It was late morning, the sun was already up.

Normally it would mean all in the Apple household would be up and working, but not this time. While the majority was up and about, one of them was still in her bed. Apple Bloom, the youngest of the Apple siblings, was still in bed. Normally she would already be up, do chores and so on, but her summer vacation had just begun.

Tradition true, she got to sleep in the first few days. This year however, she wasn't alone in that bed. Laying with her was a young stallion, blonde mane, blue eyes, and dark blonde coat. This was Ace, Apple Bloom's coltfriend.

The two had known each other for about three years, but only started dating a year ago, in their final year of school. Ace wanted to become a royal guard, and Apple Bloom wanted to become a teacher. When summer vacation was over, he would leave for Canterlot, and she would start her internship at the school of friendship. So both had decided to make the most of the time they had.

He just managed to see the underside of them, when a sudden knock interrupted them.

Apple Bloom let go of her top, and in panic, her hands flew to cover Ace's mouth. If Applejack found them in her bed, she would be furious. "Apple Bloom, you up yet?" The sister's voice came from outside.

"Y-yeah!" Apple Bloom called back.

"Well hurry up, remember you promised to take Granny to her appointment today. Big Mac is going with you." The mare explained through the door.

Being pinned to the bed by his marefriend, and the fact they were close to being discovered, was a surprising turn on for Ace. Apple Bloom turned to him, tying her pink bow into her mane. "You just want to see me in a bikini." She said, faking annoyance. "I would love to, but when it comes to Granny it can take some time.. Probably won't be back until later today."

"Okay, we'll figure it out later." Ace wasn't going to blame Apple Bloom for taking care of her Granny. he wasn't selfish like that, but he had hoped she could finish what she started before she left.

After putting on a bra, and a new top, she moved back to Ace. "I'll see you later." They shared one final kiss, and then she was gone.

Ace let out a sigh, wondering what he was going to do now? Thinking back, he remembered he was going to be alone on the farm with Applejack. Damn.. He had realized he had a crush on the older sister, but he felt ashamed of it. He loved Apple Bloom, of course he did! But, he could not help but admire Applejack, both for her personality, and for her looks..

Well, as long as he kept his distance, then he could focus on anything else than her!
