Im sharing a dorm with THEM?
A stylishly groomed unicorn levitated four matching suitcases through the student village. Glancing at each dorm number as she passed it, she looked around for her home. "Aha! Dorm 7!" she shouted, strolling up to a two-story house with the number seven on the door. She carefully turned the knob, and stepped inside. Moments later, passerby heard a squeal of delight and then a loud thud. Shaking their heads, they kept walking. Seems that Rarity was unaware of the overexcited, fluffy pink beast that was dwelling in that dorm.
Finally prying off the crazy pink pony, Rarity sidestepped a strange contraption sitting on the floor and tried to go up the stairs. Suddenly, all of the bags she was levitating were knocked to the ground by a rainbow blur. The offender was a blue pegasus with unruly rainbow hair. Grinning, she held out a hoof to bump with the new girl. Harrumphing, Rarity only dusted herself off and picked up her bags again. "Hello, Ms. Rough and tumble. Is there anyone in this dorm who isnt completely mad?" The maniac pegasus merely grinned and zoomed back up the stairs. "Thats Rainbow Dash! She has an athletic scholarship, because she says that learning's for eggheads!" Chirped the pastel pink equine who was now baking cookies in the adjoined kitchen of the dorm. "I'm Pinkamena Diane Pie, by the way, but you can call me Pinkie! I share a room with Rainbow Dash and Applejack. You get a room with fluttershy. Oh! What's your favorite type of cookie? I'm baking a ton for everyone. I was thinking marshmellow, but maybe you..." she chattered on, leaning with one hoof on the table. "Charmed. I'm Rarity." The pristine purplemaned unicorn stuck out a hoof to shake, which Pinkie took eagerly and shook with vigor that Rarity still considered unusual for the frizzy-maned earth pony. "Er, if you wouldnt mind, could you help me find my room?" Asked Rarity, nursing her throbbing hoof. "Okie dokie lokie!" Cheered Pinkie, zooming up the stairs and to the two doors in the upstairs hallway. One was painted in streaks of blue, orange and pink, the other was part white, part yellow. "There you go! Shy's in there! Hope you're not afraid of animals!"
Rarity sighed as she opened the door gingerly with her horn. Finally, she was away from that crazy party pony. Wheeling her suitcases over to the unmade bed on one sideof the room, she took a moment to look about her new home. Four whitewashed walls, half covered in pictures of a gawky yellow pegasus and posters featuring animals. Two wooden desks, a dresser apiece, and a mirror to share. On the other bed sat a butter-yellow pegasus, her disheveled pink mane pulled back into a messy ponytail. She was hunched over a tiny figure, bandages strewn along her bed and a syringe poised caredully in her mouth. She leaned over and suddenly thrust the syringe into the animal, causing a horrible squeal to echo through the room. Dropping the syringe, she picked up the form and carefully dropped it into the cardboard box by her bed. Rarity looked at her roommate with an expression of shock. Was she seriously going to be living with a sugar-crazed party pony, a rough and tumble pegasus, and... a murderer. A moan escaped her lips, causing her new roommate to whirl around, eyes wide. "D-did you j-j-just k....kill that animal?" Rarity managed to spurt out. The pegasus Pinkie had called 'Shy gasped in hror at that. "Oh, no. I was just injecting her with her daily medication," she whispered. "She's getting pretty old now. Im fluttershy. Who are you?"
