Chapters Prologue - When the Week Starts
Author's Note
As stated in the long description, this entire story is told from Lola's perspective.
Prologue - When the Week Starts
As I entered the map room where everyone would go to meet, I quickly noticed one very important thing.
Everyone was there, and there were a few visitors.
The Cutie Mark Crusaders along with their friends Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon were enjoying some time with both Spoiled Rich and Filthy Rich.
Luster and her group of friends had over Princess Twilight, Luster's Parents, Trixie, and even Spike the dragon.
Sunset Shimmer was with the now ponified human versions of Twilight's friends who were also with them here too just of course without Fluttershy who I had heard had passed away before I got here.
Chrysalis and her daughter were with Thorax and Pharynx; Chrystalis was even trying to embarass her "cousin pharynx" from time to time which got a grown out of the king's brother but a chuckle out of the two royals.
And to top things off, Tirek was over as well as the two former princesses as well as the Young Six.
"...Okay I'll bite..." I spoke up as I headed over to the table. "Why the hell is everyone here?" I asked.
"It's spring break." Apple Buck said. "So everyone decided to take some time off for a week's visit in one way or another." He added.
"Right. Of course. So this is kind of a slow week then?" I asked.
"More or less, yes." Scootaloo said.
"Well, if you all want to just chat with one another, that's fine but...if everyone is here at once and this is a slow week, perhaps now is a good time." I said.
"Good time? Good time for what exactly?" Princess Twilight asked.
"Well I know I've brought up my father from time to time and everything." Lola said.
"Yes. You have done so. You always say that whenever we encountered something weird you would always say 'this is nothing compared to what my father has encountered' or something along those lines." Diamond Tiara said.
"Now now Diamond Tiara, you shouldn't sound so rude." Spoiled Rich said.
"She's not wrong." I said. Filthy Rich blinked.
"Wait she's not?" Smolder asked.
"I have said things like that from time to time, but there's just not really been a good time to tell my father's story until now." I said.
"You bring up a good point. It's just a shame Cozy Glow will be unable to hear this." Tirek said. "I may not be much for friendship or ponies, but I will admit, I did grow quite found of that former Pegasus filly at least." He added.
"It is strange to find that she has decided to search the different versions of equestria for a place to bring her newfound light to." Luna said.
"Twilight, you allowed her to go off on her own like that?" Celestia asked.
"It was her decision, she felt it was necessary. She has considered us all her friends though, and she knows that if we ever encounter something on such a large scale as Lavos, she has given us a means of summoning her in the case of such an emergency." Princess Twilight said.
"She even gave me this neat little necklace too." Luster Dawn said, showing off the necklace she had gotten from Cozy Glow.
"...Is it strange that we all kind of miss her in our own ways?" Silverstream asked.
"I don't think so, no." Sunset Shimmer said.
"Yeah. There was something about her once she finally opened up to real friendship." Original Rarity said.
"Not gonna lie, we're all gonna miss her. But I'm sure she'll come by to visit once she's able to. She's not going to totally leave us in the dust." Original Rainbow Dash said.
"Your right. She wouldn't just abandon everyone after spending so much time getting to where she is now." Human Fluttershy said.
"That's why I know for sure she'll be back. Maybe not right away once she finds the kind of world she's looking for, but she'll be back." Original Rainbow Dash said.
"Ah know the feeling sugarcube, and to be honest, I, myself, can't see her staying away forever." Original Applejack said.
"We all owe something to Cozy Glow regardless if we know it or not." Chrysalis spoke up. "It's why her going off on her journey is making us miss her. But we should not be so down in the dumps. It's not what she would want for us." She added.
"Well said." Thorax said. Everyone agreed.
"Yeah. It hurts to admit, but Cozy Glow being the Goddess of Light reborn as a mortal being was being earned over time as she proved just how much she was willing to change her dark ways." Princess Twilight said.
"Heh...it is funny how I got to witness a goddess gaining their powers when my father got to see the same for a different goddess." I said. "And that's near the beginning of his entire tale." I added.
"Well don't let any of us stop you Lola; if you feel like now is a good time to tell your father's story, then go right ahead. We'll listen." Sweetie Belle said.
"Your just curious to know about him because Lola talks about how he would only kill someone as a last resort." Diamond Tiara said. "What's with that mindset anyways, if you don't mind me asking." She added.
"My father told me that buildings could be always be rebuilt, furniture replaced, money re-earned, injuries treated, and limbs healed; life however, cannot be recovered. It's something my father would tell me to emphasize that while damages can occur, they can be fixed; yet when you end someone else's life, it's an action you can't take back once you make it." I explained.
"That does make a lot of sense when you think about it." Silver Spoon said.
"Yeah. Taking someone's life is a final decision type of thing." Scootaloo said.
"Exactly. So my father always told me to look for other ways, and to emphasize that, he told me the story of how he went from being a total nobody to being the kind of revered figure people make him out to be." I said. I drank a bit of tea. "A story, I shall now share with you." I added. "And my father's story starts in the strangest of ways, it all began with the weirdest of dreams..." I began.

Lola's P.O.V.
"So, if I recall so far, your father has some kind of mimic magic, demonstrated to him by someone named the Chronicler. After meeting a guy named Expert, your father was given a User Morphing Device; or U.M.D. for short; so he could go to some place called Thunder Isles to learn more magic spells. Once there, he encountered a dude called the Thunderhead and met a guy named Zapper who is about to be banished for using Blue Lightning blats." Pony Rainbow Dash said.
"And trust me, this is just the tip of the iceburg that my father encountered. Trust me, when I'm done, Pinkie Pie's antics will seem normal by comparison." I said.
"I have the sneaking suspicion that your not lying." Pony Pinkie Pie said.
"Ah thought Honesty was my element?" EG Applejack asked.
"It is, but Pinkie Pie has a weird way with things..." Pony Applejack said.
"Now ain't that the truth." EG Applejack said.
"Hold up here, why are you banishing Zapper? It's just blue lightning." My father said.
"You know nothing visitor. Thunderhead was told one with Blue Lightning would overthrow him." The Guide resident said.
"Now that's just ridiculous." My father said.
"I shall interoperate what I'm told as I see fit. If you have a problem with me, then you can just leave." Thunderhead said.
"Wow...way to be rude. I hope this is the last time I see you." My father said and started heading off.
"Tch...guess I gotta climb the great basin." Zapper said.
"Oh no. You are NOT getting off that easy. Push him off." Thunderhead said.
"Wait, what?!" My father exclaimed.
"You were not kidding about him not being very nice." Princess Twilight said.
"Told you." I said.
"Okay so NOT cool." My father said and lept off after Zapper once he was pushed off. In the middle of the fall, my father activated the U.M.D. to turn into a Rayquaza so he could grab Zapper and take him to Expert's place that way.
"Thanks for the save there." Zapper said. "Complete jerk on that front." He added.
"Your telling me. Here's hoping that's the last time I ever have to meet that guy." My father said.
"Still, looks like I'm never getting back home. Where am I?" Zapper asked.
"Rob, I didn't tell you to bring back anyone." Expert said, coming out.
"Whose this guy?" Zapper said.
"My name is Expert at least that's..." Expert tried to say.
"Yeah well I don't care why your called Expert. Got a bed I can crash in? Thanks." Zapper said, heading inside.
"Don't give me that. He was shoved off Thunder Isles for having Blue Lightning powers." My father said.
"Blue Lightning Powers?! THE RESEARCH THAT MUST BE DONE TO UNDERSTAND THAT PROPHECY WILL COMMENCE!" Expert said.
"What prophecy?" My father asked.
"There's a prophecy about Thunder Isles, that one day the entire place will be covered in darkness, and only one with rare Blue Lightining powers will be able to become the new chief and vanquish the darkness." Expert said.
"Huh...Thunderhead must have focused too much on that whole 'become the new chief thing' and took the thing to mean Zapper would become the cause of the darkness." My father said.
"Yeah I don't know what's up with that mentality." Expert said.
"You've SPOKEN to that jerk?" My father asked.
"Well I didn't really get the sense that he was a jerk when I visited but I guess after pretty much pushing a Thunder Isle Resident off the place..." Expert noted.
"Yeah tell me about it." My father said. "Guess that's how you knew there would be a way to learn the Thunder Magic Spell there." He added.
"Yeah. Hope you didn't cause anything else to happen besides Zapper's Banishment." Expert said.
"Wouldn't that be something? Anyways...know where I can find the Ice Magic Spell?" My Father asked.
"Not yet but I do know of a possible weapon. There are tales of a sacred sword in the middle of Winding Woods. But before you go, there's something you should be aware. I figure you know about video games correct?" Expert asked.
"Yeah. Pretty avid gamer." My father said.
"Well what would your reaction be if I told you those games were real?" Expert asked.
"Your pulling my leg now. I better go grab that forest before you start spotting more nonsense. See ya." My father said and went off.
"But wait...it's the truth." Expert said.
"Wait what was that about Video Games being real?" Sci-Twi asked.
"You'll see later." I said.
"I have a strange feeling about this..." EG Pinkie Pie said. "I'm sensing a Doozy." She said.
My father entered Winding Woods; a set of woods with a clear path but it has many twists and turns about it. This path is one not many have explored to it’s fullest, but there are many that have attempted. All have managed to try and make it to the end, but none have yet. My father however had an advantage none of those before him had: The U.M.D.
With the U.M.D., my father used it to turn into a Rapidash so he could run through the path faster. Along the way, my father discovered a data drive for the U.M.D., which included forest animals on it. Keeping the Rapidash Form, my father soon went very far into the woods, further then anyone before him. But then he found out the reason why no one had gone further then they did: The forest was beginning to be artificially made cold.
And before you ask, my father eventually made it to the end of the path despite this and turned back to normal. The cold was gone. Before my father was an altar which had a sword stabbed into a stone slab in the middle of it. As my father approached it, an Ice Spell Magic Attack misses him intentionally.
“Halt intruder.” A male voice said before a man came out from behind the altar. “No one is allowed to approach the Altar of the Sword. For that matter, you are the first one to even make it this far.” The man said.
“So, you can use Ice Magic huh? That explains the cold.” My father said.
“Pretty observant, aren’t you? I am not just any Ice Magic user though; I have mastered all forms of cold related magic attack spells to defend the sword that sleeps here.” The man said.
“Heh…well, I do want that sword. Guess I’ll just have to fight for it.” My father said.
“Good luck with winning. I have not lost yet, using my cold related magic spells to keep everyone away from this place. Even Fire has no place here.” The man said.
“No Fire Spells huh? Good thing I’ve got other things.” My father said and started using Thunder Magic Spells to attack the guardian. However this was turning into a stalemate.
“Your good…too good.” The guardian Said. “No one has given me such a workout. Who are you?” He asked.
“My name is Rob Snowden, and when I set my mind to something, I see it through to the end.” My father said.
“I see. Still, I cannot let you touch the sword.” The guardian then launched forth a punch powered by an Ice Spell.
“Whoa…combining a spell with a physical attack. That gives me an idea.” My father said before hitting the guardian with a punch augmented by a Fire Magic Spell Attack that did a lot of damage to the Guardian.
“What did you just--“ The Guardian says as he fainted from the pain brought on by the attack; unable to finish his sentence.
“Huh…I honestly didn’t think that would work so well. Oh well. I’ll take it.” My father said and headed towards the altar.
“Wait your father was essentially just like ‘huh, I just did that on a whim; didn’t expect it to do what it did but I will roll with it’?” EG Rarity asked.
“Ask yourself this: If something you tried ended up working to a much higher degree then you were expecting it to, then would you take it?” I asked. “And it could be anything like a fad you invented or a trick you created. If either thing takes off more then you thought it would, would you really complain that much?” I asked.
“I totally get that mindset. Lola, I really wish I could meet your father.” Main Rainbow Dash said.
“We will later when we go to ask him to borrow the U.M.D.” I said.
“Wait he actually has held onto that thing all this time?” Sci-Twi said.
“Safest place for it.” I said.
My father soon took the embedded sword by it’s hilt and effortlessly removed it just as the Guardian guy woke up.
“No…I failed.” The guardian said.
“Peace Jester; everything is fine.” A female voice said. Suddenly out from the woods nearby came a young women; not much older then my father; who wore a robe as she came out.
“But Mistress Tellma, I failed to guard the Javelin.” Jester said.
“And yet, what have I told you time and time again about that sword?” Tellma asked
“You have stated many times that eventually, one would remove the sword from it’s resting place.” Jester said.
“Correct. And as usual, I was correct.” Tellma said before approaching my father. “Your heart is pure, and your mind is free from corruption that many who come from where you have been.” She said. “That is why removing the sword was so easy for you.” Tellma added.
“Thanks I guess.” My father said.
“I sense great things ahead for you. If you will have me, I would like to accompany you and see your journey true.” Tellma said.
“I don’t see why not.” My father said.
“Mistress Tellma, please allow me to go with you. It is after all, my sworn duty to protect you after you had saved my life.” Jester said.
“You may come as well, Jester. You will have your part to play as well. Eventually. I have foreseen it, after all.” Tellma said.
“Foreseen? Are you a fortune teller?” My father asked.
“Mistress Tellma is no ordinary Fortune Teller. Everything she foresees with her mystic powers ends up becoming a reality.” Jester said.
“Take for instance your doubt that Video Games are real. Well it goes further then that. I foresee an event soon to come that will shatter your doubt as if it was made of glass.” Tellma said.
“Ooookay.” My father said and started heading out of the forest with the two close behind.
“…That event is closer then he thinks…” Tellma said.

Author's Note
This part was cut off just before the 2,000 word mark on purpose. You may notice that the last thing in this part is Tellma’s foreshadowing that the event that shatters doubt about Video Games being real coming is the last thing mentioned in this part. Well that event would be the very next scene. So to emphasize that Tellma is foreshadowing something better, I decided to cut off this part after her foreshadowing to cliffhang readers to wonder just what could be coming up that changes everything.
Arc 1: A Hero Emerges - Part 3
"So far, your father has been able to get fire, electric, and ice spells under his belt. Of course, he also got an idea to combine spells with physical attacks." Main Applejack said to me.
"That's right. And don't forget, he got that sword the Javalin too." I said.
"When he got that sword, he met this girl named Tellma, who has the uncanny ability to predict the future right down to the letter if I got what I did right, right." Main Rainbow Dash said.
"Funny how Rainbow Dash got that." Princess Twilight said.
"Hey, I may not always get everything, but I at least know what one hundred percent accuracy means. It means stuff like right on the money or like I just said right down to the letter" Main Rainbow Dash said.
"We all understand things differently; this wouldn't be a very nice world if everyone understood things the same." I said.
"I...suddenly feel like your doing a personal attack on me." Starlight said.
"Sometimes I forget that your here..." I said. "Regardless, to continue on, Pinkie Pie's Doozy is about to come true with my father's story." I added.
"Geez, going to need to get a bigger building at this rate." Expert said.
"Ah yes. You are the one who is named Expert by everyone despite no one; not even yourself; knowing your real name." Tellma said.
"What the...how did you know that?" Expert asked.
"It's Tellma; no doubt she's predicted that she would meet you eventually." Jester said.
"That's a bit scary..." Zapper said.
"And you are named Zapper, currently exiled from Thunder Isles." Tellma said. "Hmm...I sense that your exile will end, but it won't end for a long time yet..." She added.
"Now that's just ridiculous." My father said. "That Thunderhead guy threw him off the place!" He added.
"It is as you have guessed: Thunderhead misunderstood the prophecy and acted out of fear. Zapper's destiny is more then you realize." Tellma said.
"Your starting to creep me out a little..." Zapper said before suddenly a little girl fell from the sky.
"Wait...isn't that..." My father said, going closer to the little girl.
"Mistress Tellma...who is she?" Jester asked.
"Listen." Tellma ordered.
"No way..." My father said. "It is her...it's Victoria, that little girl from the game Bravely Default." He added.
"You mean that witch girl? Isn't that a video game?" Zapper asked. But when he looked closer, his his eyes went wide. "Now that is something you don't see everyday." He added.
"Like I told you: Video Games are real. They exist in worlds beyond that of the known universe. That's because our reality is not just one universe, but rather, a multitude of universes called the Multi-vese." Expert said.
Both Pinkie Pies suddenly had their boddies expand all over.
"Yeah that WOULD be a doozy: To find out that everything you thought was just mere fiction before, turns out to be real just existing in a different version of your universe." Sci-Twi said.
"That sure puts things into perspective..." Sunset Shimmer said.
"Judging from the fall, she's currently unconcious." Expert said. "But if I remember correctly, she has a certain condition..." He added.
"Yeah. Her own magic is killing her from the inside out by continuingly damaging her nerves." My father said.
"That's not good. Mistress Tellma, there's got to be a way to stop that spread." Jester said.
"Yes. There is a certain plant that grows along the edges of the Grand Canyon this time of year that would be useful. Grinding that in with some general herbs and medicine would create a concoction that should bring stop the spread of the damage to her nerves altogether." Tellma said.
"I'll get it. I'm the only one who could get there in time." My father said.
"While your getting that, me and Zapper will gather the required herbs and medicine from my lab; I should have just the right combination needed." Expert said.
"You do." Tellma said.
"No time to stand around..." My father used the U.M.D. to turn into a Latios and zoom as Mach 5 speeds to the Grand Canyon. He managed to get there and find the plant easily, but suddenly, winds began to blow heavily. "! These winds...it's a hurricane." My father said.
"Help me!" A female voice called out just as a female black fox was being swept by the winds and soon was dropping into the canyon.
"I gotcha!" My father said and acting quickly, grabbed the black fox's hand, pulled her out, and took her to shelter.
"You saved me...why did you save me?" The black fox asked.
"And let you fall to your death? I couldn't do that." My father said.
"Th-thank you. What's your name?" The black fox asked.
"My name is Rob Snowden." My father said.
"Rob Snowden...I'll be sure to remember that name for the rest of my life." The black fox said.
"You seem familiar...what's your name?" My father asked.
"...It's Patra..." The Black Fox said.

Another cut-off point, but this was done because we just met Patra and I felt like it would be a good time to end the part right there. After all, for anyone whose paid attention to some of my other stories, they'd know that Rob end up with Patra in the end, so it's pretty obvious who Lola's mother is.

Arc 1: A Hero Emerges - Part 4
"Wait, didn't you tell us your mother was Patra? Is that when they met?" Sunset asked me.
"Eeyep. Though they wouldn't be together for a long time to come." I said.
"Why did it take so long?" Princess Twilight asked.
"If you'll let me continue, you'll find out why." I said.
My father and mother were together for the entire storm, passing the time by getting to know one another. Once it was over, my mother insisted on a picture together to which my father agreed. My mother cropped the picture using some scissors and put the now cropped picture into a locket which she gave to my father. It was a promise that they will meet again under more favorable circumstances.
After this, my father returned to expert's lab with the ingredient needed to finish things off. The concoction was then given to the still unconscious Victoria. After it was given to her, she began to slowly wake up.
"What the..." Victoria said. "My...my body...I can feel...that my body is okay..." She said.
"Don't make any sudden moves. It'll take some time for that concoction to take effect." Tellma said. "But you'll be okay now. You won't ever have to worry about your magic tearing your body from the inside out any more." She added.
"My...condition is cured? But how?" Victoria asked.
"I actually wouldn't say it's cured completely; just halted in it's tracks." Expert says, examining the read outs from his machines. "So long as nothing causes too much pain to your nervous system and overstimulates it, your condition will no longer be a concern." He added.
"I can live with that, as now I can live normally." Victoria said. "That's all I ever wanted." She added.
"I will say though, you should be careful about things that could overstimulate your nervious system. According to my readouts, your condition was just a few minutes away from finally killing you." Expert said.
"I cut it that close with the plant?" My father asked.
"What exactly took you so long to get here?" Zapper asked.
"A hurricane and someone who needed saving." My father said.
"Isn't that a bit risky?" Jester asked.
"Maybe, but I wasn't going to let them die or be in that hurricane alone. I made my choice and I'm not taking it back." My father asked.
"You risked the clock running out on one person just to save another?" Zapper asked.
"STOP HARRASSING HIM!" Victoria said, using her magic to set Zapper on fire.
"STOP DROP ROLL; STOP DROP ROLL!" Zapper said, rolling around on the floor in an effort to put out the fire on him.
"...Whoa..." Victoria said. "I can cast magic without consequence now..." She added. "I'm...I'm finally whole..." She said with happy tears in her eyes.
"I wouldn't advise casting too much magic right now." Expert said.
"I can wait to cast more later I suppose. The point is I can live normally. Sure I can still cast magic, but I can still live normally!" Victoria said. "Once I'm able to, I can't wait to go to the mall, or a coffee shop, or even the park! I can do everything I've missed out on because of my condition. This rules!" She added.
"Someone's easily pleased." My father said.
"Thank you...thank you all just so much!" Victoria said. Suddenly the sword my father had glowed a bit.
"...What was that?" My father asked.
"The Javelin has been away from happiness for far too long. The happiness that Victoria gives off has restored a portion of the Javelin's full power. Make enough people happy, and the sword will eventually be restored to it's full power; changing shape as it's power is restored bit by bit." Tellma said.
"Then perhaps, once it's at full power, it can be used to stop the Dark Master." My father said.
"Oh it can indeed do that. In fact, you will find that at full power, the sword's final form will be the key to ending the one known as the Dark Master." Tellma said.
"Better get used to using this thing then." My father said.
"Dark Master huh?" Victoria asked.
"I'm afraid there's not much information I have on him outside of the fact that this dude is evil as evil can be." Expert said.
"Well I suppose I can help out. Your allowing me to live a normal life. Helping you defeat this Dark Master dude is the least I can do in return." Victoria said.
"You need more rest before you can even do that." Expert said.
"Yeah yeah yeah...I get it." Victoria said.

"Ya weren't kidding when ya said that things would only start becoming weirder..." Applejack said.
"Oh, just you wait; the strangeness has only just begun." I responded.
My father headed for Warp Zone right away, which was easy to find due to the fact there were a lot of gateways to other worlds.
"Welcome to Warp Zone..." A voice spoke to my father. Suddenly a mysterious new being showed up, one who took the form of a human but was obviously not human.
"Who are you?" My father asked the newcomer.
"The name of which I go by is one not even you mortals can say, let alone hear. You may instead address me by my title: The Greater God." The figure said.
"Greater God? Does that essentially make you the god that everyone in Christianity prays to all the time?" My father asked. The Greater God laughed.
"Oh, the naiveté of mortals never ceases to amuse me. While all religions attempt to explain the way things work, the reality is that none of what your world considers to be the truth no matter what religion it may be under, it is all false. Besides, if someone like me were heavily involved with mortal kind, I don't think you'd see and hear about the things you do on your news stations." The Greater God said. "No, immortals like myself prefer to keep a backrow seat and let mortals decide their own life their way." He added.
"I guess that makes sense. And here I was about to ask you if perhaps you could help out against the Dark Master." My father said.
"It was I specifically who told The Chronicler about the coming of The Dark Master. That being is a threat to all that live. Immortals such as myself may not get involved with these things, but if something will be a threat to the way the multi-verse works, then we will intervene slightly." The Greater God said.
"That makes sense I suppose. Right now, I just need to get to the Zelda World." My father said. The greater god pointed towards a specific gate. "Thanks a bunch." My father said.
"Know that I will be far from the last immortal you encounter. You will be encountering another one soon. I can just feel it." The Greater God said.
"Um...okay. See ya." My father said and left.
"The greater god's words to my father would prove true soon enough." I said.
My father soon entered the world of the Legend of Zelda. He was in the Gerudo Desert in the Twilight Princess version of Hyrule though it was obvious some time had passed since the events of that game.
"Wait hold the phone, that Warp Zone place allowed your father to go into the world of a video game?!" Sunset exclaimed.
"Yep." I responded.
"...Sunset.exe has now stopped working..." Sunset said before fainting.
"...A programming joke? Really?" EG Rainbow Dash mentioned.
So as I was saying, my father had arrived in Gerudo Desert, but something was not right. Things were much different than before. In fact, the outpost of Bulblins was gone, and what was there instead were a bunch of anthromorphic skunk creatures.
"I have to wonder where those came from." My father mentioned to himself as he looked on. There was some kind of speech going on but then, a young girl suddenly looked to be running their way as a bunch of hyrule knights were chasing her. Suddenly, there was a point where something fell from the sky and created a creator of impact. My father decided to get closer to the action while remaining hidden.
When things settled down, a bunch of skunks went into the creator of impact as two of the skunks battled the Hylian Soldiers. When all was said and done, the soldiers were forced to flee as the skunk group brought up a female anthro morphic skunk. My father however, saw the reality of what had just happened.
"Did...did that girl just...change into that?!" My father exclaimed.

Author's Note
The Warp Zone scene is one that wasn't even in the original narrative, but it's been added on for further world building purposes; and yeah, I'm not one who subscribes to any religion. In fact, I consider myself an Atheist. A very heavy Atheist.
I will also be posting a blog post in relation to the Zelda Franchise in case anyone is confused about why I took the time to call out which version of Hyrule JH Rob is visiting.

"My father managed to gain the trust of not just those skunks, but also the skunk girl that had been carried out of the creator. Her name was Riana, and she was from Castle Town. She had run away from home on a whim, wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. That's why the guards were after her: To take her back." I explained. "The Javalin had glowed upon earning all that trust, so my father decided to head back to the lab where he heard Tellma singing." I added.
"That was some singing." My father said.
"I like to sing sometimes. I sometimes like to sing songs based on future events that have yet to happen." Tellma had stated.
"Really? I'd love to hear that." Zapper said.
"Well...okay." Tellma said.
"This I have got to hear." Expert said. Tellma nodded and began to sing.
"Let your bravery shine...
Don't be held down by fear...
Confront the darkest fears...
Because even under the veil of night, light still shines bright in that darkness.
If you don't believe me, then look up to the night sky.
There you will see the moon and the stars that bring light to that black veil.
Now it's time to fight...
Don't hold back your light...
Fight for what is right...
Because even under the veil of night, light still shines bright in that darkness.
If you don't believe me, then look up to the night sky.
There you will see the moon and the stars that bring light to that black veil.
You no longer are afraid...
You have suffered the worst...
Courage comes deep from within your heart...
Because even under the veil of night, light still shines bright in that darkness.
If you don't believe me, then look up to the night sky.
There you will see the moon and the stars that bring light to that black veil."
Tellma finished singing and everyone; including my father; couldn't help but clap.
"Thank you, truly." Tellma said.
"So, is that song referencing something that'll come to pass eventually?" My father asked.
"Something like that. It's a song of courage. It'll make more sense in the future. It's related to someone that Rob will meet along his journey." Tellma said.
"I can't wait to meet who that song is about." My father said.
"Don't worry, you will." Tellma said.
Author's Note
Originally, Riana was going to be the daughter of Princess Zelda, but upon further consideration, I decided to go this route instead. Tellma's singing was also not brought up in the original narrative, but it was added in here to foreshadow something that'll come later. This chapter may be shorter than usual, but I feel like having that little foreshadowing towards a future event more than makes up for it.
