Chapters Author's Note
This is the first story I'm writing so it may not be the best thing ever but I hope you enjoy it anyways. This one is a bit short but I plan to make more chapters hopefully longer.
Chapter 1
A bat emerged from underneath a mud puddle, which laid under it a hidden portal to Equestria. But too small for a pony to fit through. The bat was hideous , with it's strange, long leaf like ears, to it's abnormal, deformed face.
It wiped the mud off of it's matted fur and thin wings, then taking off into the night of this new world. It was starving and desperate for some sort of food, whether it was fruit, or a pony.
The revolting bat flew for a while before reaching a city, but something was off. These weren't ponies, they were oddly shaped and only on their 2 back hooves. Although the bat didn't care, it was hungry and needed food, no matter what creatures inhabited this world.
The bat knew it couldn't strike in the open, or it may get caught. So it flew a little longer until it reached an apartment building with a window opened. The bat saw the opportunity and went for it. It swooped in through the window only to be met with a dark, empty living room and kitchen.
Annoyed, the bat flew out the window again quickly. It didn't take it long to notice another apartment with it's window open a few blocks over from the previous one. It repeated it's former action and swooped through the window. The bat saw a girl with golden skin, teal eyes and red hair with blonde streaks in it, she was wearing headphones and playing a video game. The girl was visibly annoyed as she was losing in her game. The bat took it's chance and without the girl hearing due to her headphones dived down to her neck, it quickly dug it's fangs into her tender skin, draining the blood. The girl quickly yelped, jumping up and pulling the bat away from her neck now hanging it upside down. "God, what an ugly creature." The girl said, running towards the door and throwing the bat out quickly closing it again along with the window.
"What the hell was that? I should probably clean this." The girl said walking to the kitchen holding her neck in slight pain.
She grabbed a cloth and soaked it with cold water, pressing it against her neck with a slight draw in of air through her teeth. The stinging only lasted a second and she relaxed again. She took the cloth away from her skin and threw it in the bin. I wasn't much worth keeping if it had blood on it.
"Geez. That kinda made me feel a bit tired." She spoke just before a yawn, her eyelids lowering over her cyan eyes. The girl went to turn the TV and gaming console off and headed into her room.
The girl laid down on the bed after getting changed into pyjamas. She closed her eyes and swiftly fell asleep.

I let out a yawn sitting up in my bed. Rubbing my eyes, suddenly an overwhelming pain in my head started. I groaned also feeling overly warm. I got up and headed for the kitchen, I grabbed a glass of water but it did nothing for my sudden undying thirst.
I brushed all of this off and checked my phone, "Holy shit! I'm gonna be late if I don't hurry!" I exclaimed in a panic, rushing to get ready. I threw on something similar to my usual outfits, grabbed my bags and helmet then running downstairs to my beloved motorbike after locking her door behind me of course.
I positioned my bags in a way they wouldn't fall off, adjusted the helmet and started the motorbike before speeding off towards school. My head was still throbbing with pain and I was still overheated but I continued to ignore it, mainly focusing on getting to school on time.

"Look who it is, almost though you weren't gonna show." Rainbow said drawing the other 5 girls attention to me, Sunset Shimmer, the idiot who had just barely gotten into school on time. "Oh Darling, are you alright you look quite pale?" Rarity questioned with a look of concern. "Yeah I'm fine, just still a little tired." I gave a small yawn again and the girls proceeded to their classes.
My first class included none of my friends, just a few familiar faces but only really acquaintances, not exactly friends. The throbbing headache never seemed to really go away either, neither did that undying thirst I had despite drinking multiple times throughout the day.

Lunch time had finally rolled around after my dreadful day of headaches and tiredness.
I made her way to the cafeteria greeting my friends as she got there. "Are you not having anything Sunset?" Asked a familiar voice, belonging to none other than Twilight. "Oh yeah, I'm not really all that hungry." I leaned back into her seat a bit. "Well you should eat something soon at least a small something." Twilight said before moving on with her own food while the others continued to talk. Twilight. She was one of my best friends, but I had always felt closer to her than the others, or maybe it was something more than friendship? No, no, that couldn't be it, they were just really close. Besides was Twilight even into girls like that, I know I am for sure but I don't know about her.
I just couldn't help but steal glances at Twilight throughout our time during lunch. I had always sort of felt a bit of an attraction to Twilight. But it seemed stronger now, there was more of a longing for her touch, for her... I quickly cut my thoughts off with a clear blush evident on my face.
I had hopped nobody had noticed but of course, Rainbow had started snickering and looking in my direction specifically. "Pfft, maybe you aren't hungry for food because your hungry for Twilight instead." Rainbow teased her laughing escalating slightly. "I- You know that isn't true stop turning everything weird Dash." My previous shade of blush grew darker and she took a glance at Twilight who had an equally as red face. She's probably just embarrassed, anyone would be in this situation.
"Oh Darling, leave poor Sunset alone, I'm sure that's not the case." Rarity spoke. The table was awkward for a bit with the tired looks of Rainbow's teasing yet again. Soon enough everyone carried on with their own conversations and forgetting about the incident that had just transpired.

After the exhausting day at school, I finally arrived back in my apartment. It was moderately clean just a few bits and bobs out of place.
I walked over to the sink, my need for sleep never really leaving me throughout the day. I poured a quick glass of water and drank it. But still it did nothing for my damn thirst.
However I just ignored it again fleeing to my room. I swiftly got changed into a fresh pair of pyjamas throwing my ones from the previous night into the washing basket settled beside my door.
I flopped herself onto the bed curling up under the blankets.
I felt the immense pain in my head again, although it was worse now. My vision went blurry for a moment and I had swiftly fell asleep.
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. I sat in my cabin, my phone buzzing with most likely concerned texts from my friends, I hoped at least. Multiple texts coming through within seconds of my first, yet I was so scared to look, anxiety flew through me as I couldn't pick up the phone.
Probably less than a minute later I heard footsteps outside my door followed by concerned voices that could clearly be made out as the all to familiar voices of my beloved friends, Pinkie Pie's being the loudest as always.
Their voices relaxed me slightly till I realised I'd have to explain. Knocks could be heard, right I forgot to unlock the door, so stupid. I paused for a second before slowly advancing to the door.
The click of the door unlocking rang through my ears, and apparently everyone else’s as it went silent outside. That sort of made me feel worse.
I gently slid the door open to see all 6 of my friends. We stood in silence for a moment, it was only a few seconds but it felt much longer, I finally spoke. “Well you guys should come in so we can talk about this.”
As I spoke I moved out of the way to allow them through, they did so quickly.
"So uh, care to explain what yer text was about?" AppleJack asked the curiosity and confusion evident in her voice. I took in a deep breath as all eyes fell on me. "Try not to laugh, but I think. I think I've been turned into a vampire?" It was silent for a moment before RainbowDash burst out in a fit of laughter. I felt heat rise to my cheeks, "I-it's not funny Rainbow!" I tried to hide my embarrassment but to no avail. RainbowDash finally calmed down after her laughing fit. "RainbowDash I'm sure Sunset has a perfectly good explanation for her, uhh... strange conspiracy." Geez Twilight that's one way to tell me you don't believe me either. "Yeah I do, just let me explain. I've been this weird thirst, but whenever I try to drink water it does absolutely nothing for it. I can't eat at all, I'm never hungry and even the thought of eating sickens me. And last night I went to bed normally but I woke up on the couch, which I don't remember going to during the night at all."
Barely even a second had passed before the TV we were supplied with in the room started to play on the news, I don't even remember turning that on. Oh there it is, Pinkie had turned it on, I suppose she got bored or something. But when I took a second to listen to what was happening on the screen what I heard made my blood run ice cold. "A man has been found in an alleyway passed out, he has shown to have lost a lot of blood from his neck. Apparently it looks as if he was bitten by a vampire that you would see in movies." An image of the wound on his neck was shown. Damn it really did look like he'd been bitten by a vampire from the movies. Wait... did I... did I do that? It would make perfect sense. That unusual thirst I couldn't satisfy, waking up on the couch, the thirst gone. But if I did, that would mean everyone else here is in danger, my friends were in danger. Because of me .
"Sunset, darling? Are you alright?" This was probably the most concerned Rarity ever sounded to her. "Umm, I think that I. I think I did that." My words were met with expressions of horror and fear. "Pfft, you'd never do that, your way too good of a person." Rainbow put her arm around my neck as she spoke. "But look at it, it makes perfectly good sense. From everything you heard there to what I already told you all. It adds up."
The silence ran through the room again. "Wait I have an idea. That totally makes sense once you put it together and right now you're probably worried about us and the people on the ship. So why don't we ask the captain if we can have one of the multi person suites and we all stay with you so you can't do anything?" God how did Pinkie always know everything, guess it's that Pinkie sense she called it or something?
Thoughts of agreement rang through the room. "All right I'll go ask, don't have too much fun without me!" Pinkie exclaimed running out the door and down the hall. "How does that girl always know what we're feeling?" AppleJack almost looked like she was questioning her whole life. "Didn't she call it Pinkie sense or something? Best not to worry about it, it's Pinkie after all." I ended my sentence with a slight laughing most of the others joining in with me.
It was not long before Pinkie came back. She explained to us we were allowed to occupy the room for a bit as long as we didn't let anyone know we didn't pay for it. Hey it works for me.
We'd already grabbed our belongings and each moved into the suite, there were 3 bedrooms so naturally we had grouped 2 people into each room. AppleJack was with Rarity, FlutterShy with RainbowDash, Pinkie just decided herself that she would sleep on the couch... wait that just left... ME AND TWILIGHT?! My heartbeat's pace quickened up as so did my breathing. I calmed myself down before anyone noticed. Thankfully no one did.
We had mostly been messing around in the room before, it was quite dark as of now though. "Hey I'm gonna go head outside for a moment. I'll just be outside the hall no further." I explained, I could see that they were all hesitant to but decided to let me go on.
I stepped outside making my way to the end of the hall, as I reached the door my head began to erupt into excruciating pain, that horrible thirst came back, I began to feel dizzy just before my vision went out.
From Twilight's Point Of View
"Hey guys. Not to alarm anyone after we just heard from Sunset, but she's been gone for a bit, maybe we should go check on her." After my suggestion the room went quiet, panicked expressions arose before quickly turning to determined ones as they went out to search for their friend.
We'd all began to move out to see, in a group just in case Sunset was right about the vampire thing. All of us but Fluttershy and RainbowDash went, they stayed just for the case if she came back and nobody was there.
Once we got to the place she swore to be we were all horrified to find her nowhere around. "Alright nobody panic just yet. We need to split up and find her. Rarity ye'r with meh, Pinkie you go with Twilight. If you find her immediately send us a message in the groupchat. I'll send one now to let Dash and FlutterShy know." AppleJack spoke so quickly as we all sprung in to action running opposite directions in our groups.
Me and Pinkie had headed towards the large main hall of the ship and cafeteria on the opposite side. "Alrighty I'll check the cafeteria you check the hall. And no it's not just for the leftover treats probably in there." I rolled my eyes, it was totally for the goods probably left in there. I agreed anyways heading in the heavy doors. If I was to be honest I didn't exactly believe this whole vampire thing.
The hall was dark and empty, just a large open space with a stage, probably for performing, I mean what else would it be for? I felt a shiver run up my spine, it was certainly cold in here. But that wasn't what made me shiver, but I can't exactly put my finger on what it truly was that caused it.
I wondered up to the stage checking around as much I could see in the dark anyways. I began to take my phone out of my pocket to turn the flash on but before I could I froze. A villainous giggle was heard from behind me. But I turned around to see no one. I had turned around to be pushed against the wall beside me by a black figure I couldn't exactly make out. It was quick but surprisingly gentle. The figure reached for my pocket. Once they had a grasp of my phone they said, "Now we wouldn't want anyone finding us would we?" That voice... it was Sunset's, but I wasn't that sure. The figures voice sounded a lot more like a hint of seduction was in it. But when the figure gently threw my phone to the ground it lit up, confirming my suspicion.
Sunset Shimmer stood before me, her yellow and red streaked hair a complete mess, her eyes from their normal teal to a shade of crimson. And long sharp fangs replacing where her two normal teeth would have been. And even worse, I was completely helpless to what'd she'd do, pinned against the stage wall completely at her mercy. Or was that even better?

Uhh hey it's been a hot minute hasn't it?
The other chapters were pretty short so I definitely had to make this one longer. And we finally got the good SunLight content in.
Well more of a tease on SunLight, you'll just have to wait for that.
What were your thoughts on this one? And if you have any suggestions let me know I'm always open to those. Also if you've read before chapters you'll notice I changed it to 1st person, I just discovered I find it easier to write like that.
Twilight Sparkle
“You know your really pretty Twilight.~” There she goes with that seductive voice again, if I had to be honest it almost... drew me in even more. Her hand stopped just below my neck, “Now just stay still and be quiet, this shouldn’t hurt too much.”
My eyes went wide as she positioned her head down to my neck. I began to panic as my heart rate and breathing increased.
Suddenly we heard a large slam at the door leading directly to the stage. We both paused and look over to the source of the sound. It was Pinkie Pie. “Back vampire!” She shouted as she grabbed... wait was that an onion? Wait no it was garlic, she threw it directly for Sunset. It hit her right in the eye, “Oh for fucks sake Pinkie!” She screamed as she brought her hand up to her eye, allowing me a way out.
While she was occupied with that I made a dash for PinkiePie running behind her with her bowl full of garlic. I heard running footsteps in the hall heading straight for the stage door. Both me and Pinkie turned our backs to Sunset to peak out the door. There was AppleJack, Rarity, RainbowDash and FlutterShy. “Oh thank God your here!” I practically was jumping with joy at their presence. “Alright where is she?!” AppleJack came to a stop just inside the door looking around.
“What do you mean she’s right there.” I pointed over to where Sunset was. “Or not.” Maybe rather where Sunset used to be. The lights were still unlit causing it to be quite dark around, so if Sunset is still here we wouldn’t be able to see her if she was far enough away.
“Well she was right there before.” Pinkie started to laugh, “Yeah she was there right before I came in and threw this garlic at her then I don’t even know where she went.”
“I think we can say she’s still in here, those are mighty heavy doors over there, it would have made some noise, plus you guys are at the only other door.” I was unconsciously making loads of hand gestures, it was probably from my state of panic.
“Alright then all of you take a flashlight and we’ll split up to go look for her.” AppleJack presented us a bag filled with Flashlights and little devices that would set off an alarm. Rarity picked one of them up, “And these are for if you find her, just set the alarm off and we’ll all come running to help you.”
It almost sounded more like we were about to try and catch a wild animal that had gotten loose rather than trying to save our friend.
We’d all split up into the same groups as before, but Pinkie being Pinkie I lost her pretty quickly. I was currently looking under the stage, Pinkie had handed me a piece of garlic, I highly doubt it would do anything, but taking it was easier than arguing with her.
Sunset Shimmer
I sat quietly below the stage hiding behind some old furniture props, why did those idiots have to go checking? I couldn’t even get a taste of Twilight. My line of thought was interrupted as I heard footsteps. I expected it to take a little longer considering how surprisingly large this stage was despite it being on a boat.
I peaked my head out slightly to get a look at who was in here. It was Twilight. Her large glasses, her hair slightly out of place and mangled since our last encounter. I smirked to myself before it dropped, that was way to quick, surely it deserves to be longer. And now’s the chance.
I used that RainbowDash like speed I’d been gifted with this vampire ness. I quickly jumped out and grabbed her. I kept a hand around her mouth ensuring she wouldn’t start screaming... yet at least.
“Well, well, well. Here we are again Twi.~” I kept that teasing seduction in my voice. I couldn’t help it really, it just came naturally. Twilight’s eyes went wide as the reality of what was happening... again... came to her.
She wriggled around in my grip to no avail. I was much stronger then her even before being a vampire. She didn’t stand a chance against me. “Shh, it’s alright Twi, I’m not gonna hurt you. Anymore than I have to.” My attempt to calm her down was in vain, this only made her panic more. But even that was satisfying to me. I slid down to the floor, obviously taking her with me, she sat between my legs as she mostly seized her struggle. Apart from the small attempts every now and then. "You know I think we should continue what we were at before. Don't you?" At my words she began to panic again. I ignored it and positioned my head down at her neck. My fangs already unsheathed dug into her skin as I began to suck her blood out of the open wound. It was like I'd imagined, sweet and as delicious as ever, but it was even better. At this she made an attempt to scream. I stopped for a moment a feeling of guilt overcoming me. Was this really that painful she was attempting to scream. Maybe I should stop if it's this bad.
No. This was what I've been waiting for, for so long. I couldn't stop now. I needed this. Before taking anymore blood my hands moved to her chest fondling with it. This earned a gasp from her, I began to unbutton her shirt, I managed to unbutton just one until my hands began to move further down as I began to drink her blood again.
Just as I'd begun to continue draining her blood a horrible noise rung through my ears. A loud alarm started to go off. I let out a shriek and covered my ears as I got up. The alarm stopped as I sighed in relief, but just as I did a new problem arose. All 6 of them stared at me, I slowly took my arms down as I glared back at them with my crimson eyes.
I started to feel it again, that pounding pain in my head accompanied by dizziness. I felt my fangs retract as my vision went blurry and I collapsed.
"I- I'm sorry..."
Twilight Sparkle
Sunset fell to the ground, just a moment before she was appearing to be way out of it, her quite noticeable fangs returning to normal teeth, her eyes returning to their usual teal colour. She managed to get out very few words before she collapsed, passed out. "I- I'm sorry." That was the only thing she said.
"W-What happened t-there Twilight?" Fluttershy barely managed to get out, clearly shaken up from the incident moments before. "Well umm.. I was just looking in around here for her, but as I was searching I was just suddenly swept away, I didn't even see her move. We were behind some furniture props. She slid down leaning me against her, my mouth fully covered. Sunset did the same thing before. She moved her head down to my neck, only this time she succeeded. She buried her fangs into my neck, saying it hurt would be an understatement. It was horrible but I just can't describe it. And then she did this other thing I'd prefer not to mention specifically, but then she went somewhere else with it and in my panicked state I reached over and set off the alarm." I started to fix the button she had undone as a blush arose to my face.
"Wait, wait, wait. Do you mean to us Shimmer drank your blood and then you fucked?" Pretty sure it's obvious who asked such a question. "What!? No! Just... she might have if I didn't set off that device." A shiver ran up my spine as the room fell silent.
"Maybe we should move on from this for now and take poor Sunset somewhere safe?" Rarity was right we had to go and do something before she woke up. I think she's back to her human state. If she weren't I don't exactly think she would have apologised before fainting. But we couldn't be sure.
Author's Note
This is becoming so enjoyable to write. But I do hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did writing it.
Also I am gonna try to keep updates a little more closer together, maybe try not to up and leave for a month before coming out with another chapter again.
Sunset Shimmer
I awoke from my sleep, I was in bed. That’s strange, I don’t remember going to bed I remember going outside and-
It hit me.
What the fuck is wrong with me? What brought me to do that last night? Will Twilight forgive me for that? Oh no, I need to find a way to fix this. Now.
I scrambled around my bags searching for it, Oh Celestia where is it? Wait, oh yes there it is! My journal I used to message Princess Twilight.
Dear Princess Twilight,
We’ve run into some more Equestrian magic you’ll be glad to hear. I think one of the bats form Equestria got over here. It bit me and I am now a vampire. All 7 of us are in a ship in the middle of nowhere right now. But it should be back by late tomorrow. If you have any way and idea on how to fix it please write back as soon as possible and we can arrange to meet up.
Your Friend, Sunset Shimmer
I let out a relieved sigh as I quickly scribbled my message down. Oh right, I should probably go apologise for last night, it was incredibly wrong of me.
I hesitantly got up to my feet and headed out to the main area. Oh right we had that shared room thing. Explains the other bed in there.
As I left the room all eyes were turned to me, that definitely made me feel so much better I could practically jump with joy-
I decided to push the nerves down and I began to open my mouth, “About last night. I am so sorry. I don’t want to make excuses for myself, what I did was horribly wrong and reckless of me. But I couldn’t seem to control it. I am especially sorry to you Twilight, that was terrible of me to do to you.” I looked away in shame unable to look any of them in the eye. The room remained silent for a few moments, which more felt like hours or even days.
AppleJack sighed heavily, “I can’t speak for everyone but I forgive you Sunset. I know if you could have controlled yourself there, there’s no way you would have done something like that.” Words of agreement sprung throughout the room. Except for Twilight, but I understood. I understood even if she didn’t want to see me again. I wonder if I would have gone through with it if she didn’t set off that little alarm thing or whatever it was. I really hope I wouldn’t have but I just... don’t know.
Sunset Shimmer
It was approaching dark now again. I checked my journal one last time to look for anything from Twilight. Still nothing.
We hadn’t done much today just talked a bit, played a few games and watched TV for a bit. But I there was something I’d need to ask them all, for everyone’s safety.
“Hey guys it’s approaching dark right now. And I don’t know how much longer I’ll stay myself, so can one of you tie me up so I won’t be able to do anything.” Everyone was exchanging glances with each other. Apart from RainbowDash, “Ooo~ kinky. You want a ball gag with it to?” She erupted into laughter falling back and gripping her stomach. Of course, I should have seen that coming, I face palmed and decided to ignore it, so did everyone else apart from Pinkie Pie who shared laughter with Rainbow Dash.
“Both of you grow up, this seems like the safest option as of right now.” Rarity, the voice of reason here. But that only fuelled their laughter. “Rarity’s right, it’s for the best.” Twilight interrupted. The two idiots exchanged glances again and laughed. “Yeah I’m sure you’d just like to see Sunset like that for yourself.” Dash barley got the sentence out between laughs.
A large red rose up to Twilight’s face as she crossed her arms and looked away from the two. I hadn’t even noticed but it was also on mine. “Let’s just do this, I have rope in my room.” AppleJack fled to her room, returning seconds later with rope. “Could I just be one of the rooms alone when we’ve done this. It would be kind of embarrassing to just be tied up in here with all of you.” I suggested the faded red on my face returning.
Everyone had agreed and we retreated to my room. I ended up being tied to a chair in the corner of the room.
I began to feel dizzy again and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Twilight Sparkle
It had been a while since Sunset was tied up in the room. I got up and began to proceed to the door of the room she was in. I had began to hear struggling sounds so I wanted to check on her. “Darling what are you doing?” I quickly spun around. “Oh I just wanted to check on Sunset.” I began to grow nervous for a second. “You sure that’s a good idea Sugarcube?” I hesitated for a moment before deciding to go on with it. “She’s tied up anyways, I’ll be fine.” At my words everyone just looked at me. “Alright but keep your distance just incase, don’t need you dying on us.” AppleJack’s words made a shiver in up my spine, but I ignored it and proceeded to the room.
“Sunset?”
I closed to door behind me to be met with those Crimson eyes again and sharp fangs. “Aww Twiliy, you came back for me. Wanna let me go so we can finish where we left off? Or would you rather see me all tied up and at your mercy instead?~” Heat ran up to my cheeks at her suggestion, “N-No it’s definitely not that.” She snickered. “Wanna trade positions then? You can be at my mercy instead. Although that would be a lot more worrying for you.”
“Wouldn’t it?”
Author's Note
This story will be coming to an end soon. I’ve planned for 2 more chapters ahead of us before it’s finish.
The next chapter will be a little bit of a longer one, since the last chapter will be about the aftermath of the situation and I still have a decent amount of things to include.
Also I got exactly 1,000 words on it without even trying to track it. I fell proud.
