The Tales Of Elecus, Episode I: A New World, A New Threat

Chapter 1: Starting Over

Elecus began to open his eyes.. as he saw a mysterious black figure... "Elecus.." The figure began to speak with deep echoing voice. "I have a proposal for you.."

Then, Elecus began to speak back.. "Where am I.. didn't I... die..?" he said with a bit of confusion in his voice... "Also... who are you, and what do you mean by proposal..?"

"A chance for you to go back to the living... A chance for your life continue..." The figure answered, "Who am I? You can call me a friend..." He chuckled a bit, finishing his sentence.

As the figure said that, Elecus' eyes widened, "You can do that?" He said with stars in his eyes as he was staring at the figure in shock and amazement.

"Yes... However..." He said with a slight change in tone.. "Things will be very different.... "

Elecus didn't seem phased by that downside as he said to the mysterious figure, "Ok.... I accept.." He had no idea what the figure had meant by different, but he was willing to accept what was in store for him, as a enthusiastic smile lit up his face.

Then the figure chuckled a bit, "Off to a new destination with you, Elecus. Somewhere in which you have never seen or heard of!" He said, as he began to glow brightly.

After that.. Elecus blacked out...

Soon after, what he was told... Elecus began to wake up, "Ugh... what happened to me.." He groaned a bit.. waking up in a comfy bed. "And... I feel.. very different.."

"Well.. good mornin' looks like yer' finally comin' round,"

Elecus looked around as he saw someone peeking her head through the door "Uhh... hi..." He said to her, still a bit dazed.

The pony walked into the room, "Well howdy, the name's Applejack, s' nice to meet ya" She said pretty enthusiastically in that southern accent, "I reckon i haven't seen yer face round' well... anywhere in Equestria."

He seemed a bit stumped as to what she was talking about, "Well.. Umm, my name is Elecus," He introduced himself holding out his hoof but then looking at it in shock, "What the!?! I have.. hooves? What happened to me..?!" He seemed extremely confused. Then suddenly, it hit him, "So... this is what he meant by different." Elecus thought to himself.

"Well," Applejack started to explain, "Ah found ya somewhere outside the farm here, ya seemed to be like shootin' star, crashin' down like that,"

Elecus got out of bed and stretched out his body a bit. "Hmm... yeah, well.. that's a little strange.." He said, walking over to a mirror, "Yeah.. I really have changed.. " He thought to himself, observing his new body. He had become a yellow pegasus, his with pretty funky looking spiky hair, "But meh, I can get used to it, but..." He thought of another thing that had changed, "What about where i am... I'm definitely not where i was before... what about Glacier... my love... I'm worried about her," He looked down a bit as he thought about her.

Applejack walked over to Elecus, "Ya okay? Ya seem a bit depressed there buddy," She said with a little bit of concern.

Elecus looked at her, "I'll be okay, I just have a lot on my mind, that's all," He said, "Applejack, thanks for the concern, can you tell me where I am right now?"

"Well, right now yer at Sweet Apple Acres." She said proudly, "Here, we buck apples from them tree's out there, so here at Sweet Apple Acres we're proud to have such freshly grown apples," She continued enthusiastically, with a smile

"Hm.. well.. that sounds pretty cool," He nodded with a smile as he said that, "You yourself seem like quite the hard worker, Applejack. As well as you seem proud to be as hard working as you are. I admire the spirit," He then chuckled a bit.

"Why thank ya Elecus," She said with a smile on her face. "If there's anything ya ever need, I'd be happy to help,"

Elecus bowed his head gently in respect, as this was his normal tradition, "I'll be sure to let you know if I'll need anything," He said, feeling a lot less dazed then he did before, "Well, I think I'm gonna go look around a bit outside of this farm, thanks for the help Applejack," He said walking out of the house.

Applejack waved goodbye to Elecus, "Well, hope ya have a great day, Elecus! Don't forget to stop by sometime!" She said, seeing him off on his way.

Elecus began to walk off out of Sweet Apple Acres, and into the town connected to it, known as, Ponyville.

Meanwhile, somewhere deep within the badlands of Equestria, laid a secret subterranean facility

"Professor Teiden... how is she doing..?" Said the red and black colored alicorn known as Kurai.

The gray and blue pony turned to Kurai, "She's just about ready... all of the memories have been implanted, her molecular structure is stable, and the final touches to the abilities have been made, thanks to you Kurai,"

Kurai, laughed a bit "Well done my boy," He said to the Professor, "The Neo Nightmare Project, is finally complete. Lets wake her up, what do you say Professor?"

The Professor stayed silent for a few seconds as he looked toward Kurai and nodded, "It's time for a wake up call I think" He said as he then reached over and pulled a lever. "Welcome to the world.." Teiden said as it awakened.
