Sweet Apple Acres is very successful in spite of its small size and family-exclusive workforce, weathering any storm the land could throw at them. The two main proprieters, the eldest of the two Apple family siblings, are determined to keep it this way, ensuring that it remains a friendly, open business with dependable Apple family quality, supplying Equestria and beyond with apples and apple products until the world grows sick of them. With much of the land buying from their orchard, they look further afield, hoping to expand their business into other kingdoms, those untouched by investment as of yet. As it so happens, there exists one with which nopony has ever managed to successly negotiate, corporations and industrialists returning home empty-handed time after time. Perhaps, with Princess Twilight's help, the Apple family can succeed where everypony else failed. It wouldn't hurt to try, would it?
