Standing by Your Side

After your last conversation with Rainbow Dash, you are relieved to let out all of this stress inside your head. Also, the fact that Eli got worried on Fluttershy’s scenario of going through all this he is now less worried.

On one special day, Eli has his plans with Fluttershy at the Canterlot zoo but you on the other hand, well whatever Rainbow Dash wants you will join her. After you’re done looking at the calendar, you went straight towards the bathroom to take your shower first while Eli has his breakfast. You took your time to refreshen up while your younger brother was excited for this day same goes for you. While checking on what you will wear, your phone rang and you check to see Rainbow Dash calling on the other line.

“Hello, Rainbow?” You answered.

“Hey Sky,” Rainbow Dash answered from the other line. “Where are you and Eli?”

“We’re still here at our house. Both of us will be there soon.”

“Okay, I have something to ask you when you’re here. See you later.” Rainbow Dash then hangs up from the other line.

You wonder what she needs to ask from you, but that is a thing when you and Eli will meet up with the Rainbooms. It took some time but not that long for you and Eli to get ready. Both of you are outside the house and just as you are about to teleport with Eli to Canterlot High, your brother received an emergency message from his boss at the zoo.

“Can’t you say to your boss if that can wait for later,” You said.

“Don’t worry, I’ll make it quick and head there right away. I promise,” He reply.

“Fine, I’ll head CHS. Remember, don’t keep Fluttershy waiting.”

You sigh as he left to the direction of the zoo. Without wasting any more time, you teleported from your current location and ended up outside the Music room as Rainbow Dash and her friends just got out.

“I’m here now.”

“Hey Sky.” Rainbow Dash greeted you along with her friends as you follow them.

“Where are we-I mean you and the others are going?”

“To the gym. Flash Sentry and his band composed a song for us.”

“Really?” You said and a fun idea hatched up in your head. “Looks like Sunset and her ex-” Your words made Sunset stop as she turns around with a surprised look.

“Hold on, this is just only a performance to show his admiration and respect to us, right girls.” Sunset explains as her friends agree.

“Sure, I mean you and him used to be dating before. I wonder what happens if Princess Twilight did get a chance to comeback and she sees you and him are together and-” You thought while looking away and maintaining your smug but your funny ideas were halt as you felt and see Sunset touching you and has a serious face.

“I already talk about this with Flash Sentry about getting over with her. Don’t you dare make him recall that.”

“If I did?” You playfully answered.

“Then you’ll end up experiencing my bad side before I changed my ways.”

“Come on now both of ya’ll.” Applejack stepped in between before both of you started ripping each other’s throats off. “Now enough with these jokes and let’s not keep Flash Sentry waiting.”

Both of you placed this quarrel on hold for now. While heading to the gym another thing came to your mind but this time to the rainbow-haired tomboy.

“Aren’t you going to ask me something Rainbow Dash?” You get her attention.

“Oh that, well if you don’t have any plans later maybe you can show me around your old home before you and Eli moved here.” You were surprised that Rainbow Dash has interests on your previous home which makes you start to wonder.

“You sure about that?”

“Yeah, I mean you don’t have any plans after this. So how about give me a tour.”

“Okay, if that is what you want. It’s also a coincidence that I am wearing my hakama since I cannot find anything nice to wear.”

You asked if her friends will be tagging along but some of them have other plans; Fluttershy with your younger brother, Rarity with Ardee and Applejack with Onyx. All of you arrived at the gym. You stood beside the door of the gym and watched as the girls take their seat. While watching Flash and his band’s performance you are about to take out your phone out and call your younger brother on his whereabouts, until you had this strange feeling but mostly you hear something approaching which came from behind the gym doors. Just as you are about to check, it happened so fast as him something exploded from behind destroying the doors as you were sent flying.

You wince in pain and can hear bells ringing after what happened, but the effect wore off as you sat up to see whom it looks like Micro Chips backing off from something coming out from the smoke which happens to look like jvj-24601. Strange because the last time you saw its height is up to Micro Chips chest, but not three times bigger than before. As you quickly got to your feet, you see that the girls transformed for them to stop jvj from rampaging while on the other hand you approach its creator.

“Micro Chips, what is going on with jvj, why is he acting like that and why in the world is he three times bigger than before?” You asked.

“I-I don’t why he just went haywire like that, but I can explain,” He said.

“Well, you better have a good one but for now find somewhere safe to hide while the girls stop.” You instructed him to keep himself away from the fight as you took out your phone to call the other boys about what’s going on starting with Ardee, then Dusk Eyes, and now you are calling Eli.

While it’s still dialing you had an idea and you ran towards some of the chairs that are lined up as you teleported them above jvj hitting him from above to give Rainbow Dash and her friends a chance to stop it. Then finally Eli picked up on the other line.

“Bro, I said that I’ll be there right-wait what is all that noise there?” Eli said.

“Eli, you need to get here right now!”

“Uh, sugarcube can yer give us a hand with stopping jvj over here?!” Applejack called out to you.

“Was that Applejack that I heard and what did she say, jvj? No seriously big bro what’s going on there?!”

“There is no time to explain, I need you to-”

“Sky, watch out!” You heard Pinkie’s voice but was too late that jvj knocked you and sent you flying as your back hits the bottom of the stage making you drop your phone as you vision begins to blur as you went unconscious after that.

Your unconsciousness didn’t last that long as you slowly opened your eyes. You felt a little bit of pain as you remember that you got hit not too long ago and you got to your feet. You checked your surroundings and see a large hole on the wall of the gym.

“I guess they took the fight outside, hope no one gets hurt.” You thought as you see your phone nearby and picked it up.

Your head still felt a bit heavy for odd reason but you shook your head to regain your focus. Then you heard some sort of commotion coming from outside then all of a sudden which looks like Twilight Sparkle escorting Micro Chips who seem to be in pain back into the gym.

“T-Twilight, what is going on?”

“Sky, thank goodness your awake.” Twilight replies as you see Micro Chips coughing which looks like his neck hurts.

“Are you girls alright, what is going on out there? Didn’t you stop jvj?”

“Yes, we did but it looks like our friends went berserk and are going after Micro Chips. The other girls are trying to hold them off. Can you help me take him to somewhere safe until we straighten things out with them?”

If you thought things became good, well it turned from bad to worse. You felt slightly dizzy but you immediately shrugged it off and assisted Twilight. You then turned around to see Eli but in his animal form. You assure him that everything will be fine, but in his state right now as his older brother it’s your responsibility to be there for him like before when you were kids.
