Fallout Equestria-Fallen Prince

Project Skyfall, One of the few projects Maraston enacted in case of Balefire Armageddon, This project Has actually three side projects that all fall under the same project. Project Lunamoon, Project Morning Star, and Project Lone Sky. Each project had a Ship capable of flight, a ship prepared for balefire wasteland, each ship could stand one vs one with a Pegasi raptor, Though they needed a crew. Something Midnight prepared for, he put Hundreds If not thousands of ponies inside Stasis pods all across the nation months before the bomb hit. He was preparing to save as many lives as possible, and he made sure they had their families also in stasis, well as many as he could. They didn't have hundreds of Empty stasis pods, So he made a choice he put as many as possible nonessential personnel away as possible.

Midnight looked at the families he saved and smiled, Though inside he cringed, he used Black magic and the worse kind. Necromancy His cutie mark has cursed him with Necromancy, other black magics are not as bad as Necromancy, Hell even soul magic is better. He looked at his sword, shield, and wing cutie mark, and sighed, The sword and shield are for Offensive and Defensive magics. His wings mean Freedom, though combined with the sword and shield, it means freedom in combat. His special talent is Freedom in killing others, he always hated it, Unlike Shining Armor of Ruby Shield who's magic is used to defend. His special talent is to do just about anything, Black magic he did it, he felt disgusted with himself.

One of Midnight's lines went something like this, 'Heroes are not born they are made, Heroes make choices that hurt others, Heroes take beating and fall. Those few ponies who try to change the world for the better and ask for nothing return is Heroes. Those failed ponies who wanted to be heroes but couldn't make the cut are weak. Honestly, they shouldn't be breathing. Anyone can be a hero, not to the world, but to the children or the ponies around you. Life is unfair we lose things friends, family, and loved ones, Heroes don't let this shit bother them and push on. Selfish ponies disgust me, ANYONE can take things for themself, It takes a strong pony to become a hero. Not so much physical strength but mental strength, This is why I have the Order of Midnight. To Be the Hero for others, to defeat those who wish us harm, and their objective is to protect those hearing this message.'

He always loved that speech, now though he was disgusted at himself, using Random ponies in a pointless war. Why did he join in that damn war that was for sure would end in Balefire Armageddon, His mother asked for it, By why did he attack with the nation and not go in the battle alone?! His mother would understand, She didn't want the war, to begin with, she only wanted her son to help end the war, not cause a new war. He was angry at himself, living 200 years alone did this, it made you rethink your life. He would not fall to the same mistakes again, He will protect everyone he can and prevent stupid wars unless! The war was needed.

Ruby Shield ran as fast as possible, that scary dragon was right on her heels, and Ocean star was not helping. She quickly realized if she had to sprint Ocean Star would not be able to catch up, So she had to carry the damn unicorn, and while Ruby was a cyborg she was not as physically fit as she should be. As she was still undergoing training when the bombs hit and she had to hide in a stasis pod and not to mention she was starving and dehydrated. She was in a bad state, while sprinting away from the Dragon she saw one sign on the wall. Project Lunamoon, Her jaw dropped, and decided to take her chances with the project. She uses her magic to float out her Master Keycard and gaped at the slash that went through the Chips data. "Damn Hellhound, why did I have to get hit in my coat of all places my stuff was there." She murmured in rage.

She made her choice so she had to commit to it, she kept charging the way of the Project door, made of a foot-thick steel door, well it was more like a bank vault, She prepared for the pain and rammed the door with all her might. The floor under her hooves where she launched off, dented with the incredible force behind her hooves. The vault door did fare better but only slightly the dent was smaller and made the steel more compact. Ruby sighed in anger, Why is her life never easy? She looked at the door and flashed her broken keycard, she expected it to reject the card, But the door opened. She was confused But didn't look a Gift horse in the mouth. She jumped inside the secure room and slammed the door shut with all her power, The door latched closed, She had maybe 15 or so minutes before that Dragon enters this room. She had to act fast!

They were inside the room that can only be explained as a normal office, though the Big window to the outside did not show the outside what it did show was a Medium-sized Skyship, while it was not the size of a raptor it had more firepower than one. It was possibly 200 feet long and 40 feet wide, With two large cannons at the side of the Ship, This was an experimental ship, Self-repairing, a crew of only 5 ponies at max, mostly ran off a large mainframe. This ship would have saved hundreds of lives because the Control center was like an Escape pod, It detached from the main ship and flew off most likely into safe territory for retrieval. This Ship would have made it into the frontlines if it wasn't for the Sheer amount of power to keep it running This ship ran through more power than most ships its size, though that is expected with a self-repairing vessel. So instead of making Multiple, they had a new idea, it would be an emergency vessel, prepared to save lives. Like an Ambulance or a Police Wagon, It had the firepower to destroy enemy troops but also self-repairing to enter burning buildings. In the end, it never saw service, well until now.

Ruby and Ocean smirked at the vessel, Ruby looked at Ocean she had her idea, "Ocean you man the turrets, I have Flying Practice in just not as good as pegasi, but I know how to make that vessel dance." Ocean nodded, and they opened the flimsy wooden door. Before Ruby left she saw a terminal, and walked to it, and connected her Pipbuck to it, Data Flashed into her hud as she downloaded the information. She saw one command she needed,

Open the Gate to Hell Y/N?

Hell? Why would anypony type that title for hangar doors? She pressed Y.

The doors screeched in protest as the hydraulics that was covered in rust pushed into motion once more, The door let in fresh dying air. Ruby gasped at the sigh, hills, and plains once covered in green grass now brown and dead. Dead trees covered the ground, It was cloudy so she didn't get to see it in true beauty. She was mesmerized for a second before she shook it off and ran into the Lunamoon. Entering she was amazed, the ship was really meant for a crew of 20 or less. Though she knew this ship can function on only one crew, Luckily she had a gunner. She smiled and flipped a couple of switches all the while Ocean Star looked at her confused, She had never seen one of these babies before? That is to be expected, we are in a wasteland, after all, She looked at the Reactor output and whistled. 3 thousand amps of magic, that's enough to sustain a small town. Most ships require about 4 houses worth of magic amps, well besides raptors they have an equal number of magical inputs as this ship and they are larger.

The Ship roared to life, expected as it hasn't been used in 200 years, so this ship would be burning dust and grime for a while. Which made the engine loud, and just as expected after a minute the ship's engine hummed softly. She smiled, time to escape.

Ocean tapped Ruby on the shoulder, "So why are we just sitting here?"

"Letting this baby warm-up, She hasn't been used in 200 years, she's grumpy and not very happy. She's just like a newborn foal, though with more firepower, and armored." Ocean was completely confused, So Ruby decided to clear the air.

'The ship requires its systems to be clean and it's hard when it has just been inactive for 200 years, otherwise, the ship would stall and fall to the ground killing its occupants. We had to warm up some other ships but this is just extreme." Lunamoon whimpered as if ready for battle, Ruby smiled, "Perfect!" She slammed her hooves on the accelerator, That's when two things happened at once. One The door to the hangar shot open and the metal door crumpled like paper as a Huge dragon stuck His head out the room. He was confused That was an odd reaction maybe he isn't as bad as I assumed, though if he isn't after her then he must be after Ocean, Her suspicion grew. And two The Ships engines roared, Though the turrets detected the new threat and opened fire with both Bolts of Laser and plasma fire. The ship shot out of the hanger like a bat out of hell, It left behind a streak of silver in its wake. The Dragon who had been shot multiple times, snarled, he sighed.

"Boss please forgive me I couldn't save Miss Ruby shield from that liar, you have to do a more subtle approach, Order of Midnight #124 Lost Dragon Signing out. I will be looking for Mister Midnight and assist the prince in any possible way." Lost looked in the direction of the Ship and sighed, 'Maybe I shouldn't have charged them, but that was my order, Midnight will be disappointed if Ruby was killed just know that M.M, He will need all the help he can acquire.' He looked in the direction of Mannalus, 'You won't know me, Boss, I'm new to the Order.' He chuckled now, he's old but not part of the Midnight order before the war. His main question was why did the turrets attack him? He held no hostile intent to anyone but...Ah, she took over the turrets and overridden their systems. That bitch will mind control, anyone, if she sees it's needed.

"Maybe I should follow?" He shook his head "Foolish we will meet again soon, as either friends or enemies, Though I hope we can be friends or allies at least." The Dragon activated his Stealth Dragon and disappeared.

The Report from Lost came to a Mainframe in the Middle of a heavy wooded area A base so secure and secret only Midnight knew for sure where it laid, as he was the one who built it. A completely white pony floating in a void of Screens and data, Her voice was mechanical with no emotion inside them. "It seems Lost Dragon has failed." A multitude of voices spoke from the empty abyss all not happy.

"We should have sent Someone more subtle a Dragon would put ponies on edge." One voice spoke a mare (#2)

"True #2 we should have sent the Zebra, he is good at subtle." A Stallion's voice spoke (#4)

"No #4 We should have sent a pony at least, someone more honest and less prone to lying, Lies are good but not to our own" (#3)

"Yes #3 I see your point, maybe we should have sent General Fresh Sky, he is a pegasus so he would have possibly taken down Ocean. " (#5)

"Number One, What choice should we take?" A filly's voice spoke through the chaos silencing the others (#7)

"I think Number 8 and Number 9 should put a tail on the Lunamoon Possibly the Griffin and the Hellhound, But also send The Knight of Chaos to talk to Ruby." The voices all gasped.

A pompous voice spoke from the darkness, "But Ma'am he is a Trickster and a chronic liar!"

The White mare was motionless as she spoke. "I understand Number 8, though we have an issue Ocean has seen everyone BUT him, she will not expect him. To her he's an unknown that makes him powerful, He was the Secret weapon and also one of Rubies closest friends, She will listen to him. If she doesn't I will have to report to Midnight we have a Fallen Knight and to either exterminate her or Purify her" The voices again gasped, but this time in horror.

"Number 1 We haven't Purified anyone in decades! But I see your point we do not wish to kill her only to purify whatever corruption Ocean placed on her." The Voices all said 'Agreed'

Number One looked at the screen from Mannalus station and sighed, "Please forgive me, Boss, May have to sacrifice myself for others." She smiled softly, "Rule 1 never kill Anyone unless there is no other option." She stared at Saw Zextra the Zony, Golden Sky The X Nobel, Metal Wing The Subject-0, and Knight Lucky Star who was carrying a Sleeping Black alicorn. A tear came to the Artificial Life forms eyes, and she smiled brightly it caused the dark abyss to glow in radiance. It was Time.

"Time to activate Protocol Return, I repeat the prince has returned!" She screamed over all the Order devices, tears running down her face. She can finally finish what she started. Saving the nation. Emotions rushed into her voice and choices once more.

Ruby kept an eye on Ocean, She really didn't trust her now, it was clear that the dragon was friendly. Her pipbuck labeled it that, which would be odd for a rampaging monster, Friendly when it only wanted things to die? It was after Ocean, She was not going to sleep with this pony around. She had to be careful.

Ocean knew she would not be able to even take over Rubie's mind, her synthetics are immune to that magic and would purity her magic, and fighting her would be pointless. So she had one choice, RUN! She literally jumped out of the moving Airship, much to Ruby's surprise.

"It seems you are not stupid Ocean Star if that is even your name, I was planning on killing you while you sleep, damn bitch. Now Boss I need to find you Mannalus it is, and when I do you owe me some bits! I WAS RIGHT BOSS SOME BITCH WOULD TRY AND LIE TO ME." she laughed while flying the Lunamoon.

The Changeling named Ocean Star hit the ground with a soft graceful thump, "Fucking hell, Why is it so hard to To get these Order nuts to obey me? Queen Chrysalis the 4th will be disappointed in me, I even tried to play the NIce Pony return, I didn't think that dragon would follow me all the way from Ponyville! Seriously 1 thousand miles and still on my trail?! I thought I lost him in Canterlot!" She sighed and hissed in pain suddenly, She looked down and saw a knife in her chest. "Oh you're good Ruby, I didn't even see it coming." She spits up green blood, "Fuck! When I meet this Prince you hold in such high esteem, I will kill him slowly!" She rips the knife out and chugs down a healing potion, "Bastard!"

"Number one It seems that the message from Lost is actually 6 days and 2 hours Inaccurate. Someone is slowing down our messages and this is worrying."

Number one gulped, which means we will have a late response to everything. No one else will get their orders until a week late. "Send out orders to all informing them of the late messages! So they are ordered to act independently! Also inform them that Lunamoon is Active and to keep an eye out for it, If they spot it Send an Order SOS signal. That would gain Ruby's attention"

A week later

A One-eyed Zebra walked down the streets of one of few Cities not hit by a megaspells, named The Globe, for the Globe Centerpiece. The Zebra walked with confidence and sway of swag, He was Knight of Shadows, Named Zalcoon, His sway and confidence didn't fade even as he was cornered in a alleyway surrounded by Burn scar-covered ponies.

Zaloon looked around him with a smug expression, the cocky Zebra was one zebra you did not wish to fuck with. A master in almost all zebra martial arts, She saw one pony that caught his eyes a Blue suit-wearing Gang boss.

When Zaloon spoke it was a tough and confident voice, "So Ash Pyre Why are you headed after little old me?"

Ash Pyre snarled, "You didn't pay the toll, instead you beat the fuck out of my ponies, we had a deal! You pay the toll and I won't drown your stripped ass!" He smirked now Zebra didn't understand anything.

"Oh that deal, yeah that was never really a thing." He waved his hoove with dismissal, Ash Pyre growled. "That deal was made so I could use your goons as bullet shields while I entered the Order hiding place in peace. Fucking hate those Equestrian robots, honestly you push around shop ponies and Military groups. You made a mistake fucking with me, Your little gang I was ordered to erase from history." A huge wave of murderous intent erupted from his body like a tsunami, he was still relaxed. This tipped Ash pyre to his breaking point.

He looked at his crew and screamed "KILL THE ZEBRA!" Only to look back and see no zebra. He blinked in confusion, he backed up, likely saving his life as a Zebra hoof hit the ground where his head once was. His jaw dropped, he nearly got killed, and it was so fast no one could have helped him! When the Zebra hoof hit the concrete cracked under the power, Ash was suprised he heard stories of Zebra warriors punching through Power Armor but this was insane?! How did we not lose to zebra?! The zebra moved at such a blinding speed, no one could keep up, though he was not poerfect getting shot a few times. In less than 15 minutes his entire gang lay on the ground dying, and Zaloon had left leaving a shocked Ash Pyre.

Zaloon's watch chriped, and when he raises his leg, his eyes widened. Protcol Return has been in affect for a week?! Who is jamming the siginal to the HUB?! His eyes narrowed, He tapped his watch.

New mission: Hub In trouble
Objectice: Detect what is jamming the signal to the Hub.
Notes: While The hub location is unknown I can trace the Hub signal. to a general area and possibly find the location of the jammer.

Main Mission: Protcol Return
Objective: Find The Prince and assist in any possible way.
Notes: Midnight had been last seen in the Bottom Creek Village, He will require all possible assistance for all his mission. Though Hub is more important as Only Midnight knows its true location.

He sighed, "Wow My life has got so much more interesting, I hope I can do what they promised, save ponies." He started walking in the general direction of the Hub leaving the city.

A Hellhound was sitting at his shop, Preparing for lunch, He looked over at his Pegasus pony. That's right she is his! "Sparrow are we ready for some relaxation?" His dark and deep voice basically shook the ground, Sparrow smirked and nodded.

"So Did you get any new missions Orfeo?" He shook his head and she smiled, They were partners. Even if she is nowhere near his level she is a sniper and good at it.

The Lavender grey coated, Silver pink maned pegasus with Ruby red eyes. Her cutie mark was a crossed gun and a pony skull, she was once enclave and was one of the best Similar to a Buck she noted to be named Dead Shot Calamity. Though this was before she left, Orfeo smiled.

Though his smile didn't last long, as his Order ring beeped and a hologram showed exposing his new orders. His eyes widened at the protocol, 'Oh shit its happening'. That was his only thought.

Mission: Ghost of the Past
Objective: Assist The Prince
Notes: Keep a low profile please dear Orfeo, While Midnight is acceptive he does not know you like me-With Hope to the future Number 9

"We can still go have dinner love, it seems My mission is the Big one." Sparrow's eyes shot wide open, her jaw worked but no sound escaped. Orfeo just smiled, adorable pegasus is adorable.

Looking over a mountain all alone and surrounded by dead raiders walked an earth pony, wearing nothing but basic clothing, even the freezing cold air seemed to be ignored by him. He walked with a bored lanky style, he seemed to be so bored and tired. "Why is it always Raider? I want someone that can actually make my heart pump." The stallion sighed and walked away, As he was not an Order pony he did not receive the order. That someone power did show up, and they would meet and one would die.
