Guess who made his bloody return?? Yep, that's me! It's been months now but I am back and ready to bite back!
Anyway, guys, the whole Sunset and Diamond Tiara friendship concept is pretty similar to "Shine Like a Diamond," if, to those that had been waiting for that for so long, I'm sorry guys if I never finished that.
And there's also, "Among Us with The Equestria Girls," I didn't finish that too, I know, I'm so sorry. I can't always make promises, I have a lot on my plate. I'm doing this just so to make the most of it. I wish I can get back to continuing those stories, hopefully, I will. Maybe someday.
And there's this other story, "Any Questions?" Again, I'm so sorry I haven't got back to that for so long, been busy lately.
I hope you understand the delay in my previous stories, anyway, let's get to it, shall we?
Friendship Adventure
Three months ago in Canterlot High, Sunset Shimmer was just minding her own business, putting her books back in her locker. Until then, she heard someone trip and her items dropped, she turned to her left to investigate to find someone walking away with a cocky grin.
Before she asked what's that grin for, she took a glance to see a certain girl on her knees, gathering her books, and it didn't take her to be a genius to tell that girl was Diamond Tiara. From what she heard, Diamond Tiara was just as bad as how Sunset used to be, but she's terrible. And the look on her face tells that she's in fact sad, depressed.
Now, this shows Sunset more than enough that Diamond Tiara realizes her wrongdoings and wants to change but no one is giving her a chance. And she's been struggling to atone for her misdeeds for who knows how long, now Sunset couldn't believe she would turn a blind eye on this, while the other hand she never took part in shunning her out while the whole school did and did want nothing to do with her. But now, it's time for Sunset to lend her a hand of friendship.
After a while of talking, taking her time to guide her, understanding her, Diamond Tiara slowly opened up and expressed how terrible she felt for the things she did in the past, how Silver Spoon ended her friendship with her because of DT's bad behavior and constant bullying was enough for her to realize that she's wrong about everything she did, and since that day, she was all alone. No one lifting her up at her lowest point, no one lending her a hand. No nothing.....
Sunset felt sad hearing this, it also reminded her of herself back then, only difference is that Diamond doesn't have some sort of magic that makes her out of control, and her backstory is different, which also led her bad behavior to get in the way. Oh, Sunset wished she should've helped her be better since the day Silver Spoon cut ties with her. And she's helping her now.
During those three months, Sunset was always there for her, teaching her about friendship, guiding her to keep going when all odds were against Diamond Tiara, as time passes, Diamond's smile grew wider and her determination is outstanding than before, she keeps trying and never gives up, Sunset was there to make sure of that. The more they hang out together, the bond between these two were becoming something like sisters - something like Rainbow Dash and Scootalo was. Three months have passed, and everything changed for Diamond Tiara, her efforts to atone for her mistakes have paid off, and everyone in CHS was warming up to her, forgiving her for her past mistakes. She not only got SIlver Spoon back, but she also made friends with the CMC.
Sunset was also happy, seeing Diamond's life turned around and made wonderful friends made the fiery-haired girl happy. She has been writing to Princess Twilight about this and the Alicorn back in Equestria expresses how proud she was to Sunset for teaching one about friendship helped improve one's life for good. And the good thing is, they don't have to deal with another magic problem recently. Which is a relief.
The bell ring, which is lunchtime, everyone was making their way to the cafeteria, Sunset was on her way there while also talking with Diamond Tiara.
"So, how were things between you and Silver Spoon so far?" Sunset asked her as they walk side by side down the hallway.
"It was pretty good so far," Diamond Tiara replied smiling. "My friendship with her was a lot stronger than it was before, Apple Bloom and her friends weren't so bad after all."
Sunset smiled as well, "I'm glad to hear it," she said. "I'm very happy for you DT. I really do."
As they continued walking, Diamond Tiara wanted to ask something Sunset, a question that has been lingering in her mind lately. So, she decided to ask.
"Sunset, what's Equestria?" She finally asked.
Sunset stopped at her feet and look around to make sure if she's hearing right, was she asking about Equestria?
"Come again?" She asked.
"I mean," Diamond answered. "The world where you came from, where it's filled with ponies, magic, and stuff. You know?"
"And you're very curious about it," Sunset said. "Yeah, I knew you'd ask this question. You'll feel weird the moment you step through that portal."
"Even if it means, get to explore your homeland, I'm still up for it," Diamond said.
Sunset raised her eyebrow, "You sure you wanted to go there?"
"Are you sure Princess Twilight allows it?" Diamond asked back.
Sunset glanced left and right, "Well... " she said. "She would, but I would like to let her know first. Equestria has changed lately, she now rules Equestria, I did make my visit to the former rulers a few weeks ago."
"You mean the pony versions of our principal and vice-principal?" Diamond asked her.
"Yes, let's just go for lunch, or all of the food was taken," Sunset said. "I'm starving here."
"Yeah, me too," Diamond agreed.
As they entered the cafeteria, they parted ways into their own group of friends after picking up the trays and grab their food, Diamond Tiara seat next to Silver Spoon where the CMC is sitting while Sunset seats with her friends in their usual spot.
"I see you've been taking your time with miss Tiara, Sunset," Rarity said while brushing her hair.
"You said it, Rarity. If I'm not there to help her, who else would?"
"Probably no one and we probably don't care about her," Applejack answered with an apple in her hand. "But we'd care when we saw yah' hanging out with her."
"You two are just like me and Scoots," Rainbow added, earning a chuckle from Sunset.
"Yeah, we both know that," Sunset said as she took a bite of her favorite salad with a little bit of apple sauce on it. "Besides, it feels good to improved someone's life. It beats making one miserable."
Rainbow laughed, "No doubt, and there ain't no doubt that today is Pizza Friday!" Her plate is filled with 4 pieces of pepperoni pizzas, and so does Pinkie's plate.
Twilight turned to Sunset, not minding Rainbow munching over the pizzas, "So Sunset, have you taken your meds lately?"
Sunset rolled her eyes, "Of course, Twilight, I am fine. I'm not crazy,"
Ever since that one incident where Sunset's bad habit of losing and forgetting the small things she's looking for made her search for her meds desperately when it's time for her to take her medication, as each minute passed, the more she was losing her mind. She trashed her couch and her table and nearly destroyed that PS5 Diamond Tiara gave her, while it turns out the meds were stuff in her journal all along. Twilight had to inject her with a needle to get her to fall asleep and tied her into her bed just in case she went crazy again when she wakes.
"Sunset, you had us worried that other day," Twilight told her sternly. "Just please don't forget your meds and where do you put them next time!"
Sunset waved her hands around, "I know, I know, I'm sorry. That bad habit of me easily lose small things and objects are pretty bad."
"Well, just hope you don't lose your geode," Twilight told her.
Sunset nodded, "I won't," she swore.
"Anyway," she continued. "I just wanted to know that Diamond Tiara was quite curious to Equestria, I mean, she just wanted to try what's like in there."
"So?" Rainbow asked after finishing another slice of pizza. "I say go for it, I mean, we've all been there last time."
"Yes but bringing all of my friends from this world to Equestria could've cost an imbalance between both worlds before we even get to Princess Twilight's castle just to get to the mirror to get back here. And a day after that, I had to go back to have a talk with Princess Celestia, she wants to talk to me about that stunt I pulled that day in the spring. That would've been my biggest mistake."
"Just imagine that the rescue time arrived where we were last seen since spring only to find nobody," Pinkie Pie said. "I mean, we could've just wait..."
"And I never thought about that at the time," Sunset added. "Anyway, enough about that, I was just letting you all know that I might be busy for the rest of the day or so."
"Oh, no worries, darling," Rarity said, placing her comb on the table. "We all noticed the relationship between you two is getting stronger. It just reminds me of myself and Sweetie Belle."
"We all have other personal things we needed to do after school," Fluttershy added.
"Glad to hear it," Sunset said smiling, she brings out her journal from her satchel, opening it up, and proceed to write to Twilight.
Twilight, how's things back at Equestria?
Good! Everything has been great. Is there anything else you like to ask? Also, how were things between you and Diamond Tiara?
Why yes, everything is going well for her. She has made wonderful friends, the school has seen the new her. It warms my heart to see her happy, Twilight.
She reminded us of you, right, Sunset?
Sunset chuckled and wrote back.
I suppose you could say that. Anyway, I'm just going to tell you that Diamond Tiara was kind of curious about Equestria and what it is like there, of course, I would like to take her there. I just want to let you know first and hopefully if you don't mind.
Princess Twilight wrote back, Oh, sure! She should come, I'm always happy to welcome visitors and friends. But Sunset, please don't bring all of your friends and schoolmates from your world into here like the last time you did that last spring, we can't afford for an imbalance for both of our worlds.
Sunset rolled her eyes, Of course I won't, Twilight. Princess Celestia already gave me a Friendship Lecture about that. I won't try to cause an imbalance, promise.
Good. Glad to hear it. So when will you two will be here?
Probably after school, we're eating lunch anyway, well, after 4 hours, we'll be there.
Great! See you both soon! I'll be waiting...
So it was settled, Sunset closed her book and store it back in her satchel, and finish eating her food. It looks like she's gonna have a very busy day after school, and she can't wait.
The school day had ended, and everyone had left to their homes, mall, park, anywhere. While Diamond Tiara, on the other hand, was waiting for Sunset by where the CHS statue used to be, which turns out to be a portal to Sunset's home. The rich girl smiled when she sees the bacon-haired girl exited the front entrance and approached her.
"Are you ready to jump in there, Tiara?" She asked her with a smirk.
Diamond Tiara looked back to the mirror, as much as she wanted to try to go there, she felt a bit nervous about what she'll be feeling when going through that portal.
"Are you sure it's safe?" She asked, looking back to Sunset. She looks a bit hesitant and yet, excited.
"It's 100% safe," Sunset answered. "The only thing is, you'll feel weird when going through the portal as I told you, but eventually, you might get used to that feeling. Relax, the second you go in there, I'm joining you as well."
Diamond took a deep breath, if Sunset can trust her to be a better person, she might as well trust her too on this. So, she slowly digs her hand into the portal, and from the other side, she can feel like it's water or something she can't comprehend of what she felt. So then, she completely disappeared to the portal, Sunset followed as well.

Sunset landed on her hooves and she was now once again in her old pony form. She heard a grunt and turned around to see Diamond Tiara as a pony. She looks exactly like her equestrian counterpart. She was having a bit of a hard time to adjust being a pony, she noticed Sunset in her pony form as well.
"So... how was it?" She asked her meekly.
Diamond let out another grunt, "Ugh... I felt weird," she says, she tries to stand up two hooves but instantly loses her balance so she has to stand like an actual pony. "But nonetheless, I'm fine."
Sunset chuckled, "I'm very confident you'll get the hang of this in no time," Sunset said.
Sunset looked around only to find that this was Celestia's castle. She was very familiar with this place, apparently, not long after Twilight ruled Equestria, she moved the portal to the Canterlot Castle, so it will be easy for Sunset to visit her if needed. And then, Princess Twilight came from the big doors.
"Sunset Shimmer, it's so good to see you again!" Princess Twilight said as they both hug. After a short bit, they let go and Twilight sees Diamond Tiara as well. "And you must be Diamond Tiara. Sunset has been writing to me about you and how you've been doing since day one."
Diamond smiled at her, "Well, I really have a good friend," she winked at Sunset.
"Well then, I hope you enjoyed your stay here in Equestria," Twilight says. "You might possibly run into your counterpart at some point."
"We'll probably get to that later," Sunset told her. "Can you, umm, give Diamond a tour here in this castle?"
So Twilight spends the next 10 minutes giving the newcomer a tour of her castle, it is something like Diamond Tiara always dreamed of before. The tour lasted for a while until they decided it's time to explore the rest of Equestria, so Sunset and Diamond stepped out of the castle and head into town.
What Diamond sees around town is that everyo- no, everypony (Sunset called it) where all like ponies, the society here is quite different from the one in the human world. And what she also noticed, none of them are using any cars, phones and or any technology they had back home.
"So this is equestrian society?" She asked, looking around the town.
"Equestrian society?" Sunset asked her. "That's what you call it now? Yes, it is, I suppose you could call it that way."
"So.... where are we going?" Diamond asked her.
"Well, we could try Ponyville, there's Manehattan, Western Equestria, and other places, but... " Sunset was a bit hesitant to answer. "Do you remember that I told you the other day about an a bounty on my head here in Equestria?"
Oh yeah, Sunset did tell her about her insane amount of warrants on her, and Princess Twilight helped her cleared it, not after paying off the bounty hunters, Princess Twilight made some calls and negotiations at the other regions and her bounty was lifted.
"I know, you told me that," Diamond replied. "But you don't have to worry about all that, the bounty hunters are not coming after you anymore."
Sunset sighs, "I supposed your right. But I'd like to take you to Ponyville, that's where Princess Twilight used to reside as a Princess of Friendship. You can meet this world's version of my friends, and Starlight Glimmer. This world's version of the CMC, Silver Spoon, and others."
"But we can't make them think that I'm this world's Diamond Tiara," Diamond added.
"Then, we'll tell the truth," Sunset replied. "I met them before at the time after Twilight took over. And we'll eventually run into your counterpart, but don't worry about that. That can't be worse than a giant magical monster."
Diamond laughed at that. "Couldn't agree more."
So then, they decided to take a train to Ponyville and Diamond was pretty much excited. When they arrived, the first thing they did was taking their time around the place, the ponies Diamond can easily recognize that these ponies are this world's version of her all of her schoolmates at school. They first met up with Starlight, Sunset told her about her world's Diamond Tiara and why she wanted to come here. They spent an hour in the castle of friendship, most likely chatting, reading books, and share their past adventures.
Hours later, they stopped by Rainbow Dash's place, she is like what Diamond Tiara knew except that she was a pony, she even gets to meet Equestria's Scootalo and Sunset explains that Diamond Tiara they're seeing now is from her world. So they decided to play dodge ball, Sunset with Diamond, Rainbow Dash with Scootalo. After like 5 minutes, Rainbow Scootalo won but Sunset is no quitter, not even Diamond, so they insist to keep playing. In the end, Sunset and Diamond won all rounds but they all have a good time nonetheless.
Next up, they visited Applejack at her farm, Sunset told her about Diamond Tiara being from her world and they hadn't met this world's version of her yet. They replied that pony DT went out on a business trip with her parents for the rest of the day, so no chance of meeting her counterpart. They take their time, helping Applejack and her family with all the chores, at least they don't have to wake up early. While helping, they also chat and Applebloom gets to know one of her friends from another world. Apple Bloom did mention that one time that pony Diamond Tiara was also just like human DT back then, but pony DT finally overcomes her bad behavior and embraced her desire of wanting friendship. Reminds DT and Sunset of themselves back then.
They met up with Rarity at her place, the Fashionista always loved to take her time for anypony, even the ones from the other world. Rarity recalled last year how this version's Diamond Tiara would fit into any of her hard work, so she knows exactly what clothes DT will fit in. Diamond Tiara started with a diamond sweater, it's very perfect for her, even Sunset agrees with it. Sunset herself also tried other outfits Rarity offered, as much as they loved all other outfits, DT finally decided on the diamond sweater, Sunset also takes the shine in the dark hoodie (It's a black hoodie with her logo on it and it shines like a sun) while the diamond sweater is a dark purple sweater with diamond logos around it and it glows. The Rarity in the human did make something like glowing sweaters and such before. But nonetheless, pony Rarity was appreciated so the two went on their way.
They meet up with Fluttershy, she did get to know Sunset even better the last time she was here, so Sunset felt that she should tell her that the Diamond Tiara who's been with her was DT from her world. Fluttershy now understands and immediately welcomed them into her house. They spend the next hour, talking about animals, discovering more about them, even Fluttershy telling DT of what kind of animals were in Equestria. Sunset asked her about how her job as bounty hunter went. It was not a surprise that Fluttershy took a chance to be a bounty hunter, cuz, she's Fluttershy. Diamond suggested that they should try bounty hunting but Sunset disagrees, saying they want to get themselves further danger, which is understanding.
After they parted ways with the animal lover, they met up with Pinkie Pie. They were also ready for her unexpected surprises back at home, at Sugarcube Corner, the two chat with Pinkie, and she somehow knows that Sunset brought a friend from her world to show her what Equestria was like, of course, she would eventually know, they just don't know how did she know. They spent the next few hours helping her baking cupcakes, and whole lotta cakes. not surprising that she's has a lot of energy to make all of this, in the end, it was super tiring but it was all worth it when the three of them took one cupcake to blow some steams.
It was already sunset, the two were on the hill overlooking the town of Ponyville while the sun is setting down over the horizon. Diamond had a lot of fun, not she gets to experience being in Equestria but also meet Princess Twilight's friends or Sunset's pony version of her friends for that matter.
"So, did you have fun, today?" She asked, both of them were lying down a blanket over the grassy surface of the hill.
"I enjoyed it, it was fun while it lasted," Diamond replied smiling. "But shame we didn't get to meet my counterpart."
"I know," Sunset said. "But maybe it's for the best, me and everyone had to avoid meeting their pony selves last spring that other day."
Diamond sighs. "I suppose," she replied, turning to Sunset. "Thank you for this, Sunset. Not just this, but for everything since that day three months ago."
Sunset smiled at her, "You're very welcome, I knew I made the right decision to be your friend. In fact, I already saw you as someone I can proudly call my sister."
Diamond chuckled, "I can look up to you in the same way," she says.
"And with you happy makes me happy," Sunset said.
"I swear you can be a great teacher," Diamond Tiara said.
"That I am," Sunset replied. "So when we head back, what do you wanna do next week?"
Diamond smirk. "Among Us?"
Sunset raised her eyebrow, "I will ask Twilight when we get back. She has that virtual reality simulator of Among Us."
"I'd love to give it a go," Diamond said.
"Oh, we will," Sunset told her. "We shall will...."
So the two spend the entire sunset as the sun goes down with Ponyville in their view, it was such a beautiful sight. But nothing is beautiful than friendship.
