The reason behind that is because, he has a significant date that he needs to attend with his special somepony Twilight Sparkle. King Thorax and Princess Twilight Sparkle have both dated each other in the last three days. They went to places like: libraries, hiking, and picnic in Ponyville lake. Today is now their fourth date, and Thorax has booked a restaurant for them to have a meal in. "Okay, just have to adjust this tie and I'm all done!" Thorax exclaimed as he finished adjusting his tie. He then walked to his standing mirror in his room to look at his reflection. Once he got to it, he looked at himself through the mirror and let out a smile a brief second later. "Alright, time to head to the restaurant." He told himself. After that, he turned around and faced his bedroom door. Then, he walked up to it, grabbing his wallet in the process. Once he reached his door, he gripped onto the handle with his magic and pulled it open. Finally, he stepped out of his bedroom, closing the door behind him in the process. Then, he turned to his right and started to make his way to the doors of the third floor hallway. Ponyville, Twilight's castle In Twilight Sparkle's castle, Princess Twilight Sparkle of Friendship was seen combing her hair in her room, she was also seen wearing her pink dress and golden shoes too. "Alright, time for me to go to the restaurant." Twilight told herself as she finished putting on purple lipsticks on her lips "I bet my Thory will be so handsome." She told herself with a dreamy expression. Then, the friendship Princess stood up from her chair and turned to her left to face her bedroom door. She then walked up to it, gripped onto the door handle with her magic and pulled it open. After that, she stepped out of her bedroom, closing the door behind herself in the process. Finally, she turned to her right and started to walk down the hallway. She was so thrilled for this date! In the five star cafe restaurant in Ponyville, King Thorax of the Changeling Hive was seen waiting by the front door of the cafe for Twilight. While waiting, Thorax was seen running the ground with his right hoof in an anxious way but, he instantly snapped out of it and accumulated his courage. "Relax Thorax." He told himself "You must express bravery towards your special somepony just like how you fought alongside with her with her friends." He finished with a confident expression. A brief second later, the changeling King heard some hoofstep noises coming from his right. So, he turned his head to the right, and when he did, his eyes widened when he saw who was on his left. In front of him was Twilight Sparkle walking up to him while in her pink dress. She has also put make up on her which made her even more beautiful, like she always is. "Wow, she is very beautiful." Thorax thought while blushing slightly. "Um hello? Thorax?" When Thorax heard Twilight calling him, he immediately snapped out of it and looked in front of him to see her cute face looking back at him. "Oh! Um, hi Twilight, it's good to see you again." Thorax said with a nervous chuckle which made Twilight giggle in return. "You ready to start out fourth date?" "Of course." Thorax said with a smile"I've brought my wallet with plenty of bits, I also like to give this to you." He told her handing her the flower. "Thank you Thory." Twilight cooed as she grabbed the flowers with her cheeks flushing slightly. "So, where do you want to sit?" Thorax asked. When Twilight heard his question, she began to ponder about this for a bit. She first looked inside of the cafe and heard a lot of noises coming from inside which wouldn't be very pleasant due to her obviously going to get interrupted with her conversation session with Thorax. She then looked up on the second floor of the cafe and saw that there were less people on there which made her smile in delight. After that, she looked at Thorax again. "Let's take a seat on the second floor Thory." She told him. "As you wish Twinkle's." Thorax told her, and Twilight once again giggled from the nickname. The couple then walked to the stairs of the cafe so that they could get to the second floor. Once they got to it, they walked up the stairs while smiling towards each other. A brief second later, Thorax and Twilight both made it to the second floor of the cafe and saw that it was less crowded. They then walked to the table in the middle of the cafe. Once they got to it, Thorax pulled a seat for Twilight to sit on which she smiled warmly and sat on it. After that, Thorax pushed the chair forward. Finally, the changeling King took a seat in front of his special somepony. Then, a waiter walked up to their table. "Hello King Thorax and Princess Twilight." The stallion waiter greeted with a smile "What would you two like to order?" He asked. "I would like to have a fruit salad and a latte please." Thorax said in a kind tone, then, he looked at Twilight "What would you like to order Twinkle's?" He asked. "I would like to have a salad and a hot chocolate please." Once the waiter has finished writing down their order, he turned around and began to make his way to one of the kitchen's in the cafe's second floor. While waiting for their meal, Thorax and Twilight couldn't help but stare at each other dreamily due to how handsome and beautiful they both looked. "You look handsome in that tuxedo Thorax." Twilight complimented which made Thorax blush slightly. "Why thank you Twilight." Thorax said "And you look elegant in that dress." He complimented which made her blush in return. "Thank you handsome." "You're very welcome beautiful." After waiting for five minutes, the waiter has returned with Thorax and Twilight's meals and drinks. Once he has put them on their table, he bowed to them and the couple said 'thank you' to them, after that, the stallion left their table, and Thorax and Twilight began to eat. The couple levitated their fork and spoon with their magic and scooped up their foods. After that, they opened their muzzles and chowed on their foods. During that, they smiled in delight due to how sweet and delicious their meals are. "Wow, this is scrumptious." Thought Twilight. "Now this fruit salad is sweet." Thought Thorax. Seven minutes later, Thorax and Twilight have both finished eating their meals and drinking their latte and hot chocolate. After that, Thorax walked over to the kitchen counter and paid eight bits for their meals, thanking the chefs in the process. Then, they began to head to the stairs of the cafe. "Wow, I'm full." But suddenly, Twilight has tripped over a slightly loose plank and began to stagger forward. "Whoaaa!" When Thorax heard the noise, he turned around to see what was happening. But suddenly, Twilight instantly collided into him, the changeling King eventually lost his balance and began to tumble down the stairs with Twilight while grunting slight. After a six seconds roll, Thorax and Twilight have both stopped with the changeling King on his back, and the alicorn Princess on top of him. "Ugh, that was quite the ride." However, just as Thorax looked in front of him, he saw Twilight lying down on top of him which made him blush slightly in return. Then, a brief second later, Twilight slowly lifted her head up from Thorax's chest and looked done at him with an apologetic expression. "Sorry about that Thorax." "I-its okay, I uh-" Thorax wasn't able to finish his sentence when Twilight leaned in and kissed him in the lips which made him blush in return. But, the changeling King shrugged it off and kissed his special somepony back. Ten seconds later, the couple both released each other from their kids while breathing. "Thank you so much for the dinner that you arranged for the both of us Thory." Twilight thanked with a grateful smile. "It's okay Twinkle's, I would do anything to make you happy." He told her in a loyal tone which made her giggle in return. The couple then leaned close to each other again to give each other another kiss to the lips before they leave, so that they could express their love towards each other.
