It's only been a couple weeks since Rarity found the courage to come out of the stable, and confess to her friends that she was currently in a loving relationship with Zecora. Fortunately, despite how surprising such a paring may have been, all of the Elements (and even Spike, shockingly enough) were all supportive of the fashionista and apothecary being together. However, now the unicorn has to face an even larger obstacle which has her fur standing on end:

Coming out to her family.

Sure, Zecora might not be feared by the citizens of Ponyville anymore. And Rarity highly doubted that her parents or sister would be too upset about Rarity having a girlfriend. But at the same time, the Element of Generosity could only hope that things would go smoothly when she invites them over for dinner...
