Bad Colts Camp- How it should have ended

A Few Weeks Later

CANTERLOT COURTHOUSE Trial 115 6:00am

The day had finally come, I have spent days interrogating and searching, getting prepared for this moment. The moment for Mrs. Harshwhinny to finally get what she deserves. It seemed like only yesterday I was busting her and her illegal program, saving the lives of Shining Armor and those other boys and now all my hard work was about to pay off.

I sat in front of the judge stand with Val by my side, to my right Mrs. Harshwhinny and her lawyer. Behind me were Shining Armor and the boys, their mothers, Nurse Redheart, Aloe Vera, and Lotus Blossom. Soon the judge trotted in from the side door. She had on her black cloak, she had dark grey coat and grey hair and dark purple eyes with some wrinkle’s underneath them.

“All rise for the Honorable Judge Gavel presiding, court is now in session” said the bailiff

We all sat up as she sat in her chair

“Thank you, you may be seated our first case today is case#8921: Head Commander vs Mrs. Harshwhinny does the plaintiff counselor have an opening statement ” she said

Val stood up "We have your honor we are filing a lawsuit against Mrs. Harshwhinny for her exlict activity and for the murder or her husband"

"Thank you Counselor, does the defendant have an opening statement"

Mrs. Harshwhinny whispered something into her atterneys ear

"My Client has nothing say"

“Very well then Plaintiff you have the floor”

I stood up from my chair as I looked at the judge

“Your Honor I’d like to call Shining Armor to the stand”

A Short time Later Shining was brought to the front of the courtroom. As he made his way to the stand, he made a quick glance at his mom as she sat in her seat. She looked back at him in tears but Shining had none for her. He made his was way to the stand and faced the court. The bailiff came up to face him

“Shining Armor do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you Celestia”

He looked at the bailiff and held his hoof in the air

“I do” he said

The bailiff went back to his post and I walked up to Shining Armor

“Shining Armor would you tell everyone here where you went a couple of weeks ago”

Shining was a bit apprehensive about the question and at the situation as he didn’t want to remember the events that occurred there

“Well my mom insisted that we spend a week at Bea Sea Camp”

“Yes, your mother insisted, why did she insist on going to this particular place”

“Well she told me that she really missed me and suggested that we stay there. Ever since I became ruler of the Crystal Empire, I barely have enough time to visit her or my sister for that matter”

“Did you know about the camp prior to going”

“No, my mom kept me out of the loop” he said

“Were you aware of the program that your mother forced you into”

He looked back at his mom and said “No”

“So, your mother didn’t tell you about the program or what was going to happen in said program”

“No”

“Would you kindly tell the jury exactly what happened during this program”

Shining was starting to sweat as the flashbacks came back

“Objection” yelled Mrs. Harshwhinny’s lawyer

“He’s forcing the witness”

The judge looked back at him

“Overruled, please continue Shining”

“Well first they first gave us something to drink that knocked us out, then they molded our cocks to make dildos out of, then they shrank us down to be inserted into the replica dildos, then we were injected back into our own mother’s womb where we were forced to stay until we became bonded to them once more”

Some ponies were gagging and throwing up in their mouths upon hearing Shining explain what had happened

“So, despite you having no knowledge and no understanding about the program itself your very own mother drugged you and forced you back inside of her without your consent”

I looked back at the judge “No further questions your honor”

Shining armor left the stand sat back down. Next up to the stand was Twilight Velvet

“Miss Velvet how did you come to know about this program and this Resort”

She looked sad and pissed at the same time as she looked at Harshwhinny and her own son

“Well I have been missing my son for so long and so Mrs. Harshwhinny reached out to me because she knew about Shining Armor being away from me and suggested that I try her program”

“Were you aware of what happens in the program”

“Yes, I did”

“Ah, so you went ahead with it anyways despite not telling your own son”

She paused and continued to sweat “Yes”

“Mare’s and Stallions of the court this mother as well as the others did what no mother should ever do to her son, force them to do something that they are not comfortable with and that is Rape”

Most of them started chatting amongst themselves, the jury was in shock Next up to the stand was Nurse Redheart

“Nurse Redheart, were you aware of the program that Miss Harshwhinny was running?”

“Yes” she said

“Why did she need a nurse with your kind of background”

“Well she told me it had to do with birthing, so I thought it was a program for pregnant mothers but when the first program started, I was hesitant and somewhat disgusted with what she was doing but I had already said yes”

“Why didn’t you go to the police or the Rangers and warn them about what she was doing”

“She reassured me that it was all legal and that everything was fine and like an idiot I believed her”

After a few hours of going back and forth with the other witness’s, it was Mrs. Harshwhinny’s turn to take the stand

“Mrs. Harshwhinny were you happy before all this?”

She looked at me and wasn’t sure about what to say

“I don’t understand”

“I mean before you started this ridiculously stupid program”

“I was doing fine”

“Were you, were you fine with just getting by with your job or were you fine with your husband”

Upon hearing that her eyes widened, and she started getting nervous

“It was bumpy, so we decided to go our separate ways”

“You mean divorce”

“Yes” she said

“Really because there was no divorce file found at town hall in fact no pony has seen your husband in years, it’s almost as if he vanished from the planet or he was murdered”

I turned to everypony in the room

“Mare’s and Stallions this was not a happy marriage this was domestic abuse, we have evidence of an abusive husband who drank a lot, punched holes into the drywall, and raped his own wife, but did she ever think about calling the police or filing for divorce no she decided to take matters into her own hands, by bludgeoning her husband to death with a hammer and burying his body in the backyard”

I showed the jury as well as the judge the photos and evidence

“But the question still remains” I walked up close to Mrs. Harshwhinny

“Why start a program to have boys shoved back inside their mothers just so they could be bonded like before?”

Mrs. Harshwhinny just remained silent as beads of sweat rolled down her frowning face

“I’ll tell you why because she was pregnant herself”

Everypony in the courtroom gasped

“She then went and abandoned her child because she couldn’t live with herself knowing that she killed the child’s father and raising a gross ugly and disfigured child would put her career in jeopardy”

Mrs. Harshwhinny couldn’t stand it any longer

“Even if that’s true where’s the child now” She yelled

“That’s a good question, I searched every orphanage within your work radius and went further outside the ring and was not able to find the child, however we found evidence of mud from the Everfree Forest in your shed which was out of the ordinary and it wasn’t until I went there to discover something horrific”

I turned towards the Rangers that stood by the double doors and motioned them to bring itforward. The two Rangers opened the doors and two more Rangers came in pulling a small cart. On that cart was a pot and in that pot was something that’s could have easily been mistaken for a tree but this tree was moving ever so slightly and you could hear it breathing heavily, the form itself could barely be made out as equine as a pair of glowing orange eyes and a mouth could also be seen in the trunk of the tree. Everypony was shocked and appalled even Mrs. Harshwhinny and the Judge. The Rangers brought it closer to the judge so it could see its mother

“UH Mother, Mother is that you” it said with a gravelly voice

Mrs. Harshwhinny kept staring at the mass of wood and pony that was her son she was starting to tear up and choke on her own breath

“Commander do you have any proof that this…thing even is her child” Judge Gavel said

“Yes, your honor, when I found it, I was able to get a DNA sample and have it analyzed, it took some time as his DNA is part wood, but a match did come up”

The judge looked at me with understanding. Mrs. Harshwhinny was destroyed at this point; tears began to stream down her face as she looked upon her mutated child, she tried to speak but all that came out was mumbles

“What…Happened” she said trembling her own words

“Well when you abandoned him he was pretty weak and disfigured from the birth due to the alcohol you consumed to try to kill him, he found his way into an species of tree that bonds with its victims, usually with small animal and insects you would not be able to notice but when it comes to sentient beings like ponies it bonds with them and preserves them keeping them alive”

Mrs. Harshwhinny could not take it anymore and she broke down and cried. She jumped out of her seat and went and hugged the tree that was her son, tears flooding the floor.

“I’m so sorry, I’m so so sorry” as she hugged her tree child

The tree looked down and saw his own mother crying on his bark

“I missed you momma, I missed you a lot” it said

“I know honey I’m here now” she continued to cry

“Mare’s and Stallions Mrs. Harshwhinny has done a lot of terrible things and so I believe in the jury’s decision as to what should happen next”

“Alright ten-minute Recess” said the Judge

The jury left the courtroom to discuss the matter about Harshwhinny’s fate; Mrs. Harshwhinny was glued to her son crying. I pried her off as the Rangers took him away and ordered her to sit back in her seat. She sat back down sobbing the whole time. I sat down in my seat and waited

“Never expected her to feel remorse?”

“Well she did abandon her son and didn’t expect to see him alive”

A short time later the jury as well as the judge came back from the debate. Everypony sat in their seats waiting patiently. The judge looked to the jury for their answer

“Mr. Glass have you reached a verdict?” she said

“We have you honor this jury find the defendant Mrs. Harshwhinny guilty for the murder of her husband, abandoning her child to die, forging a hierarchy signature, and theft of a priceless artifact”

Harshwhinny was defeated, all her past sins were now about to be punished

“Thank you, Mrs. Harshwhinny I hear by sentence you to life in prison with no possibility of parole and fined $50000 bits for your other actions, court is adjourned” the judge banged her gavel and Mrs. Harshwhinny was taken away

I sat there I thought about what Mrs. Harshwhinny was thinking when all of this took place, did she even think that this was all going to come back to haunt her, did she think that she could sweep all her mis deeds under the rug. In the end I believe she got what she deserved.

After the trial I headed for Canterlot station and sat down on the same bench I sat on when I was waiting for Shining Armor. I sat down and tilted my head back. I could hear other ponies chatting about and horseshoes clopping, the wind blowing across the grass, birds chirping atop the station. I heard some clopping coming my way when I heard a familiar voice.

“Hey Mel” he said

I looked up and it was no other than Shining Armor.

“Hey bro” I said

“Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for saving me and the guys and for putting the psycho in prison”

“Eh your welcome, I’m just glad I got there in time, otherwise you’d be a drooling mama’s boy right now”

He cringed at the thought of him be sexually attracted to his mom

“Yeah I’d like to forget that that happened”

Unbeknownst to us another pony trotted up behind us and it was Sunburst

“Hey guys how are you” he said

“I’m alright bout to head back to Ponyville”

“Well I gotta get back to the Crystal Empire, Cadence needs me for her royal duties and what not”

“Mind if I ride with you Shining being the Royal Crystaler and all”

“Sure thing Sunburst”

When he said that the Crystal train could be heard coming down the tracks. Slowly the train pulled up to the station as the doors opened for them

“Catch your later Mel” as he waved goodbye

“Commander” Sunburst said as he and Shining boarded the train together and it rolled on out as quickly as it came

I sat on the bench and looked out towards where Bee Sea Camp was and wondered what was going to happen to it. Maybe something good will happen but who can say. As I pondered another train came steaming up to the platform. The conductor pony got off and he recognized me but didn’t say anything

“All aboard for Ponyville” he said

I got up and went over to him and gave him my ticket and a bag of bits

“Here” as I handed it to him “The Rangers thank you for your cooperation”

He looked surprised when I handed it to him, he took both my ticket and the bits but didn’t say anything. I went and found a seat, I sat down and leaned back against the window and put my feet up on the seat. I tilted my hat down to cover my eyes and dozed off as the train was heading for Ponyville and I thought to myself

“Job well done Mel; job well done”

And so it was that the conflict at Bee Sea Camp was resolved thanks to Commander Mel and his Rangers, who with quick thinking and determination was able to stop Mrs. Harshwhinny and put an end to her dreaded program and all those that partook in the events that transpired there, faded into bad memories,

(in Celestia’s voice) “Camp Bee Sea was re-opened as a family resort and became a rather successful one at that, families from all over visited the resort to spend time relaxing together as a family which in the end had been its purpose all along

(In Twilight Velvets voice) Twilight Velvet spent her sentence in prison, she reflected on her past mistake and wondered what could have been if she had just let go of her son rather than coddle him like the child she remembered from her youth, she spent her last year serving the Community in the Crystal Empire, she occasionally saw he son and over time he chose to forgive her

(In Stellar Flares Voice) Stellar Flare also spent her time in prison, while there she kept thinking about her son, missing him so much, thinking about the potential grandchildren that he could have had. She knew that she blew her chances at that and only made things worse. She spent her Community service in Hope Hollow catching glances of her son when he came to visit with Starlight Glimmer, perhaps having grandchildren was possible she just had to be patient a little bit longer

(In Cream Hearts Voice) Cream Heart spent her time in prison only ever thinking about her son hoping that he was doing his homework and not staying up all night playing video games, she thought about what she did to him and hoped that she didn’t scar him for life. But she hoped that maybe this experience helped shape him for the better. She spent her Community Service around Ponyville catching her son leaving the schoolhouse and trot towards home.

(In Posey Shy’s Voice) Posey Shy Spent her time in prison thinking about what could have been if only she had not got pregnant with her spoiled son. She soon accepted what she did was her own fault and not her sons, and that maybe she and him could make amends. She spent her Community Service in Cloudsdale occasionally seeing her son get off work at the Mane Therapy saloon

(In Nurse Redhearts Voice) Nurse Redheart severed her short time and was able to go back to Ponyville hospital to return to her work helping the sick and wounded as well as the occasional foal birth and soon put what she did to those boys out of her memory

(In Aloe and Vera’s Voice) Aloe and Vera served their time together and soon went back to their own business at the Ponyville Spa helping all those who felt weak and needed a break from day to day life, massaging and pampering their worries away

(in Commander Mel’s Voice) Commander Mel, Mission Complete returned to Ranger HQ to fill out all the paperwork from his previous mission, he felt relieved knowing that Shining and the boys were okay and weren’t permanently scarred for life, he also felt bad for Mrs. Harshwhinny and what she did in her previous life and how it manifested into her committing more crimes to fill that dark hole in her heart. He only hoped that maybe one day she would be able to forgive herself

Mrs. Harshwhinny spent the rest of her days in prison, she reflected on her past, about her husband that hated her job and raped her so they could settle down and have a family, she thought about what her son would have been like if she didn’t drink so much and thought if she had taken care of him, what kind of pony he would have grown up to be. Instead the cold feel and stench of her prison cell was all she knew and after ten years she killed herself by hanging herself from the light fixture. Some say she did it to stop the painful memories others say she did it because she was bored. They say we all make choice’s, but in the end our choices make us.
