This vignette was based on a recently released preview scene from My Little Pony: A New Generation, and takes place at some undefined time likely after the events of the movie. It contains F/F sex between consenting adults. :3

142 Questions For a Unicorn
"So... now that we have some more time? Time not spent, y'know... bringing all the ponies of Equestria together in harmony and stuff, could I ask you a few more questions?"
Sunny Starscout murmured as she lay on her back beside Izzy Moonbow, the unicorn's beautiful face resting at the base of her neck. A soft giggle escaped the blue maned unicorn, and she nodded warmly. The earth pony glanced across the bed to where her notebook was resting on the bedside cabinet, but though there were many genuine questions she'd had over the years that she could have pulled up to ask in that moment, the ones she wanted to ask right now were ones she had never dared write down anywhere someone might be able to read them. Besides, until Izzy had galloped into her life she'd never really imagined actually meeting a unicorn in the flesh, never mind meeting one she would have been willing to ask such intimate, personal questions.
Craning her head forward, her nose bumping against the tip of Izzy's horn, Sunny took a breath to steady herself, drew up all her courage, then slipped her tongue forward and tenderly licked her beloved friend's horn. Izzy's eyes bulged. The other pony whinnied softly, gasped, and shuddered.
"Question one... h-how did that feel?"
Sunny's face was scarlet as Izzy rolled over, kneeling on three of her four legs while the fourth draped itself over the other pony's still prone body. The unicorn's wide eyed stared deep into Sunny's own, and Izzy's normally bright, smiling face remained deathly serious for a few seconds as she tried to catch her breath.
"It... it felt good, Sunny. Really... really good."
The earth pony's tail twitched and thumped against the bedding beneath her.
"Yeah?"
Izzy's cheeks grew even more red beneath her already rich pink coat, but her playful smile returned as she raised an eyebrow.
"Is that question number two?"
Sunny giggled back, and sighed happily as Izzy scooted a little closer to her, until their noses were bumping against one another.
"Nnh... no. Question two is, would you like me to do it again?"
Izzy's smile widened and her blush burned brighter still across her cheeks. She shook her head, but the sparkling of her eyes let Sunny know without a doubt that this wasn't a rejection of any further intimacy between them. Quite the contrary.
"Not right now. Right now I... I want to answer more questions. Different questions. You have more, right?"
Eyes darting to her notebook once again, Sunny beamed as bright as her namesake.
"At least a hundred and forty more yeah. Questions like... do unicorns have special ways of kissing?"
Izzy giggled, and before Sunny knew it the other pony wasn't kneeling beside her, but straddling her, lying over her with all four legs wrapping around her torso and entangling with Sunny's own. Their bodies trembled happily against one another, and their eyes drank in one another's beautiful, smiling, excitedly nervous faces as Izzy shrugged.
"I mean, we have lots of ways of kissing. Buuuut... I don't know how earth ponies kiss, so I dunno if they're special to just us."
Furrowing her brow, Sunny nodded.
"O-oh... right. Yeah. That makes sense."
A split-second later though, her eyes bulged, and she gasped in excitement even as Izzy giggled yet again, clearly already a step ahead of her.
"Hey, um... I could show you. The earth pony way of kissing, I mean."
Izzy beamed.
"Okay. Do you want to get the safety harness, or will I?"
Sunny blinked. Izzy managed to keep the smile off her face for all of four seconds before cackling with mirth, only to shriek as she was rolled over and pinned down by the stronger earth pony.
"Ha ha, very funny!"
Sunny teased, though she was giggling herself even as she said it. She sighed, a little overwhelmed by how much she adored being around this other pony, and shook her head as she lowered her muzzle towards Izzy's own.
"C'mere."
Their muzzles brushed one another. Their lips met, and two pairs of eyes widened, then grew heavy lidded with pure euphoria as two tongues slipped forward between those muzzles to gently probe at one another. Neither of the two ponies was a particularly experienced kisser, but they soon found themselves whinnying softly and squirming against one another as they held their muzzles in contact, tilting their heads from side to side and letting their tongues playfully explore their friend's soft lips. How long they spent exploring and indulging in that way it was hard to say. Time simultaneously seemed to fly by far faster than they would have liked, and yet draw itself out with each moment seeming like a wonderful eternity. All that Sunny knew was eventually she felt Izzy giggling through their lip-lock, and drew back just enough to see the unicorn with her tongue still adorably stuck out between her lips, beaming as she nodded up at her friend.
"Mmhmm!"
Izzy murmured, craning her neck up to kiss Sunny on the lips briefly once more.
"Turns out, unicorn ponies and earth ponies kiss exactly the same way! Whooda thunkit!"
Sunny grinned.
"It's always important to test these things."
Izzy smirked.
"Right. For science, or something?"
Sunny shrugged.
"Science. Fun. Sexy make-outs. Something like that."
They smooched a little more, eventually ending up lying on their sides with their hooves gently resting upon one another's sides, stroking the other pony's coat as they peered into their friend's bright, beautiful eyes.
"Ask me another question..."
Izzy whispered after a while, and her eyes urged Sunny to ensure that it was intimate. The earth pony trembled and blushed, glad of her friend's look, because all her mind could think about in that moment were extremely, extremely intimate and personal questions for the unicorn to answer.
"Unicorns, you... y'know... you um..."
As soon as she started asking the question, Sunny wondered if she was going too far, too fast. Sure she and Izzy and the rest of their little group of newfound friends had gone on a wild adventure together and gotten pretty darn close in the process, but even considering that, and all the recent smooching, was this too much, too fast?
"...masturbate? Is that what you were gonna ask?"
Izzy giggled, grinning from ear to ear as Sunny's eyes bulged, the earth pony let loose a strained gurgle, but nodded feverishly.
"I mean, I can't speak for every unicorn. Buuuuut for me? Personally? This unicorn right here, lying with you in bed, legs around you and still able to taste your lips on hers?"
The more she spoke in that moment, the more playfully tender and breathy Izzy's voice grew until it was a mere whisper of how it had started. She winked as Sunny clung to her every word with rapt anticipation, and pecked the earth pony on the tip of her nose three times, once after each word of her answer.
"All. The. Time."
Sunny's face glowed scarlet, but Izzy had never seen her smile so wide.
"Y-yeah? Me too!"
Izzy raised an eyebrow.
"So, how did you not go insane while we were off travelling together? I don't remember you sneaking off on your own every time we camped?"
Sunny's eyes bulged.
"Wait... I thought you were scouting?!"
The unicorn shrugged and giggled.
"I mean, I was doing some very specific reconnaissance. Tracking down a devilish enemy... horniness, and making sure it didn't get us! Besides, between Hitch, Pipp and Zipp, we had it covered. Though, I admit they weren't the best scouts, since none of them ever caught me..."
Before Sunny could respond to that revelation though, Izzy's curious gaze drew her back to the still standing question at hand.
"What about you though? You're not telling me you went all that time without hoofing one out?"
Snorting with mirth at Izzy's choice of words, Sunny's face burned hot beneath her orange coat.
"I mean... I kinda had to. I never really gave myself the chance."
Izzy stared at Sunny like she'd just grown a second head.
"But... then when you got back home, you took care of things, right? Like, a dozen times, to make up for lost time?"
Sunny's cheeks grew redder. She shook her head.
"Just once? Please, Sunny... tell me you at least took the edge off, once?"
Izzy whinnied softly, her voice surprisingly fraught and urgent, as though genuinely concerned for the well-being of her friend's libido. When Sunny shook her head once more though, the unicorn pony's expression shifted. It changed from one of horror to one of deep thought, swiftly followed by determination. Sunny felt the unicorn tremble where they lay with their limbs still entwined and resting against one another, and her already glowing face burned brighter, hotter still as Izzy shuffled forward and pressed her muzzle to one of Sunny's ears. She whispered something without delay, then drew back and stared deep into Sunny's eyes as the earth pony's vivid turquoise hues shone with embarrassment and pure excitement in equal measure.
"Y-you're sure?"
Sunny moaned under her breath, blushing as she received her answer in the form of another sharp, insistent peck against her lips. The earth pony nodded, drew in a lungful of steadying air, then did as the mare beside her had just asked... asking one final question, for the time being at least, of the beautiful unicorn that she had come to utterly adore.
"Hey, Izzy?"
She whispered.
"Yeah, Sunny?"
The unicorn murmured eagerly back.
"Do... do unicorns... do they like to eat out their friends' pussies?"
Izzy trembled and scooted closer to Sunny.
"Some of them, yeah. Wanna be more specific?"
Sunny whinnied and nodded.
"Do you?"
Izzy grinned, and gave a vague, non-committal shrug.
"Eh, depends on the friend."
Sunny's eyes bulged, and she snorted with laughter.
"Oh c'mon, now you're just being mean!"
Izzy cackled playfully, but rolled the two of them over a moment later so that she was straddling Sunny's beautiful body once more.
"Sunny?"
The unicorn teased, echoing her friend's own curious, questioning tone.
"Yeah, Izzy?"
Sunny moaned back, feeling a heat, a pulsing, urgent heat that she had forced herself to ignore for weeks now, burning between her hind legs.
"Can I make you cum? Please?"
The earth pony shuddered in delight. She whinnied, and was about to start rapidly nodding her head when a thought crossed her mind, and she immediately felt and heard words tumbling out from her own muzzle in return.
"I'd like that, Izzy. I'd really, really like that.... on one condition."
Izzy groaned in longing, as though it was she who was being denied pleasure rather than Sunny herself.
"A condition? What is it?"
Sunny's eyes twinkled, and a split-second later after a shriek of laughter from Izzy, the earth pony was back on top again.
