Changeling recognition

History:

Seventy years ago, the old democratic ways of the world grew corrupt and complacent, following their pockets more than their laws, bending the laws to their will, forcing those that aren't paying them to follow their controller's orders or face the consequences. A rebellion broke out, with people joining their ranks every day and the enemy hiding in any location they can and will, the Imperium was born when that ended, now, another rebellion is being formed to fight for freedom, liberty, and equality for all, the emperor sent in sleeper agents to quell this new rebellion, but they all disappeared after a few days, and the rebels went into hiding.

Ten years ago, the rebellion resurfaced with vengeance, targeting key routes across the sea and air in attempts to starve the population, but the intense independence of each continent prevented that from happening.

Five years ago, the rebellion dispersed and all seemed well, but the Emperor knew something wasn't right and sent in Agents to gather intel on suspected enemy locations, fifteen hundred came up positive, one of which being the incredibly popular writer's home; Davy Clarke. Clarke was always looking for a way to spread the fact that freedom is coming, and managed to successfully spread it across the states, and his military training allowed him to overpower police officials and escape.

That same year, he started buying parts in the thousands, and bought several pieces of electronic equipment wherever he could find it, what his plans are unknown, but the emperor will not wait to find out and sent a pair of his best Agents to kill him before he completes his job. The Agents failed and were summarily executed.

Two years ago, the previous emperor was replaced with another, far more ruthless emperor, she executed anyone she suspected of treachery, and the sun never came up while she was in power, the moon hanging over the planet as a sign of her rule.
