Princess Celestia confronts a man put in the dungeons, and finds out more than she intended to.
All Humans, either present or arriving, are subject to imprisonment for one full life sentence, and are subject to un-consensual breaches of information, regarding either to oneself or to surroundings.
Princess Celestia meets with a prisoner in the dungeon, intending to find out more about the situation that caused him to be imprisoned. Upon finding out, she enacts the first, and last law about the human race.
