A short time later, everyone was in the dining room enjoying a good breakfast. Cody was getting his morning feeding, while everyone else was having pancakes and scrambled eggs. Blueblood as always was more focused on eating and his own thing rather than family matters.

Once everyone was finished eating, Celestia and Blaze began morning court, then royal duties while Dagger went to do his job as the guard instructor and Cadance was with Cody and Kimono in the lounge. Blueblood was just reading some books and minding his own business, while Cadance played with Cody and R5.

“Blueblood, why don’t you want to hang with us and play with Cody?” Cadance asked.

“I don’t want anything to do with that stranger. Besides, who could love a hideous, ugly beast? These flat-faced creatures don’t belong here,” Blueblood replied.

“If you say such things like that again, I’m telling Aunt Celestia,” Cadance said.

An hour after Celestia and Blaze were finished with their royal duties for the day, same for Dagger with his duties. They went to the lounge to check on Cody. Kimono gave Cody to Celestia and Blaze once she was dismissed for the day and returned home, he whimpered, began to whine, and it appeared he would cry as he could sense his father’s anxiety.

“Shhhhhh shhhhhh… There, there, sweetie. It’s okay. Mommy’s here,” she said pulling him up to her chest, “Mommy’s got you.”

Celestia then watched him snuggled on her chest as he calmed down, and said to him, “I promise, we’ll never let anything happen to you.....our dear little Cody.”

Eight months later

Winter was in full swing as snow filled the streets of Canterlot, every building, including the castle was decorated as it was Hearth’s Warming Day. Inside the castle, Celestia, Blaze, and Dagger, along with Cadance and R5 were in the lounge in front of the tree, decorated with lights and various other décor. Blueblood sat by himself, reading some holiday storybooks.

Celestia was now wearing a silver necklace with an amethyst pendant, given to her by Blaze months before. She opened her last Hearth’s Warming present under the tree, revealing a ruby ring. Celestia was touched by this as Blaze asked, “Celestia, will you marry me and take me as your prince?”

“Yes! Yes! Yes!” Celestia shouted as she tackled Blaze to the floor and they engaged in a heated make-out session.

They soon gently broke away and got up, and Blaze placed the ring on her finger.

Cadance then gave her present for Blaze, he opened it, revealing a wooden bracelet with a combination of the Jedi symbol and the sun royal seal carved on it.

“I made it for you. May it bring you honor,” Cadance said.

“Thanks, Cadance. My greatest honor is having you for a niece,” Blaze replied as he hugged her.

“Thank you,....Uncle Blaze,” said Cadance as she returned the hug.

“Way to go, Blaze,” Dagger said as he was holding Cody.

“Thanks, Dagger,” Blaze replied.

Dagger gave Cody to Celestia as he went deep into his thoughts.

All of a sudden, Cody began babbling, “M-m-ma... Mmm... Mmmmmm... M-m-ma mmmm...”

“What is it, Cody?” Cadance asked. “M-m-ma... M-m-ma... Mmm... mmm... ma... ma...” Cody kept babbling.

Cadance knew what was happening. “Aunt Celestia! Uncle Blaze!” Cadance said, as Celestia was still holding Cody on her lap.

“What is it, dear?” Celestia asked.

“Cody’s trying to talk!” Cadance replied.

“He is?” Blaze asked.

“That’s wonderful, Cadance.” Celestia added then looked at their son, “Go on. We’re listening.”

“Mmm... mm mm mmm... Ma... Mama,” Cody said.

Celestia and Blaze smiled warmly at their son’s first word, and then nuzzled with him as he hugged her face gently, “I’m proud of you, my son.” She then gave him a kiss.

“Got more to say, Cody? We’re all ears,” Blaze asked.

“Ddd... dd dd ddd... Da... Dada,” Cody said.

“Got anything for your Uncle Dagger?” said Dagger.

“Da...Dagga,” Cody babbled.

“Since you and Aunt Celestia are getting married soon, does this mean Cody is my cousin?!” Cadance asked Blaze.

“Yes, Cadance,” Blaze replied.

“Oh, my little cousin Cody, I love you so much!” Cadance said.

She gently pressed Cody against her chest, and then gave him a few kisses on his face.

“We’re glad you do, Cadance, but there are other ponies who won’t treat him as the intelligent being he is, so it’s up to you to protect him.” Celestia replied and smiled warmly.

“The nerve of those mean and nasty ponies! I won’t let them! I’ll protect him! And I’d really like to show him to my friends because I know they’ll like him too!” Cadance said.

“Maybe you can at the wedding when it happens,” Blaze replied.

After the night began, Celestia came to Blaze wearing her robe and asked, “Ready for your special Hearth’s Warming surprise?”

“I am. Hit me with it,” Blaze replied.

Celestia disrobed, revealing red and white striped lingerie patterned like a candy cane, then she activated a soundproofing spell as well as a temporary anti-pregnancy spell. She then straddled Blaze and they began making out, Blaze flipped her over so he was on top, then they stripped each other and the room was filled with the sounds of pleasure.

The following week, Blaze and Celestia’s wedding was in full swing and the ceremony had just begun. The music began playing as Cadance left a trail of flowers and Celestia came down the aisle wearing a light yellow wedding dress.

Kimono then gave Cody to Cadance as they took their seats. At Blaze’s side was his best man, Commander Dagger, wearing a white suit, while at Celestia’s side was her secretary and maid of honor, Raven Inkwell, and R5 was the ringbearer. Officiating the wedding was Copper Pendant, the mayor of Canterlot. He was a copper red unicorn with green eyes and an indigo mane, with three copper ingots and a necklace for a cutie mark.

The mayor began his announcement, “Welcome, mares and gentlecolts. Today we are gathered here to witness the marriage of Princess Celestia and Blaze Ando, now they will recite the vows.”

Celestia and Blaze recited their vows, then Mayor Copper Pendant went on with the ceremony and said, “Princess Celestia, do you take Blaze Ando to be your husband?”

“I do,” Celestia said.

“And Blaze, do you take Princess Celestia to be your wife?” Copper Pendant continued.

“I do,” Blaze said.

R5 gave Celestia and Blaze their rings, then they placed them on each other’s fingers.

“By the powers vested in me, I declare you two husband and wife. You may kiss,” Copper Pendant finished, “Mares and gentlecolts, let’s hear it for our new prince.”

Celestia and Blaze leaned forward and kissed. Their friends, family, and the castle staff cheered, along with everypony else who was present, even R5 gave some cheerful beeps and whistles.

Soon enough, the reception began in the castle garden, lovely, romantic music was played by the orchestra. Celestia and Blaze had the first dance, most everyone else in attendance danced with their special some-ponies soon enough. Among the couples were Captain Valiant and his wife, Starshine, along with Lieutenant Lancer and his wife, Kimono, even Dagger shared a dance with Raven. Cadance, who was still holding Cody, met up with Lancer and Kimono’s daughter. She was a light neon blue pegasus filly with hot pink eyes, a lavender mane and tail, and a mist cloud for a cutie mark.

“I’m Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, but you can call me Cadance, and this is my cousin Cody,” Cadance said.

“Hi, Cadance. I’m Misty Sky,” the other filly replied.

Cadance and Misty met up with two other fillies who were Cadance’s friends from Canterlot Grade School. One was a pegasus with light gray fur, a brushed and two sided curled mane and tail with streaks of pale light grayish cerise, moderate rose, and brilliant crimson, light azure eyes and a cutie mark of a red brilliant-cut gemstone. Her name was Diamond Rose. The other was a unicorn with white fur, a light pink mane and tail with white streaks, pale purple eyes, and a cutie mark of three fleur-de-lis symbols. Her name was Fleur de Lis.

“Hi, Fleur! Hi, Diamond Rose!” Cadance said.

“Hi, Cadance!” Fleur and Diamond replied in unison.

“Girls, this is my cousin, Cody Ando, and his foalsitter’s daughter, Misty Sky,” Cadance said.

“Good to meet you, Misty,” Diamond Rose replied.

Soon enough, Celestia and Blaze made an announcement with Cadance, Dagger, and R5 by their side, “Thank you all for your attention, everypony. A few months ago... I was blessed with something beautiful that changed my life forever and somehow touched my heart, the very someone that I married and is now your prince. As well as a loving husband, I was also blessed... with... a son to love, and a chance to become a mother. My new husband, Blaze, our son, along with Commander Dagger and their droid, R5-G7 came here from another planet far elsewhere in the galaxy, fleeing an evil force known as the Galactic Empire which seeks total galactic domination.”

The staff, along with everypony else gasped to hear that and were surprisingly shocked but happy at the same time, but then started to get very concerned about the possibility of the Empire invading Equestria.

“As your new prince, I can assure you that any chance of the Empire finding Equestria and invading it is almost zero, so there is no need to panic,” Blaze continued.

“Now without further ado, I like to present to you, our son and future prince, Cody Ando,” Celestia finished as she held him up for all to see.

Just then, the castle staff and everypony else cheered and applauded.

A few hours after the wedding and Cody’s presentation to all of Equestria, it was nighttime.

“If only you could be here now, Luna. I’m sure you would’ve loved to meet my new husband, Blaze and your new nephew, Cody,” Celestia said as she looked up at the moon before turning in for the night with Blaze.
