The year is 1008 ALB. Nightmare Moon has returned and allied with Chrysalis. Equestria and Celestia have fallen, Twilight Sparkle has disappeared, and the Crystal Empire is about to fall to the two Empresses' combined armies. Star Tower, the Royal Magician of Equestria, is tasked with keeping Flurry Heart out of their control, and he will do everything in his power to ensure that Flurry and himself stay free.
