A dystopian cyberpunk world, saved by the Elements of Harmony, continues to rebuild itself under the direction of President Spike. Beatrix Belladonna and Lady Oona Ewe return to see the results of their efforts after Varys the cyber demon, who set this mad experiment in motion, was permanently banished from this realm.

While society has settled down, rivals bands who help inspire the populace have risen to power. One of these is called B.A.B.E., led by the counterpart of Cerise Silhouette, a famous pop star who a curious Beatrix and Oona decide to see in person at a concert.

Will the couple aid her band when their opponents make a move...?

At the same time magic continues to return, and the couple catches up with old friends!
