Chapter 1: the dream/vision

I have in total 3 chapters ready for this book. More will come if I know when equestria will appear on Earth. Like when Nightmare Moon is being defeated or with Discord.
The history of the Empire and Nightbreaker will be told through out the story.

Chapter 1: the dream/vision
Earth survived many disasters like the Permian–Triassic extinction event more than 200 million years ago, the asteroid impact which killed the dino's 65 million years ago, some super volcanic eruptions from supervolcancoes like Yellowstone or Toba and it survived ice ages and ect ect. They are maybe caused by different things but they have one thing in common, they are created be nature itself. But this one is not created by nature. will the Earth survive something much greater which can change the shape of the planet forever? Something that was never recorded or known in Earth history?

In the empire's capital city, London, there was a big palace of the emperor, where he lived and worked. It was just past midnight and it was snowing friendly. Cars were driving past the palace; guards were walking through the garden, sometimes trowing snowballs to eachother. some other guards were walking in the hallways of the building, two guards were standing in front of a door. The door leads to the emperor's bedroom. In the room was the emperor sleeping. The Emperor is not a human, he took over a human in year 2026 when the elections just where over who would be president of the United Nations of Earth. A human, who was just elected to be president, was under attack in his office be a terrorist group who wanted to destroy the U.N.E. Nightbreaker asked him something and the human accepted his proposal, so he transformed into a winged unicorn. The human is gone forever and U.N.E was reorganized into The Empire of Earth. But that was in the past. Now he is a respected 'person'. His furr was almost dark blue, while his mane and tail where a bit lighter dark blue. His eyes looked like it was from a dragon or a cat and where sapphire blue. Normally when he is sleeping, he dreamt of his time with his family a long, long time ago. However, this time he had a different dream, an unusual dream.

In the dream
Nightbreaker was in San Francisco. He looked to the sky and saw that the sky was bright, too bright. "What is going on here?" He said while he was figuring out where he was and why is here. After that, the sky became normal again, but after what looks like few minutes but in reality days, without seeing night time, and then something happened, something terrible. The ground began to shaking heavily, buildings were collapsing, trees are falling to the ground and in the ground, and cracks began to form. Nightbreaker began to fly to the sky and looked down to the surface. "What the..."said Nightbreaker. He has never saw anything like this in his whole life, and he lived for thoudands of years.
The earthquake was so powerful that the ground itself was going up and down like a wave. Buildings were sweeping back and forth. Windows were gettin destroyed, buildings were collapsing and the ground suddenly began to rise while tje other part stayed normal, except the cracks forming in the ground.
Then it went black for few seconds, when he opened his eyes again, he saw that the sun was slowly rising and he saw that he was in a different city and he knew which city he was in, he was in Tokyo. Tokyo is not in a different state as San Francisco. The earthquake here was also powerful. However, the buildings were not collapsing but they moved, because the Japanese did make their buildings earthquake proof in the time of U.N.E, with the quake, the ground began to crack, and trees were sweeping in the air. The buildings were getting crakcs and the windows broke into many pieces. After few seconds the first building collapsed and then more buildings. After few minutes the earthquake stopped, and Nightbreaker saw that the city was complete in ruins. He walked through the streets of the city to look at the damage and it was big but when he flew again in the air, he saw many smoke clouds rising from the city. Then after few minutes he saw that the water in the harbor began to retreat to the ocean. He knew immediately what that means, a tsunami was comming. Then he saw the wave. It was the biggest wave he had ever seen. Then everything went black again.

He waked up from his dream in sweat. He looked at the clock and saw that it was very early in the morning almost still night. Instead of getting back to sleep, he was getting out of bed. He walked to the shower. While he took the shower, he put his head and horn to the wall and he felt the cold and wet wall on his fur, and thought, "this was not a dream. It was a vision." After he took a shower, he walked to his phone and called his imperial advisor.
"Wilfred, I want to talk with the government within a few hours. And bring a map of the Pacific Ocean to my meeting room in my palace.
"But sir, most of them are sleeping." Wilfred said through the phone.
"I dont care if they are sleeping. I dont care even if they under a shower. This is important! So call them."
"Yes my lord" Wilfred answered and after that, Nightbreaker hung up and began to look outside to the moon that was going under the horizon, the sky cleared from the snow clouds. "I hope that it is not a vision, just a bad dream." He said to himself. "I really dont want to something to happen."
After that he decided to try to sleep a bit. After an hour and a half of sleep, he was getting out of bed and began to brush his mane and tail, and began to walk throug the palace towards the dining room to eat sone breakfest, while we was going there, he talked with some guards until hr arrived to the dining room. When he was done eating he began to walk to the garden, which is covered in a almost thick layer snow and waited unitl the imperial government has arrived, after that he began to walk to the meeting room.
After few hours, most of the imperial government has arrived at the palace for the meeting; some of them lived too far away because they lived in different parts of the world. The emperor was going to the meeting room in his palace. The government was called immediately to London after the emperor wanted an emergency meeting. The room where the meeting was held, was connected to the palace and had a long table, ten chairs on each side, and some monitors for those who could not make it in time to London. When the emperor arrived at the room, the government greeted him and after the greeting was over, the emperor began to speak.
"I have you all gathered for this meeting because something will happen to our world." He began the meeting with.
"What is it. An alien invasion? An asteroid impact?" one of the people asked.
"No, something that should be impossible to happen."
"And how do you know what will happen?"
"I had a vision last night; where multiple cities were getting destroyed by massive earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions."
"Oh, so it was one of your so-called visions." Another man said with a tone that the emperor did not like. Therefore, he began slowly force choke him.
"How many of those called visions did you ha-". The same man said before he was cut for gasping for air.
"To answer your question, I had many visions, the last major vision that I had was more than five thousand years ago which I foolish ignored and I also a vision of an attack on my life, that's why I survived the assassination attempt three months ago," he said with some annoying in his voice. "Does that answer your question?" He release him from his grasp.
"Y-yes sir." The man said while breathing heavily.
"good." The emperor said to the man. "And now I will tell you where this everything will happen." As he said that, he began to take a map and a red marker from his bag, and put them on the table in front of him. The map showed the Pacific Ocean. He took the red marker and he drew a line around the ocean.
"Here is it going to happen. In the pacific ring of fire." The emperor said.
"Are you sure its not a bad dream? I mean the whole Ring of Fire going to shit, that's almost imposible. You need something mayor to happen like a very big asteroid or some secret war project that we don't know of." The minister of defence said.
"I'm certain you that what im going to tell you is true." said Nightbreaker.
"How long do you think we have?" the minister of defense said.
"What I saw in my dream/vision was around a week; it could be more or less."
"And what do you suggest to against it?" the same man said.
"We can't do anything against Mother Nature, not even I.," the emperor said. "But we can prepare for it when it happens. I want that everyone who lives at the coast and the islands will be evacuated."
"An evacuation!? That would be evacuating almost 500 million people if not more! That will take weeks or even months! Our infrastructure is built on moving half a billion people." the minister of infrastructure said.
"That's why we have to move them now and not at the last minute." The emperor said.
"And what about the economy? If we move that many people, the economy will crash probably so bad that the stock market crash of 1929 looks like a fricking joke! And hundred thousands if not millions will unemployed." the minister of economy said.
"I know you're concern of the economy but human lifes are more important. We can fix the economy but we cannot fix a human life. I hope you understand that."
Before the minister of economy could respond, a man from the IGSC, Imperial Geological Survey Centre, began to speak.
"My lord, you say that if this happens, the subduction zones will move?" Bruce Fisher asked.
"Yes but not only the subduction zones will move; fault lines like the San Andreas Fault will shift too."
"I see, I will start a research project with my team to find out what scenarios could happen to create this apocalyptic scenario."
"Good idea. Evacuate everyone from the Pacific coast. Tell them that they have to move within nine days. Does everyone understand that?" the emperor asked to the people in the room.
"Yes my lord." They all replied.
"Good, now leave." He said to them. They all leave but one has the stay.
"Bruce can you stay for a bit?" The emperor said to him.
"Yes my lord." Bruce Fisher responded.
"Do you have a way to prevent volcanoes from erupting?" the emperor asked.
"Unfortunately not, it is impossible to prevent a volcano from erupting. We dont know enough about them. And why do you ask sir?"
"I asked because there are some volcanoes that I'm most concerned about, for exemple; Lake Toba in Indonesia, Lake Taupo in New Zealand, and Long Valley Caldera in California. Those three are some of the supervolcanoes that I'm worried about. I want to make sure when and if they erupt, they will not create too much damage and I want to prevent a volcanic ice age."
"We can't prevent a 'normal' volcano from erupting let alone supervolcano. We can only wacht them and send a warning to the public if they they are going to erupt."
"Can't you really do something to prevent a eruption?" Nightbreaker asked.
Bruce shaked his head.
"Good. I know enough, you may now leave."
Bruce nodded and then he stands up, walked to the door, and left.

Nightbreaker POV

"Earlier today the imperial government has orderd a evacuation of the following areas; the west coast of North, middle and south america, the coast of asia, from north east asia to indonesia, the whole of indonesia, New Guinea and new Sealand and all of the islands in the Pacific Ocean. The government did not say why there is a evacuation happening but they did say if we will do no evacuation, thousands if not millions will die.The army will help with the evacuation to prevent unrest and accidents.The evacuation will start in a few hours." The news anchor said on te television and there were two figures looking at the television. One figure was looking a human while other looked like a 'horse' with wings and a horn.
"Do you think that people will evacuate?" Bruce said.
"Dont worry about that. They have to leave otherways to have to pay alot of money." I said to him.
"And if this is event is not happening?"
"That is a problem for the future. But I fear that it is going to happen."
"I hope not."
"Me neither."
We looked to the television for more minutes before I decided to walk away.
"If you got some news, tell me." I said to him just before I closed the door.

"Day four of the evacuation. More than 50 million people have been evacuated. The military is going to help evacuating poor people, peopld who cant leave on their own and they are going to help hospitals." The radio sounded as I was drinking my morning coffee and eating my breakfast.
'So for so good.' I thought while taking a sip from my coffee.

"Day nine of the evacuation. More than 250 million people have been evacuated from the Pacific Ocean. Experts say that in few daus to a few weeks everyone will have been evacuated. While the evacuation is going great there is some inrest in big cities like Wasington, Berlin, Tokyo and even in the captial; London. The police in London had to use rubber bullets and teargas to stop the unrest.
Now some other news. There have been last few days massive bird migration from the Pacific. The birds are flying towards places atleast few hunderts kilometers away from the coast. Bird experst say that birds, and some other animals, can feel danger coming. The I.G.S.C (Imperial Geological Survay Centre) has become more allert be some fault lines, subduction zones and volcanoes around the Pacific. They did also constructed a new building just outside London to replace their old one in Sidney. It has more rooms and a bigger control room to monitor more eartquakes, tsunamis and vulcanic eruptions and they are working together with army.
Now in the economy news; the economy is going down like crazy. Economy experts says that the economy will go down for months or even years and they already day that the economy is almost the same as in 1929, which the biggest economy crash is history."
