Please!” Twilight said while helping her cough out the last bit that had entered her lungs. Twilight took the blindfold off her, and Rarity looked weakly into her eyes. She gave a faint smile, before trying to say something. Twilight couldn’t tell what she said as her friend only managed to cough some more. Rarity instead raised her hoof and lightly patted Twilight twice, before drifting off to sleep. At first Twilight panicked but was reassured as she felt Rarity taking deep breathes and her pulse normalized.
“I’m so sorry Rarity, I’m an idiot. I was so concerned… concerned about…” she stopped, and just looked down at her drenched friend. it all seemed ridiculous in this light. she risked her friend to save her other friends from imagined predicaments. “I’m going to stay right here, Rarity. You rest up, okay? I’ll wait right here for you. We can take this time, alright? I’m going to keep you safe, I’m going to keep you safe…” Twilight muttered through tear filled eyes. Perhaps the words were more for herself though, as Rarity only continued to sleep deeply while Twilight cradled her head in her lap.

Alright here it is the first chapter and upload! This one kind of got away from me, and ended up taking way longer than I was anticipating. It's not quite as polished as I'd like it because of that, but hey it's smut right? Let me know what you think, was it organized well? Did it need more focus on something? if enough people are interested in seeing more I'll crank out another chapter
