Fallout Equestria: A Gamer's Wasteland

I yawn and start waking up but I feel two weights on me, I open my eyes and it's pinkie and Winona.

I sigh. "Of course. "I start shaking them to get them up Winona starts to wake but pinkie buries her muzzle into my neck more.

"Five more minutes master your so warm. "

No can do we need to head out.

"Aww okay. "

We get up and requip my courier armor, the girls get ready and we head out back to new Appaloosa, I also equip one of my new weapons, from the looks of it, it's a zebra assault rifle and what I read in one of the books I was looking through was that some zebra weapons were heavily enchanted when fired the bullets had side effects, ponies can say whatever they want about zebras they knew their weapons and I found an enchantment book too and put it in my inventory I wish I could just copy it but the description of my enchanting magic I need the book same with my warp stone. But then the voice of discord speaks again.

'You know you don't really need that little rock. '

'Maybe so but with the stone I have a more focused connection to the chaotic realm, and don't think I don't know you just want to see what chaotic mishaps happen when I don't have the stone. 'He chuckles.

'Guilty as charged kid but I'm interested in what this little adventure of yours leads to I'm able to see many futures but I can't see yours and trust me I tried to multiple times while you were alseep. '

'Nothing ruins an adventure more then spoilers don't you think. 'And he laughs.

Man still weird having the literal embodiment of chaos in my head but he does make for good conversation, I look and see Winona and pinkie who was in what looks like high grade leather combat armor with a bit of armor plating.

"Everyone ready. "

I mentally sigh. 'Seriously what's with them calling me master. 'I clear my throat. "Alright then time to move out. " I get a "right" from both of them, we exit and start heading in the direction of new Appaloosa, it takes an hour or so but we make it there and walk up to the gate and the guardsmen on the wall point their weapons at me.

"Stat- courier is that you. "The guardsman asks recognizing the armor from the stories he heard about when he was a colt.

I press the button on the side of my helmet and it retracts. "Hey boys miss me. "

"Wait aren't you the kid that went out last night your companions have been wondering where you were. "

"Ah crap right should have told Tempest I was heading out crap, um can I head in now. "

The guardsmen look at you then see pinkie who just waves. "Um what about that thing. "

"Firstly that it is a she and secondly she's with me so can we come in. "

They look at each other the start opening the gate.

"Thanks gentes. "We head inside for me to fine tempest to show I'm ok and I didn't go back on my promise, I walk through the town, I look around and then see a familiar magical aura wrapped around train car in the distance I hurry over, when I get there I see pip is practicing her telekinesis which gives me an idea, I see all these other items all over, I start to focus my magic and the warp stone magic necklace starts glowing and the items start lifting up then a notification pops up.

Due to possessing a warp stone your MP cost is half and will still level up and note: spells now have levels to indicate when spell will upgrade to next tier

'Well that's super helpful. ' I keep an eye on my MP gauge and was true my MP was only going down by twenty-five then fifty and I'm guessing it's because I'm lifting multiple objects but it's leveled up five times which is good, but then I finally notice the on looker while pinkie and Winona just look at me with awe, everyone else looks at me in shock a disbelief.

"Um sup. "I say awkwardly.

Pip shakes out of it first. "Chaos how did you do that. "

"Oh it was this little gem apparently dad left it for me when he passed I kind of forgot about it in my pocket after leaving the stable and remembered it on my walk on the outside yesterday. "I lied and she seemed to believe it and a pop up shows.

"It's true that's kinda what's so annoying about him. "Pip chimes in.

She just groans and she looks over and finally notices pinkie. "Um who's that chaos. "

"Oh I met her on my walk yesterday she gave me shelter last night. "

"Hi I'm pinkie nice to meet you. "

"So anything interesting happen yesterday while I was gone. "

"Well the mayor wants to give me to do a job. "

"Oh what's the job. "

"Apparently theirs strange creatures appearing attacking the walls and attacking some of the patrols no serious injuries but they want us to check it out where they believe they're coming from. "Pip says and pinkie chimes in.

"Oh do you mean stable 24."

"We both look at her and I ask. Stable 24?"

"Yes master, that's what it's designation was. "

"Master? Tempest and pip ask."

"*sigh* Please don't ask, anyway continue pinkie. "

"Okie doki master, anyway stable 24 is where most of the citizens of Appaloosa fled to before the balefire bombs fell, any other information was sadly corrupted including details on the layout, I'm sorry I can't be any more help master. " She says with a sad expression with her ears flopping down, but I get up and pet her head and she perks up at that.

"It's alright pinkie this much info is enough, we can get any other info from one of their terminals alright. "She looks up with a happy expression with her tail wagging.

"So are we suppose to take um out or what." I ask pip.

"If it is a stable and they forgot to mention then we can just close the door but I'm curious what secrets this stable holds. "

"You and me both pip. "

We head over to the mayors office to tell him that we'll take the job; we make it over and see that the sheriff is standing in front of it, he catches a glimpse of us but looks more in my direction and gives whistle.

"Well ill be I thought it was a load of horse shit when Djpon3 said you were back, well I'm glad I was about to send this little lady in to fight some vermits but since your heI-. "But I cut him off.

"Well hold on mayor you've already offered this young mare the job I ain't hear to swipe somepony trying to earn a honest days pay, now if I was like that in the past I ain't no more what I'm here for was supplies but this mare ask for help, I said I do it for a price and we already agreed on the split so I'm just along for the ride. "Then a pop up shows.

So pip explained the job to me, tempest, pinkie, and Winona.

I whistle. "Damn, well sounds like a good time to me what about you guys."

" I'm not letting you go, you definitely owe me." Tempest says with a glare towards me.

" Where you go I go master."

" I still don't trust these two, the pink mutt even less."

" You want to go bitch."

" Anytime mutt."

"Alright that's enough you two we are traveling companies now, so chill."

*Mentally sighs*'Yes this is definitely my life now.' I look towards pip."So when do you want to head out.

" Probably soon before night hits or whatever counts as night since the whole cloud cover. "

"True". Then we hear a voice coming from behind.

"Now hold your horses now".

We look and see it's Calamity .

"Sup cowboy.”

"Well I'll be as I live and breath the courier.“

“Yep now whose horses do we need to hold.”

"Yours, I know you're some sort of badass ".

"Damn straight ".

"But your companion their barely knows much about the outside world except the things she's read in derpy's book".

"Derpy why does that name sound so familiar ". Then pinkie says.

"Derpy hooves aka Ditzy doo ex mail mare of ponyville now ghoul and author of the wasteland survival guide, birthday October twenty fifth ".

"Thanks pinkie but what's up with the last bit".

"Not sure master I just have that in my database weird".

"No problem pinkie but helpful none the less, now your right but we plan on being careful ".

"Well do you even know where it is".

"Yes pinkie here has the way in her database, just not the layout so that's the only thing we're in the dark about".

"Well I reckon you could use a fresh par of eyes".

"Hmm you could be right it would help I planned on leaving Winona".

She pouts. "That still doesn't make up for the bullet holes in my flank".

“Didn't say it does but be more careful in you approaches next time, what if it was the caravan that shot you would you have blamed them.”

“Well no.”

“And there you go, out here its always a struggle to survive so try not to hold it against him too much and you can also take this as a lesson to always be alert cause there aren't just Pegsai that can fly at least it wasn't a griffen or celestia and lunas sake a dragon no telling how the aftermath of the war affected them especially the mega spells and balefire bombs so they're just as much apart of this crazy world order as well.”

“Heh your a smart one aren't yeah, yeah on my travels I've run into the occasional griffen but no dragons i thought they either went extinct or stayed in the dragonlands or i believe that's what the ghoul ponies called it when i was hearing it from an old ghoul.” Calamity said returning from collecting his gear.

“Yeah even if they where fairy tales i read my sister they referenced the place being called the dragonlands.”

“We'll need to go that stable and either kill those creatures or seal it up but knowing me and pip we will most likely explore the place first cause like her I'm curious on how another stable operated then ours.”

We get ourselves ready and me, pinkie, tempest, pip, and calamity go to the gate.

“Alright let's head out. I give a thumb up to the gate ponies, they nod and open the doors and we head out.”

“Pinkie which way.”

“According to the beceon that all stables have it's do northwest of New Applelosa.”

“Roger let's move everypony.” We start heading in that direction but I hold one more conversation with Winona.

'Keep the town safe but be careful alright.'

'You too master, hey pink mutt.'

'I have a name you know.'

'Whatever, just make sure master comes back in one piece even though I don't like you we both want master to be safe.'

'Heh I will.'

In my inner mind. 'Well at least they've found a common ground.' Then I hear a familiar voice.

'Aww but they're fighting was getting good.'

I rool my eyes. 'Hey discord nice to hear from you.'

'Likewise kid and I see whatever power you have explained warp magic.'

'To an extent yeah, it said it can connect to the Chaotic releam where all magic is recycled there.'

'It's not wrong but what I'm also sensing is that when you figure it out how you'll be able to pull powerful spells from the Chaotic sea of the Chaotic Realm that were once weilded by powerful unicorns from back in my day or hell either further then when I first appeared in equestria.'

' That would be helpful if I could I like to obtain a spell from a unicorn I believe his name was shining armor, when I was in that Couriers outpost and found post-war history book and found out he had a powerful shield magic that could cover all of cantrlot where ever the hell that is.'

'Now me personally back in my younger centuries I'd gag and berate you about caring for your friends and family but due to the lack of friendship between the zebra lands and equestria resulted in this soooo I guess friendship and harmony had some merits.'

'Wow, younger centuries don't cut yourself short your probably still as spriy as every.'

I chuckle. 'Talk you you later discord.'

Once I finished my conversation with discord, I hear a small shriek and something latch onto my left arm, I look and it's pip. “Huh pip are you alright.” Concerned for my first friend/crush.

“So loud, I got scared for a second.”

I was confused for a second until I hear another crash from the sky and look, the clouds are darker now and looking stromy.

“What never 'eard thunder and lightning before.”

“Stable ponies remember, I mean I've heard of it and a few times I heard it whenever I was close to the Stable 2 entrance but I just thought the outside was a fiery wasteland by now.”

“Ah right keep forgettin, but that just means it's close to rainin and sometimes the down pours last a few hours, to days.”

“Well that just means we need to get to our destination a bit faster how far pinkie.”

“Not to far master just a few clicks ahead.”

“Roger that, you heard her people let's move less you want a wet coat of fur.” But all of a sudden I start to sense something and tell the others to go ahead, I use my search skill and sensed three small entities prowling behind us but now just me, I switch my gun from full auto to semi and quickly turn around and took three quick shots hitting and due to the enchantment on the gun once the bullets hit they're set on fire with belfire, I quickly use analyze.

I turn but as I do something catches my eyes, I see something that looks like it's flying, I put my zebra modified gun and sling it on my back and quickly take out my sniper from my inventory and look though its scope and zoom to its max and see something I couldn't believe. An alicorn the buck. I use analyze but what I read makes me flip.

I quickly look though the scope again trying to see it's direct path after keep my eye on it for awhile I could tell it was going in the direction of the old ruins of the old town of applosa which I found out that was out there after surveying the area yesterday through my map and the maps kept at that courier outpost but on my map it displayed a skull with the words under it saying slaver camp but also for some reason it had the crest of celestia and Luna next to it, but other then that nothing else I could, wait, I aim down a bit and see she has a saddle bag look back up and see something that unsettled me, she was looking directly at me or my direction.

'Oh buck.' I quickly aim my gun down but before I could I see a although faint a flash. 'Double buck, she teleported.' Then my detection skill goes haywire. 'Ah buck my head it's feels like it's splitting, I guess this is what happens when the passive side of detect can't pinpoint a target teleporting.' Then sound of the teleport comes from behind I quickly turn while taking out ace and point it at the alicorn and it has a shield up. Horse apples. I say in my head, I look her over and she has a violet coat while wearing ragged clothing her eyes glowing then they spoke.

“You, what business do you have to observe the goddess.”

“Wow conseded much. I thought. And who are you.”

“Did you not hear me pesent I'm the goddess.”

“Not what you are, who are you, your name.” Then two notification pop up.

I grab the handle of the magi-axe. “Gauntlet mode.” In a flash it transforms and I throw a punch into the shield shattering it, her go wide.

“I-impossible! ” She yells in suprise.

“Lady I'm full of impossibilities.” I focus my magic to make a ball of magic.

She backs up.

“Now leave.”

She quickly teleports away not sure of what else to do cautious of my capabilities, once she was gone I dispel the ball of magic and pant heavily.

“Buck that was close need to get stronger to make sure we're safe.” Then two notifications pop up.
