The Mane 6 meet Kaa

Twilight was in her library, organizing her books.

" Hey Spike, did you find that book on mythological creatures?" She asked, searching the M section of the library.

" Nope." Spike replied. There was a knocking at the door.

" You keep looking Spike, I'll see who it is." Twilight walked to the door. Fluttershy was standing there, tears in her eyes.

" Fluttershy, what's wrong?" She asked.

" Angel ran into the Everfree Forest. Can you help me get him back?" She asked, crying even more.

" Of course." Twilight replied. Upstairs, Spike found the book.

" Twilight, I found it!" He yelled, not knowing she left. Spike ran down the stairs holding the book. On the last step he tripped and fell. The book fell open in the K section. On the page was a picture of Kaa

" Spike! Are you ok!?" Twilight asked, running over and helping him up. Spike rubbed his head.

" Yeah. I found the book." He looked at Fluttershy, he noticed the colorful rings but didn't say anything.

" Great, please put it back." Twilight asked, and walked out the door with Fluttershy. Instead, Spike read the page about Kaa. It read:

Rock Python

Kaa the python is a very large, green snake with dark green spots and large yellow eyes. He constantly follows ponies that wander into the Everfree Forest.

-That's where Twilight's going.- Spike thought to himself. He kept reading.

He may be just a snake, but he's more smarter and more charming than any other living snake. Kaa befriends ponies he meets. Even though he helps them, it's not with good intentions. After befriending them, he hypnotizes them with colorful rings. Then he has the pony get his/her friends and bring them to him. Once he has enough, he starts eating them one by one.

Spikes eyes widened.

" TWILIGHT!!!!"

Fluttershy and Twilight were just entering the forest. They searched around for Angel

" Any sign of him?" Fluttershy asked.

" No." Twilight said, searching in a bush. When she turned around, Fluttershy was gone.

" Fluttershy?" Twilight asked, walking toward where she was. She looked around a little bit. She heard a chuckle behind her.

" Who's there?" She asked, circling around. Kaa came down in front of her.

" Hello there little unicorn." Kaa said, bringing his tail over to stoke her mane. She backed away.

" Have you seen my friend?" She asked, making sure not to lower her guard, she didn't trust the snake yet.

" I haven't ssseen any other poniesss in this foresst besssidess you." Kaa lied. Twilight sighed.

" Well have you seen a bunny?" She asked, brightening up.

" No, sssorry." Kaa said. Twilight sighed again.

" Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find your friend and bunny. Oh how rude of me, I forgot to introducce mysself. My name isss Kaa."

" Hello Kaa, I'm Twilight Sparkle." Twilight said. Kaa smiled, seeing she was calming down a bit. He stroked her mane, this time she didn't refuse. Instead of freaking her out, she actually found getting stroked soothing. She smiled as Kaa stroked her. Since she was the smart one, he decided not to play with her for long. It was time to hypnotize her. While she was enjoying the stroking, Kaa started wrapping around her.

" Huh, what's going on?" Twilight asked. She saw the large coils wrapped around her.

" What are you doing Kaa?" Twilight asked, wriggling to get out of the coils. He squeezed her slightly to stop her from moving. She looked up at Kaa.

" Calm down Twilight." Kaa said. Her horn started glowing. He could feel his coils being forced off of Twilight. Kaa began to hypnotize her. Once she met his eyes, his coils returned to the way they were and her horn stopped glowing. It wasn't long before her eyes were filled with colorful rings and she started smiling. And soon she fell asleep. Kaa stopped his hypnosis and put her with the others. He finally did it, Kaa had all the ponies. It was getting late, instead of Kaa eating one now, he decided to wait till tomorrow. They all then went to sleep.
