Some other ponies however were seen reading a newspaper which had contents of the reunification of Equestria. This effort was all thanks to the brave and heroic act of Sunny Starscout and her friends: Hitch Trailblazer, Izzy Moonbow, Pipp Petal, and Zipp Storm. The act has also contributed Princess Pipp Petals of Zephyr Heights to arrange a party to celebrate, she has invited all pony kinds aka the earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasus to attend as well. In the sheriff station of Maretime Bay, Hitch Trailblazer known as the sheriff of Maretime Bay was seen dressing himself in a black tuxedo as well as wearing an aqua green bow tie which matches the colour of his hair. The stallion was preparing himself for his trip to the party held in Zephyr Heights arranged by his friend Pipp Petals. However, this trip is not only but to have fun, but, this party is also a good chance for him to confess his feelings to his friend Sunny Starscout. Ever since Hitch embarked on his journey with his friends Sunny, Izzy, Zipp, and Pipp, he was doing nothing but trying to send Sunny into custody for all of the laws that she has broken. However, he has begun to grow fond of the beautiful mare after the reunification, she was very kind, smart, brave and many more. "Alright, time to head out." Hitch said adjusting his bow tie once more. After that, the sheriff walked towards his desk and grabbed a pack of flowers that are for Sunny. Then, the stallion turned around and walked out the doors of the sheriff's station to reach his friend's Sunny Starscout house "Today is the day, where I will confess my feelings to Sunny." He told himself with a confident expression. Hitch Trailblazer has made it to his friend's Sunny Starscout's house after a two minutes walk from Maretime Bay, when he reached the front door of her house. He took a deep breath first and exhaled it a brief second later, accumulating his courage in the process. "Alright Hitch, you got this, you got this." He encouraged himself "You just have to take Sunny to Zephyr Heights and confess your feelings to her." He finished. Then, Hitch raised his right hoof and knocked on Sunny's front door. "Coming!" Came from Sunny from inside of her house, and Hitch waited for her. A brief second later, the sheriff heard the sounds of Sunny walking towards her front door, when she got to it, she opened it. Hitch's eyes widened when he saw his friend Sunny Starscout, she was just absolutely pulchritudinous! She was wearing a very sparkly pink dress, she was wearing shoes that were given to her by Pipp Petals, her hair was done nicely, and she had pink lipsticks on her lips. "Wow, she is absolutely elegant." Hitch thought while blushing slightly, he was currently staring at Sunny and not listening to anything else around him. "Um, hello? Equestria to Hitch?" Sunny called her friend as she waved her right hoof in front of his face. Hitch immediately shook his head and snapped out of his current state when he heard Sunny calling him, he then looked at her with a sheepish expression. "Oh... uhh... hello Sunny! Y-you... look, nice." Hitch said in a trembly tone. Sunny Starscout giggled from his remark, she could tell why Hitch was acting this way, and why he is currently in a very embarrassed mood right now. But, she decided to let that slip. "You're dressed handsomely sheriff Hitch." Sunny complimented which made Hitch blush again. "Th-thanks you, you look beautiful yourself Sunny." Hitch complimented back which made Sunny blush too "These are for you." He said giving her the pack of flowers. "Oh my, what lovely flowers, thank you Hitch, you're very sweet." Sunny said as she grabbed the pack of flowers. "Yes! Phase one of my step accomplished! Now, it's up to phase two!" Hitch thought with a happy expression. Then, he calmed himself down and cleared his throat "So, would you like me to walk you to Zephyr Heights?" He asked. "Sure. " Sunny accepted with a nod "After all, what do you think we're going to do, hitch a ride on a magical carriage?" She asked, and Hitch and Sunny both laughed form the joke. "Alright, let's go." Hitch said. Sunny nodded and walked out of her house, closing it and locking it in the process. After that, Hitch and Sunny both began to make their way to the exit of Maretime Bay and to get to Zephyr Heights where the party is held. Zephyr Heights Sunny Starscout and Hitch Trailblazer have both arrived at the luxurious city of Zephyr Heights home to the pegasus ponies. When the two arrived, they were immediately met with a bunch of cheers from the pegasus and unicorns due to them all being huge fans of Sunny Starscout aka the mare who reunified Equestria, and Sunny and Hitch both responded with a wave of their hooves. "You sure are famous Sunny." Hitch said. "I know." Sunny agreed with a nod "It's like I'm a famous movie star or something." She joked and Hitch chuckled from her response. The two earth ponies then made their way to the elevator of Zephyr Heights which leads to the castle of the luxurious city. When the two made it, they took the elevator up to the castle. While in the elevator, Hitch couldn't help but blush as he was staring at Sunny's natural beauty. "She is so pretty." Hitch thought nearly drooling but, he managed to wipe it away with his hoof before she sees it. Ten seconds later, the elevator has reached the walkway of the castle, after that, the doors slowly slid open where two pegasus guards guided them to the front doors of the large castle. Once they reached there, the two guards pushed the doors opened for the two earth ponies, when they did, Sunny and Hitch were astonished to see how many ponies there were in the throne room. "Wow, what a crowd." Hitch commented. "Agreed." Sunny said with a nod. The earth pony mare looked in front of her to see her friends Pipp and Zipp sitting on their thrones while wearing dresses. "Zipp! Pipp!" She called them. When the two royal pegasus sisters heard the familiar voice, they looked in front of them to see their friends Sunny Starscout and Hitch Trailblazer walking towards them. "Sunny! Hitch!" Pipp and Zipp exclaimed with a happy expression as they glided down their throne. After that, the four friends gave each other a big hug. "So, are you ready for the party?" Pipp asked. "Oh I'm more than ready, I'm feeling exhilarated!" Sunny exclaimed enthusiastically, and and royal sisters both giggled from her remark. "Alright, without further ado, let's begin!" Pipp exclaimed as her big sister Zipp gave her a microphone. She then tipped it two times before looking at the unicorns, pegasus, and earth ponies "Mares and gentlecolts, may I have all your attentions please?" Pipp asked, a brief second later, all of the ponies in the throne room stopped what they were doing and looked at one of the princess's of Zephyr Heights. "Thank you. As you all can tell, today I specifically invited you all through the media to attend this party dedicated to the one and only Sunny Starscout herself for her brave actions in reunifying Equestria!" Pipp exclaimed, and everypony began to cheer for the earth pony. "That's my friend over there!" Izzy exclaimed in a proud tone. Sunny was both happy and embarrassed from all of the cheers and comments that she was getting, although she is the one who reunified Equestria with the help of her friends but, all of this was a bit too much, at least she's enjoying it. "To celebrate, let's all have a dance party!" Pipp exclaimed as one of the guards began to play music from a jukebox. "To Sunny Starscout!" Izzy said raising her glass of orange juice. "To Sunny Starscout!" The ponies said as they raised their cups too along with Hitch, Pipp, and Izzy. "Thank you everypony." Sunny said with a smile. The party was going on for half an hour now, and the ponies all went to the next phase of the party which is a dance with a partner, and everypony began to find themselves a partner to dance with. "Care for a dance sheriff Hitch?" Sunny asked. Hitch blushed from this, his crush Sunny was asking him for a dance in the throne room. But, he pushed the anxiety away and looked at her with a smile. "Sure Sunny." Hitch said with a nod as he grabbed her hoof. After that, Sunny and Hitch both began to slow dance in the middle of the crowd of ponies, the stallion was carefully matching the rythm and beat of the music during the dance so that he would not mess up, he was help Sunny do steps, twirls, and dips. "Wow, Hitch is amazing." Sunny thought with a blush. Their friends Izzy Moonbow, Pipp Petals, and Zipp Storm all looked away from their dancing partners for a second and towards Sunny and Hitch to see them dancing happily together, the sight made them smile warmly. "Aw, what a lovely couple they are." Izzy said while still dancing with her partner Sprout who couldn't help but blush at the pretty unicorn, he has fallen in love with Izzy which made his mother Phyllis and his friend Hitch proud. The party has been going on for an hour and a half right now and the ponies all began to eat some foods served by the chefs of this castle. Sunny Starscout decided to eat her food right outside of the walkway while sitting on a bench to admire the beautiful scenery. "I can't believe how far I've gone to establish friendship across Equestria once more." Sunny said. Hitch Trailblazer was seen looking at her crush Sunny Starscout right at the front doors of the castle, he has finished eating his sandwich and drinking his apple juice, he decided to use this perfect opportunity to confess his feelings to Sunny. "Alright Hitch, you got this, you got this." He encouraged himself as he took a few deep breaths, exhaling them in the process "You just need to have a small chat with her and confess your feelings to her." He finished. Hitch took another deep breath and exhaled it, accumulating his courage and bravery in the process. After that, the stallion walked up to the mare. "Hey Sunny." When Sunny heard the voice, she looked to her right and saw her friend Hitch walking up to her, and the young mare blushed from the stallion's handsome appearance. "Hello Hitch." Sunny greeted back. "Mind if I sit next to you?" He asked. "Sure, by all means." Sunny replied with a nod. "Thanks." Hitch said with a smile as he took a seat next to Sunny "Congratulations on reunifying Equestria Sunny, you definitely had the courage, bravery and skill to do it." He told her. "Why thank you Hitch." Sunny said with a blush "I couldn't have done it without you, Izzy, Pipp, and Zipp. But, mostly you because, you became very accepting and protected me in many scenarios. In addition to that, you refrained from arresting me." She told him with a giggle, and Hitch chuckled back. "You're welcome Sunny, anything for a great friend like you." Hitch said rubbing the back of his head with his right hoof. Then, the two earth ponies both looked down at the floor, not looking at each other or talking, however, they were blushing slightly due to them both having feelings for one another. Suddenly, without a warning, the two earth ponies felt them touching each other. The two had perplexed expressions on them for a brief second before looking down to see that their hooves have made contact with one another. The sudden contact made the two look at each other with huge blushes on their cheeks. "This is my chance, I must confess my feelings to her." Hitch thought accumulating his courage. "Is this my perfect opportunity?" Sunny thought. Then, Hitch cleared his throat and began to speak. "Um... Sunny?" "Yes Hitch?" "You see... I have these uh... feelings for you... and I would li-ke to confess them to you." Hitch said which made Sunny's eyes widen in surprise. "What are they then Hitch?" Sunny asked with an eager expression to know. "Uh... I-I love you!" Hitch confesses with a huge blush "W-would you l-like to be my fillyfriend?" He asked . Sunny's eyes widened when she heard Hitch's confession and request. Her cheeks were blushing furiously and she was at the brink of fainting but, she managed to control her fear due to her feeling the same for Hitch. A brief second later, Sunny let out some tears of happiness. "I thought you'd never asked Hitchy." Sunny cooed, and Hitch blushed from that nickname. Then, without hesitation, Sunny Starscout lunged herself at Hitch Trailblazer, wrapping her hooves around his neck and pulling him into a kiss with her eyes closed. Hitch's eyes widened from this, this was his first kiss with his crush! This was everything he had dreamed of! Without thinking of another thing, the sheriff closed his eyes and succumbed to Sunny's kiss. Unknown to the two couple, Sprout Cloverleaf was looking at the two evolved couple with a proud smile. "Congratulations you two." Sprout said in a proud tone. After that, the stallion turned around and entered the throne room castle again to look for the love of his life Izzy Moonbow.
