Since the time of Tyro, sharkkind and dwellers alike knew that once you entered the Sparkle Blue, there was no coming back. Unfortunately for the peace of the Big Blue, Hokuu had found a way to break the barrier.

Fortunately, Hokuu's apprentice, a betta named Takiza, managed to find his own way back into the Big Blue, and is ready to recruit allies both ancient and recent for a final battle for the fate of the oceans.

But who did Hokuu release, and what are they planning for the realm of the living?

Save your friends. Rule the oceans.

This is the longest Shark Wars fanfiction on the internet by a long shot. It’s longer than all the others combined. I did the math, all of the Shark Wars fics on AO3 and Fanfiction.net came out to 17,118 words.

Even if this number is out of date, I still have 483 unpublished words sitting in the Google doc. So far, the original comes out to 19,038 words, which should be enough to keep me on top for a good long while (especially since the Shark Wars series ended ten years ago and it took them that long to write 17k words).

Not surprisingly, it's also the only Shark Wars/My Little Pony crossover on the internet.
