Chapters The Great and Powerful... Stinky!?
It was a warm sunny morning in Ponyville, the sun was shining, foals were either playing or going to school and grown ponies were going to work or hanging with their friends. On the doorstep of a familiar purple wagon was a letter, the envolope changed colours slowly.
Inside Trixie had just woken up was was eating her breakfast, two pancakes with whipped cream on top, when she finished the last pancake on her plate she heard a knock so she opened the door. She was a little bit confused by the envelope on her doorstep but she took it inside anyway.
She closed the door behind her and the second she opened the envelope the head of Discord jumped out, she jumped back in fright and shouted “Discord!?”. The draconequus chuckled in response proudly.
“That’s me!” He booped Trixie on her nose making her angry, “The one and only... the great and powerful Dsicord!”. Trixie growled in response.
“That’s my title!” She shouted at him, Discord only laughed in response.
“Not for much longer” He said proudly, he smiled, ready for whatever he was going to say, “I challenge you to a bet!”.
“A bet? Trixie can take on any bet” She said like it was no big deal.
“If that’s right then I’ll meet you near the lake... in thirty minutes”.
“As if! We can agree that I am way much better”.
Discord laughed hard, “That’s not how you say Discord is better! See you in thirty minutes!”. Discord vanished, Trixie was angry and him trying to prove that he’s better.
“Trixie will prove that you’re wrong”. She cleaned up the aftermath of her breakfast, got into her outfit and walked out the door, if she was going to beat Discord of course she would wear her amazing clothes.

By the time she arrived she saw a stage that the draconequus summoned for them both. Discord was proudly sitting on the chair waiting for her to get on, she laughed when he saw her, “Wearing clown costumes are we?” He laughed hard as he threw a banana peel at her that she proceeded to slip over.
Trixie climbed onto stage, she approached Discord. He announced the plan on a microphone he summoned, “Welcpme mares and gentlecolts! Come and see Discord humiliate this pathetic unicorn!- Ahem” he snapped his fingers and the Main Six, Starlight, Spike, Celestia, Luna and the whole of Ponyville appeared in front of the stage.
“If Trixie can brace herself against all the chaos I’ll throw against her and not tell me to stop or yell at me, I promise I’ll go around saying she’s better than me and I’ll make her world famous... but if she loses” He started to laugh, “It’ll be a surprise since I’m not going to lose”.
“You are on!” Shouted Trixie.
She stood there ready for what was about to happen, after he snapped his fingers she looked up at a pink cloud. The second she looked at it it poured all of its chocolate contents on top of her, the audience laughed loudly. Trixie used her magic to put up a barrier to use like an umbrella but at the click of Discords’s fingers it vanished.
The chocolate cloud vanished and Trixie stood there dripping with chocolate, she zapped Discord with a spell but he put up a barrier that reflected it, Trixie dodged before it hit her. “Covered in chocolate are we?” Discord chuckled.
A hose appeared floating above Trixie, it started to spray her with water all over her body washing the chocolate away but the water was freezing cold, she shivered from the coldness but she wasn’t going to be defeated, she just needed to go through all the chaos without being defeated and she will win the bet.
Her whole body was all soaked up, her mane was flat and her clothes pressed against her body. Water dripped from her and onto the floor. “Given up yet?” Discord asked.
“Only in your dreams” Trixie growled, “You will not defeat me!”.
“Your wish is my command” He said as he summoned two claw-like hands that grabbed the back legs of Trixie. “This is the main attraction, enjoy the ride!”
Trixie nervously gulped at what was going to happen.

The hands started to spin her around and around in circles making her dizzy, her stomach hurt and she wanted a break but knew if she told him to stop then she’d lose. She held it in as the spinning got faster and faster until it let go and she went flying into a trampoline that was floating sideways.
She bounced back into another trampoline and repeated until she went up into the clouds. Trixie kept her mouth shut, she dared to not scream or even make a peep. Then she started falling back to the earth, she let herself fall hoping a pegasus would save her.
But nope! Trixie landed on top of a flying pig! She held on for dear life as it did loop-de-loops, she started to get sick in the stomach again. The flying pig went way up high in the sky and dive-bombed, she heard Discord’s voice call out, “I promise I’ll let you scream”, then she started to scream.
The pig opened it’s wings just before hitting the ground but then it vanished dropping Trixie in a puddle of mud. She got up and looked around for what was next. “Had enough?” Discord asked, Trixie laughed in response.
“Do your worst” She challenged, Discord grinned proudly.
“Of course”.

A dark vine with sharp white thorns wrapped itself around Trixie, even through the thorns looked as sharp as razors they were only as soft as a fluffy ball of fur. She watched as the vine tightly wrapped itself tightly, it hurt a bit but she stayed quiet about it.
It turned her upside down and started to shake her, then it slammed her face-first into the puddle of mud then back onto the stage. It vanished and a herd of angry wild pig appeared on the stage, they all trampled onto Trixie and stamped on her.
The audience laughed and clapped for Discord who did a bow in response, “Thank you, it’s my pleasure”.
The flying pigs vanished and Trixie got up looking very tired and weak. Her mane was mattered, hat was missing and cape was torn, had mud splotches and dripping with water. “If you know better you’d give up” Discord stated. Discord grabbed Trixie by the collar of her cape and threw her to the ground, Trixie did not react, she tried to get up.
She laid there on her belly, she didn’t noticed the large heavy slate of rock above her, it was bigger than discord or any of the princesses. When it landed onto Trixie’s back she let out the most painful scream Ponyville would have heard if the audience was still there. The slate was so heavy that she could not move any part of her body, she even could have sworn that she heard some cracks from her bones when it landed.
It hurt Trixie so hard she could barely focus, she could feel it crushing her. “I guess this is the end of our show” Discord said with a clap. Trixie smiled beyond the massive, fatal pain she was feeling.
“Well I won! I didn’t tell you to stop or yell at you” Trixie would have giggled if the slate wasn’t so heavy, it hurt worse to talk. Discord chuckled proudly. He put his foot on her head like a hunter or a knight that killed a creature they were destinated to kill.
“No you didn’t, I lied! I just wanted you to experience my powers before I did this!” He crackled as he grabbed a potion, he opened Trixie’s mouth and poured the liquid in and forced it down her throat, it tasted bitter. It burned her throat, she wanted to cough but couldn’t as Discord held her muzzle shut.
Tears came from her eyes, her vision started to get blurry and her head started to get woozy. She slowly put her head down and Discord stroked her mane while chuckling. Trixie closed her eyes and soon everything went black, she couldn’t feel anything, not even pain.
The last thing she heard at that time was, “Don’t mess with the Great and Powerful Discord”.
The Great and Powerful... Stinky!?
Trixie opened her eyes, she was on the grass near the lake. The slate of rock, stage or anything from the show for that matter, were all gone! She looked around and noticed that her hat was back on her head, the damages and mess made to clothes and body were all gone.
“Was that all a dream?” She asked herself as she got up, she didn’t feel any pain at all. Trixie shrugged still a bit confused but something felt different, she walked to the lake and looked at her reflection, well until a fish slapped her hooves. She was nervous but she decided to go to Ponyville, maybe Starlight could help.
It was a sunny day so most ponies were out doing whatever. As she walked through she saw Pinkie Pie pronk last, she stopped and waved at Trixie, “Heya Stinky!” She cheered out.
Trixie looked at Pinkie a bit disgusted, she looked around making sure she wasn’t talking to somepony else, the gestured to herself with her hoof, “Me?” She asked. Pinkie Pie was already gone, she was confused but shrugged it off assuming Pinkie was talking to somepony or something else, or just being random.

Rarity was the next pony she walked past, she saw her with a bag full of ribbon, She looked at Trixie, “Stinky, darling, isn’t it a marvellous day?” She asked politely. Trixie gasped in shock and looked around once again.
“Who are you talking to?” She asked Rarity who only looked at her confused.
“Why?, you of course, darling, who else in Ponyville has the name of Stinky?” She questioned. Trixie angrily scoffed and walked away she made sure to have a talk to her later, no one calls Trixie such a mean name like that.
Applejack spotted Trixie and waved to her from her stall, “Howdy Stinky, would you like ta’ buy some apples?” She asked with a smile. Trixie growled angrily and walked along, ignoring the pony that just called her stinky.
Trixie stopped for a minute once out of Applejack’s sight, she smelt her mane and clothes to see if she smelt, she didn’t wish was a relief but only rose more questions.
Two pegasi walked along the paths chatting, “Thankyou for helping me find that baby owl” Fluttershy thanked, Rainbow Dash was a bit bashful about it.
“It was nothin’ you can always ask me for help when there’s a runaway”. Both pegasi looked at Trixie who seemed to be pretty grumpy about something, of course Fluttershy would see what was wrong.
“Uh... Stinky, are you-“ Fluttershy managed to say before Trixie ran away angrily, she ran towards Twilight’s castle.

Starlight was sitting in the library reading a book, she wasn’t studying she was just reading a fun book. Then the doors suddenly slammed open and Trixie looked desperate, she shouted out loud, “The great and powerful Stinky nee-“ Trixie froze in shock, why did she say that?”.
“Oh hey, Stinky, haven’t seen you all morning” Starlight smiled happily.
“You as well?” Trixie asked, defeated.
“What’s the matter, Stinky?” Asked Starlight.
“Stop calling Stinky that! The great and powerful Stinky doesn’t like it! My name is Stinky!” Trixie shrieked only to get a confused response from her friend, Trixie sat down in defeat it took her a while to realise that she couldn’t say her own name, it’ll all be replaced by that smelly word “Stinky...” She muttered.
She started to think, she needed a way to tell Starlight that it was a curse, it started to make sense! The potion she was forced to drink, it must’ve done something to stop her from saying ‘Trixie’ when she did it would turn into ‘Stinky’, she tried to think of what to say. “Stinky- I have been cursed and need your help!”.
“What? By what? Tell me as much you know” Starlight replied with concern.
“I... Discord gave me this potion a while ago and I’ve never been able to say my name! My name is not Stinky! It’s-“ Trixie started to wave her hoof around to write her name in thin air, “That!”.
Starlight cocked her head in confusion, “What?” She asked.
Trixie groaned in annoyance, she knew she couldn’t say it but maybe she could spell it out, “T, R, I, X, I, E...” She smiled in response but Starlight looked at her confused.
“S, T, I, N, K, Y? But that spells-“.
“The curse won’t let me say it!” Growled Trixie who grabbed a ink quil and a piece of paper, she started to write her name but the second she finished the ‘E’ the whole word vanished and was replaced by ‘Stinky’. Trixie angrily crumbled up the paper and stomped on it. “You know what... just call me-“, Trixie was about to say her last name but was smart enough to check it first.
She uncrumbled the paper and started to write “Lulamoon” on it expecting for it to change, she smiled happily when it didn’t, “Call me Lulamoon” She told Starlight.
“So by your last name?” She asked, Trixie nodded in response. Starlight got off the chair and put her hoof on Trixie reassuringly, “Don’t worry, we will break this curse! Even through I don’t know or remember your actual name I can tell by your reactions that’s it’s not Stinky!”.
“Maybe you can trick the curse, maybe there are words that sound like your name when they are together” Starlight replied.
Trixie nodded in agreement, “Trick” She started, she smiled when it worked, “C” she finished, she smiled happily, she found a way to say her name.
“Hmmm” Starlight thought, “To me that sounded like Stink... E”, She watched Trixie’s face drop. “I guess you tried to say a word and a letter that sounds like your name... I assume you can’t tell me the first letter...” Starlight started to ponder.
Starlight tried to get some ideas, “I got it!” She exclaimed, she grabbed a book of newborn foal names and passed it to her friend, Trixie flipped through the book in search of her name “Try to point it out”.
“It’s not here!” Trixie exclaimed when she saw a blank space where her name would be, she groaned in defeat but Starlight tried to lift her spirits.
“Maybe... there’s a name similar to it?” She tried, it resulted in Trixie gasping happily. She flipped through a few pages until she pointed at a name, “Here!” She exclaimed.
“Beatrix?” Starlight asked, “What name is that similar to?” She wondered. Trixie gave her an unamused face, she growled slightly the longer it took her friend. “Beatrice? Beetroot? Astrix? Astrid? Bean? Bea? Beau? Wait that’s a colt’s name... um... Beat? Maybe your name has something to do with music?”.
“No...” Trixie groaned as she put a hoof to her forhead, she put her hoof on the paper and covered the ‘Bea’ leaving the ‘trix’.
“Trix? Isn’t that a type of cereal? I thought we were looking for your name, I didn’t know you were hungry” Starlight replied.
Trixie yelled annoyed, “That is my name! If you add an I and an e on the end!”.
“Ietrix?” Starlight asked.
Trixie fell to the ground on frustration, “No, No Nooo!”.

The End
Trixie basically gave up, “Just call me Blue” she mumbled, at least ‘Blue’ was better than ‘Stinky’.
“Alright, Blue! Let’s go to Zecora, she might be able to help” Trixie smiled in response, she got up and walked outside with Starlight.
“Breaking news!” Discord’s voice boomed, “A wanted criminal with a huge bounty is in Ponyville! Do not engage! Please run away on sight and she won’t hurt you! This is a job for the Princesses and the guards, they’ll be here soon, I repeat! Do not engage! The guards have been preparing and practicing for this moment, they studied her tactics and there’s still not a fifty percent chance of capture!”.
“That voice sounds like Discord...” Trixie commented.
“What!?” Starlight shrieked, “That sounds nothing like him!”.
Ponies all throughout Ponyville screamed and ran into any building they could find, they locked their doors. Discord’s voice continued, “Keep an eye out for a blue unicorn with purple eyes and wears purple, her name is Stinky Lulamoon”.
“What!” Shrieked Trixie and Starlight at the same time.
“She is guilty for trying to burn down entire towns on multiple occasions, she tried to kill the princesses multiple times, she stole ancient artefacts and sold them for money, she lies about her name, it is, always was and always will be Stinky! She had also had a record of killing animals on farms such as chickens and pigs... she knows multiple instant kill spells, she’s more likely to use them on foals”.
Starlight stepped back with a scared expression, “You lied to me!” She teleported into the castle locking every window and door and blocking access in any other way.
“No! None of this is true!” Cried Trixie.
Ponyville was empty, she saw a mouse that screamed in fright and ran away. She sat there and started to cry, “Why Discord, what’d I ever do?”. A rain cloud suddenly appeared above her and rained on her, it was the only rain cloud around. Soon enough her mane was all flat, her hat and cape collar were all droopy as she sat there in the pouring rain.
Her life was basically over, everypony hated her, she walked to her wagon and buckled it to herself to pull it, she didn’t know what to do. The rain cloud also followed her, staying above her at all times. Trixie walked deep into the Everfree Forest not really knowing what she was going to do.

When she felt she was deep enough she went into a dark cave, the cloud vanished but she sat on the cold, dark rocky ground, she heard Discord chuckles. “Well well well, what have you learnt today? Maybe not miss my warnings and argue with the Great and powerful Discord?” He chuckled has he appeared and put his foot on Trixie’s head forcing it to the ground, “What if I told you that today was an illusion? You didn’t interact with any real ponies, just my illusions”.
Discord pressed his foot harder on his victim’s head, “I’m always better, I’ll always be stronger... I can just kill you right now, you hear?, right now...” She grumbled. He summoned a sword and pointed it down at Trixie, “Any last words? Oh wait, you can’t” he crackled.
Her aimed for her neck, Trixie looked up at him with puppy dog eyes but it was hopeless, he changed is mind and kicked her side as hard as he could making her squeal and roll on her back, he put his foot down on her tummy and aimed to her heart.
“D-Discord...” Trixie coughed, “Why?”. Discord didn’t say a thing, he only placed the tip right where her heart was causing her to squeal, “Please don’t!” She tried using her magic and hooves to kick him away but it was no use, Discord summoned chains and shackles that kept her legs down and her horn unusable.
“Give me a reason why I shouldn’t kill you” Discord snarled.
Trixie felt herself sweat and tears come from her eyes, she could only watch the sword push against her, it pushed a little harder drawing some blood. “No!, please...” she begged, “The great and powerful Trixie-“
He suddenly stabbed Trixie right in the heart killing her instantly, the shackles and chains all vanished away. Blood came out from the wound but Discord made it stop with his magic.
“No one competes with Discord...” he grumbled as his sword vanished, he picked up the corpse and put it in her hammock in her wagon and left.
No one ever found Trixie or her wagon, they never even found out the truth, to them all she just disappeared suddenly. Discord said he didn’t know what happened to her and they all believed him, the vanishment of Trixie was a huge mystery that haunted everyone for years yet to come
