Chapters The Man Who Speaks In Hands
There are few things we understand in our world (or worlds depending on your side of the multiverse.) but there are individuals who know more than others, and I had the unfortunate chance to encounter one of these individuals. You may know who I'm talking about, The Merchant, an entity no one truly understands. I made the mistake of meeting him by chance, I was convening minding my own business, when i approached his stall. Now before you ask no, i wasn't looking for him or even know what was happening, but i did know of him. I've read enough fan fics to know the legend of him. I wasn't dressed up or even really there to enjoy the event. I went with a friend because she needed a ride. I looked away from my phone which was playing a video of glitchtale, an alternate universe of undertale. When I looked at his table I saw a set of replicas of gasters summoned hands, each one with a different color in the middle of them representing the emotion they held.
“Wow! What are the odds I see these here and now? How much for the whole set?” i asked leaning in to inspect them closely,
“For a fan of gaster? I'll sell the whole set at 230.” didn't sound too bad to me so i had no reason to say no. still wondering if that was wise of me or not. After handing him the cash I suddenly felt off. Like when you are so hot your body naturally sweats so much it makes your clothes stick to you. Something like a wet kleenex that feeling got only worse when I picked up the hand replica that held the purple color in its center. I took one look at him and saw his smirk, and just like that the world went black. Not just dark. Darker than normal dark.

Darkness, it became my home, my day and night. I knew only darkness for so long. For anyone who's heard of this kind of Scenario knows what's happened, for those of you who don’t, allow me to sum it up. I was turned into GOD DAMN GASTER. Not just any old gaster look alike either, I had memories. HIS memories, i guess my memories now. My mind held so much knowledge all of a sudden, it's hard to think straight. MY SONS Sans and papyrus. My career as a scientist. My fall. My MADNESS. It was all here, every painstaking detail. I thought id go insane all over again! I tried everything I could think of, I got use to my powers again, my memories showed this gaster injected himself with DETERMINATION and it had a few side effects.
The creation of two new colors. Black had its own hand, OH you may not even know this but each color was a human soul. Each color had its own power and use. Gaster was known in some areas as a master of magic but also the master of soul manipulation. Meaning he could use each soul or color to empower his abilities. There were seven originally. ORANGE was Bravery, with it I could summon floating hands to beat up or pumble my enemies to dust. Next was BLUE Integrity. With it I could see through any lie and also compel others to tell the truth. Next was YELLOW which was justice, funny enough it actually affected me, it gave me an overly Aggressive mood swing to seek justice for anything I considered morally wrong, as for its power I can use it to fire small bolts of energy that when hit feels like you're getting shot with a gun! YELLOW secretly OP? After justice was kindness or GREEN, with GREEN I could heal any wound or infection. It also gave me the knowledge on how to cook! I could before but it's like comparing toast to a five course meal. Next was CYAN or patience. With patience I could fire long energy whips to slash or restrain my target. Next was PURPLE which stood for perseverance. Stangly it gave me a kinda damage resistance. I could ignore most attacks and with it I could also shoot out large and deadly spikes to impale my target. Then of course the most famous of them all RED or DETERMINATION! In the game and a bunch of fan based lore RED was shared between two different humans Frisk the main protagonist, and Chara the (Main) antagonist when Chara was failing in her mission to end all of existence with just DETERMINATION she created BLACK which stood for HATE with RED i had the power to RESET and SAVE points in my own history basically my own load and save file system. It also allowed me to defy death! If I was killed by any normal means I would reset to my last save. But it's only a one time use deal every 10 days it also can be used to fire a laser of red energy from either my hands or Gaster Blasters and with BLACK I could send out waves of energy that would cut through anything like a knife. What surprised me is that BLACK was a power only Chara could use, so to see I had BLACK was a bit of a scare but the next one…. It terrifies me.
There are plenty of alternate universes especially with undertale as a whole. But I don't know any that had this. A deep nightmarish PURPLE AND BLACK. Hand and Gaster Blaster floated in front of me. The color shined with a darker light that promised death and forbidden knowledge of the void of existence. This power was the power of DARKNESS

After learning about my powers and abilities it was back to staving off the madness,I explored my memories of other universes, I contemplated my Gaster's dark history, I struggled with my own inner demons involving my old life. I did everything I could think of, even started doing random math questions, and I hate math. I don't know how long this went on for. But it didn't last.
“The equation of Pie is 3.14159265-” Suddenly I was interrupted from my musings with the sound of crying. Not just any crying, it was the sound of a newborn baby crying.
“Congratulations your highness, it's a pair of healthy Fillies!” I was confused, did I finally crack? Did I lose the last of my mind thinking of PIE?! The sounds didn't go away or drown out, I heard two clear different voices of babies crying.
“Oh dear... They're beautiful. They take after their mother.” That voice was the first one I could distinct as male, sounded affectite, probably the father.
“They are perfect. A healthy set of lunges on both of them!” that one sounded prideful, also male, probably a family member.
“Both are alicorns… I had hoped they wouldn’t be, but I still love them so. I will ensure you both live happy lives… little lulu and little tia” that was definitely the mother… Wait, alicorns? Tia and Lulu? Are those their names? Why did I have a feeling of nostalgia? Do I know them?
The family who I could see continued to talk about the girls, it seemed that tia was older by a few minutes, but they weren't twins? The doctors and nurses said they were healthy enough to stay with the mother whose name was queen Faust. From what I gathered she's also an alicorn while the father named Solar was a unicorn. Shrugged at my mind's insanity and just quietly listened, eventually everyone left her to get some rest with the fillies, when it sounded like all three were asleep i continued my thinking till something truly shocking happened, i heard a giggle. It wasn't like before where it sounded from all around me. It was right beside me. I turned to look and saw this little dark blue filly with hands and feet wearing a blanket around her little body, i wasn't sure why but my memories of sans and papyrus as a baby came to mind and my fatherly instinct kicked in, i picked Lulu up and started to rock her back and forth humming while i did so. It was a slow melody.
As the song came to an end and Lulu was sleeping soundly in my skeletal arms i heard a yawn, most likely faust waking up. “Hmm morning Tia, good mo-” she suddenly stopped was something happening? Why not say good morning to Lulu? “Lulu? Lulu where are you?!” wait… she was… I looked down at Lulu again and could help but smirk
“So you are here? In my reality?” I asked her, almost expecting an answer. I heard a panicked gasp
“WHOS THERE?! WHERES MY DAUGHTER?!” she panicked and I could tell she was doing all she could from waking Tia but kept her alarmed tone of voice.
“Be at ease Queen, i am no threat, as for little Lulu, she is here with me, i have not harmed her and have no intentions to, she found her own way to me. I am simply enjoying her presence here.” I told her to try to calm her and to ensure I was no threat to her daughter. Lulu yawned and opened her bright eyes to me “Ah she is awake again. A curious one she sure is. Exploring the depth like this at her age with no fear? She is a brave one Queen.”
I heard a slow sigh as if she was calming herself. She took a minute to collect herself before continuing “M-May i have her back in my arms please.” I thought about it, I never truly tried to escape. There was just no point in the past. But now… I focused on her voice and with the help of Lulu’s soul I slowly opened a rift in the dark void like a gaping maw of a dark god.
(Queen Faust POV)
I truly didn't know what to think of this moment, not even twenty four hours after her birth Luna somehow disappeared from my arms and found her way to this.... THING?! Stepping out of this dark hole that formed in the hospital wall, like on the other side of said was was the end of all existence. A dark void so dark I would have lost all sense of life looking too far in! As for the creature it was tall! Easily 7 feet tall! His face was flat and looked skeletal like he was an actual skeleton but if he was I didn't know what creature he came from. He wore black dress pants and a black trench coat with a white undershirt with a collar that reached to his lower jawline. In his arms was a giggling Luna smiling as if she wasn't being held by a monster but instead a friend. I notice both his hands had holes in them that covered the entire palm i don't know if that was a injury or if it was natural for him
“As you can see she is safe and unharmed.” Without my need to insist he hands Luna to me and takes several steps back putting his hands behind his back i got a good look at him, his posture suggested pride but in what I don't know he was clearly a male. And had a proud but small smile on his face, his eye sockets had a white dot acting as a eyes
“Thank you… who are you sir?” he chuckles as he turns to sit by my bedside sitting in the chair my husband had been in
“My name is Gaster. The man who speaks in hands.” he waves his hand and a dark purple aura comes from his open palm closing the hole in the dark void revealing an undamaged wall as if the hole was never there.
“W-Well sir Gaster i am Queen Faust of Equestria and these are my newborn daughter's Celestia and Luna.” I said slowly nodding to the fillies respectively, his smile was small but it spoke of a kindness I've only seen in the elements.
He gave a small bow putting his hand over where his heart would be i'd assume. “A pleasure to be in the presence of Royalty again, but please just Gaster, I'm far too old and forgotten to be called sir ever again.” I was about to ask what he meant when we heard a scream from the hall. Suddenly the door was broken down and in came my worst fear, how had the griffins heard of this! They were never good at gathering intel on us. One with a knife charged at me with a look of murder in his eyes! Griffins were never on great terms with us ponies but after the most recent revolt that saw my friend and his family killed the new king declared war on my ponies. I was clutching both my daughters when a light blue colored energy wrapped around the griffin before throwing him back out into the hall. I turned to see gaster with a hand floating next to his head, it was identical to his own hands but clearly not one of them. He slowly stood up and walked after the griffin out into the hall
(Out in the hall Griffin Assassin POV)
What in the name of the gods did that alicorn have with her?! This thing just threw one of my men out of the room so fast he broke his neck at an odd angle against the wall. My two remaining subordinates and I watched as this thing walked casually out of the room glaring at us. It’s Blank look and intense stair sending shivers down my back
“Come.” its voice was strange. It had an echo to it but there was something else. Like the meaning behind the words. As if in a separate language. One of the others rushed it with a screech of defiance
“DIE FREAK THE ALICORNS DIE TODAY!” no sooner had he said that a purple spike shot down from the ceiling and impaled his wings at the joint on his back. His screams sent even more dreadful feelings into my gut. We can't fight this thing!
“Is this it?” with a gesture of its hand the purple spike disappeared only for a yellow palmless hand to appear in front of his chest. “Pathetic.” Suddenly the hand rapidly fired what looked like yellow spell bolts into his chest riddling him with holes. After a mere two seconds of this he fell to the ground dead. The creature walked up and looked down as if inspecting the corpse for life. No sooner had he confirmed the kill he slowly turned his head to face us, we could see his left eye flickering from white to red as suddenly several red hands filled the air around him
“Those who would harm those children…. Shall parish.” he said with that same echo dulled tone and language, for a split second I thought I saw text above his head written in some form of sign luggage.

The Man Who Speaks In Hands
When last we saw our Boarding Genus we saw him brutally slaughtering griffon assassins in a hospital hallway. Now in the aftermath of the battle (slaughter) gester found himself with several royal guard pointing spears at him while he calmly sat by a nurse station sipping some tea that was left out untouched, he sipped gingerly as he stared at the guards, his opinion of them was low seeing as they allowed assassins to encroach on not only they're queen but two new born children.
(Gaster POV)
‘Why were there no guards outside the room? Hell why were there no guards in the hallway at all?! You don’t need to be Einstein to figure that a queen and her new born daughters should have a security detail around at all times.’ Just as he thought that a large man or I guess stallion wearing Roman style armor that had a purple tint to it came marching up he had a large set of wings on his back and and had black main and tail his fur was ashen grey he gave me a calculating look
As he came to a stop in front of me he held out his hand, it was only then that i noticed the height difference in everyone here, i was pretty tall standing at about seven feet give or take a few inches, while everyone around me was clearly a five foot height. “My name is Captain Storm Shield. On behalf of all the royal guards here I wish to thank you stanger.`` As soon as he said this the rest of the guard seemed to relax, lowering their spears away from me.
I gave a small smile that quickly dropped. “I appreciate the thanks but in all honesty. I question your compatice as a captain if your queen and new princesses were put in danger especially seeing the fact two newborns are involved!” I said with a cold but calm expression, my voice carried weight I saw drop on all the shoulders of the guards around me.
He signed sadly before dropping his hand and nodding “unfortunately it seemed some of my men were bought off… I will see to their punishments. But that's beside the point now… the queen has requested you by her bedside again.” hearing this actually made me perk up a bit. I for some odd reason desired to be by their side.
Nodding to him I walked past him and to the room they stayed in, I noticed he and two other guards followed me. Not that it bothered me, soon enough I walked into the room seeing a pure white stallion unicorn wearing a gold breastplate and royal blue and purple trousers and a humble small crown on his head. He was holding Tia in his arms while I saw Lulu in the arms of her mother. Who also had white fur and red main and tail her legs and feet were hanging off the side of the bed looking at me with a smile. “Hello again your majesty and to you sire. If I assume correctly that you are their father, is Solar correct?”
He looked a little spooked. I knew his name so casually but Faust just giggled “Y-Yes sir, i am Sir Solar Heart. I am their father and standing King.” he said with a surprising lack of Pride. More humble then I would have thought.
“Forgive my husband, he usually handles military affairs. I wanted to thank you for protecting my daughters and me from those griffins, Mr.Gaster.” Faust said as Lulu saw me and cheered in her baby-like fashion trying to reach out for me.
“It was my privilege to serve them and you, your majesties.” i dipped slightly with my hand over where a heart would be
“As a reward for protecting them I wish to name you Sir Gaster, Duke of Equestria!” the guards behind me dropped their spears and jaws as they heard that, Though in the underground where gaster is from had royalty it never had a Duke. the title was forign to my mind
“Forgive my question King, but what would that mean exactly?” I had to ask, I can't accept anything without knowing its details.
He seemed confused by my question “Well you would be named a noble and put in charge of a set portion of land in our kingdom, to rule as you see fit so long as you are within our overall Laws. you would be an extension of our rule and help in governing the ponies and other creatures of our lands.” hearing this i knew my answer.
“No”
This seemed to shock everyone present. “NO?! How dare you! How can you outright refuse our King!?” shouted one of the guards, but before he could do anything Lulu’s horn glowed and he found himself floating off the ground and slammed into the wall behind him.
I smiled at Lulu as she gave him a grumpy pouty face. “It is because I have a desire I wish to ask in place of that as my reward.” i said walking forward to the two
“What is your wish, Gaster?” asked Faust as she looked between me and Lulu.
As I reached them I lifted a hand over both Tia and Lulu. “I wish to be by their side. As a teacher, a guardian, a Shadow and a Friend.” I smiled a small kind smile as I finished seeing the shocked looks of the King and Queen.
“W-W-WHAT?!” shouted Solar waking Tia up causing her to cry, before either could stop it. I lifted Tia out of his arms and into my hands, as I summoned a green hand above her making it do silly things like tickle her ears or belly. Her cries quickly turned to giggles.
“A father never forgets that sound, and never learns to ignore it, i wish to be there for them like I was once upon a time.” at this point, my mind and gasters had become one. He and I were one. But as my life held no real meaning to it, it only seems fair to focus on his memories. Like the ones of his sons. Faust and Solar looked shocked but soon grew soft smiles
“Very well. From this day forward they are your wards Sir Gaster.” said Faust as she held up Lulu to show me her smiling face.
“Just gaster to you Faust, Same to you Solar.'' After that declaration I stayed to talk to them more, I told them all I knew of my existence in the void. The kingdom of monsters I lived in, the many different types of monsters. And of course about my sons, i never told them their names, and they never asked. Part of having Gaster's mind, I had his emotions too. The guilt and sadness he held thinking of them.
I learned later from Storm that the griffin kingdom refused to hold any responsibility about the assassionation attempt, they hold no love of the king and queen but the idea of two new princess alicorns? I was no fool and neither were the royals. It didn't take long for security to beef up around the children and I was the new and most dangerous line of defense.
After a few days in the hospital we left the hospital, it was my first look outside on the surface in a very long time. The sun was high in the sky and I saw that a chariot was waiting for us and so was a parade of ponies cheering and throwing confetti and flowers in the air.
“Seems the princesses are more popular than I thought.” I said as I escorted them to the chariot door, many looked at me in confusion or curiosity but no one said or did anything about it.
Once we were in I saw we were being pulled by two ACTUAL horses with wings. ‘Wait wouldn’t those be pegasi?!’ as if sensing my question i heard faust giggling
“Those are horses with wings, we don't call them pegasi due to some old slurs used against pegasi in the past.” I guess that made sense but that didn't stop my mind from the headache.
After what felt like an hour of silent flying I saw the castle I would soon call Home, The Everfree Castle. It didn't take us long before we arrived in the courtyard of this massive castle, Once we were all out of the carriage, Faust asked a maid to take me to a unoccupied room close to the rooms designed for Lulu and Tia, it took a minute to get there but once i was in my room I collapsed on a chair beside a writing desk. “Well… my new life starts today… Let's hope I don't ruin this one.” tempted though i was i didn't knock on the wood of my chair just as sleep started to drift into my skull i felt something on my leg. Looking down i was surprised.
“Tia? How did you get here?” as if to answer me she smiled and giggled reaching up for me. Signing, I pick her up and cradle her in my arms ‘what am I going to do with you my dear Sunlight…’ i mently wondered as sleep took us both.
The next few years flew by for me rather quickly. Tia and Lulu grew slowly but it was all too fast for me and their mother. Unfortunately solar was killed on a inspection new the border and that left Faust heartbroken, i found out that alicorns are eternal but not immortal she tried to end her suffering but after a few words from me she knew she couldn't leave her daughters. When the girls reached the age of ten i was seen as theyre uncle and they rarely left my side with few exceptions, i was their teacher and best friend, like them i was eternal so it was nice to have someone constant in a life that leaves you behind, to many died around eternals.
When the girls came to the age of sixteen all out war was declared with the Griffins, Yaks, and even the Dragons. With the Yaks it was an easy victory after only a year due to some of their… ODD choices in war and in their traditions. Griffins on the other hand were much more difficult. They are a militant state; everyone serves at least three years in the griffin Army starting at the age of eighteen. Our only advantage was that not all griffins wanted war, a civil war was inevitable and with our help, the rebels became a force to recon with. After two long years of war the girls are now eighteen and they saw the new griffin king and queen crowned with a new friendship between the two nations.
The dragons… was less of a war and more of a Hunting session… they would torch entire villages for a few scraps of gold and meat. Most Dragons fell under the stereotypes like greedy savage, and merciless monsters. With few exceptions. The war would last five long years… and the only reason it ended was because they made a mistake. They tried to kill 💣✡ Girls! I had never wanted to do it, but at the time I didn't care. With some of my creations from within my Lab in the Royal Archives, They had the same shape as the ponies but had white carapece instead of fur and had moth like wings and each type held a color like my hands, each one specialized in that soul power, with new type of Monster and with my beasts i went to war despite faust asking me not to.
(In the Vast expansive Dragon Lands.)
Fire and brimstone was not what surrounded us all anyone could see now was Sand… lifeless colorless hot and forever expanding sand… this is all that was left of the once bustling kingdom of the Dragons. I stood atop the only remaining Ruin in this new desert. The Old Dragon lords castle in my hand was the still beating heart of the king and his daughter, both straining to look at their hearts, with wide eyes like they were looking at the end times.
“H-How are they… how are we not-”
“Because your souls belong to me now…” i interrupt the king of dragons, a seven foot drake with gold scales and a white and grey underbelly wearing solid gold armor that was battered and beaten in from my attacks.
“W-Why not just kill us?” his daughter asked if she had white scales and light yellow underbelly wearing a slightly revealing set of leather armor. She was held down by my Cyan tendrils floating above my head.
“Then you would join your people as martyrs… no now you'll live as a message to the world. What happens when you endanger my home and my girls… you both will serve the royal Equestrian family till the day I say you can die.” my voice carried anger and venom and echod around us.
“❄✋☹☹ 👎☜✌❄☟ ✌☹☹⚐🕈💧 ✡⚐🕆 ❄⚐ 💧☹☜☜🏱” with my peace said me and my creations returned home

(3rd POV)
“COME ON TWI WE’LL MISS IT!” shouted a young purple teenage drake as he ran through the trees of the ever feared and dangerous everfree forest. Running not far behind him were several girls in various outfits, some dressed as ghouls and goblins, others as zombies and vampires. For tonight was nightmare night and they currently were rushing off to the festival housed at the old Everfree castle!
“Spike, wait we have time!” shouted twilight Sparkle as she and her friends rushed off after him She was dressed in a slightly revealing Mage outfit with a cap of stars and a matching hat on her head
“Honestly Twi i don't know why we are in such a rush!” shouted Rainbow Dash who floated above her friend, this speed was nothing for her she just hated leaving so abruptly. She was currently wearing a tight foarm fighting flight suit used by the Wonderbolt Elite.
“Blame Spike! Something has him all excited! I didn't even have time to grab my goggles! Shouted Scootaloo who was wearing a similar outfit.
“Well some of us would have liked a little more warring is all we mean darling.” huffed Rarity as she and her sister wore dresses matching that of the princesses but with a bit of Rare Glamore to it.
“Yall are just upset ya couldn’t invite that one stallion you’ve been see’an!” said AppleJack, she and her sister were dressed as Western Outlaws with matching bandana around their faces.
Fluttershy silently giggled to herself as she brought up the rear with Pinkie Pie who was laughing absurdly dressed as a giant butterfly and giant gingerbread man respectively, as they got to the bridge which was replaced with a stronger more sturdy stone bridge for this event. After they all had a moment to look over their outfit Sweetie took this opportunity to ask spike about his outfit.
“Hey Spike, what are you dressed as? I don't recognize it.” he was wearing a grey dress pants and black dress shoes, hist pale shirt was only slightly visible underneath his dark grey button up tailcoat jacket with a grey scarf and in his hand was a homemade cardboard grey scythe with a skull ornomite on the top of the handel where it met the blade.
“OH! I didn't tell you? I’M THE MAN WHO SPEAKS IN HANDS! GUARDIAN OF THE PRINCESSES AND HARVESTER OF SOULS!” he proclaimed loudly most of the girls gave him looks of confusion but twilight rolled her eyes.
“Its something were read to by Princess Celestia when we were living in the castle for my studies, basically the ‘Man Who Speak In Hands’ is a phantom from the endless abyss that makes up magic, he was supposedly the guardian of the princesses and a all around master of magic, its also said he was a literal harvester of souls when he entered the battlefield with heroic figures from our past like commander Hurricane or Star Swirl.” he said with a small sigh “But like i told him there has never been any record of a Pony by that name or station in all of our history, its most likely a fairy tale.”
“Like Nightmare Moon was?” said Spike with a small frown as he glared at her, in truth Spike looked up to this legend even if fake, who wouldn’t find the whole idea awesome!
Twilight Shot him a soft glare as the rest of the girls giggled at Twilight's expense. “HELLO FRIENDS!” was suddenly shouted from across the bridge looking over the group, smiling seeing Princess Luna Dressed as Nightmare Moon and her royal guard in a Nightmare themed armor.
Walking over to her they all gave her pleasant smiles “Greetings Princess!” the group said in unison as they bowed to her
“Come come! No need for that among friends! I see you're all wearing wonderful costumes! Expect… Spike, who are you dressed as? It looked eerily familiar.” She had noticed his outfit rang a few bells and raised a few red flags, but wasn’t sure why.
“Don’t you know princess? He’s the Man Who Speaks In Hands!” exclaimed Rainbow before snickering “Honestly it does sound kinda lame… What kinda title or name is that?” she continued to giggle much to Spikes announce he was about to shout at her when he noticed something
“Princess? Why are you crying?” THAT got the whole group and the guards to look at Luna's face as tears freely fell from her shocked eyes.
“G-Gaster…” she stuttered out feeling a crack in her very soul vibrate with pain.
“Gaster? Who’s Gaster?” asked Rainbow as the rest of the group looked at each other confused.
She took a steady breath before continuing with “Gaster was… The Man Who Speaks In Hands. He was like a second father to my sister and I… he was a wonderful man. But if you want to complete his look you're missing something friend Spike.”
He perked up at that “W-What am i missing?”
She gave a kind smile and said “Makeup… Gaster was bone white with a long crack under his left eye and one above his right eye… also he never openly carried his weapons, preferred a more civilised approach to things.”
Spikes eyes Lite up as he listened to how his model looked while the others were shocked having now heard his existence confirmed “Forgive me for asking princess but how come there's no record of him being here? Or any proof of his existence?” Twilight asked her mind trying to wrap around the news.
As she tried to confront this information a dragoness walked up behind Princess Luna she wore dark purple robes and had a silver jeweled collar around her neck with bright pink heart shaped gem in the center “Luna the guests are preparing they candies for your arrival, OH hey girls! Hey Spike!”
“NOVA!” shouted spike as he ran to his life long dragoness friend and personal maid of Luna and Celestia.
“Looking great there Spike! Did you catch any filly eyes with that sweat outfit!” Nova formerly Princess Nova was Spike's first best friend (behind Twi of course) the two being the only dragons in the castle while he lived there.
“Hey Nova, did you know The Man Who Speaks In Hands?” twilight asked. But she missed Luna tring to signal her to avoid the topic with her hands till she had already asked. The group watched as Nova's smile dropped and her eyes srank to pin pricks and her tears slowly fell down her cheeks.
(meanwhile in the far south in the forgotten sands of the Badlands)
“How much further are you taking us Bug?!” shouted an angry pony in a well tailored suit as he pulled on a chain in his hand, the chain led to a collared changeling woman who was breathing heavily in the heat and the exhaustion. She wore what would barely be considered clothes that hung loosely by threads that covered her most private of areas, she was surrounded by private guards hired by this rich prick named BlueBlood in hopes of discovering treasure. She had been captured after the failed invasion of canterlot and was slowly withering away in its dungeon when the prince came to her, promising freedom in exchange for riches. Greed was all the stallion had in him, she could drown in how much he gave off to her senses.
“W-We are almost there sir… just a bit further i promise…” her soft voice stuttered out her voice had a echoed effect to it like to soft tones speaking as one her chitin was soft to the touch and a dark black and unlike some of her fellow changelings she grew out a light green and blue main and tail.As she walked this prince and his men to a tomb her Hive had discovered long ago she only had to hope he would keep his deal after starving for months in that dark Dungeon hope is what kept her alive. Hope was all she had left if she just held onto it. Maybe she can be free of him, maybe even go home!
It wasn’t long now, only after another half hour of walking they arrived at a massive casim in the sand so sudden that two of the guards nearly fell in “Whoa! Easy there Buddy! Your Highness, I believe we've found it!”
Looking down the casim, BlueBlood smiled seeing a large entrance to a tomb-like structure carved deep into the casim wall opposite of them, and a set of stairs leading down to it carved from the side of the stone wall. “Exilant find us a way across and lets see what our new friend has brought us too!”
It didn't take long for a few of the pegasi to find a stone bridge across the casim. Once the prince and his men crossed and headed down the stairs he saw strange carvings outside the door, carvings he couldn't care less for seeing as he can’t read them.
The Changeling looked at the door with interest she had never seen the door up close before and she was drawn to it for some odd reason, she looked at the part of the door and saw a set of carved out portions of stone, the shapes confused her though, one was the shape of a heart clearly but the other looked like a heart upside down. She had no idea what it meant but as she got closer to it she suddenly felt something strike her back enough to make her cry out in pain. She stumbled and pressed against the door to keep standing as she turned to look at the grinning blueblood who held a small whip in hand. “I suppose even Bugs have their uses! Men… do with her as you please while I open the door to our future!”
Fear gripped her heart as the men that had been guarding her for so long with stoic gazes suddenly filled with lust and greed, despite what anypony might tell you LOVE is not something that is physically sure Love can be expressed physically but Lust and LOVE are very different. And the idea of a group of stallions forcing her into anything made her tremble. With her back pressed to the door she felt her world grow dark just as BlueBlood put his hand on the door.
Suddenly the Sand and yellow stone around them turned grey and the door itself seemed to clean itself of the eons of weather and decay in an instant. She and the group suddenly saw a Plane Grey Door standing in its place but this time… it was wide open…
“☟☜☹☹⚐ ✌☼☜ ✡⚐🕆 ☹⚐💧❄ ☹✋❄❄☹☜ ⚐☠☜💧✍'' Inside was a pitch black abyss… Nothing was viable; it didn't even look like light could enter it. The heard a noise they couldn't describe only that it sounded like a question
“Umm Your highness i don't think we should go in there? What if this bitch is looking to trap us in the void or something?!” said one of the guards that loomed over the changeling. Before the prince could respond a floating hand with its palm missing shot out of the darkness, it had a light green light where its palm should be, it hovered over to the changeling and before anyone knew what was happening a shield appeared around her cutting the chain when it met the shield
“WHAT HOW DARE YOU! STUPID BUG YOU THING THIS LITTLE MAGIC TRICK WILL STOP ME?! I'LL HAVE YOU RETURNED TO CANTERLOT AND DISPLAYED IN MY GUARD HOUSE AS THEY’RE NEW PLAY THING!” Blueblood roared. He was pissed how dare this beast trick him?!
“☠⚐ ✋ 👎⚐☠🕯❄ ❄☟✋☠😐 💧⚐'' suddenly the noise was back but it sounded angry somehow before anyone knew what hit them a small hand held Scythe shot out of the darkness impaling one of the guards through his neck causing him the choke on his own blood. The black had a eriy purple and black glow to it.
When they turned back to the Dark void they saw a Tall man step out of it with more Scythe’s floating behind him as well as several hands of multiple colors. “I Believe she will be coming with me instead.” this tall bone-like creature said.

Hello everyone! Glad to return to this! Sorry for the late delay on publishing, my morning schedules are now a lot busier so I’m not given a lot of time to work on these. However I don’t plan on stopping so I hope you all enjoy this chapter and share your love by leaving a comment!

Walking towards the group of frightened and startled Stallions the tall pale man had several scythes hovering around him giving a small soft smirk he titled his head to the side
“Gentlemen perhaps you could lower your swords to the ground and we might engage in conversation?” His request was met with stunned silence as the blond stallion started fuming at this creature.
“The one to bring home his head is awarded with more bits then they know what to do with!” That proclamation caused serval cheers from the guards as they charged the man
Signing at this the scythe closest to the group gave a small glow before being flung at a charging stallion, shoving itself into his chest pushing his beating heart out an exit wound in his back. As he fell to his knees coughing up a fountain of blood before the shock of this event reached his brain causing his arms to go limp at his sides and fall forward in a bloody heap.
The next scythe flashed orange and flew past two of the guards leaving a small white bead floating between them, as the scythe slowed and came swinging back around it decapitated a guard in the back as it glasses again. Causing the bead to turn orange before giving a small explosion blowing the two guards beside it to fly in opposite directions one dead and colliding with the stone stairs and the other screaming as he fell into the dark abyss beyond the cliff face.
The decapitated stallion’s neck shot a geyser of blood shot out into the sky causing a small rain storm of blood to fall around the collapsing body. This left two young guards and the blonde guy left. One of the two wisely dropped his sword and onto his knees covering his head with his arms as the last charged. Just as he swung his blade at the creatures head his blade was caught by a scythe that turned light purple. As it did a purple spike shot out from the ground and impaled the guard from his lower back and high into the air. This left the creature with a whimpering guard and a stunned snob.
“We’ll that was unfortunate.” He took a step forward as the spike retreated into the ground slamming the now dead guard into the ground. He walked pasted the whimpering guard and straight to the snob who shook like a leaf but glared at the creature before him
“I-I’m warning you monster! I AM PRINCE BLUEBLOOD OF EQUESTRIA ANS I WONT BE LOOKED DOWN ON BY THE LIKES OF YOU!”
His small speech echoing around the canyon like it was meant to be mighty. To Gaster it just made him give a sad sigh “so your a descendant of the blood family? How sad it makes me to see such a proud and Noble family line reduced to this.”
He shook his head placing a hand on BlueBloods head. The prince flinched expecting him to hurt or harm him but all he did was rough up his mane “such childish behavior from one so old… I imagine Tia behind this. She was never one for attention.” He stepped back as a red palmed hand appeared in front of BlueBlood
“Do not worry though… I am a experienced father.” Before he knew what was happening a Large neon orange sign appeared in front of him with the word LOAD on it. The red hand pressed the sign and the prince watched as his world went white.
(Lancer Sentry POV)
Lancer was still green as grass when it came to his job. He only worked as a body guard for the prince because he failed to join the Royal Guard, due to him arguing with one of the instructors over a order he was given. But he never expected being a body guard would make him see something like this! A tall bone white creature just erased his team from existence and now was standing in front of his prince. Fear gripped his chest forbidding him from doing anything against this being of the void. After a small flash of light he turned to look at what this thing could have done to his prince he was expecting any number or violent or blood filled outcomes. But when he looked at the scene before him his jaw dropped.
“Is that… the prince?” His voice barley above a whisper. Standing in front of the creature was a young colt who looked no older the five years old. Wearing a pale blue onesie with white clouds dotted the onesie. The tall creature leans down and picked up the colt and held him to his chest
“Come young one, let’s find you somewhere to belong.” He turned and walked back towards me as I stood up still shocked at the sight. “Your job was and still is the protection of this one. I expect you to continue your job.” He leaned down handing me the prince who looked to have been fast asleep.
(Gaster POV)
After handing over the young blood I turned to the only other person still here, the girl was looking at me in awe and in fear. I could tell she was confused but that wasn't important at the moment. walking over to her I lowered the shield I had around her. "My dear I need to know a few things, firstly what are you?"
She looked a little startled by the sudden question but relaxed seeing that I meant no harm. "I-I'm a Changeling sir. w-we are a race of insectoid ponies that feel and consume emotions."
Her answer only made my Questions grew in number. "Changelings? are you decedents or mutations from my Children? where is Mothria? or Sithis? why are there not more of my children here?" I would have asked more questions but the look on her face only filled me with dread.
"I-I don't know who those ponies are. or what you mean by mutations. We are as we all ways have been." that sent red flags up.
"...how long have I been gone? When were they going to release me? WHY HAS THE WORLD FORGOTTEN ME AGAIN?!" rage filled my heart and mind. HOW COULD THEY DO THIS TO ME! yes I admit I made mistakes! who doesn't and when you live as long as I have you make a LOT of them! but to forget about me!? they knew how I felt about such things! they KNEW! and they still forgot me...
(3rd POV)
A somber mood clouded the area as the tall man's shoulders which had stood so proud visibly deflated and sagged forward. taking a sigh he looked to the girl once more "My Name is Gaster, The Man Who Speaks In Hands... And I am the creator of your ancestors the First of the monster Ponies, known as the Exo-Skeletons." He said with some pride in his voice as he looked down on her "and I suppose that means I am technically your 'How ever many' great grandfather or god father." his proclamation caused her jaw to drop and the guards too. with a small wave of his hand a small light green upside down heart appeared in front of the girl who looked at it in confusion. "I can see you don't even recognized soul magic... or your vary own monster soul." that caused a second round of jaw dropping to occurred.
(Mean while at the legion of doom! nah were back at the ponies party!)
Luna was doing her best to hug and comfort Nova but tears fell from her own eyes having been reminded of her old father figure, the girls and spike all gathered around the two to comfort and support however they could. "just breath Nova... he is long gone now... just breath."
Nova slowly calmed down from her episode of memories as she took steady albeit nervous breaths. "Th-Thanks Luna... "
"Would some one fills us in on what that was about?!" shouted rainbow as she hovered in the air above the group.
"RAINBOW!" shouted 5 voices as her friends glared at her for her insensitivity
"No its alright... you see Rainbow... Many moons ago, Long before I fell into the Nightmare. Gaster had wiped out the Dragon kingdom during our war with them. his actions that day set in motion a chain of events that saw him less and less as a hero and more as a vile Monster. My Mother tried everything she could even offered Gaster her love... but his mind was different from ours. and so he couldn't see the wrongs he committed. before my sister and I had the elements, the only thing strong enough to contain powerful enemy's of Equestria was the void which he came from." Luna started telling the tale of his fall, freash tears threatening to fall.
"He was a mad man... he went on to create different species of ponies! he called them Monster Ponies! one of which gave rise to the Bat Ponies and another the changelings! his madness was clear as day!" shouted Nova as she thought of her worst fear in life.
"Yes but they weren’t evil necessarily, plenty of his creations helped and joined our kingdom, they took to calling themselves monster ponies in honor of his former family and kingdom which he referred to as the kingdom of monsters. He was also a master of soul magic, it was he who bound Nova to myself to be my servant through eternity. and forced her to watch as her father eventually grew old and died... The Nobles at the time had much more power and standing then they do today, so when one of them plotted to remove Gaster from office... The planned to incriminate him and encase him in stone for his relationship with our mother and Gaster slaughtered all of the nobles who were involved ... gaining the name Noble Hunter. Heartbroken my mother saw no other option and locked him back in the void. she never told us where he was locked away at or if he was ever to be released... he hated the void and my mothers actions... never sat well with me, He had a deep hatred of being alone and Being forgotten... but we still forgot him for so long..."
The tale left them all speechless, on one hand he sounded like a crazed lunatic who used mad science and dark Magic’s to explore his power and unlock more dark mysteries, but on the other hand he sounded like a kind man with a loving heart who only ever did what he thought was right to protect those around him. Two vastly different types of people crammed into one person couldn’t be health for the individual in question, Twilight found herself more interested in this Gaster then she ever thought she’d be.
Spike was heartbroken to hear that after all he’s done for their kingdom, to simply be abandoned and forgive by those he loved, he knew what it was like to have a broken heart, but not on such a level as that.
Applejack and Rainbow both thought it was a bit harsh to simply abandon someone so loyal and honest with those around him, it went against everything they were as elements.
Rarity and Fluttershy were both in tears hear how he was treated, what he did sounded barbaric and cruel, but they could tell from this tale he did it out of fear for those he cared about.
Pinkie was uncomfortably silent and had a blank stair at the princess, he tail gave a small twitch as she listened “pardon me princess but… didn’t you say he was lost in that voidy place?”
“Yes… why do you ask?” She asked with a raised eyebrow
“Because every time somepony says his name my tail twitch’s!” This made the entire group gasp mines the guards and Nova who were confused as could be.
As they were about to question it further they heard a gasp and loud clapping from the other guests, turning to the they saw everypony had they’re eyes to the sky, turning to the sky they all gasp in shock at the sight above. The stars were moving, not like how Luna uses them to decorate her night, the were depicting strange images in the clear night sky, it left all but one amazed, all but Luna who recognized the signs.
Luna swallowed the lump in her throat as she read it aloud “Daddy’s Home… where are my children…”
(3rd POV with Gaster group)
After the revolution that he was forgotten… again, he had the now four person group walking through the desert heading in a seemingly random direction, when night fell and camp was made he turned to the sky as his eyes flashed pink, allowing him to control and write his message in the stars.
“If she doesn’t see this I’ll eat a Gaster blaster.” He turned back to the group, blue and his guard were sleeping by the fire while the changeling was watching him with wide unbelieving eyes.
“Is something the matter young one?”
“I-I’m just a little confused about what has happened in the past few hours… you said earlier something about me being a descendant or mutation?” She asked sitting up by the fire, he smiled and sat opposite of her.
“I had a daughter named Mothra and a son named Sithis, they were both insect type monster ponies who were in charge of the other insects types. You look kinda similar to Mothra, outside of the green color, and she had moth like wings and no horn.” He grew a soft smiling remembering one of his children.
“She sounds amazing, I hope I can meet her, oh! I’m Bazel or Bazzy to my friends.” She said putting her hand over her chest.
“Well Bazel, as I said before, I am Gaster, before anything else is asked or told I need to know…. What has become of the royal family? What of Celestia or Luna? What if Faust?” He almost begged as he stared at her.
His question caught her a little off guard “well princess Celestia is still in power, Princess Luna rules with her but only just returned almost a year ago from her banishment to the moon. As for the old Queen, last I heard she went missing almost 1300 years ago after fighting off a kingdom of Monster and a Empire of slavers.” She said as Gasters eyes grew wide and his smile fell.
“I can guess the kingdom of monsters… they were always to loyal for they’re own good… but an empire of slavers?” He felt his soul tremble as Bazel grew a somber expression and shivered
“I don’t know all of the history. But the stories told is enough for anyone to pry they never return, it’s possible the Queen chased them off and fell to her injuries or something… but what I do know is that this empire was run by something call Caribou.”

When Fear and Rage meet Brilliant insanity
(3rd POV Gaster Group)
After taking the time to learn about the history he had missed it became apparent just how long Gaster had been gone for. The tale of his history is shrouded in mystery, the stories the public hear about apparently tell he was either a cruel and malicious person bent on conquering the world but another version of it tells a more accurate story of his time as a guardian. It somehow doesn’t say anything about fathering all the different monster races but it seems little remains of his children. Even the changeling had no idea who their ancestors were.
As for the tale of the Caribou vary little of the story even existed, it seems it’s more like a human version of the Bible. A story many take to heart but can’t prove ever really happen. It’s more a matter of faith. The story tells of a Nation of evil chaos worshiping slavers who corrupted the minds and hearts of men to enslave and dominate the females of any race. The tale tells of the nation entering a civil war with Faust showing the rebels female equality and how she and other females would have to benefit from cooperating rather then enslavement. That part sounded like her as far as Gaster could tell. But the next part tells how she was betrayed by one of her allies a close friend in the renal army and how he basically delivered her to the king of the slavers. With grand magic the like never before seen she banished the northern nation to a eternity of blizzard hell and was never seen from again.
This part didn’t add up. One, she had great magic this is true but she was by no means able to do such a feat! Two, she and her husband at the height of their power barley held back griffin’s and dragon’s! So how would she do something like this to someone as wide spread as THEM. It made no sense to Gaster
“So if any of that is true then it’s more likely she somehow held them at bay in the north then sacrificed herself to hold them there forever. But she wouldn’t be able to hold them if she died…. And she never came back…” Gasters reasoning grew darker as his eyes flicked from white to pink, to red and even his unholy black his form perfectly still as he internally gagged his emotions, to the ponies this was an odd (and terrifying) sight but to the changeling who could seen his emotions manifest in the shape of a colored aura around him. It was serial.
Finally his eyes went black and his skull creaked further along the lines on his eyes. “Then they… THEN THEY HAVE HER… his anger was Almost physically able to manifest around him even the ponies could see that now, his anger grew and grew till he took a step back and released a calm relaxed breath removing his unbridled rage from his physical form.
“L-Lord Gaster if you allow me to I could escort you to my hive and maybe my queen could help in this mess?” Bazel offered seeing the man grow more and more angry, she watched as his anger slowly gave way to a more calm appearance, but she could FEEL his anger still burning with a passion.
Giving a sigh he turned to the two by the fire. “Will she have a problem with them?”
She grimaced slightly in response giving him an idea of how the queen would act. He sighed and thought about his options, if he returned to Equestria now he had no idea how he would be seen as either a returning father or a escape monster, he can’t go chasing Faust by himself even he had no idea how powerful he was against such a foe. He nodded to himself as he turned back to Bazel and smiled “Then I’ll just have to watch after them and make sure they behave, in the morning dear would you please escort us there?”
Bazel smiled and nodded before sliding into her blanket and quickly fell asleep. That night Gaster had no such luck with his sleep, he would continue to look up at the night sky thinking of his past and what he had lost to time
(Before his banishment, Gaster POV)
I laughed as I was tackled down in the garden by the now much older sisters, Tia and Lulu were both now eight years old and had grown use to seeing Gaster less as a Uncle and more like a Father. Of course they loved their real father but they sadly didn’t get to know him vary well before his tragic death, but they knew it hurt their mother and that was reason enough to be sad for them at times.
Faust was busy attending to her small garden as she could see the girl and I playing around. “Haha t-that’s cheating Lulu! Don’t touch my funny bone!” That got a few giggles out of them as he tried tickling back, a few of my hands materialize and tickle them from behind getting both the girls to seize up in a fit of giggles and laughs.
Tia fell off my chest and started rolling on her back laughing as she tried to push away the two hands attacking her, while Lulu just fell back onto my lap as three hands starting getting her flawless in her most ticklish spots.
“Hahahaha N-NO MORE! I YIELD I YIELD!” Screamed Tia as she starting tearing up as I sat up on my knees and leaned over her smiling.
“HAHAA S-STOP THIS AT O-ONCE! WE WSHALL P-PEE OURSELVES!” Screamed Lulu in the Royal voice, the volume of it was never really another to me so I just chuckled watching them struggle
After a few more minutes of their giggling I decided to let me go and helped them both up cleaning and brushing the dirt and grass off them “ok ok, now listen up girls! Your mother and I need to finish gardening and then it’s chow time so go wash your faces and hands and be ready for dinner.”
Smiling the both shouted “OK DADDY!” Before running off inside missing the stunned looks of both their mother and I. I turned to look at Faust expecting and number of emotions or feelings, like anger at his loss, sadness at his lack of being in his daughters lives, hate at me for filling in for him, even just an empty look of death thinking to how she first acted at his loss. But instead I saw her looking… Embarrassed? Blushing?! Even a sense of hope in her eyes?!!! What the Hell is going on?!
My brain was clouded with such thoughts, my human memories told me I was not a moron, and I knew of the anime hero cliche where he is liked by every girl and their mother and never notices. But I was not one such man. I saw all the signs and I notice advances (however few) that existed, so to see Faust like this… I was stumped.
“Sooo *Ahem* sorry about that… I-ill try to act less like a father so they don’t make that mistake again.” I said standing up and walking over to her “I’m not sure how you feel about that but I can guess you probably wouldn’t want a freak from the void to be so close to you or them.” I never really cared but names and some titles I was given by the so “Generous” Nobility, I started to feel like maybe I didn’t belong, not two seconds after I said the Faust closed the distance between us and wrapped me in a hug , she was so small compared to me but was eye level now thanks to her heels. I expected any outcome, any reaction I thought would make sense but what I didn’t expect was for her to wrap her arms around my neck and pull me into a kiss! My eyes go wide with shock and my body freezes up, I notice she had her eyes closed tight like she was trying or doing something she was afraid to do.
We had been friends sense I met her and I consider her the one closest to me, hell I even admit I thought of her often and not always in appropriate ways, but I never thought she’d even remotely think or feel the same as I.
I wrapped my ands around her waist and pull her closer, our kiss grew deeper and more passionate as my eyes closed and I slipped my tongue into her mouth wrestling with her own. Despite being a skeleton I found I did have all the organic ‘Tools’ as other males. The big difference being they typically glowed purple and we’re made of magic.
After what felt like hours of pure bliss we separated to let each other breath (well her breath) and just looked into each other’s eyes smiling “well not the reaction I was expecting.”
She took a second to catch her breath before swallowing hard and clearing her throat, she looked at me with eyes filled with Determination! “I’m tired of pretending… Gaster I’ll always love solar, but I know I can love you too if you’ll let me. I want you close to me and I know you would be a great Father for the girls… just promise me you won’t leave me alone or behind…” she was shacking but otherwise spoke clearly and confidently. It showed me how much she’s improved as a public speaker and as a person. I had to admit… I loved her and I wanted to show her that
“Of course… and you must know I’ve had feelings for you too… I was just - just so worried that with solar gone and me being so different that maybe… you’d reject and despise me, rejection I could live with… but the thought of you getting upset and cutting ties with me made me still as the dead.” My confession was honest and I did my best to keep my nerves under control
Her smile was all the answer I needed as we shared a shorter kiss together leaning into each other’s embrace. A few seconds went by before I asked the question we both kinda dreaded “gods above… the girls are going to have a field day with this news…” Faust said as she nuzzled into my neck
After that day everything changed for the better, I was a real father again. The queen and I were happier then ever before. The girls would never leave our side smiling and cheering at everything we did together as a couple. I even moved out of my Lab and moved in with Faust sharing her queen sized bed with her. Life was good, for a time.

A lone City built from wood, fur, pelts, and with clay molding holding the less then stable looking homes together as large chimneys and columns of smoke raised into the air, the sounds of screams and moan were ever present in the air as Women of all shapes and sizes were collared and striped of clothes forced to walk on their hands and knees as males with large fur coats and Hordes heads walked among the crowds, these men had everything from Ram horns to the antlers of deer, some even had bull horns like that of the Minotaur clans.
As one of these men walked down the street towards that largest of all the huts his eyes scanned over a scene to his left a young doe mother begging her master to allow her to please him, but anyone who grew up here could see it wasn’t out of loyalty but of fear. Cause in the minds arms was a smaller and younger Doe tied by her hands and ankles forced to endure the cold ground as her master forced himself down her throat.
The sight was one of the ‘Tamer’ sights in the city, the bull kept his pace walking past two guards who were posted outside the Huts door, upon entrance her saw his lord King Steward ‘Dainn’ Descendant of the God king of men and Conquer of the Gods.
Dropping down to one knee the watched with a grin as one of the kings many slaves worked the kings legs sensually trying to gain his attention and favor “my lord, the stars realign themselves tonight in to strange symbols and glyphs. I believe this to be a sign that our isolation will soon come to an end!”
The king smiled as he tenderly brushed the hair of his slave “excellent news Seer, does that also mean you think you can finally break the Bitchs spell on us?”
“Without a doubt my King!” The bull exclaimed his excitement and Joy only shadowed by his lustful gaze as he let his eyes slip to the Doe at his kings feet
“Then you deserve a reward, take my slut here as your own! And I will pay a visit to the slut.” King steward stood from his throne and walked past the bull who was quickly unfastening his belt and walking up to the Doe who was happily presenting her large breasts to him
As the king walked out of his hut he turned to walk around to its back yard, there his eyes traced the “Re-education center” one of many but this one for his personal Royal sluts. He walked past Woman after woman all in various sexy slave like attire that reviled their nude body’s to the elements. Each moaning or crying as they were mercilessly drilled by some trainer or sex device.
At the end of his walk the king laid eyes on a large metal cage what had a single slave in it, her once pristine body now covered in dirt and filth. Tied to her cages walls with her arms high above her head, her feet forced onto the tips of her toes to take as much stress off her arms as she could, her feet kept apart by a single smith wood pole that was shackled to her ankles. Her breasts bouncing slightly in the chilled winds as her ass was being plugged by one of the trainers. Her moans muffled by a gage in her mouth and her eyes covered by a tear stained blindfold.
“Ah the treacherous slut. I came to tell you, you’re efforts were in vain! The stars themselves have shown my seers that our time encroaches and soon you will be joined by your daughters! As my Ancestors intended! I will rule all this worlds women as my toys!” His speech was expected to cause her to cry out and struggle and he was going to enjoy watching her strug-
“Hmhmhnhm hmhmhnh!” She…. Was laughing? She was laughing at the king and his speech! The trainer behind her was so stunned he took a minute to collect his thoughts before bringing a hand down on her ass causing her to Yelp.
The king having been engulfed in fury ripped her gage out and got in her face “WHAT IS SO DAMN FUNNY SLUT!?”
“Hehe… you stubborn fools… my spell was never meant to keep you here forever… it was meant to stall you…” she weakly chuckled and whispered as she tried to look in his direction
“Stall us? For what?!” The king now confused and angry allowed his curiosity to ask such a question as he wrapped a hand around to grab her hair roughly
“Agh!… for HIM to return… you always wanted to know how I could endure all this and never break?… never beg?… it’s because I belong only to one man… and you aren’t him… and soon if not already… he’ll come for me…. And I’ll watch as he throws you all to his void!” She spit in his direction managing to get her spit in his face
“Grr! Trainer! Fuck this whore into a purple collar and make it break her supporters here!” He turned marching away as the trainer reattached the gage and walked around to her front, roughly grabbing at her breasts causing her to moan again
“Who could he be?” Wondered the king as he looked up to the sky thinking of any historical events or figures that he may have missed. While he doubts one man could get in his way he had to be careful, he only had this one city and old weapon and armor, he would need to wait for the right moment to strike.
“I will not fail as my ancestors did.”

I watched with mild amusement as my group and I were surrounded by several changeling warriors all pointing spears at myself, blood, and his guard Bazel trying to calm the captain and his men

There have been many times in my lives were I made mistakes, some worse then others, some stick around where you don’t want them. Some pop up when you least expect it. I feel it’s fair to say life has a way to make those in its embrace to expect their own mistakes.
But I never called any of my children a mistake. Not one. I love all my children, whither I birthed them with a lover or with science, if I picked them off the streets or wither I meant to or not. I loved them, and never stopped loving them.
So when I saw this Chrysalis before me. My heart broke. She was the spitting image of my Daughter Mothra.

I was elated to see I was right, these Changelings were my children as I thought. But… why… why did Mothra and the other Moth monster turn into this? Why did she look just like her?! WHERE WAS MY DAUGHTER!?
These thoughts came rushing in so face I barely had time to notice them, but the room certainly did. I’d lost the patience to hide my emotions and put on my ‘Mask’ long, LONG ago.
The changelings were all wide eyed and had been whimpering in my presences Bazel was no different. Blue was shacking and I was certain that metal rattling was Sentinel, shacking in his armor.
But I think Chrysalis was the worst, she was shaving in her throne, her legs brought up to her chest to be a protective shield, her arms wrapped around them as her eyes grew watery and her lips trembled. I saw the look of confusion and fear as well as sadness and hate all clashing in her eyes as she starred at our little group.
Without much ceremony or care I walked forward till I was just in front of her throne. “Tell me child… do you know who I am?”
She was still afraid that much was easy to see. But she gulped down her fear and sat in her throne properly before answering me. “No… but you seem familiar creature… who or what are you?”
Without missing a beat I answered in the only way that could confirm my suspension. “ ✋︎ ♋︎❍︎ ♋︎ ❍︎♋︎⬧︎⧫︎♏︎❒︎ □︎♐︎ ●︎♓︎♐︎♏︎ ♋︎■︎♎︎ ♋︎ ♐︎♋︎♓︎●︎◆︎❒︎♏︎ ♋︎■︎♎︎ ◆︎⬧︎♓︎■︎♑︎ ♓︎⧫︎📬︎”

Those were the words told to me by one of those closest to my heart. The simple act of her eyes widening and her mouth dropping was all I need to know she knew not only my daughter… but of who I was to her.
Tears swelled in her eyes as she looked at my whole form in a new light, only so much desire for love can tell us. But those who have drowned in it could tell what she was thinking in that moment. Without care she stood from her throne and walked up to me carefully as if she would collapse if she stepped wrong.

And with that the flood gates broke. I cared vary little what other would think or say, I leaned in and grabbed hold of her in a tight embrace one that she slowly but happily returned. Tears streamed down our eyes as we held each other. The room was still deathly quiet as I assume the rest of the room processed what was going on at that moment.
If only my love wasn’t so bitter. If only I could enjoy this feeling.
(3rd POV)
After the hug had ended the room slowly relaxed as the seemingly warm reunion continued. Bazel and Sentinel walked up to the two Blue still holding onto Sentinel as they watched them slowly separate.
“Grandfather… how is this possible… mother said you were dead.” Queen Chrysalis asked openly her throne room becoming abuzz with questions and gasps at this revile of information.
“I was never dead child. Locked away in the Void that has been my home for longer then should be allowed in such a dark place. Even now I feel myself at home there, but that is not important. Where is your mother, where is Mothra?!” His question sounding more of a demand but no one could fault him for it. Chrysalis for her part looked saddened and gazed down at her feet
“Mother… she passed… taken from us by the ponies of Equestria…” he answer came as a shock to the thee non changelings there, so much so that Sentinel spoke up
“That can’t be true! Our kind barley knew the changelings existed before the Canterlot wedding! And you say we killed your former Queen?!” His shout was met with angered hissed and confused glances from the changelings present, the guards of the room all pointed spears in his direction but chrysalis waved them off
“It’s true Pony, they killed my mother… and she and her kind were lost to us… the moth ponies were far better then any pony type to this day and it’s sin full that not only was it your kind to get rid of them but you also forgot they’re existence!” The mere thought that the ponies would do such a thing was baffling to Gaster, in fact he thought it impossible as well, the moth ponies were some of the most beloved monster types that existed. Believed to bring good luck and fortune to those who befriended them as well as having an overall beautiful look to them, Gaster remembers when he made them.
It was a complete accident, experimenting on void energies like with the core from his old home. He made a room that could house and trap the energies of the void allowing it to manipulate the area around it. A moth hive was found in the ceiling of that room and thanks to a faulty wire by the nobles who paid for its construction. It shorted causing a fire that burned a whole in the ceiling allowing the energies out and into the hive, unfortunately a pony was up there trying to fix the problem when the moths and energy collided. A small explosion occurred and in the aftermath they couldn’t find the pony. Believing he died the guards called off the search before Celestia found him, at the time she was still rather young and thought he was a fairy come to grant her wishes. The pony had changed. All memories lost his very identity lost. His body reduced to that of a child. His Pegasus body changed to that more of a moths with grey and light grey colors and moth like wings. His mind was fragile and so he believed Celestia when she told him what he was.
When Gaster found them playing in her room together he was astonished! Not only did the energy merge the two species it created a whole new person using the body of the former pony. This of course was kept secret so as to not cause a panic. Instead it was publicly declared that the pony died and this new ‘Moth pony’ was from the same void he was from granted blessings and life by Celestia herself. This of course met different results.
Many called him unnatural calling him and his kin ‘bugs’ or ‘zap flies’ as a insult, bug was rude but tolerable. But zap flies was down right awful, it spoke of how moths attracted to light would zap themselves to death off the lightning crystal that was invented to help control bug infestations. others thought he was handsome and beautiful. Fining his fur and wings warm and soft to the touch, his natural eye color would also be call captivating seeing as moth eyes has glowing pupils that shined what ever color they were. The there was that small group thought him holy! Believing he and his kin blessed by the sun goddess herself. Those freaks idolized them believing they were the keepers of light and of Celestia.
After a few years of learning his DNA Gaster was able to create more of his ‘KIN’ using Cloning techniques and Void Energies. As a result the moth ponies soon became a one of the few ‘Monster Races’ considering him their father but also Celestia as their mother due to her involvement.
At first there were only a few hundred made by Gaster but thanks to the “Natural” way of breeding as well as ponies developing romantic attachments to their new friends the moth pony population was as strong as the unicorn population numbering the few thousands. His moth ponies also had the strange effect of being mostly male, while the rest of the pony races suffered a birth effect of one stallion to every 8 mare the effect of the moths was actually the opposite with one mare to ever 8 stallions!
Of all the monster Races theirs was the most beloved and cared for and it was public knowledge who Mothra was and her seat as the leader of her kind. Even after they separated from Equestria to create a home for all ‘Monsters’ she was still quite active in Equestria and the Adopted sister of Tia and Lulu.
Gaster couldn’t believe it, it just didn’t make sense. How could this be the reality of events…
The obvious answer came slower then he liked but faster then he wanted. ‘It wasn’t’ this couldn’t be true, or at least the truth. Someone was hiding something, or something was being manipulated with out his knowledge. Clearly Chrysalis believes this to be true.
But that also begged the question, where did she come from? Or rather where are the changelings from? He didn’t make them, he didn’t evolve them. And to his knowledge he was the only one who could’ve. Unless…
“Did Mothra ever show you or tell you how to create a pony?” Gaster asked her. The sudden question made Chrysalis stop mid argument with Sentinel both mere inches from each other clearly having been shouting at each other while he was lost in thought.
“Wha-? Y-yes it’s how we’ve kept the hive going and growing dispute our lack of food and proper resources.” She said brushing her hair out of her face and behind her ear as she stood up straight. Now getting a proper look at her Gaster saw she was about the same night as Celestia. And her dress was torn around her lower thigh area, her blackened carapace skin was shiny and sleek as well as giving off aight green tint. Overall she was very beautiful.
Gaster smiled at her while noticing that Sentinel had looked away coughing into his fist with a small blush.
Chuckling to himself Gaster turned to her and continued “and you saw your mother die? She died in front of you?”
Shacking her head she replied “I was fairly far away but I saw from a distance as she was stabbed by ponies wearing royal guard uniforms! I know it was them!”
Now he knew it was a lie. Never not in a million years would Tia order or allow her guard to harm any of her siblings. Least of all Mothra. She and Mothra were inseparable as children and often chastised Lulu and Sith when they were up to no good. It was often a 2v2 with them but they all loved each other always.
Nodding he held out his hand to her. “Then let me prove you wrong my child.”
Hesitating only for a moment Chrysalis grabbed hold of his hand and watched as a strange shape took place floating above they’re hands “what’s this?” It looked like a upside down heart but it was light green with a tinge of pink in the center
“Your soul my child. Now watch as I prove you wrong.” Slowly the heart began to rotate as web like strings shot out above the heart slowly coming into existence.
As they built themselves up they slowly began wrapping around an invisible object. Slowly the threads surround this object till another upside down heart was visible, clearly see thought and faint showing it’s strain to appear before them indicating the individual was far away. The heart gave off a light blue and green glow “behold… your mother’s soul.”
(Meanwhile far away in an undisclosed location.)
Time stopped mattering in here. All that one could see was darkly lite stone, illuminated by torch light beyond cell bars, barley outside off our grasp. We watch as the darkness slowly creeps closer only to be pushed back by the light. This has been our fate for countless years. A fate we have been condemned to.
Until a soft light blue and green glow made itself known. Just in front of one of the cell occupants who looked up from the dirt and blood covered ground. The light shining and lighting the faces of those around it. Eyes flicker and shine with hope and joy seeing it appear. Especially the one it belonged to

To say we were welcomed among the hive would be an understatement, the Changeling were all to happy to celebrate our arrival, Sentinel and Blue were less welcomed but I don’t think they cared or noticed.
Chrysalis and I talked at length about her hive, her mother, and even LOVE. Turns out Mothra saw something was wrong, she and the other moths reported feeling dread and as if they were being fallowed. For an entire race to feel that… I Can’t imagine what they must’ve felt, letting my mind wonder to my children… Mothra had her sisters and brother, but the moths only had so much. Even if they lived together, that feeling eating away like a parasite, I can even see it in my mind. Families, lovers and friends. Huddled in they’re homes. Waiting for what ever caused this dreaded stalked feeling. Moths aren’t predators or prey animals. So I imagine the feeling of being stalked like this would feel so foreign, So unnatural.
I had to pry my mind away from it. If I let myself set into those thoughts I’d loss myself again. But hearing about Mothra didn’t help. Talking about her hurt more then helped. According to chrysalis Mothra was being ignored or discarded by her sisters, not intentionally but they wouldn’t take her flames seriously! Celestia said it was all in her mind, probably a side effect of my presence missing. And Luna bless her, she tried to help help giving the moths comfort in they’re sleep. But then one by one they started going missing. It wasn’t entire city’s or even house’s, but ONE by ONE. Husbands and wives would wake up finding they’re lovers missing, children without parents, parents without children! If a house had two parents and three children… it would leave one of the house for last… a parent without they’re family they loved and raised… and child without they’re siblings and parents… the fear of being alone… of being next….
When the guard finally released what was happening they tried putting those left alone under protective watch… but that never seemed to stop or even stall what was happening… when the entire city’s had gone missing the moths sought protection in the hives with the changelings who they saw as a sibling race seeing it was Mothra who made them, the changelings did everything they could. But it didn’t stop or stall what was happening. When there was bit one left. A little girl named Sillica, chrysalis herself held her close as she cried, begged to not go. She missed her mommy and daddy. She loved Chrysalis and all she had done with her. Chrysalis said she even went to bed together never letting go of her. But when the sun rises… she was gone missing from her place in chrysalis’ arms.
It tore at chrysalis, I could see it in her eyes. And it burned a familiar pain in my heart. After I tried reassuring her it wasn’t her fault, even promising to find the moths and Mothra as soon as I could, to distract her I asked her to explain the hunger of her people. When she told me she feed on love I assumed she meant the emotions of love. If that had been the case feeding them would have been easy… how wrong I was, and how much I need to scold Mothra when I see her. They feed off LOVE the essence of a monsters magic and soul.
During my time as a human when I played the game I always wondered why someone would name the act of killing someone love. Now I know, LOVE is the act of absorbing the monsters as they are. In death they pass on they’re magic to those close to them, in hopes of passing on emotions, memories, even desires. Frisk never felt it cause, she was human. But monsters and the hybrids of this world… they could feel it. Essentially, if Chrysalis and her kind were around monster ponies they wouldn’t feel the need to eat, they wouldn’t go hungry. But in this instance, monster ponies are in short supply. So they need to “Siphon” it from regularly folks, it didn’t need to be the ponies, those just happened to be the closest and had a bad rep with each other.
After we finished talking I decided I need time to think and meditate. A empty room and a bit of supplies I asked for were granted to me.
“That’s all boys, thanks for the help.” I said over my shoulder as I continued to write out Equations on a board pressed into the wall, behind me a group of guards finished bring in a few tables and test tubes and other essentials of equipment I needed. If I was going to do this there was no room for failure.
“Gaster what is it you plan to do?” Chrysalis asked as she say on the bed that was provided. Crossing her legs and leaning back slightly. If I didn’t know better I’d say she tried to look cute or sexy often but I think that’s just her way.
“Well with the moths missing and no one knows what happened to sithis or the reptiles. As such I’m in need of new allies and you need a new food group. So I’m going to make a new race.” I think the capsule way I said it is what caused the fallowing spit tale of all those present.
“M-my lord, e-even if you could do such a thing is it wise to introduce a new spices to the world so spontaneously a wise idea?!” Sentinel said, the way he said it made it sound like I couldn’t, just watch buddy!
“If I keep they’re population to a small decrees it shouldn’t be a problem, much of our world is vastly unexplored and unused, new and exciting races could help in the expansion of our world. And in the dealings with threats. I fully plan to wipe this world of a few.” The darker tone my voice took should make it clear who my targets were.
I seemed to hit a nerve of everyone here. They all shivered and squirmed in discomfort and looked as if a cold breeze had blown in.
“Why do they think they’re better anyway grandpa?” The new voice of Blue asked. When I reverted his age his mind went with it. Returning him to a young lad of a man. One I know can grow into a fine man one of these days with the right Tutelage.
“It’s probably because of those famed tombs we found scattered around.” I said as I finished on one of the major portions of what my new children would be like.
“Tombs?” Several voices asked, stunned I turned to see chrysalis, Sentinel, Blue, and the other changelings in the room all looking confused.
“Yeah… you know the tombs, like the ones we found in white tale woods? Canter mountain? The far northern empire? The tombs of the beholder?” My questioning gaze met more and more confused stairs and I about lost it.
“Your telling me no one knows?!!! Those tombs were the greatest and most terrifing discovery’s in my life time! Faust herself was in awe and fear of they’re mere existence!” They were some of the greatest moments of my life times! Even former Gaster had no idea such things could be!
The endless rooms of the tombs, the mighty archaeologists of our time couldn’t fathom who, how, or why they were made!
“Well… suffice it to say we found long forgotten tombs… they were mighty in they’re construction, well over at least fourth five thousand years old, From when I fisrt arrived! The first time we found one me named it the Tomb of the beholder, it was never fully explored, but we estimated we got as far as half way through it, and in its center a large statue unknown in its craft sat, depicting a might mythical creature I know as a beholder. Said to be the guardians of a great unknown power or dark and ancient gods we know next to nothing useful about them except they never build without reason. They are many and they are beyond our knowledge, it is said that if you ever met a true agent of the ancient ones you’d lose your very mind to them!” I said in my best spooky scary skeleton voice, the reactions were priceless!
Chrysalis was hiding under the covers of the bed with Blue in her arms, sentinel was ‘borrowing a shield from the past out guard on the floor who with his comrade and past out from sheer fright.
Getting my giggling under control I turn back to the board “relax! I’m only joking, truth is we don’t even know why the behold was built there. It’s just that this time of year I celebrate by tricking and scaring others, that whole bit with the dark gods of as just to scare you.” I was immediately confronted by a overly embarrassed and angry chrysalis and Blue who sought to end my existence with pillows. My laughter quickly filled the halls of the hive as I wrestled with the two of them.
(3rd POV, 2 hours later)
Gaster was back at his table looking over and double checking all his equipment, math, and hypotheses. When making a new race from scratch there never any promises of perfection. Something will go differently not necessarily wrong but it will be different from expectations. Sithis and his reptiles were proof of that.
Blue was fast asleep on his bed cuddling Chrysalis who smiled down at him brushing his blonde hair back, she knew what he use to be like and seeing him like this. It made her realize a truth many forget, no one is born evil or good. We are as we were raised to be, Blue simply wasn’t raised with respect for the world around him, just another thing to blame Celestia for in her eyes.
Sentinel has chosen to get his own room, and Bazel decided she would help him find and settle into a room, as the time started to tick by Gaster sighed it was about time to create something new again. He looked back on his previous creations and past inspirations to help come up with something new.
It had to be adaptable, that was easy adding some of the DNA and magic from ponies, it had to be versatile, in times of peace how could they add to communities, or in times of war how would that add they’re nations. Griffins came to mind being fierce fighters and great guards for boarder towns that shared populations in the past. It had to be tough. The Caribou always put up a fight and if he had intentions to start a war he needed soldiers who could take the hit and keep rolling, Minotaur were his first instinct, but he instead decided to favor the Crystal Ponies of the Far north there armor like skin and coats made them excellent guards and warriors. And finally, he needed to which of his souls to use, in the past he used of of the several soul types to help create the emotions that promptly made itself know in all of they’re kind. For the moths it was Kindness, for the reptiles it was Justice. Bats were Patience. But this new one?
It had to be a military focused with loyalty, strength, a code to each other so they wouldn’t fall for mind control or temptations like what the Caribou promise, his mind from his human life came up, it reminded him of a game that he played, it had an army that fit the bill for what he was looking for. Fiercely loyal, stubborn to turn, Warriors with a code to the end, and strong elite fighters! The only issue was there strength. It came from a figure head, a leader who loved his troops more then anything. They were like his children, and to protect his children he invented a spell that allowed him to burden they’re pain. If one of these soldiers received a killing wound, it would heal on its own in time, if a soldier lost a limb, it could grow back or be reattached. These feats of amazing strength and survival came at a cost, they’re great General would endure much of the pain they felt, and as a side effect his bond with his soldiers grew to the point of sensing loyalty and life within each member of his army. While that sounded amazing, it also meant he could feel there love for him dwindle, or that he could feel there life slip away into the unknown. He lost much in his time especially during the games period.
But it was ideal for what gaster wanted steeling himself, he decided to go for it. Adding a bit of human DNA from his mind even with massive alterations to make it more what he sought.
Looking over to chrysalis he smiled “do we have any large Iron ore deposits around here? iron man I’ll be needed for these new creations of mine.” His question caused her to jump slightly as it was the first he spoke in his hours of preparing.
“Yes, a rather large one is not far from here, we also have a smaller mine of iron at the bottom of the hive, digging it out for further expansion.” She replied as she leaned back on one hand while the other continued to brush Blues hair.
Nodding he turned back to his board, it was all done and ready now. All he needed to do was apply his magic and give it life. Turning to the empty table with the ingredients he asked for to be brought. Chemistry and alchemy was also had a essential role to play in creating new life.
Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. With only about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium.
Clearly he needed similar ingredients to make a body structure for his new children. The figure head of his new people would have to be made first to be able to apply the spell that would shield his other children.
As he began the procedure he took great care in taking ever safety possible, adding shields around him and the experiment, placing the other occupants of his room in shields. He watched as the chemistry was first, creating the glowing blue and Purple outline of his new child, his mighty build was easily seven feet tall! But he also seemed bulky not macho man bulky but certainly big in its own sense of the word. His head was bold but he had a long white beard and buddy white eye brows. His hands where mighty and looked big enough to crush someone’s shoulder in them!
Once his body had completely formed there laid a large pale white human male, next came his intelligence. Gaster wanted him to be a basic carbon copy of the original man he was based off, his values and priorities were much aligned with Gasters. Once his intellect was in place, adding a bit more war fare knowledge involving the world they were in as well as a bit more loyalty to Gaster and curiosity for things unknown.
Finally it was time for the soul, Gaster had made up his mind channeling his BLUE and PURPLE hands to hover over the large man. Allowing his body to siphon the soul energies from the two hands.
Once it had been done they all sat back and waited, the shields still up in case of any complications. It took a moment but when it happened everyone was astonished, the mans skin started to harden then change leaving his face unaffected, his skin turned grey and grew cracks and ridges, from his toes to his collar bone his body turned to a hardened stone like iron. When his transformation finished his eyes shot open a pale blue light shined from them as his pure blue and light purple eyes glowed, sitting up this new man scanned the room looking to all the occupants till his eyes fell on his creator, the table cloth that was placed around his waist area fell to the ground as he turned and fell into a kneeling position in front of his creator.
In a deep gravely and echoed tone he spoke with authority and determination. “Father… your Iron legion awaits your call to battle.” Gaster was astonished never had his children been born with such knowledge of what was going on around them. They acted more as children with knowledge they didn’t know how to use.
Smiling he walked up to the kneeling man and placed a hand on his bold head. “From this day forward… you and your kind shall be known to the world as my StoneKin. I grant you the territory’s of my enemy’s the far norther wastes of this land to do with as you see fit. And I name you great General of the North… Graven Ashe!”
The glow of Gravens eyes flared with excitement and joy at his new name and stood at his full hight, the might seven foot two man dwarfed everyone in the room his mighty build impressing not only Gaster but the guards as well, meanwhile the females of the room grew blushes and went ridged as they saw his handsome rugged face, and his ‘Ahem’ mighty assets. While he spoke and carried himself with a elder general mannerisms, and his white beard gave off a feel of age beyond most years. His face held a young mans visage and had a spark in his eyes that screamed youth of a young man.
Gaster couldn’t be happier. But now it was time to make his new son his people to lead. Turning back to the table he sighed “wonderful… now if someone could bring me those same ingredients once more… I need to make a female…”

Also apologies for taking so long I’ve been busy and distracted time and time again while writing. But this chapter marks the end of what I’m calling the set up phase!

I’m so sorry to my fans that this release took so long. My internet died half way through the month and I was also swamped with work. But it’s all taken care of now and we can continue as we normally would. I hope your all enjoying this so far. Haunting Emotions
(Gravon Ashe, 1ST POV)
The Disfavored, that’s what our father has named us. A “small” army of elite warriors whose abilities and skills could rival the Gods' Champions! I sat in a large throne-like chair overseeing the training of my first eight hundred children as they fought one another or trained in formations. Father and I set a training regiment for the three major types of troopers.
First we had set up the Stone Shields, the back bone of my legion! The Stone Shields were brothers and sisters who knew each other's strengths and weaknesses, a Phalanx of men and women who would make slow but unstoppable advances on enemy positions. They Wore Heavy Leather Armor Lined with Tempered Iron. Equipped with a large Iron shield and spear with a sword on their hip for closer encounters. The Stone Shields were meant to be our most frequent soldier on the battlefield numbering in the Hundreds our current forces held four hundred and fifty Stone Shields.
Next were the Iron Walkers and Iron Guard. The Iron Walkers were your basic foot soldier who carried a sword and shield mostly, with few exceptions like spears and axes when necessary or warranted. The Iron Guard were more of an elite force or Iron Walkers, usually seen with large two handed weapons like great swords and spears. Both wore medium to heavy Iron Armors Lined with heavy amounts of leather. They Numbered a hundred and fifty in our current forces.
Then lastly we had the Crescent Runners, functioning as our scouts they wore light iron and leather armors usually equipped with bows, swords, one hand spears or javelins. They had the delicate job of supporting the army with information gathering, scouting, ranged support when needed, and even medical care when required. They had numbered a hundred and twenty-five
And Lastly, The Few and Powerful Iron Marshals. Leaders and Generals of the disfavored they wore the Heavy set Marshal Armor and carried any number of personally chosen weapons out into battle. Distinguished by being a force on the battlefield and being adept in combat tactics and a mind for leadership rather than just grunt work. They had only severity five members in total.

I myself was wearing my new Heavy Iron armor with my two handed bladed mace resting beside me, I watched as two of my Sons spared with each other, One was Barik, an up and coming lad of a man in the Stone Shields, whose loyalty to our causes and ways was exemplary. And his brother Dirk, Dirk was a recent addition with his training befitting that of an Iron Walker. He was a near polar opposite to his brother, he was brash and Quick on his feet, but also impatient and had a mean streak with his greed for glory. He was also a bit full of himself as father would say. But despite this I had high hopes for the lad, and even though I doubt he’d say it aloud, like all his brothers and sisters here he loves his family and even if he and Barik had a rivalry going I saw it as a good thing. A father wants what's best for his children, sometimes that’s a helping hand, sometimes it's the crack of the whip. But in this instance, both my boys needed a challenger. Someone to look forward to beating or going and giving a task they're all so they could one up the other.
Once she came to a stop I turned my head away from the training to acknowledge her. “Hello Cousin, I do believe this is our first time speaking, allow me to start us off. I am Graven Ashe, The Chosen Child of Gaster to be his Archon of War. ''I said proudly as I stood up at my full height towering over her. Leaving my mace leaning against the throne.
She gave a small smile and gulped down some of her saliva as she raised a hand to me “greetings Graven Ashe. I am Chrysalis, Queen of the changeling race and lost granddaughter of Gaster.” she was clearly nervous of my reaction if her shaking was anything to be believed.
I gave her a small smile before swatting her hand to the side and closing the gap between us before enveloping her in a warm hug. “There is no need to stand so straight with me Cousin, we are family and I'd love to know my family a bit more.” It was clear she was caught off guard and her bodyguards were nervous and even fearful of what they should do. But to their relief chrysalis acted first and hugged me back softly weeping into my shoulder as i felt the years of sadness and loneliness was away with her tears.
The tears steadily stopped as she basked in the love she was given, I simply smiled as she enjoyed our connection. Eventually she stepped back having a small smile adorn her face “thank you cousin… I-I am still getting use to having family surround me again.”
I have a chuckle nodding “of course. I may be new here but I was blessed with an understanding of family and feelings. I think father wanted us close so I could add you in the times to come. For now though we should focus on getting ready for the battles ahead.”
Nodding she turned to the men and women training. “Are they my siblings too?”
I barked with laughter “Ha no no. They are closer to being your Nieces and nephews. Father has named me the father of the disfavored, they are my children more then my siblings.” I turned and gestured to the other end of the vast room. There chrysalis could see a woman in marshal armor. She stood at 5foot 8 inches with bone white hair that reached down to her shoulders. Her pale skin gave way to her bright sapphire eyes.
See us stair at her she smiled and waved to us both. I returned it with a blown kiss and she giggled at my romantic gesture. Chrysalis smiled and waved back at her
“And that would be the woman I was given as my wife… it’s odd, in another life romance would hold little sway over me but here with here. I couldn’t imagine life without it, or her.” I was honest with my feelings and I had a changelings testimony to prove it’s genuine.
Chrysalis smiled at me and nodded “now we simply need to fallow grandfather’s plan and our family will only grow and all our past troubles will melt away… at least that’s what I’m hoping for.”
I turned and sighed growing a sad and frustrated look. “Unfortunately nothing will melt away. We will be dealing blows against those who sought to contain or to harm our family. Gaster will burn they’re existence away… and few will be understanding or forgiving of such acts. Trouble will eventually leave us but it always returns. And even if we melt away these troubles we still have to deal with the fallout of such choices. All actions have reactions and not all will be good ones.”
She grew a somber look as she turned to the men and women training “will they all perish? Do we plan to send them to their deaths?”
“That is the unfortunate part chrysalis… they see being sent to they’re deaths as they’re way of life… some are correct. But for those who survive and make it out of this fight… they will quickly question what to do next. Warriors of all kinds live for war. Even the ones who fight for peace. Once war is over a Warriors purpose in life is done.” I explain, Putting a hand on her shoulder to comfort her about the fate of my children and the fate of all who go to war. “The sad truth is… even those who hate at detest war. Can’t seem to forget or leave it behind once they’ve tasted it for themselves.”
She nodded and looked back to me “I will find a place for them… I’ll make it so everyone who survives had something worth fighting for waiting for them. I’m sure my mother will be all to happy to agree and help them once we find her.”
I smiled at her declaration and bowed slightly “I’ll be waiting for the day you show me what we have fought for.”
No sooner had I finished bowing I saw father walk in, he had his scythes out in hand and a look of fury in his eyes, he was pissed.
(Perspective change, ten minutes ago)
Gaster was sitting in a dark room, the only light he had was from his own glowing eyes. I’m front of him he had written a phrase on the floor in wingdings. The white of the chalk he used was shimmering purple with void energy as he peered into the void he called his prison and home for so long.
As he peered into the dark abyss of darkness around him he saw the walls shimmer as if they’re physically properties were unstable. The floor while solids swished and crashed on itself like a ocean surface during a storm. The air around him was cold and empty.
He gave a calming breath and noticeably relaxed calming his mind and body. Soon the walls and floors physicality came to a stand still looking as normal as his own body. The wall closest to him shimmered as he turned to look at it, the walls center split apart like a giants eye opening. As the ‘eye’ opened fully Gaster could see to the other side, he gave a small smile seeing his two little girls.
Celestia and Luna sat on a couch wearing PJ’s that matched they’re themes. With Luna wearing black and blue bottoms that had stars and nebulas sown in and her top having and large star with a winking at everyone in front of her. While Celestia wore a long bright yellow nightgown that had white glitter and trims giving her a shine.
He also saw a group of young woman and a young man clearly a drake sitting in a circle in what looked like a library, books lined the walls and in the center of the room was two couches and a few beanbag chairs with a purple carpet under a small coffee table lines with homemade snacks and sweets
“Haha ok ok my turn!” Yelled out Luna as she span a bottle with her magic that laid on the floor. It slowly cam to a crawl and stopped on twilight sparkle “ok twilight! Truth or dare?”
“Dare!” She shouted back with a determined glare
“I dare you to not use magic for a week! Failure to do so will see you in your undies walking around town!” Dared Luna, Gaster had to stop himself from laughing as twilight suddenly went pale as the rest of the group laughed. They had clearly been playing and drinking for a bit now.
“Ugh fine!” She shots and get up to spin the bottle manually. One is started spinning it slowed down till landing on Celestia. Who had a confident smirk “ok princess! Truth or dare!?”
“I am not one so easily goateed twilight. I’ll take truth.” She calmly responded
“Hmm ugh well…” she clearly wasn’t expecting that so it took her a minute to come up with a question “what was Gaster like as a father?”
That question. Shot any joy the two princesses had down and as for Gaster he was conflicted as well. He loved them but he knew he could never be a father like lance was.
“Well… he was kind… loving and spoiled us rotten when he could… he was always there watching over us and making sure we were okay at the end of the day. Even when he created the others he never loved anyone any less. He always had space in his heart for love.” She said with a small smile and a far off look in her eyes.
“Made others?” Asked Rainbow as she leaned back in her beam bag.
Nodding Luna picked up on that “As we mentioned, Gaster was a master of creation. Having made many of the schools of magic and even several species we know today. He is the father of many people not just ponies.”
“Wait I remember you telling us he mad the bat ponies too. So has he ever tried to make something cool like something close to perfect?” She asked as her wings fluttered a bit.
The word perfect left a bad taste in the sisters mouth. “We asked him once. Why not make perfection. He told us perfection is a lie.” She shivered “but it was more then that… I had a feeling he has a deep hate for perfection, and no one ever knew why that was.”
“It’s because perfection is a dead end.” Gaster a voice trailed in, causing all the girls and dragons to perk up. Luna and Celestia especially shot they’re heads behind them to the wall behind the couch we’re a grey door now sat.
“Uhh twi? W-when did y’all get the new closet?” Applejack asked clearly unnerved by the sudden addition to the house.
Before she could answer the door slowly opened, allowing a fog to slowly drift out and into the library. “Please come in.”

(Twilight Pov)
We all just stood there shivering in the cold mist of this fog as the door revealed a grey floor with a dark room. I couldn’t see the walls at all or any source of light. The only light in that room seemed to be the candlelight from our side of the door lighting the floor of just barley.
I saw Celestia and Luna start towards the door only to have spike and Nova grab at them with spike holding Celestia and Nova holding Luna.
“What are you doing are you crazy?! Even if that is him how do you know he’s still the same?!” Nova shouted but the look on the princess's face told a story, one filled with sadness, longing, and hope
“Even if it is as you say Nova… we need to know… I need to know if he’ll forgive us.” Luna said as she pulled her wrist free before marching into the door.
“Celestia… mom please don’t. What if it’s a trap?” Spike begged as she smiled and turned to him wrapping him in a hug
“He was and still is our family spike. That means yours too.” She spoke in a soft whisper before letting go of him and walking through the door.
The girls and I were torn. I really wanted to fallow them and learn more, but it was so dark… I don’t think even Sombra knew a darkness this pitch black. Slowly Spike fallowed them through, then Nova, then applejack. Soon all of us we’re walking through this strange door. Once we were all through the door shut behind us with a crash as the mist and darkness were all I could see.
(Celestia Pov)
I knew of darkness. I knew it well, but it would seem I didn’t know it nearly as well as I thought. All around us all we saw was a void, a gaping hole in life where no light existed. Nor would it ever touch this cursed place.
Luna and I knew of the story’s our father told us. Of the Empty abyss which no life could survive. But HE did, not only survive but also thrive. To covet knowledge is to be like him. An absolute wealth of unknowns and possibilities, even at high costs.
We all made sure to stay close to one another. The girls all holding hands or hugging each other’s arms in Fluttershy’s case Nova and spike stood beside each other as did I with my sister. Together we peered into the abyss that surrounded us. Until it spoke to us.
“Such young and inexperienced people come into my home. A home I no longer care for yet find myself reluctant to leave entirely. You know what kind of home this is don’t you girls.” His voice was unchanged from the days we remember. I only imagine what has changed if anything at all.
“G-Gaster please come out from hiding. Let us see you!” Luna cried out hoping to reach him, I only hope my sister's words reach him, but that hope was dashed when he spoke again.
“Ha, see me? Why? You haven’t felt the need to see me in the past several thousand years. Why the sudden request? Did your mother not instruct you to release me? Or had you forgotten me like all others. Ripped from existence yet again!” His voice was calm, but it held emotions on every word. We all heard his pain, his suffering, even his loneliness.
Twilight took that moment as opportunity to speak up. Stepping away from our group shouting into the unknown. “Wait I-if you’re Gaster. Then surly you rely on that they loved you with all their hearts! They never forgot you or abandoned you!”
Suddenly and without warning the tall skeletal figure of Gaster stood before the group. His hands clasped behind his back. “Is that so?” His tone was neutral and even. No emotion at all.
To the girls, they never imagined Gaster was so intimidating. This tall creature that looks like even death avoided it or it became death, was the father figure for two of the most loving and understanding being in the known world. it was maddening.
(3rd Pov)
"Where was this love when I was forced into the one place I despise so much? Why was I left to rot in a barren dessert? Where oh where, were the two angels I raised... when the nation they led... called for my death?" asked Gaster, his emotionless tone and stern posture making his rage feel empty but also filled with a flame that promised to burn out the sun itself.
Twilight wasn't sure how to respond but Rainbow seemed confused. "Wait! what do you mean by that?"
"Oh, so history was erased that much this time around?" He seemed to chuckle to himself as he heard her ask that. "Well young one. Long ago I was called a hero and a Protector of the Realm, but at that time war surrounded our home. with the threat of attacks around every corner." As he spoke, he walked to the side to a corner of the "room" that seemed even darker somehow. waving his hand, they all watched as the void obeyed him creating an "eye" like before. Through it they all saw Gaster standing beside Faust and the princesses who were smiling and giggling to themselves as they played in the castle garden. "I was once a proud and loving man who looked at them as he once had before. Like a father." The "eye" blinked reviling them all in the throne room, but it was chaos! dragon knights wearing ancient armor from decades ago and griffins wearing light leather and masks were charging into the room fighting both guards and brave servants who had taken up arms to protect the queen and her children, and just Infront of them fighting off two different assassins was Gaster, a scythe in each hand and two red colored floating hands. which were shooting out red orbs at other assassins that tried to flank him. "And when the war came to them, I did what any father would and should have done!" his voice raised till the rage almost filled the boundless void. as the eye blinked again it showed the once lush lands of the dragons being reduced to sand as a ginormous floating skull that had two large glowing pink eyes!"

It was breathing out a large pink beam that was turning everything to ash, dust and sand! it was indiscriminate! and standing atop it was Gaster who was watching it all happen with that same empty look, but also was seen shedding a steady stream of tears. while his eyes also glowed pink, another blink and they saw the ancient capital of the griffin kingdom its mighty Mountain peak fortress was being destroyed by large glowing spikes that seemed to just erupt from the ground and slice through anything they touched! and at the base of the mountain was Gaster again seen with an empty look, but his eyes glowing a different color. Again, another blink, reviling Gaster marching up to a blooded throne of the Yakes as the severed and smoldering horns of the past king laid at its base with a red and black hand floating Infront of Gaster.
with this next blink it was showing Gaster's return to the capital with sluggish shoulders and a grim look on his face, but the crowds lining the streets for his return didn't cheer, or shout in joy, or anything that would be seen in a positive light. instead, they glared it was a quiet, steady and burning glare that filled the eyes of every citizen that watched his return.
"I didn't do what I did for their cheers or gratitude. few understood why, fewer agreed with my ways. but I did it, I'll live with it, and I'll never regret it. because in the end. the family I had was protected." his voice once again even and calm. showed just how aged he felt watching this again.
To the girls and spike this was one hell of a history lesson, of course they knew the wars and they're existence, but they never heard or knew it was one man that ended it all. or that he was hated for it! yes what he did was beyond what they would have thought necessary, but it also felt unfair, having families of their own. Could they rightly say they wouldn't do anything to protect them? Maybe not everyone would, or even could. but they knew that conflict is harsh, and you can't always reason or talk to someone out of it. Sometimes you just need to win.
"But I don't understand, how is this they're fault?!" Asked Twilight as They all looked to the princesses, only to see the looks of guilt and sorrow on their faces, one so embedded in them you almost mistook them for someone who never seen the sunlight.
"I'll show you." Gaster said as the eye blinked again reviling a chain of events that lead to it all. firstly, the girls saw a calendar that sped through its pages and get replaced four times, indicating four years had pasted Durning the span of the wars. then it should that Faust had started teaching the girls how to rule, that she had begun receiving mountains of letters and pettishness from nobles that demanded Gaster be executed for war crimes. and that a year after that war ended the Caribou Came to the known world. slaughtering, pillaging, conquering, and raping all in their path.
After Gaster was sent to the front to stop them Faust was pestered by all about removing him before more war crimes happened. But one day she left the court to help on another front leaving her daughters in charge. but after reports of her front falling to the Caribou, Gaster went on a spree! he started slaughtering entire cities of Caribou with no survivors. he wasted no breath offering peace or mercy, each encounter was a FIGHT and every Fight ended in blood. once the Caribou retreated to, they're home in the far north he was pulled back to the city by order of the princesses. with no news from Faust and her front of the war, he wandered if there was finally news of her! wondering this he continued he walked into the throne room to be met with spears and bows pointed at him.
"What's the meaning of this? men lower your weapons at once!" he ordered the Guards tensing up as they ignored his order.
"They'll do no such thing 'father', and they will not be swayed by your authority!" Shouted Celestia with Luna by her side both dressed in their plate armor and wielding they're weapons.
Gaster was stunned seeing them waiting for him like this. "What... are you doing girls."
"What we have to, with mother gone we learned of your many crimes against those we fought. I will not allow it to continue Gaster. we will see that you are punished properly! we have been told of your ways to manipulate the rules! and of your use of our mothers' feelings to escape justice! No More!" Luna yelled, beside her and Tia were a small group of nobles all seen glaring and smirking at Gaster.
To Gaster. it was worse than being forgotten or left behind. this was betrayal. betrayal of the heart.
The eye blinked again showing the vast desert he had created. now had a massive grey door built in the middle of nowhere, with runes carved into the frame that glowed a faint purple. There in front of the door watching it open with had hands chained behind him was Gaster, further back behind him Celestia, Luna, the Nobles, and every guard he had trained watched as he was forced to march into the door with a spear at his back. the princesses watched with stone cold faces. as Gaster walked into the void, his face as empty as it was today. with only stains from his tears adorning his face. his eyes empty of any color or trace of his life. as he turned to watch the door close, they girls saw as the darkness seemed to grab hold of him and hug him, as if being welcomed back and caressed by it. until the door finally fully shut. on the door the words glowed and rearranged "Only when two bloods and worlds meet at this entrance will it open."
When the "eye blinked again it showed that Faust had returned after escaping her fronts fall. she explained that thanks to the Caribou communications in that area were being disrupted and she was busy helping the families evacuate to other nations. upon her return and learning of Gaster's imprisonment she broke down, losing herself to her grief she spent untold days weeping and yelling. she tried ordering for the heads of every noble involved, take action against her daughters but they stood against her, forcing her to submit to the fact he was gone. Mad with grief and sorrow she went to the front again looking to finish off the Caribou, but never returned. but the Caribou suddenly all vanished. never to be seen again.
The "eye" closed leaving the void now only filled with them, the vast emptiness, somehow couldn't be empty enough to hold all the tension in this group now, the princesses having relived they're biggest mistake, the father who now reminded himself of his anger, and the girls and spike. Who just watched as the princesses sentenced, they're father figure and protector to an eternity alone and betraying his love for them? for doing what he should have, which was protecting them. The fact it was the cause of the Queens sorrow and for her to go missing to begin with!
"This place... this void... though I can't stand it, has been my home far beyond what can be understood as time. and it has allowed me to see or shown me many things. but life outside this place is just that, A life. and I had one worth living once upon a time. but until I finish what I started. do I think I'll ever get it back? till then princesses. this is your formal warning. like any good warmonger I'm telling you now instead of surprising you. I'm going to war. and my army will not stop till I've finished what I started so long ago. DONT, GET IN MY WAY! Each word caused the void itself to come to life and ripple as if it was a slugged, large black tentacles of black slime shot up from the ground wrapping each and every one up causing each of the girls to gasp and giggle as they swayed back and forth in the air before everyone was thrown out of the door they came in from.
Twilight groaned as she sat on top of Rainbow Dash and Applejack, the others all scattered about in the room with Fluttershy sitting on a beanbag with spike on her lap, Rarity on the couch with the princesses. Sorry For the Long Wait.
HELLO READERS! GUESS WHO!
so long story short, I wanted to make this quick little chapter to inform all the fans of "The Man Who Speaks in Hands" a quick update. First and for most, YES! I am Still going to work on and write for this story, NO I'm not dead I was just very busy.
To Explain I actually just got out of the military! Finally back home in the states! So as such i will have loads of free time to work on my stories! That was the good news, unfortunately the bad news is after rereading and looking over my old note I had a few thoughts, "What the fuck was I writing? Where was I going? What's next?" and I'm pretty sure that's a bad sign as the writer.
so, I'm going to be putting this on hold and will be releasing a remastered version of it in the near future, it might fallow when I was going, it might be a whole new thing! I don't know yet!
Also, I will be writing a separate story on here soon and I'm super excited for it, because i will be including my newest Hobby into my story writing.

I hope they impress some of you. I've been at them for a while and have amassed a LARGE amount of them, some I don't have any real plans for just kind of made for fun.
ANYWAY! I might reuse those ones but realistically you'll see new ones first, hope that's not a disappointment.
