Blitz walked through Rainbow Factory, she noted a large device with restraints on it, and she couldn't tell but was there blood on the machine and the belt leading to the large cogs? Once in Rainbow's office, she saw a picture of Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash from a camping trip. Somewhere she heard Rainbow barking out an order, "Get the device cleaned and oiled!"

"Hello Biltz, I heard you wanted to talk to me about Scoots. Like I told the cops I have no idea where she is."

"That device is that the Pegasus Device? Furthermore, is it operational?"

"Sorta, the fruit I've sent through doesn't help much. Trying to change from chemicals for the rainbow to using fruit pigments. I still got flaws in it. Tried a jelly mixture and it went to hell. Blitz nodded in an agreement but noted that Dash had a tone of sadness and yet it was mixed with something. As she was given a tour of the factory and watched ponies pour jelly into the Pegasus Device she noted that it had an odd odor; then she noticed a vat filled with jello. She guessed that those scents don't mix super well. After an hour and as she flew homeward she paused, had she heard a scream? Unsure she kept going, then below her, she saw fillies and colts in a lake below. Splashing each other and screaming in delight. She had no idea what her new journey will lead her.
