Ponyville was suspiciously quiet as Shutter the batpony trotted his way down the streets. Usually there were at least some ponies milling around, chatting or even going to shops to buy things. However the street he was on at the moment was rather deserted. He did spy the back ends of a few ponies vanishing into buildings and going around corners, but they quickly made themselves scarce. What was going on?
He tried not to let it bother him, so he decided to keep going. Everypony had to eat after all, he was looking for somewhere to take a rest and chow down on a good meal. There was a nice noodle bar that had opened up recently and judging by the smells emanating from the premises as he approached, was still open. There were just no patrons inside. Usually an eatery with no customers was bad news, but he had been here before and knew the food was good.
‘One bowl of noodles please.’ Shutter said to the waiter pony, passing over a few bits to pay for the meal. The waiter simply nodded and vanished. As he glanced around the premises he did notice a mare sitting at a stall a few seats down from him, but she seemed rather buried in a newspaper. It was hiding her face, so he turned back to his own table and glanced over the menu until the food arrived.
Noodles were fast to prepare so the food arrived in no time at all, a good thing as Shutter was getting quite hungry by this point.
'Your meal sir.' the waiter pony simply said, presenting the plate in front of him. Shutter gave him a frown.
'Excuse me, what is the blue colouring on these? It looks...off?' Shutter asked. He was pretty sure he had ordered a bowl of regular noodles. He had never seen blue ones before.
'Something our chef is trying, they should taste the same as normal noodles. If you are not satisfied, we will serve you another bowl of regular noodles with no charge.' the waiter replied.
The chance of a free meal? Well Shutter was at least willing to give these blue noodles a chance. As he started to chow down, he felt a body brush up against him. As he glanced over, he saw it was a Pegasus. Coral Streak was sitting next to him, grinning.
'Coral? Was that you behind the paper?' Shutter asked as he kept eating the noodles.
'Perhaps. I wanted to make sure you were going to enjoy your meal.' Coral giggled, watching as Shutter slurped down the last of the blue noodles. 'I think you’re going to like dessert.'
'Dessert? But I haven’t ordered...ohhh…' Shutter stopped and felt a little rumble within himself. The blue noodles were starting to take effect on him. He held a hoof up in front of his face, already they were starting to go from their usual off-yellow colour that made up his body colour to a light, then deeper blue. He was already starting to swell. 'Coral? What were in those noodles…'
'I’m surprised you didn’t ask and took the waiter for what he said, you’re a little too easy to bloat you know Shutter. It’s almost like you enjoy it.' Coral teased him, giving Shutter’s already pudgy belly a little rub as he sat there, the noodles starting to fill him with juice more and more. 'Special blueberry noodles for what is going to be a special blueberry bat.' she giggled again.
'Blueberry noodles? Oh gosh…' Shutter said. His body swelled, the effect was taking over rather quickly. Even if he had noticed while he was eating he doubted stopping would have helped. At this point a few more customers had entered the store, watching as he swelled up in his seat. The trouble was, he was quickly becoming far too big for the little booth he was sitting at, Shutter felt his quickly growing belly was pressing harder and harder into the table, making it push back from him. The pressure of the juices filling him was just being concentrated by the pressure of everything being pressed against his body. Coral gave his stomach a little pat, feeling sorry for him filling so much space Shutter clearly needed the room to grow. He tilted himself forward and there was a crunch, he felt the table give way under his blueberry belly bed.
‘I think you need more space.’ she said.
'Mmmm...nnnnn…' was all he could manage to say, Shutter could feel their eyes on him, watching him grow out of control as he quickly bloated out of his seat and into the main aisle of the noodle bar. Several gasped, one smiled. He tried screwing his eyes together but when he opened them again, all eyes were on him as his body filled more and more with the blueberry liquid. 'C-Coral...w-whyyyyyyy.' he moaned.
'I got these noodles from a very secretive Pony in Everfree forest. They told me they had interesting effects. I just wanted to see what they did and you’d be the perfect subject of course.' Coral explained, leaning against the now immobile Shutter who was starting to push into the different booths of the restaurant as his body fought for any space to expand into. He was still growing. 'Better roll you out of here though, I promised the owner we wouldn’t damage his place in exchange for setting you up...sans that table I suppose.'
'Roll me? Mmmmfff…' Shutter whined. He felt not only Coral’s hooves on him, but several of the other ponies as well as they started to roll him out the store and into the street. It seemed they had been enlisted to help with this part. Shutter was struggling to contain himself with everything he was feeling. All four of his hooves had spread into a sort of Y shape, his round body forcing all his legs straight as he got bigger and bigger. By now, his whole body was a deep blue, he was very quickly starting to resemble a huge, living blueberry.
Everything was sinking into what was starting to become a perfectly round, deep blue body. He tried to wiggle his hooves but all he felt when he tried was his own blueberry body press against them. Even his head was starting to sink in, he could feel his neck pressing up and rounding out against the bottom of his mane and then slowly creeping upwards to his ears. By the time he had finally been rolled outside, he was taking up a large portion of the street. Ponies had gathered to watch the exhibit of this massive, bloating batpony round out. Coral was loving every moment of it.
'All eyes on you, big boy. I am sure you are enjoying this.' Coral teased, climbing up on his body. Every little press of Coral’s weight on him sent a tingling sensation all over, the juice inside him sloshing up against Coral as she climbed upwards to the top of him. Eventually, she parked herself at the ‘peak’ as it was of Shutter, who was still filling with juice and was now the size of a small house. Then he felt it.
Boing!
His whole bloated body sloshed and churned, pressing down then reforming to its perfectly round blueberry shape. Then there was another.
Boing!
Was she...bouncing on him!? The feelings continued. The compression of his overly bloated body which then re-conformed to its round shape before being squished again downwards. Every bounce made his flesh squish more, burying Shutter’s head in well, himself for a mere moment before it reappeared again. He felt so embarrassed. Even with his limited field of vision due to a lot of it being blocked by his round self, he could feel so many eyes on him as Coral bounced away and teased him from the top of his body. 'Gee these noodles did work wonders! This is the biggest you’ve been yet Shutter! And you’re soooooo squishy, hehe!' she teased, using the poor batpony as her own personal bouncy castle almost. There was little he could do to stop it all however. He was completely immobile. Absolutely at the mercy of Coral and the crowd which was watching all this happen.
Finally, the bouncing stopped and he felt his insides stop filling too. It seemed that the noodles had run out of juice, so to speak. Shutter helplessly wobbled around, the only thing that wasn’t a deep shade of blue was his cheeks, which were practically ruby red by now. He was soooooo embarrassed it was untrue.
'Awww, I was just getting started.' Coral sighed, coming down off the overly inflated blueberry bat. 'Still, I have a few more of those noodles at home. Just gotta get you there.' she giggled.
'W-Wha, more!?' Shutter whined. He felt hundreds of hooves suddenly press against him, he was being rolled again. Down the street towards Coral’s home. How big did she want him exactly? He was sure she had gotten enough fun out of him. As he rolled, he about made out his head came level with the middle of a house on the road, which meant his body probably stopped around at it’s rooftop. He was so big...so sloshy. Completely helpless. Every motion and press on him felt wonderful, like his whole body was being treated to a massage that made him feel so relaxed.
As the big batpony was rolled away, he couldn’t help wondering just how many more noodles Coral had. Probably a lot more than she was teasing about. Just how big would he finish? He’d find out soon...
