Doctor Whoove's son, Whoover, has always been a Pegasus of knowledge. Taking the time to learn and study all that he can, the young colt hopes to one day be a great doctor like his father, who works long hours of the day and night to support them both.

But what happens when the ponies you thought you knew...turn out to be something much darker, deadlier, and more dangerous than you could have ever imagined?

For Whoover...nothing can prepare him for what has yet to come. To learn about the ponies in white...the ponies who blend in with the crowd...and who walk amongst the shadows, striking fast and disappearing into the night...
