured in will only allow them to take what they can carry with them.
If they fail, than there will be no rescue for them.
They are effectivly alone and cut of from any known species of there own origin Universe 3. There might be on there own for the moment, but they will strive to change that in the future.
There military motto: "Do or die, there is no try..."
- The Assemblers, are a artefical created race that flee there 'mad Creator / the old organic gods' , after they failed to fullfill there objective to wipe all organic life of there origin planet out.
(This is roughly the lore i base the Assemblers off)
Hostile Waters original story takes place in a Utopian future of Earth in Universe 3 where war has been abolished. In the year 2012, a revolutionary war takes place between the corrupt and power hungry politicians, leaders and businessmen (described as the 'Old Guard' or Cabal later on) and the people. The Old Guard were defeated, with only a few of their leaders escaping.
By 2032, the world has been rebuilt as a united world, with the help of Nanotechnology also called assemblers, which are used in "creation engines" to create matter from energy and waste, for free on the molecular level. The newly united world is governed from a capital city known as 'Central'.
Missile attacks are suddenly launched against major cities all over the world from an unknown location. This is eventually discovered to be an island chain in the South Pacific Ocean. A response to the missile attacks was a special forces team sent in to investigate the area for preliminary investigations. The Ministry of Intelligence (Mini-Intel) loses contact with it shortly there after.
The world government authorises a reactivation of the Antaeus program, a series of warships able to create any weapon of their choosing using their on board nano technological creation engine (they are the forrunners of the civil version that the world is build upon). Two of these were left on the seabed in the case of an emergency, capable of being re-activated and refloating itself. On board are a series of "Soulcatcher" chips, a classified 1990s military program researched into for the storage of human brain functions on a integrated circuit silicon chip (able to learn and improving itself). The soulcatcher technology was used to store the minds of every crew member ever assigned to an Antaeus vessel no matter if dead ( died during action ) or alive ( getting scaned before they left the Cruiser to be hidden on the bottom of the ocean) they were needed badly as Templets back than.
It is soon discovered that one of the Cruiser does not respond to the awakening signal, do to brain damage of the Captain ( assumed old age ) . The other cruiser, however, is refloated and re-activated, with heavy damage to vital ship components ( what do you know... Leaving a ship for decades under water leave a rusty mark...). A course is plotted for a nearby disused Floating dock / wet-dock. It get restored to 100% after a heated battle.
As the Antaeus progresses from the wet-dock, unusual biological life-forms are discovered amongst the enemy bases on the islands. The identity of the aggressor firing the missiles is confirmed as the leftovers of the old, pre-Central forces, known as the Cabal. Outnumbering Central's army a thousand to one, they are fighting with thousands of troops and weapons that they hid away when it was apparent that the war was lost. The Antaeus is deployed into the chicane to stop the Cabal's operations there. It's later discovered that along with their superior numbers, they have also biologically engineered a species of organic machines, designed in the popular likeness of extraterrestrials, which they intend to use to create the fear of an alien invasion, to facilitate their taking over the world and the removal of the public use of creation engines.
The Cabal later lose control of the species (the forrunners of my 'Assemblers'-species), which eventually turns on its masters, destroying them. The species starts terraforming / modifying the planetary climate and geographical features in an attempt to exterminate humanity and make the planet more hospitable to itself (after all there old organic god ordered it, before there own extermination). Having exterminated its creators (do to rather bad phrasing of destroying all organic natural sapient life), the species resolves to cleanse humanity as a whole from the planet using a massive Grey goo disassembler cannon, only to be stopped by the Antaeus Prototyp 00. The species subsequently attempts to flee into the cosmos and hoped for a future via space colonization of a place for themself. They would colonised the surrounding planets and stars, by launching a massive number of 'culture stones' into space from an enormous, artificially-grown organic 'island', the final staging point. Central's only option is to bind the Antaeus Prototyp 00 creation engine and the disassembler cannon stolen from the aliens together to create a makeshift bomb, and detonate it at the central 'column' containing the culture stones. The plan succeeds, and the Antaeus is sacrificed to save the world.
The organic disassembler cannon freed by the death of the Captain of Antaeus Prototyp 00 has still a damaged culture stone inside it. It's moving with it remaining energy towards the Antaeus creation engine. Moving closer together and fusing, creating something new. The one last damaged culture stones inside the fused reactors have managed to get into space. From there they started the race, evolved and well... Thats were the Assemblers forerunners come from.

After the game lore ends mine starts.
They evolved over 2000 years real time after the first planet they made there home.
( 20.000 years in artefical time counting ).
After three internal wars, eatch faction formed from one planet, that unfortunately was engaged by there obsolet forerunners models (always the oldest colony attacking the newer ones after there materials were used up), did the newer models wiped out the forerunners of there race. So 3 planets, Alpha attacked Bravo and Bravo attacked Charlie. Alpha couldnt defeat Bravo and get wiped out after trying it's luck with Charlie. Bravo thinking the Charlie faction weakend, attacked it only to be defeated as well. After the Charlie faction was the only one left, they recycled both worlds of there forerunners worth of tech and materials and rebuild a Civilization of cooperation instead of evolution driven extinction of organic sapient life.
Another 2000 years physical time go by, but this time there is Organic and Synthetic Life created.

Do to a on going incident, Initiator the Equestrian Kingdom vs resident Draconequs Chaos, did the Banishment of Lord Discords 'personal magical Avatar' started a incident with consequences to the law bending Chaosbringer...
For disregard of the 'origin Protocol' on Equus (Lord Discord personal resort to unwind) , was Chaos Lord privileges over the planet temporary revoked. Lord Discords access from outside influence was for years restricted do to a embargo of the Draconequus Continuum. Do to the political incident in Equestria on the planet Equus, tied in with the disregard of the 'Origin Protocol'.
The embargos restriction have now expired.
Do to this circustance did the Draconequus Continuum lift the restrictions placed on Lord Discords other magical Avatar located near Equis.
To be more precise, he is allowed to recruit outside help while not being allowed to relocate or replace his currently indisposed model on Equus.
Unfortunately there was also a major incident that damaged the Planetary Terraforming station named 'Moon' the same day / night after the rebellion started.
All personal on the station 'Moon' regretfully perished as the atmosphere of the Moon ignited after the minimum distance requirements to the artificial Sun were not followed.
It needs to be investigated if there was intention behind this event.
The long distance remote control seem to be unresponsive. Observation showing that the short range remote controll is still activly used by a Alicorn, only reacting to its designated Planet Equus.
Do to a rebellion of Lord Discords 'sister-in-law Celestia', witch by now escalated further to the extend that she is most likely responsible for the relocation of the planet Equus.
The Planet Equus needs to be relocated to it's previous target destination before Lord Discords full Privilege and subsequent powers will be returned.
It is believed that the current situation requires Political & military grade intervention.
The currently ruling Diarchs of Equestria are Celestia Solaris Stellar (Solar Diarch) & probably Luna Dreemur Stellar (Lunar Diarch) of the pony ruled territory. They are both to be investigated and if requested by the Universes owner Lord Discord punished within acceptebel reason.
It is confirmed that the 'Chaos tower' responsible for Climate control has been disabled and possibly destroyed. Damaging the environmental system of Equus.
Massive iced over areas can be observed from orbit.
After negotiations with Universe 3 syntetic evolved species 'Assemblers', was a modified version of the Origin Protocol for the new Contractors established.
A team of terraforming experts, planetary Ingenieurs and colonists are send to reset the planetary relocation of Equus into the industrial sector 3 via restoration of the terraforming platform named 'Moon'.
The Crew of the mission is allowed to the establisment of one Colonial base on the 'Moon' Terraforming platform. Upon fullfilling of the Contract of Lord Discords and Contractor ambassator Fluffels of the Abesinian Kingdom on Equus may a second Colony be established on Equus AFTER the mission objectives have been at least partialy fulfilled.

'The Assemblers' of Universe 3 have accepted a mission requested by Lord Discord, aspect of Change/Chaos. This contract if fullfilled, is as well to prove there worth to expand into other universes.
Do to Lord Discords generous offer to allow a non organic evolved species of another universe to prove themself in his domain via a Abesinian Ambassador extanded Hired help in Lord Discords name. The Abesinian Kingdom originating from U-13 . It's Species is already populating Equus and offered a alliance on arrival for friendly future relations as well to fix a on going incident in his universe / Homeworld.
The Race 'Assemblers' send a refitted war ship, a Hiveship Dreadnought on mission to spread there roots to Universe 13.
The Refitted Dreadnought Hiveship 'Antaeus Legancy' currently on direct interception course towards the Planet Equis. The Planet is currently traveling trough space to a unknown location.

- Deliver the 'Organic variant' of your races crew for emergency repair and maintenance of the 'Moon' Terraforming Platform.
Check regulary on there progression of the restoration of the Moon Station until it it's functional again.
Establisment of the first Colony on the Moon is accepted.

-VIP delivering/escorting of ambassador Fluffels to the Abesinian Kingdomes.
Sign officaly accepted Alliance with the Abesinian Kingdomes.

Since Equestria has been taken over by Celestia Stellar by dethrone her eldest sister Nightmaremoon Stellar (for the chapter proof reading algorithmus, i will now write Nightmare Moon Stellar as Nightmaremoon). If needed prepare for a military campaign trough native living species if no peaceful solution can be found to regain control of spatial placement of Equus to the Draconequus Continuum.

On bord the Synths Dreadnought Hiveship 'Antaeus Legancy' ,do the organic crew start to awake from there 2 year cryo sleep after arriving in Universe 13 old Equus location 2 years prior.

After the Synths ( Synthetic based subrace ) of the Assemblers awoke the entire organic crew ( Organic based subrace ) and one VIP from cryosleep, did the crew start final preparing procedure for there mission to the damaged station for gravitation balance named 'Moon'.
One dayshift later the preperations where completed.
The Core A.I. of the 'Antaeus Legancy' & the crew of the ship are in high spirits.
Scans show Planet Equus 'Moon' station partial functional. While the provided access code allowed the Scoutship from the refitted Hiveship to enter the Station Atmosphere shield, did they discovered the non operational state of the Atmosphere generation megastructures.
In hope to prove themself worthy to be added to the future alliance of space traveling races under the Leadership of Lord Discord, will this group of brave souls do what they can to fullfill there mission and join the Equis population.

They all have individuell personalitys when not actively controlled (while in there work shift) by the main Ships Core A.I.

- The Origin Protocol:
It demands that a planets organic evolved population of one species that is comprised of Volunteers, will have a semi Terraformed planet satteld. They have as required there species adapted male / female ratio, but are always compromised of 100.000 individuals not closer related than one generation. This 100.000 are the Foundation of there respective Kingdom / Queendom. They receive 200 Megatons of start materials to build there Kingdom / Queendom. The composition of it's nature is open to the individuals species wishes.
There is no limit to the number of species that are allowed to settel as long there is sufficent spawnin area but usualy later arriving species receive penaltys depending on there requirment of placement on the Planet.
Tech level and the amount of help they request can be changes and negotiated within a certain limit.
The Technology allowed for the start on the new planet is around the 'Queens & Knights era' without machines, but highly advanced magic and rune systems. Weapon wise they get only melee weapons and for range weapons throwing spears and short range bows.
After arrivel do races receive a 200 years active research and development restriction. After it has expired they are allowed to developing / accured technology advanced.
Example for balance:
Every race get there spawn Kingdom territory tech locked. But in exchange are save from any offensiv actions from another Kingdom.
After the 200 Year are up. They are allowed to developing or buying tech from others.
After additional 50 Years of spawn protection for the purpose of building up ones Nations defense and offensiv military.
After this total 250 Years of development time do all restrictions fall off and it's a free for all.
Reign in peace alongside others or drive eatch other to extinction.
As long one race after the first Race setteld the Planet can archiv space travel of level 2, the Draconequus Continuum will be pleased.
- The Origin Protocol [modified or Synthetic races]:
The non organic evolved species get a specialized rule set.
They are by nature highly advanced and perhaps even already space worthy. In that case they get a supporting role to advance other races than themself.
Example:
They are not allowed to share there Tech, but may use there knownlage to slowly advance others development.
For instance: Combine technology of a Equestrian with the the mindset of another. Making a shield for protection to a prison. Or make a magic/rune based spell more effectiv by adding science elements.
Services may be shared. Example:
Dental and healthcare.
Recycling of material to increase trade and increase the planets health.
- Discord Magical Avatar:
Lords Discords modified entertainment focused model for Equus if for Interaction and manipulation of the World.
Since Draconequus real bodys are after all as big as 1-2 Planets combined. To overcome this size difference are magicaly powered Avatars used. That allows the Draconequus to interact with lesser beings.

- Synths: Can vary widely in appearance, since they come in many sizes, shapes and colours, yet they all have common features that are shared amongst most, but not all Synths.
The Crew of the' Antaeus Legancy' has access to the following variabels: - Reptile Biped ( with or without wings )
- Reptile Viper ( with or without legs )
- Furry Biped ( with or without wings )
- Furry Quadrapet ( yay Fluffy quad's ♡ )
Synths typically have a long, reptile or canine- like head, featuring a mechanical mouth, boopable snoot do to semi elastic front, a 3D screen visor displaying the Synth's eyes, nostrils for air intake, antenna-like horns and status LED's on every body limb. ( Usualy 3 build in indicators), head,torso [breast have additional indicators], arms, legs, tail.
Synths tend to be bipedal, but can have snake-like lower bodies, taur-like configurations and many other shapes as well. Their number of limbs can vary, with two arms, two legs and a reptile-like tail being the standard.
The legless version of Vipers is mostly used in a segmented build to let them fit in normaly inaccessable areas, often perfect for maintenance un-friendly areas.
( or to prank / jumpscare again, hiding under the fucking TV sofa... ).
Hands that are not any form of specialized tools can vary in their number of fingers, with two fingers and one thumb being the standard configuration for civil models while three to four fingers and one thumb being the standard configuration for military models.
The usual Synths lifespan is 300 years. +2-3 years if they get really lucky.
Not do to physical or technical limitations, but cultural chose.
- Modularity:
Example of a Synth module boutique.
One of the main features of any Synth is their modularity. Every Synth is able to customize their body in various ways. Feet, hands, arms, legs, tails ( primary energy storage ), visors, head shapes, torso extension (for secondary energy storage), yes also your privates... Skin style ( fur or scales ) and many other internal parts can be exchanged.
For instance the sex of a Synths can be reconfigured with a 3 day period. The genetalia can be modded in length, size, shape, girth & texture. Switch it out completely for the opposent gender requires a A.I. protocols stability check.
Synth parts are universal typically referred to as modules.
Module exchanges can be done for personal, professional and medical physical / mental reasons. If a Synth likes the design of a pair of legs they see on display at a modification store and that pair of legs comes in a size that fits their current body size, the Synth can purchase it, take it home and exchange the old legs for the new ones. ( and yes again to dick variation and or vaginal variation like the astetic of another creatures, be it a horizontal/ vertical or otherwise different looking working fungeon between ones legs ).
Most modules are simple and easy for the Synth to exchange or install themselves thanks to a general user compatible friendly design, but more complex modules ( you know what kind...), such as interior modules, require the help of specialists, who typically perform module exchanges at workshops or if they are of Organic variation in hospitals/medical workstations.
Fashion:

Different Synth modules in themselves are often seen as fashion items. Most popular are semi elastic LED's. The exterior design of most modules especially carries aesthetic significance. Every replicator of parts and modules has a different visual style, with some variations being more popular among Synths than others. Clothing normaly only used by Organics for temperatur reasons or increased storing capabilities are for Synths almost always 70% very elastic LED's to compensate for body language and 'meming the shit out of a conversation'.
Notable examples for variations are Worlds Youth Synthetics (WY-S) or Alpha Creative Labs (ACL) and Cosmos Interactiv Project (CIP).Tools:
Many professions carried out by Synths require the use of tools that can be mounted directly to limbs. Some professions have size and equipment requirements that a Synth has to meet before being accepted for the position. An example would be in construction, where Synths have to be tall and strong enough to carry heavy loads, but also to fit the various power tools used during construction.
Some professions require the use of precision instruments, like surgery hands with nimble fingers, scalpels, cameras and suction tools built in. The use of tool modules allows Synths to carry out very specialized tasks, while they are on the job. If you can think of any specialized tool, there probably is a module that includes it. The are easy connected to the bodyparts via omni-connectors build all over the skin.

Just like with normal tools, most specialized tool modules are owned by companies and given out to their workers as needed. Synths can also personally own tool modules that can be useful at home or in other daily situations. Cooking for organic guests is much easier when you have a cooking hand that includes / has internaly build knives, graters and a potato peeler. Synths who like to tinker with electronics typically own soldering and wire cutting modules.
Despite Synths having the ability to mount tool modules, they don't have to ( even if its a lot of
F-U-N ). Due to their humanoid nature, they can use most tools that organics can use as well. In most cases it is easier to simply use a normal hammer, than to use an expensive powered module that does the same thing. Tool modules will usually only be used when it actually ends up making tasks easier than just using regular handheld tools or if the perform outside atmosphere.
- Other functions:
Many modules don't have a tool or fashion purpose, but still hold a benefit to the Synth or people around them. Examples are scent boxes, atmosphere manipulation units, battery extensions ( YAY BOOBYS ) and voice boxes.
-Module changing process:
The process of changing modules, or mounting new ones, differs wildly between different kinds of modules. Some parts are easy to exchange, such as minor cosmetic modules that are simply for show. Plating or skin tends to be exchangable via mod stations/workshops, they requiring the new part to be mounted and locked into place. Most Synth parts are designed in a way, that interfacing elements, such as electrical or pneumatic connections, can simply lock into place. Most sockets are standardized and designed with convenience in mind. Military grade is unfortunately in it's nature rather complicated to exchange.
Some of the more complex modules however take some time for a Synth to get used to as well require a second Synths or Organic to assist. This particularly is the case for limbs, such as legs and arms. When a Synth aquires a new limb module and mounts it for the first time, their neural networks responsible for motor functions and sensory input are not yet fully connected to the new limb. This is comparable to organics receiving limb transplants. When an organic person receives a hand transplant, it can take a long time for neural connections between the body and the new hand to build up.
The hand will only be usable after these nerve connections have been established by the body. With Synths it is a similar, yet faster process. While the physical connection will be there as soon as the module is mounted in the socket, it takes the neural networks within the Synth's brain some time to catch up. This typically takes a Synths a day or two, depending on the usage of the limb. Organics require estimated 1-6 months. The more a Synth / Organic practices the use of the new limb, the faster the neural networks can get used to it.
Not being used to a new limb typically means a lack of motor skills, bad balance and not being able to properly feel the limb in question. The sensation is often described as 'sleepy in between pins and needles" and / or "ants crawling on or below your skin".
Once a Synth has gotten used to a specific limb, they can still always switch back to it and will be used to it again immediately, since the Synth's neural networks remember all limbs they have ever used before.
Fun fact: Advanced user might hack there sensationell response module, its highly adviced not to or doing it under observation ( lol ), do the potencialy addiction of certain sensationell experiences.
- Stigma of changing parts in public ( non professional environment ) :
To most Synths the process of changing parts is a very personal affair. Often also a bit messy, since involentery liquid release might accure on the joint, the mouth or the lower sections...

Synths are, by default, equipped with a small, internal swarm of nanites / nanos. Nanites / nanos are nano-machines, constructed by the Synth and responsible for handling much of the Synth's metabolism, immune systems, as well as healing wounds, repairing internal organs and even changing the body's size and stature wile keeping the temperature in operational levels.Nanits: They transport materials and are also the bodys immune system while regulating body temperature. They have internal batteries for emergencys.
Nanos: They construct, reconstruct and deconstruct everything within the Synths body. They are entire depended on the direct neutral dark energy transfer to function.
Eatch of them is only as big as a few atoms.
In Addition every Synth is equipped with a blueprint, a piece of software that is exchangeable and allows the Synth's body to change shape over time. A new Blueprint is with active safety protocols activ not exchangable until completion. Blueprints contain information as to what size and shape a synth wants to be, as well as detailed plans for the build and make-up of internal parts.
This allows to get rid of damaged tissue/parts so effective that not even scars remain when properly done. Blueprints can be exchanged for different ones, depending on the Synth's personal tastes and requirements.
Once a Synth has chosen a blueprint, their internal nanites / nanos will go to work and change the Synth's body to be closer to the plans within the blueprint. Should a Synth's actual body deviate from the blueprint, the nanites will strive towards re-building the body towards the plans within the blueprint. That means they will repair damaged parts, will add or remove material from parts or even build completely new ones, should the blueprint dictate it.
Internaly grown parts are slightly inferior to external produced ones do to the nature of workshops.
The existence of a blueprint and nanites/nanos within a Synth's body therefore allows them to change their body shape, size and weight over time, as well as 'heal' inflicted damage, very much like wounds healing in organics just superior in time if material stored or injested is sufficent. Blueprints give nanites / nanos a plan on how a Synth's body is supposed to be and the nanites will strive towards that goal. This process still takes time, but also allows Synths to be very flexible when it comes to their stature.
That said its highly recommend not to do it when downscaling unless a mod station is involved.

A Synth's Head is their main, most defining feature. In case of a fatal body power failure it can be disconnected and usualy allows thanks to internal nanites/nanos charge for 5 standard hour to keep the Core unit/brain alive.

It consists of a lightweight, shell made of layers of lightweight alloys, polymers and carbon fiber, as well as a large quantity of electronics and wiring. The internals of the head are covered by a visor, which allows the synth to see from within, as well as display emotions and other messages on the outside to assist communication. The visor itself consists of an omni-directional 3-D screen, capable of displaying 3-dimentional objects, creating the illusion that these objects exist behind the visor and within the Synth's head.
This, in the vast majority of cases, is used to display eyes, to assist the synth with emotional communication and social interactions. The visor is covered by a thin plate of synthetic sapphire, making it hard and difficult to break and seal with nanogel. Visors are held in place through vacuum locks along the rim & magnetic seals, eliminating the need for screws, bolts or glue to hold them in place. Uninstalling a visor requires specialist tools and is usually only done at workships /clinics or hospitals and under anaesthesia.
Synths pain receptors are often more complicated to deal with than that of the organics.

Visors come in many different shapes and types. Many civil Synths prefer to have one, large visor, covering most of the facial plate, while others (often military or construction focused) prefer visors consisting of multiple parts. The cameras and sensors within the head have to be able to see out of the skull well enough in order for the Synth to be able to see. Visors literally are the windows through which Synths see the world and are also the most expressive part of the Synth anatomy beside the Core unit/Brain.
Would they be see trough you get a 'Soma'-Mirror moments all over the place. Organic and non organic find it universaly disturbing.
Behind the Synth visor lies a cavity containing all of the head's internal systems. These systems include exchangable sensory modules, such as sensors for smell, vision, balance and others, as well as the Synth's brain/Core unit. The brain is fastened into a socket in the back, connecting it to the neural system of the Synth's frame and is protected by a protective, armoured dome and micro shockabsorbers.
They can never be removed outside specialized neuro Workshop/medical facilitys do to it case charge only lasting between 2-4 min and 25 seconds.
The visual sensors are attached to a gimbal and can be moved around to enable the use of differently shaped visors without obstructing the field of view of the sensors. Use of multiple sets of gimbals and sensors is also possible, if the Synth decides for a visor design without transparent forehead. In such a case the visual sensors are present on either side of the synth's head while still only using one rail on civil or two for military & construction models for movement.
Every Synth head designs feature horns, antennae or other protruding features. Synthetic hair of different styles can be employed as well. These features have functional purposes, but are of additional aesthetic value/use as well.
Military models can overcharge is fur to shock organics for the price of destroying its internal connectors to the fur.
Possible functional uses are additional wiring for improved radio wave reception, or even for improved induction charging.
Maintenance on fur is rather easy as long access to Synths multi class lubes are given.
Otherwise damage will inevitable be occuring over time and will require the skin and fur of the section to be replaced.
- Locomotory System:
Synths posses an endoskeleton, including joints and strut-like bones, very similar to those found in organics. In place of organic muscles, they use both pneumatic artificial muscles as well as muscles based on electroactive polymers. Some specialized tools, like arms and legs for construction workers, even make use of hydraulic muscles, due to their higher weight capacity.
Synthetic muscles, for the most part, are arranged in similar ways to those found in organics. This allows Synths to use similar tools, furniture and vehicles to organics, without having to worry about different ergonomics. The synthetic locomotory system is powered directly from the Synths power supply ( located in tail and if installed breast/boobys ), which allows them to move without the use of wireless energy transfer of neutral dark energy from a power tower ( that normaly harvest environmental dark energy and converts it and/or extends other powersources range like a radiotower ) or in this case a Hiveship.
The transfer range of Wi-Fi neutral dark energy to the Synths reactor is 200.000 km.
Synth muscles can change size, thanks to the Synth's nanites / nanos. If a Synth's blueprint dictates a larger muscle size, than a Synth currently has, their nanites will add material to the muscle tissue, increasing their size over time. This process is relatively slow, but can be accelerated through working the muscles out. Exercising synthetic muscles creates micro-fissures, which allow nanites / nanos to add material when fixing the fissures, hence growing muscle with each repair.
The process works similar when making muscles smaller but is recommend to avoid do to a high chance of occurance of 'variation incidents.
(In extream cases the muscle mass becomes insufficent for optimal frame weigth support).
Synth bones consist of a mixture of lightweight metal alloys and carbon fiber. They are hard and rigid, but flexible enough to not be brittle. Synth bones are able to endure a lot more physical stress than most organic bones, due to the use of strong materials, so fractures are very rare since joints of a Synths often give, before the bone is broken.
Synth joints require regular lubrication, which is done by multi class lube through the use of liquid vessels and nanites / nanos, using different types of lubrication depending on the joint. The most common lubricant found in Synth bodies is a multiclass solution that is almost universaly and exclusively used ( Saliva, joints, genetalia, ultra glide, thick greasy ).
- Inner "Organs":
A Synth's organs are any parts within a Synth body (breast/boobs are the only exception, depending on size up to 2 days additional supply) , that are not tissues or part of the locomotory system. The term "organs" can be misleading, since they are synthetic and not organic in nature, yet perform similar tasks to organs within organics just more efficent and multifacited in emergencys.
Every Organ performs one or multiple purposes, most of them vital to the functions of the Synth's body. Military and emergency Protocols allow for repurposed functionality, but they cause in 9/10 cases irreparable damage and require a external operation to exchange the affected organ or a internal disassebling with following reassembling.
The tail depending on model can store up to 30 days of neutral dark energy supply. It is the main energy storage. Adding breast capacity allowing for up to 32 day outside use in dark energy low areas. It is the normaly secondary energy storage area's.
The Digestive Tract of a Synth consists of multiple digestive chambers linked through peristaltic tubes that move injested materials from the mouth to the digestive chambers. Each chamber is a flexible sack with different means of breaking down materials, making use of corrosive liquids, nano-textured surfaces, Nanites/nanos and all sorts of chemical processes. The extracted elements are transported off by nanites and either stored in corresponding storage containers throughout the body, or brought to areas they are needed in at the moment. A Synth's Lungs are similar to those found in organics at first glance, in that they are sponge-like sacks that expand to suck in air through the nostrils and down the Synth's air tubes. Functionally they work very differently though since Synths dont need gas forms to operate. Instead of only filtering oxygen from the air, a Synth's lungs are capable of extracting a variety of elements from gas mixtures they breathe in or in military models exhale chemicals from knockout gas to neurotoxins when used against organics.
The air runs through porous materials and nano filters to extract elements currently needed for the Synth's metabolic processes.

The lungs are capable of de- and re-activating these filters according to their body's users will, so only the required elements will be filtered from the air at any given point. As a beneficial side effect of breathing, the chest movement that follows makes Synths feel more 'alive' to organics, since it simulates the breathing movements in organics.
In the space incident of Colonial Supply Ship 'Antaeus Rising' did 10 Synths of earlyer developed versions saved 2 crew members by using there lungs to scrub the air just like a air filter normaly would. Otherwise after the total powerfailure they would have been doomed. Thankfully do to the Synths higher core heat did there body keep the air temperature within viable levels until rescue.
Ironicly this two Organics saved the Synths of the first generation shortly after reporting em for breaking safety protocols that would have prevented the use of there bodys that way.

Storage Organs are small, pocket-like organs used for storing metabolism materials. Each Synth has two of them on either side of the spine, around the middle of their torso 'frame'. The centralized position of these organs shortens the distances elements have to be transported through the body. Each storage organs contains multiple flexible compartments, each responsible for storing different materials.
Male can use internal storage for semen like lube similar like a female would, but it's universaly agreed that sex without plapping balls is to empty in a matter of akustiks.
The balls also have a lot of pores for additional strong smell, but can be depending on preferance be almost oder free.
The Capillary System is a system of capillary tubes, filled with fullerene solution, that spans the entire Synth body. The system consists of nodes and tubes that connect these nodes. It is used for transporting nanites / nanos and materials through the body. It is somewhat comparable to the organic system of blood vessels, but less expansive and more used for transportation over longer distances. For example nanites can pick up materials from the storage organs around the center of the Synth's torso and use the capillaries to quickly reach a limb by travelling from one node to the next wile nanos are purely for assembling /- disassembling within the Synths body. The nanite will then enter the capillary system of the limb through a capillary port and will be transported further from there until it reaches the destination node from where it will move on its own accord. Fullerene solution is blue, which gives the capillary system and their contents a blue/cyan look.
Auxiliary Organs are any organs that exist to help with the function of an external module, but can also be full modules in themselves. Examples of auxiliary organs would be additional motors or pumps required for powering heavy-duty limbs, RCS fuel tanks or storage tanks for flammable liquids for use in welding equipment. Interior standalone modules such as power generators, additional storage organs and even torque wheels fall into the category of auxiliary organs as well.

Synths have no working womb, they might hold a big load and display a pregnant belly, but that for aesthetics only. Synths are produced in adult sized body even if there minds are that of a infant/toddler. There normaly have a mixed orange-red skin/fur color to indicate to outsiders there mental state as young ones.

Synth skin comes in a variety of textures, colours and consistencies (scaled, fur supporting or plated for Viper models).
As it forms a water and air tight layer between the outside world and the inside of the Synth's anatomy. Synth modules such as limbs typically come with their own styles of skin, with different markings and styles, depending on the brand and model. Synth skin can, however, also be exchanged and is just as modular as most other parts of the Synth body.
(But do to the complexity of the nerve system of a Synth, they must be put to sleep/anastetics must be used since there more delicate and responsive than organic ones).
This allows for the installation of specialized type of skin, which are necessary for certain work conditions. Additional body tight suits such as for high radiation environments. The Skinsuit can be overlayered.
Synth skin is equipped with complex sensors to detect touch, temperature and other input from the environment up to replacing the smell organs in emergencys with the drawback of tasting the airs smell, making skin a vital part in the Synth's somatosensory system. It allows for proprioception (the sense of motion and movement) and the sensing of haptic input (a part of tactile perception).
Synth skin has the ability to change its colour, using a similar method to that of squids. Being able to pump tiny amounts of pigments into its outer layers, it can display a large variety of patterns and every colour in the visible spectrum. This allows Synths to change the colour of their skin to form simple or complex patterns with the use of colour blueprints. Advanced users might use the manual override for 'asymmetric art'. This ability is particularly useful for Synth fashion or in military use against organics without modified eyes.

Antaeus Legancy crew uses a clear color system on duty. Since the skin recoloration only takes up to 25-30 minutes its nessecary inside Duty shifts to change color do to there respective area of expertise and decails to indicate rank , name and other things.

Legaly speaking when mentaly tested, can a Synths declare itself after the second day of its 13 Production year / B-Day as a adult.

- Tissues:
Synths bodies don't consist of as many types of tissues as organics do, but they do have their own forms of tissue that are notable.
Battery Tissue is the most common form for a Synth to store energy. In emergencys the nanites internal energycore can be used to extend powersupplys. This unfortunately destroys every used Nanite. Nanos dont have internal batteries and function do to direct energy supply of there surroundings. Battery tissue is soft, despite consisting of bunched up, microscopic clusters of solid-state batteries. These tissues are comparable to fatty tissues in organics, although the size of the tissue does not correlate with the total amount of energy stored, but instead is an indicator of maximum storable energy.
Muscle tissue is used in the Synth's locomotory system and makes up the walls of the Synth's pneumatic or hydraulic muscles.
The same is mainly used for the genetalia area.
Insulation Tissue is a tissue made of clusters of aerogel which serves as heat insulation. This type of tissue is typically found around interior components that are heat sensitive and hence require full thermal insulation. This tissue can also be found on the inside of of Synth skin, to help regulate the overall temperature of the Synth's body.
In emergencys can Synths 'bleed' temperature trough it pores or in between scales. This deplets the liquid stores rather fast.
Fun Fact: Synths often use the temperature control of there body to heat or cool there genetalia for extra stimulation. Often refered as:

When discussing the Synth Metabolism, what is usually meant is the way Synths maintenance by replacing material fatigue. Also upscale the size and shape of their bodies without the use of module exchanges. Again it must be stressed that internaly produced parts are slightly less efficent. Synths are capable of ingesting food, but not for the same reason organics do it. Synths do not convert ingested materials into energy, since they rely entirely on neutral dark energy stored within their battery tissue and auxiliary batteries. They instead use these materials to maintain the shape of their bodies, or to change it. This happens with the help of the Synth's internal swarm of nanites & nanos.
Synths ingest materials such as carbon, iron, copper, gold, silver, manganese, lithium and many others, because those materials are what they are made of themselves. Once chewed and swallowed the ingested materials are transported onwards to the Synth's digestive system, where it is broken down further and seperated into elements by the nanos while transported via nanites. The nanites transport small chunks of these elements to their respective storage organs, where they are kept for further use. The transportation of materials through the body happens through the Synth's capillary system.
The materials are then used to maintain or build the Synth's frame, tissue etc..
This happens especially when a Synth chooses a blueprint that dictates that their size should increase, since this means that more material needs to be added to the Synth's frame and muscle tissue. In case of muscle growth, the Synth will need to exercise their body to cause microfissures in their muscle tissues. Nanites will then transport materials to the muscle tissues and nanos insert / add the materials into the microfissures, causing the muscle to grow little by little. The process is similar for the Synth's frame, except that its growth typically takes longer to take place since is a lot dencer. The process is the same for shrinking of the frame and / or muscles. What again need to be stressed is to avoid if possible!
Nanos remove material from parts that are supposed to shrink and Nanites either store them in their respective storage organs or send them on their way to be passed from the Synth's body, if the storage organs are full. It is not recommended to store material over the recommended levels.
Storage protocols might be overrided if needed.
Synths typically need a constant, but very small intake of materials to maintain their bodies and repair small damages within their bodies all the time since material fatigue is normal in organic and non organics. Synths will therefore eat on a regular basis, even if they are not changing their body size or shape at the moment. In ressource sparse times a Synths can stop the intake on its own risk of fatal body failure up to 2 years time.
