Maretime Bay
In the city of Maretime Bay home to Earth ponies, the earth ponies of the town were all seen having a stroll through town, doing their casual work, as well as having a chat with each other like they always do in this beautiful city of theirs. Life was perfect for them all after friendship was restored thanks to the brave act of Sunny Starscout four months ago.
In the sheriff's station in Maretime Bay, a stallion named Hitch Trailblazer aka the Sheriff of town was seen doing his paperwork about the damage files based on Sprout's rampage against the pegasus and unicorns. Even though the situation has been resolved but, Sprout needed to be held accountable for his malicious actions. Therefore, the red earth pony apologized to the earth ponies, pegasus, and unicorns for his violent behaviour towards them and promises to make everything right again by cleaning up the city.
"Alright, now, all that's left is the paperwork." Hitch said bringing out his paperwork and putting it on the desk "I'm actually proud that Sprout is beginning to redeem himself and make some friends with the pegasus and unicorns, when he is done with his job and gets back to being a deputy, I will throw him a welcome back party." He finished with a smile, after all, that's what a good friend would do.
While doing his work, the sheriff remembered how four of his friends Sunny Starscout, Izzy Moonbow, Pipp Petals, and Zipp Storm gave him winks and blowing him kisses during his recent patrols, Hitch has been perplexed ever since the last couple of weeks due to the weird behaviour of his friends. But, the sheriff did not have time to think about this, he needed to do his work. So, he grabbed a pencil from his stationery hold and prepared to write on the paperworks. But suddenly, he felt the need to head to the toilet.
"Oh, I need to go to the restroom." Hitch said as he stood up from his chair. After that the sheriff walked away from his desk and began to make his way to the restroom.
Once sheriff Hitch was in the restroom after walking for five seconds, he walked to one of the four restroom stall door on the far left. When he got to it, he placed his left hoof on the door and pushed it open, suddenly, the sheriff saw his friend Pipp in there.
"What the?! Pipp?!" Hitch exclaimed with a shocked expression "What in Equestria are you doing in the stallion's restroom?!" He asked again with a huge blush.
"Jackpot! I knew you'd use the restroom at some point." Pipp said with a smile as she dragged the sheriff into the stall, locking the door in the process.
"What are you doing?" Hitch asked with a blush due to the uncomfortable situation.
"I can now... finally, have your member!" Pipp exclaimed as she bent down.
When Hitch noticed this, his cheeks flushed brightly red and he got petrified, he needed to get out of here before Pipp does something bad to him that would make the whole town despise him.
"Uh... No thank you!" Hitch said unlocking the stall room door and storming out of the stallion's restroom.
"Hitchy come back!" Pipp said chasing after him.
Once Hitch has finally ran out of the stallion restroom, he looked at the front doors of the sheriff's office and ran to them. When he got to them, he pushed the doors opened before taking a heavy breather.
"Why is this happening to me?" Hitch asked while breathing heavily. "I guess that answers why they've been behaving like that to me for three weeks!" He exclaimed with an indignant expression.
"You can't escape from me Hitchy!" Pipp exclaimed running towards him.
"Oh no!" Hitch said as he began to run away from the pursuing royal pegasus Pipp.
"Come on Hitchy, it won't hurt. You can become a royal too so, give me that member of yours!" Pipp said chasing after him.
"In your dreams Pipp!"
Hitch then made a right turn passing the movie theatre. He was very far ahead from the royal pegasus thanks to his great athletics ability. The sheriff then ran straight forward before entering an alleyway and hid behind a large trash bin.
"Where are you Hitchy?" Pipp asked looking around.
"Please don't come here, please don't come here." Hitch thought with beads of sweat forming on his forehead.
A brief second later, the sheriff heard the sounds of Pipp Petals running away from where he was.
"Phew, that was close." Hitch said with a relieved expression as he stood up from his hiding place. "I should hide in my office." He told himself.
After that, Hitch got out of his hiding spot and began to run out of the alleyway. But, just as he got out, he suddenly bumped into his friend Izzy Moonbow who was enjoying her strawberry ice cream. The accident also caused Izzy to hit the ice cream in her face.
"Hey! Who-"
Izzy stopped in her mid sentence when she saw her friend Hitch in front of her, looking at her with an edgy expression.
"Uh... sorry for ruining your ice cream Izzy." Hitch said in a frightened tone. He is scared that this would ruin his reputation as a sheriff "I'll make it up to you, I'll do anything that you want." He offered.
"Anything?" Izzy asked with a smirk.
"Yes." Hitch replied with a nod "I can give you pizza, offer you to watch movies free for two weeks! Give you free ice creams!" He offered.
However, Izzy was not interested in any of those things. Instead, she had something else that she wanted from the handsome sheriff. She then licked her lips and got into a stance.
"Give me your member!" She demanded.
The response made Hitch's eyes widen in fear, even Izzy wants him.
"Ahhhhhhhh!" Hitch screamed in fear as he turned around and began to run away from the unicorn.
"Come on Hitchy, just give me it!" Izzy said as she began to chase after the sheriff.
"Never!" Hitch yelled as he began to run away from the pursuing unicorn.
After running for approximately twenty seconds, Hitch has returned to the sheriff station and ran into it, closing the door in the process, luckily, Izzy was far behind from him so therefore, she would not know that he was here.
"*Huff* *huff* Can this day get any worse?" Hitch asked. Then, the sheriff heard the sound of Izzy looking for him just outside of the sheriff's office.
"Oh Hitchy, where are you?" Izzy asked while looking for him. Hitch needed to take a small breather to calm himself down.
"Calm down Hitch, she won't know that you're in here." He assured himself.
"Are you in the sheriff's station?"
"I spoke too soon." Hitch said with a fearful expression. Then, the sheriff began to run to the staircase that leads to the rooftop of his station right in time before the doors were opened. "Izzy will never be able to find me in the roof!" He told himself with a confident expression.
Thirty seconds later, Hitch was now on the rooftop of the sheriff's station. When he was up there, he began to breath in and out from the terrifying chase, calming himself down in the process.
"Don't worry Hitch, just calm down, Izzy will never find me up here."
"There you are!"
Hitch's eyes widened when he heard the familiar voice. He turned around to see his unicorn friend Izzy Moonbow standing by the door to the rooftop with a smirk. The sight has shocked him.
"H-how did you find me?"
"You left the staircase door opened duh." Izzy replied simply.
Hitch was shocked to hear that, he has completely forgotten to close the entrance of the staircase door before running up on it. He also should've locked it with the keys on his desk too.
"Oh, how can I be so dumb?"
"Now that we're here, let's get to our unfinished business Hitchy." Izzy said licking her lips as she began to approach the terrified sheriff.
"No thank you!" Hitch said as he ran forward and jumped off the roof which made Izzy traumatized.
"Hitch!" Izzy yelled with a fearful expression as she ran to the edge of the roof. She looked down to see if he was okay but, then a pegasus swooped upwards which made her fall on the ground. "Whoa!" She yelped.
Izzy looked above her to she her friend Zipp Storm hovering above her with Hitch in her hooves. Without saying a thing, the royal pegasus took off north east.
"Hey, give me back my Hitchy Zipp!" Izzy demanded with a pout.
At North East of the town, Zipp was seen carrying Hitch in her hooves while flying in the air, luckily, she spotted him in the nick of time before he falls to the ground which would be extremely excruciating for the stallion as he would receive a fracture and get sent to the hospital.
After flying for ten seconds, Zipp descended to the ground in an alleyway, putting Hitch down in the process.
"Here's your stop sheriff." Zipp said landing in front of him.
"Phew." Hitch said letting out a relieved exhale "Thanks for the save Zipp, I could've been in the hospital if it weren't for your rescue. Thanks a-"
Hitch immediately stopped in his sentence when he noticed Zipp slowly approaching him with a smirk on her muzzle, the sight has once again made the sheriff uncomfortable and he began to slowly back away from the approaching pegasus.
"Uh... what are you doing Zipp?"
"Now that we're alone Hitchy, nopony will be able to see our little session." Zipp said licking her lips "Besides, nopony would find us here." She added.
Hitch was now frightened by her response, even Zipp wants him. The sheriff was now desperately trying to find a way out of here but, Zipp was blocking the only way out of the alleyway. He needed to come up with a plan, luckily, he had one.
"Don't come any closer Zipp! I'll immediately throw you into jail!" Hitch warned her whole being intimidating as the best as he could.
"Ha! You think that would scare me Hitchy?" Zipp asked with a raise of her eyebrow "I'm the royal remember, therefore, my mother can bail me out." She told him, and Hitch's eyes widened from that veracious statement.
"Alright plan B, run!" Hitch yelled as he tried to run past her.
When Zipp noticed the sheriff's plan, she bent down and pounced at him hoping that she would be able to pin him to the floor but, Hitch ducked her attempt and she crashed into a wall. After that, the sheriff ran out of the alleyway.
"Darn it!" Zipp said as she quicky stood up on her hooves and began to run out of the alleyway. Once she was out, she began to look left and right for Hitch but, he was nowhere to be found.
"Grr, he won't be so lucky next time."
"Where is he?"
Zipp looked to her right and saw her little sister Pipp walking forward while looking left and right as if she was looking for somepony or something.
"What's wrong Pipp? Did you lost your phone again?" Zipp asked.
"No Zipp." Pipp replied with a shake of her head "I'm looking for Hitch, he and I have some unfinished business." She told her which got her surprised.
"Huh. I'm not the only one." Zipp thought with a surprised expression.
"Back of Pipp, he's mine." Izzy said walking up to her.
"Oh really? But I'm afraid that Hitch is booked with me." Pipp told her sternly.
"You too Izzy?" Zipp asked with a raise of her eyebrow.
"Yeah Zipp, we were going to have our little private business, I was so close too!" Izzy exclaimed indignantly.
"Me too!" Zipp told her "He has great agility and reflexes I must say." She added, and Izzy and Pipp just sighed in annoyance.
"Hey girls, what's up?"
When the three mares heard the familiar voice, they all looked to the source and saw their alicorn friend Sunny Starscout walking up towards them.
"Oh hey Sunny, how are you?"
"I'm good, thank you Izzy." Sunny replied with a nod "What were you three talking about?" She asked.
"Oh nothing, it's just that we're all trying to chase after Hitch for some small business!" Pipp Petals exclaimed with an irked expression, same goes for Izzy and Zipp.
Sunny was surprised to hear that it was not only Izzy, Zipp, and Pipp who are after Hitch, she herself has decided to go after the handsome sheriff too after she attended some other things like selling smoothies.
"Huh, looks like we're all on the same boat." Sunny said with a surprised expression.
"I guess you could say that." Izzy said with a nod "Just how are we going to get to that hunky stallion?" She asked.
"Don't worry you three, I've made a deal with a companion, and he has agreed to help us." Sunny told them which made them perplexed.
"Who is it?"
"You'll see."
In another area of Maretime Bay, an earth pony named Sprout was seen sweeping some leaves away with a broomstick, he has been cleaning for approximately an hour now, although he is a bit tired but, he is still happy that he is able to help the citizens after what happened months ago, the stallion was doing his best to redeem himself by helping the ponies with work as well as showing them kindness and integrity. Once he gets full approval of their friendship, he will go back to working as a deputy.
"Gosh there's a lot of leaves here. But, it won't be a problem for me." Sprout said with a smile.
"SPROUT!"
The stallion flinched from the loud screaming, he looked to his right and saw his friend Hitch running towards him with tears in his eyes. Once he got to his friend, he immediately embraced him in a hug.
"Hitch?"
"Sprout, you have to help me please!" Hitch begged "I can't take this anymore!" He exclaimed, but Sprout was perplexed.
"Take what?" He asked with a raise of his eyebrow "And can you stop crying, your the sheriff." He told him.
"Oh, right, um... sorry." Hitch said as he released Sprout from his hug and wiped away his tears.
"Alright, now start from the beginning buddy."
"Okay so, today I was going to file in some paperwork, and to cut to the chase, I'm now currently being chased down by three possibly four mares now!" Hitch exclaimed in fear.
"Mmm, lucky." Sprout mumbled with envy in his voice.
"How am I lucky?!" Hitch exclaimed shaking his body "I just want to be a great and responsible sheriff and protect the lives of our ponies, not to be chased down by four mares!" He finished.
"I guess that adventure of your caused this." Sprout said, and Hitch nodded in response.
"You have to help me!" Hitch begged.
"Mmm, what do I get?" Sprout asked, Hitch thought for a moment then decided.
"I can give you forty bit, how's that? I'll also let you have three weeks of free pizza." Hitch offered, and Sprout smiled pleasantly at it.
"You got yourself a deal pal." Sprout said with a smile.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome, now follow me." Sprout said as he dropped the broom on the floor. After that, he began to lead Hitch to somewhere safe for the sheriff.
Sprout was seen guiding Hitch to a safe place for hiding from the four pursuing mares Sunny Starscout, Izzy Moonbow, Zipp Storm, and Pipp Petals. During their trip, Sprout and Hitch did hide in alleyways in order to prevent being seen by those four mares as well as to check if the coast was clear from them which was a good strategy considering that the four mares sometimes do not look at their surroundings sometimes, in simple terms, they suck at the game of hide and seek. After a minute of running, Sprout has lead Hitch to the place where he will hide him from those four mares.
"Here we are Hitch." Sprout said. Hitch looked up and saw that he has lead him back to the sheriff's station.
"Why did you bring me back here Sprout?" Hitch asked din a bewildered tone "I thought you said that you're gonna bring me to a safe place." He told him.
"Don't ask questions." Sprout said as he pushed the sheriff into the opened doors, closing them behind him in the process.
Hitch decided to go with Sprout's plan of hiding in the sheriff's office even though he is a bit perplexed by his current behaviour. He looked around himself to see where to hide but then, he noticed something off about the station, that is, the jail cell door was opened.
"Sprout, why is the cell door op-"
Hitch wasn't able to finish his sentence when Sprout hit him in the back of his head with a baseball bat. The contact made the sheriff fall to the floor unconscious.
"Sorry my friend, I made a deal with somepony else earlier." Sprout said with an apologetic expression. After that, he grabbed his back hooves and began to drag him to the jail cell.
"Ugh... what happened?" Hitch moaned as consciousness began to return to him. At first, his visions were blurry but, when they worked again, the sheriff saw Sunny in front of him. "What the?! Sunny?!" Hitch exclaimed in fear but, he noticed that none of his hooves are moving.
"Huh?" Hitch asked as he looked down to see that his hooves were tied up in ropes.
"Rise and shine handsome." Sunny said with a smirk.
"What is the meaning of this?! How did you find me?!"
"Ask your friend." Sunny said, Hitch looked to where she was pointing and saw Sprout.
"Huh?! Sprout?!"
"Sorry Hitch."
"You betrayed me?!" Hitch exclaimed in a shocked tone "Wait until I get my hooves on you!" He exclaimed angrily.
"Anyways." Sunny said levitating a large bag containing one hundred bits as well as a one month free pass card on pizza "Thank you for doing business with me Sprout, here's the reward I promised you." She said giving him the bag.
"Thanks Sunny." Sprout said taking the bag. After that, he ran out of the jail cell and out of the sheriff's office, leaving Hitch shocked.
"He actually sold me out."
"Come on out you three."
Hitch was perplexed when he heard Sunny said 'you three'. Then, the sheriff got his answer when he saw Izzy, Zipp, and Pipp entering the jail cell with smirks on their muzzles which made him petrified.
"Hehehe, you're going to give us your member Hitchy." Sunny said.
"Yeah, and there is no way that you can stop us." Pipp said.
"No more escape for you this time Hitchy." Izzy said licking her lips.
After that, the four mares began to slowly approach the sheriff.
"Oh please let there be a miracle." Hitch begged in his mind.
Then, miraculously, the jail cell door was unlocked.
"Huh?" Sunny said as she and her friends all turned around to face the door to see a crab standing by the cell door glaring at them. The sight made Sunny, Izzy, Zipp, and Pipp laugh.
"Hahaha! What're you gonna do? Clamp our muzzles shut?" Zipp asked in an insulting tone.
Then, the four mares got their answers as hundreds of files were dropped onto their heads by two birds above them, burying them in the process.
"Oh, I'm saved!" Hitch said with a smile. Then, the crab climbed into the sheriff's chair and broke the ropes holding him with his claws. "Thank you all so much! I guess having critters by my side isn't a bad thing after all." He said with a smile.
After that, sheriff Hitch and his critters all ran out of the jail cell and out of the sheriff's station before the mares recovered.
Sunny Starscout was the first to burst out of the pile of files, helping her friends out in the process. She looked in front of her to see if Hitch was still in place but, all there was was an empty chair which gave Sunny an aggravated expression.
"Ugh darn it! He escaped again!" Sunny exclaimed in annoyance along with Izzy, Zipp, and Pipp.
