Sunny is out on a personal holiday but should be back by sundown, leaving Hitch in charge of keeping up relations with the other tribes; however, with unicorns and pegasi now also in Maretime Bay, hard crimes like Littering or Loitering at a near all time high, but suddenly something even worse starts happening. Theft, of strange objects not just on earth ponies, unicorn, and pegasi, but somepony or something is taking things even from the animals. Now it's up to Hitch to figure out what's going on. He should have it taken care of before lunch, right?
