It was late one Canterlot evening, with Rainbow Blitz arriving at the castle to meet up with his good friend, Prince Regent Dusk Shine. Much to his surprise, the pegasus is introduced to some new revolutionary tech that the Prince was working on in private. After his multiple visits to the Mirror World, Dusk Shine was rather keen on implementing some of Sunset Glare's technology for use in Equestria as well. And after many nights of tedious crafting and coding, Dusk figured that his stuntpony friend would be eager to test out something truly special:

However, shortly after strapping Blitz in and getting the VR experience started, an unexpected "glitch" in the programming causes a peculiar mirror effect to occur. And to make matters worse for Dusk (and better for Rainbow himself), it seemed that the VR's stellar graphics made everything far more detailed in numerous ways. One of those ways is how accurately responsive and... reactionary Blitz's VR partner would be in the game to his movements...
