Chapters (Insert Youtuber Crossover FanFic Joke Here)
It started just like any other day. The crisp smell of clean air, everypony out doing their jobs, and being friendly as usual. The Mane Six were doing their part, to. Applejack was bucking apples, Pinkie Pie was being spontaneous and hyper as always, Rarity struggling to get the newest fashion craze going along, Rainbow Dash taking a nap after clearing the sky, Fluttershy and Discord looking after the animals, and Twilight Sparkle dusting her library. But a shadow arose in the sky, leaving everypony in Ponyville dumbfounded.
"What the hay? I thought I cleared out the sky already," Rainbow said groggily. But she was right, for there was not a single cloud to be seen. But surely, there had to be a logical explanation for this new phenomenon. She quickly rushed over to Twilight's castle, unsure of what to make of this situation. "Twilight, some crazy weird thing is going on with the sky!"
"Oh, Dash, your probably just imagini- OH SWEET CELESTIA, WHAT HAPPENED," Twilight yelled, utterly confused. "Why is the sky all black? And what is causing it?"
As she raced to the center of town, a small, red crack appeared in on the horizon. It grew larger and larger, until then it finally shattered, revealing a pillar of pure, concentrated shadow. Emerging from it, a human with blonde hair, black-rimmed glasses, and a vest with the letters C.J.T. on it.
"Hello, Ponies," he said with a gravely voice. "My name is Craig, and I am here to deliver you a message from my higher ups. 'Hello there. You may be confused by all the darkness in the sky, but do not fret. It will be restored if you comply."
"What are you talking about, Craig?!!!" Pinkie said, unable to determine which was weirder, the creature she had never seen before, or the words he just spoke of.
"Apbapbap, not done yet, pink horse thingy," he responded quite rudely. "'You see, I have been wishing to expand my empire beyond the fabric of reality, to a place to peaceful that it can be easily conquered. I chose here, and am willing to make you a deal. either you surrender now, or we can go the hard way, causing many unnecessary fatalities. The choice is yours, ponies. Surrender... or perish. Sincerely, S.W.'
It was unheard of. Sure, the Changelings tried to do something like this all those years back, but not with the threat of death. It was obvious. There was no other option. Caring for the safety of her friends, Twilight stepped forward, and faced this "Craig."
"Craig, I care for the safety of all of my friends, but the answer is no."
"Oh. I was not expecting that," Craig said with dismay. "But I'm feeling a little merciful today, so I won't kill anyone."
"Oh, thank Celestia," Rarity sighed. "I thought you were for a second."
"I'll just kidnap you all instead!" Craig reached into his pocket and grabbed a remote. He pressed a button on it, and airships the size of of Canterlot Castle emerged from the fracture. They were pitch black, with red beams of energy flashing atop them. Each one had their own distinct symbol of them, to. A bird, an omega, and the letter M. They bean firing beams of light from their cannons, striking down everything it touched. Amongst the chaos, a cry of pain was heard.
Twilight was shocked at what she saw. "Fluttershy! Are you okay?"
"N-no," she said weakly. "I can h..hardly move.." A large, shadowy crystal began to form around where she was hit, slowly enveloping her as it grew larger, eventually engulfing her with its dark energy.
"NOOOOOOOOO!! Everypony, scatter! Run away from here! Run like you've never ru-" She was suddenly cut off as she let out a shriek of agony. A beam had struck her. She tried to use her magic to ward the growth off, but it was no use. the crystal had enveloped her in its shadowy embrace.
"HAHAHAHA!!! Now men, grab the crystallized ones, and dont stop firing until you've captured every single one! I want them all brought to their knees! Wait, do they even have knees?"

Hello there. I see you have made it to the end of chapter one. i have a lot of history with something like this. you see, i was a brony for 7 long years of my life, from 2010 to 2017. but as time went on, i looked down upon those years, calling it a "7-year curse," if you will. So why haven't i left the site yet, you may squeal. well, i wanted to leave an impression on the site. so i'm writing this stupidly long story that when i'm 21 will drive me to drink. It's basically a YouTuber Crossover story, with the ongoing battle between good and evil. I'm not big on spoilers, but I will give you a hint to one of the youtubers that will be in the story as a hero that ya boi Spike will team up with. An Anomaly In The Algorithm
1 DAY LATER
It was like a bad dream. But this one was real, and could not be awoken from. Everypony was either captured or managed to find refuge, streets were littered with the ruins of buildings, and Spike, the baby dragon, looked upon the ravaged remains of Twilight's castle. "Twilight," he said, tears welling up in his eyes. "If only I wasn't such a coward and saved you from Craig. I should have fought for everyone and not run away. I swear, I will find a way to bring everypony back like this never happened!"
It began just like any other day in Florida. A small content creator by the name of Anti Guy had just got his channel restored after appealing for the 5th time in a row. He was in the middle of recording his reaction to the latest Nintendo Direct when all of a sudden, he was cut off by a bright beam of light coming from his computer's recording software, blinding him in the process. "What the hell?" a puzzled Anti Guy said. "This is new. Maybe Adobe is just crapping itself" Suddenly, a text box was on his screen. It slowly began typing sentences, which made his brain hurt in confusion.
Hello, Mr. Anti Guy. I have come to you with 2 questions, and I want you to answer them sincerely. Do you accept? (Y/N)
"Um... Sure, Y," he typed.
Wonderful! Let us begin. Do you wish to have more friends? (Y/N)
"Well, I'm kind of against the idea, but eh, what the hell? Y."
Do you want to embark on a mystical journey to save a ravaged nation? (Y/N)
"This is probably about some new MMO that is coming out, so Y."

A blinding flash filled his room, even brighter than the sun. Anti Guy screamed in pain and confusion, as he felt his body becoming heavier and heavier. He saw his hands fade away, along with the rest of his arms, and shrieked in absolute terror. "WHAT THE FUUUUUuuuuuu-"

Spike began searching for anypony who had survived the terrible cataclysm. He looked high and low, from building to building, searching amongst the rubble for somepony. Then he decided to face the facts. They weren't coming back. All his friends, neighbors, and even Twilight- were lost forever. He sat on the rubble of Sugar Cube Corner, trying his hardest to cope with his loss, and began crying. He cried and cried, and cried some more, not sure of what to do with his wounded soul, oh so poor. But as he was, many speckles of black light emerged from the sky. At first glance, they looked like what happened with Craig's arrival, but they continued to get bigger and bigger until he found out that they were meteors. They fell in all directions, some in Canterlot, a few near the Crystal Empire, and others sprinkled throughout the wilds of Equestria.
"Why can't I just catch a break?!" he frustratingly bellowed. "Wait is that a voice? Hello? Is someone there?"
THUD! One struck the earth, right in front of him, but this one was a blinding white color. The sheer force of the impact sent him flying, about 1000 feet or so. He quickly scurried over to the impact site, but no meteor was found. Instead, there was a unicorn with a brown mane, black fur, a heart-shaped locket, and a cutie mark of the number 64. "Hello?! Wake up!! Please, Wake up!!!" The young dragon began shaking him, but he received no response. He tried everything, tickling him, tackling him, and even jumping on him, but nothing.
"Sigh...Just when my hopes were starting to glow brighter once again. Whatever..."
"Ugh," the unicorn said sleepily. "My aching head... Where on earth am I? Am I dead? AHH! WHERE ARE MY HANDS? AM I A HORSE?!!!"
"Oh thank goodness you're awake," Spike said gleefully. "I don't know how you survived that, mister! You must be very lucky, I guess."
As the unicorn struggled to get onto his legs, he took a gander at his surroundings. All he saw were smoldering ruins of what used to be a thriving town. Other than that, he saw a small purple dragon in front of him. He looked on, confused about what to make of this. "Who's dragon is this and where is the owner?"
"Oh, me? I'm Spike," he responded. "Nice to meet you...what is your name?"
"I'm Anti Guy, nice t- WAIT, YOU CAN TALK?!!"
"Yeah, I can talk," he answered puzzledly. " You're kind of odd. You're not from around here, are you?"
"No, I'm not, uh...Spike," Anti Guy answered reluctantly. "Do you happen to know where I am, by any chance?"
"Sure, Anti Guy," Spike responded. "This is...well, was Ponyville. All my friends and I used to live here in peace and harmony, but then some guy named Craig launched an attack on us and captured everyone and took them away. Hey, you don't have anything to do with him, do you?"
"What? Of course not," Anti Guy responded. "All I remember is that I was filming a video at my house, my software crashed, and someone hacked into my computer and a blue aura began surrounding it. Then I filled out a questionnaire about something from someone named L, a bright light engulfed me, and next thing you know, I'm in this place!"
"Wait, did you say 'computer?'" a confused Spike exclaimed. "I think I know what that is. I saw one when I went with my friend Twilight to an alternate world! It's like a box that shows pictures, right? And you said a blue aura surrounded it and you got something from someone called L..."
"Yeah, that's the gist of it," Scott replied.
"I think I've got it! Princess Luna!"
Scott looked at the baby dragon confused, unsure of who Princess Luna could be. He searched the inner recesses of his mind, but could only think of the black cat and his locket. She could either be a generous person, or a malevolent spirit, tormenting him by sending him here with this dragon. "I'm sorry, but who?"
"She's the princess who controls the moon. Come on, Let's go see if we can find her!" Spike paused and looked back, but Anti Guy was not following him. "You're coming, right? Maybe we'll find answers about why you are here!"
"You know what, why the heck not? I'm a freaking horse, I find a talking dragon, I don't know why I'm here! But, I would like to find some answers."
"ALRIGHT! To Canterlot Castle!"
Author's Note
So, off to Canterlot Castle they go. Anti Guy, our hero, teams up with a traumatized Spike in search of why he and the dark meteors came to this land. And poor Anti Guy does not know what is in store for him here in Equestria. Who knows? It might be interesting! You know, Spike saying "ALRIGHT!" might be hinting at something. But, eh. that's just me. However, his locket may hold some answers.
