Once upon a time there were three kingdoms, Equestria, the Mushroom Kingdom, and the Beanbean Kingdom, all three kingdoms lived in peace and harmony.
But unfortunately, one sought to ruin that peace.

He’s trapped in Tartarus.
Okay there are a lot of villains but the one who sought out to ruin the peace was Cackletta, a bean person who wore a purple cloak, was tall and was a witch with magic powers.
She was right now heading to Equestria for something important to her plans.
Meanwhile in the castle of Canterlot Celestia and Luna were sitting at their breakfast table.
“My, sister today seems very peaceful.” Celestia says happily.
“It sure does.” Luna admits in the same amount of glee as her sister.
“Equestria has been in Harmony for a long time and it’s all thanks to Twilight.” Celestia spoke.
“Yes, should we retire and give our roles to Twilight?” Luna asked.
Both sisters began laughing hysterically.
“Oh that was too funny Luna.” Celestia wiped a tear “As much as Twilight has grown, she is not ready to rule Equestria.”
“Indeed but seriously you’re right Twilight has come a long way since she’s moved to Ponyville.” Luna said.
Before the sisters could continue their conversation, they heard a crash.
“What was that?” Celestia asked.
She then saw the Royal Guards were knocked out.
“Who would do such a thing?” Luna asked incredulously.
“Why it was me of course.” A voice laughed before it was revealed to be Cackletta and her minion Fawful.
Fawful then used a laser to blast Celestia sending magic out of her horn and into the laser.
“Sister!” Luna spoke in shock.
Cackletta evilly laughed as Celestia was suffering, the white alicorn soon passed out from exhaustion.
“Guards stop those fiends.” Luna ordered.
More royal guards began charging at Cackletta and Fawful but Cackletta then used her magic to create lightning and blasted the guards with it.
Princess Luna and Cackletta began to have a magic fight, the two were evenly matched but Fawful snuck up on Luna from behind and used his headgear to blast Luna unconscious.
“Let’s go Fawful.” Cackletta laughed.
“Right behind you O Great Cackletta.” Fawful laughed.
Cackletta then used her rocket throne and Fawful used his headgear to fly away as both laughed as they left.
Meanwhile in Twilight’s castle, The Mane 6, Spike, and Starlight were all relaxing or as Rainbow Dash put it, chillaxing.
“Ah, it’s nice to just hang out together for once. You know what I mean.” Twilight said in relaxation.
“Indeed darling, I quite enjoy our time together.” Rarity said.
Suddenly Spike burped out a letter.
“It’s from Princess Luna.” Spike said in worry.
Twilight levitated the letter curiously.
Dear Twilight Sparkle
A villain named Cackletta has just taken my sister’s magic, I need you and your friends to come to Canterlot immediately.
From Princess Luna
“Girls, we have to go to Canterlot, now.” Twilight said.
“Aw but I was having fun chillaxing.” Rainbow Dash whined.
“I’m afraid we have to go there, let’s go.” Twilight said.
“I’m coming too, I want to be able to help.” Starlight says bravely.
“Yeah Twilight we’re there for you.” Spike said.
“Okay, then let’s go.” Twilight instructed as the eight got out of the castle and took a train to Canterlot.
After a while the Mane 6, Spike, and Starlight made it to Canterlot and began running inside the castle with Twilight was carrying her saddlebags.
“Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, we came as fast as we could.” Twilight said worried.
“Thank you Twilight Sparkle, for we have a serious issue, as you know my magic has been drained by Cackletta.” Celestia explained.
“What do we do?” Spike asked scared “You needs her magic to raise the sun.”
“I will take care of both the sun and moon, but we must get Celestia’s magic back, before that Cackletta fiend uses it for evil.” Luna said.
“But how?” Fluttershy asked curiously.
“Yeah we don’t seem to have any leads.” Applejack pointed out.
“Well Cackletta was a bean person so she must be from the Beanbean Kingdom.” Celestia said.
“But how will we get there?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Tempest gave us one of her airships once she reformed, so we could use that.” Celestia said.
“But first we will need to take your pictures so you can get to the BeanBean Kingdom using passports.
Twilight had a bright smile on her face and a wink on her photo.
Applejack’s photo had a determined look as she smiled.
Rainbow Dash’s photo had her putting her forehooves in the air while smiling brightly.
Fluttershy’s photo had her with a look of shock, which was probably due to the bright camera flash.
Pinkie Pie’s photo just had her smiling.
Rarity’s photo had her smiling while her eyelashes were lowered.
Spike shot a finger pistol while smirking in his photo.
Starlight gave a shy wave with a smile in her photo.
Twilight levitated the eight passports in her saddlebags.
“So are you ready to go to the Beanbean Kingdom?” Luna asked.
“I’m down.” Applejack said.
“Let’s do this.” Rainbow Dash said flying up in the air.
“Let’s go save Equestria.” Pinkie Pie cheered.
“Remember, Cackletta has a purple cloak and two purple horns.” Celestia reminded the group.
Soon the Mane 6, Spike, and Starlight went inside the airship and began flying off.
Meanwhile in the Mushroom Kingdom, Princess Peach was sitting on her throne, while the BeanBean Ambassador, Lady Lima showed up along with a bean person next to her.
“I wish to improve our relations between the Mushroom Kingdom, I bring a gift from Queen Bean.” Lady Lima spoke.
The bean person then gave Peach a box but it was no ordinary box it was a box with Cackletta’s face that sprayed smoke at Peach.
“Oh.” Peach said scared.
“Eyahahahahahahahahahaha.” Lady Lima laughed as she took of her disguise and was revealed to be Cackletta, the bean person also took their disguise off and was revealed to be Fawful.
Fawful then used his headgear to suck up the smoke, soon Princess Peach fainted.
The two evil-doers soon flew away.
A Toad began running to Mario’s house and ran into Luigi.
“E-Emergency Situation.” Toad said scared
Luigi was confused at this “What’s the emergency?”
“Did you see the Kingdom Courier?” Toad asked.
Luigi shook his head as Toad began running inside the house.
“MARIO!” Toad yelled.
Toad began exploring Mario’s house until he hears humming in the bathroom.
Hmm, I hear humming Toad thought before going inside the bathroom.
“EEEEEEK!” Toad screamed before he went outside the bathroom and ran face first into the wall.
Mario came out of the bathroom with a towel on and began speaking to Toad.
"Toad I was in the middle of a shower." Mario lectured.
"P-P-Princess P-Peach, P-P-Princess P-Peach." Toad managed to stutter, fortunately that was all Mario needed to hear to know there was trouble.
Mario then jumped into his clothes from the clothing line and somehow put them on instantly and accidentally tied Luigi up onto the rope as he was dragged along to Peach's Castle with Mario.
Inside the throne room of Peach's Castle, we see Bowser in front of Peach as she was sobbing.
Mario then came to a halt once he saw Bowser but Luigi accidentally flew onto him knocking him from the ground.
Luigi then gets off of Bowser and hides behind Mario.
Bowser then turns around "Attacking me when my back is turned well that's just typical, come here, Super Coward Bros."
(Boss Battle: Bowser)
Mario and Bowser then engage into a fight, Mario then jumps on Bowser's head.
Bowser then shoots fire breath at Mario which he dodges.
Mario then continues to jump on Bowser’s head.
Bowser then breathes fire on Mario again and this time it hits him.
Mario then jumps on Bowser again making him fall, defeated.
(Boss Battle: Over)
"Uh... W-Wait a second! Listen... This is no time for fighting!... Even though I would've won!" Bowser spoke out.
"Listen to me, everyone!!! Something terrible has happened, The Goodwill Ambassador from our neighbor, the Beanbean Kingdom, just paid a visit!." the first Toad spoke.
"Yeah! But it was no friendly visit! The Ambassador ended up not really being the Ambassador and stole Princess Peach's voice!" the second Toad explained.
A text bubble appears when Peach is trying to talk but all that came out are explosive symbols that fell on the ground which exploded on impact. Everyone soon backed away in fear.
"A-And replaced it with this explosive vocabulary!" the first Toad once again spoke.
"How did that happen?" Luigi asked weirded out.
"Meh I've seen weirder." Mario shrugged "It's still pretty bad though."
Peach began talking in more symbols making Mario, Luigi, and Bowser back away more.
"Gah! If I kidnap Princess Peach in this state, she'll wreck my castle! Mario! Do something super!" Bowser commanded making Mario raise an eyebrow.
"Mario! Please! Go and retrieve Princess Peach's beautiful voice! Only you can do it!" the first Toad begged.
"The perpetrator came from the Beanbean Kingdom! If you head over there, you should be able to learn more!" The second Toad suggested.
“Bwa ha ha ha! Yes! Go, capture that fiend and get back Peach's voice! And then I can kidnap her!” Bowser laughed.
Mario and Luigi just looked at each other, dumbfounded that Bowser just said that out loud.
“We'll take my Koopa Cruiser and reach the Beanbean Kingdom in no time! Mario! We leave immediately!!” Bowser said.
Peach talks in more explosive vocabulary, and Mario, Luigi, and Bowser run out of the castle before they get blown up.
Mario was now at Peach’s Castle Gardens and was heading to the Koopa Cruiser After Mario explores the garden a little bit, and gets some information and some items, he notices Luigi, and speaks to him.
“Mario, Bowser went that way.” Luigi explained as he was pointing upwards.
Mario and Luigi then went upwards in the when suddenly Toadsworth showed up.
“Master Mario.” Toadsworth called out as he showed up with a suitcase getting Mario and Luigi’s attention.
“It would appear I'm just in time! I have prepared a suitcase for you to take with you on your long journey! I'm quite sure it will prove useful, as it holds many items and outfits. Please take it!” Toadsworth said before giving Mario the suitcase.
“Once you board the Koopa Cruiser you can take your time and look through it.” Toadsworth explained.
“Thanks Toadsworth I’ll be sure to-a do so.” Mario said.
“Now then I have one more parting gift, as it were: some funds for your trip. Here you go.” Toadsworth said before giving Mario 100 coins.
“Oh gracious Master Luigi, Are you going to the Beanbean Kingdom, as well?” Toadsworth asked.
“Oh no, I’m-a just seeing Mario off.” Luigi explained.
“Ah! You're just seeing Master Mario off? A captial idea! I do believe I'll join you. Master Mario! I'm going on ahead. I shall be waiting for you in front of the Koopa Cruiser.” Toadsworth said.
Toadsworth walks off towards the cruiser and Mario and Luigi follow him.
Bowser is seen at the top of the Koopa Cruiser.
“Mario!” Bowser calls out. “You're late! What were you doing? We're leaving! Right now! So get on board, and make it snappy!”
“Got it.” Mario said before jumping on the Koopa Cruiser.
“Gwahahahahahahaha.” Bowser laughed “So this is my Koopa Cruiser.”
“Well? So? What do you think? Incredible, isn't it? This is my newest weapon: the Koopa Cruiser! Hmm... Yes, very good... Now all I need are my Baddies...” Bowser said.
“Bowser Baddies.” Bowser called out.
Luigi is seen waving to Mario but Bowser’s troops are nowhere in site.
“GAH! Where are they?!” Bowser asked angrily before he sees Luigi waving.
“Huh? What in green blazes...? Hey! You! Are you signing up to join my crew of Bowser Baddies?“ Bowser asked.
Luigi, not hearing this clearly continues to wave and jump.
“I see! I see! You want be to bring you along that badly, huh?” Bowser asks raising an eyebrow.
“Huh? Me?” Luigi asks.
“Yes you.” Bowser said.
Luigi, now hearing Bowser clearly begins speaking “Oh, no thank you.”
“Gwa ha ha har! Oh, that's rich! Don't be modest, Mr. Green! I mean, you look like a real pain, but I'll take you anyway!” Bowser said.
Luigi then runs off, making Bowser mad.
“Hey, you, stop!” Bowser commanded at Luigi.
One Koopa arrives running into Luigi.
“Your Gnarliness the Bowser Baddies have just arrived.” The Koopa informed Bowser.
“Hey! The assembly area is over here, you blithering idiots!” The Koopa calls out.
Soon more of Bowser’s minions show up scaring Luigi.
“All Baddies have assembled! We shall now begin boarding the Koopa Cruiser!” A Koopa said as Luigi tried sneaking away.
“Gwa ha har! Good! Then we can depart! And with an increased headcount, too! Excellent!” Bowser said happily.
“Your Filthiness, boarding is now complete except for one deserter.” One is the Koopas said.
“WHAAAAT?!? Move it, you idiots! Initiate Cruiser pursuit!” Bowser ordered angrily.
The Koopa Cruiser takes off, chasing Luigi down. Then, a crane with a hand grabs Luigi, forcing him to board the cruiser. The ship then flies into the
sky, soon to be out of the Mushroom Kingdom.

This is an alternate universe to my Origami King story. I’m thinking of doing a sequel but I’ll be skipping Partners In Time and go straight to Bowser’s Inside Story because it makes more sense than putting the MLP characters in that adventure.
Going Up Against Cackletta and Fawful
The Skies above the Mushroom Kingdom
Mario and Luigi were in the belly of the Koopa Cruiser when the megaphone went off.
“Hey! You! Down there in the ship's belly! Mario and...what's-yer-name! Green guy!” The Koopa in the megaphone spoke. “Mario! And...Mr. Green Mario Brother Guy! Look alive down there, will you two? We're about to arrive in the Beanbean Kingdom! Open your suitcase arrange your stuff, and get ready to roll. Then report to the deck. Pronto!“
Mario and Luigi make their way to the deck, and pass the photo alley but they're suddenly stopped by another one of Bowser's troops.
“Hey there, you two.” The Photographer Koopa said.
Mario and Luigi hear him and face the Koopa.
“You mean us?” Mario asked.
“Yeah! You two mustached dudes!” The Photographer Koopa called out. “You're about to enter the Beanbean Kingdom, so you have your passports with you, right?”
“Uh yeah, here they are.” Luigi said taking the passports out of the suitcase and handing it to the Koopa.
“Ah so these are your passports but...hey there aren't any photos!” The Photographer Koopa pointed out.
“Oh is that a problem?” Mario asked.
“Of course it is, these won't get you into the Beanbean Kingdom! No sir, no way, no how!” The Photographer Koopa explained.
“Oh no.” Mario and Luigi said in worry.
“Don't wig out about it, though. If we take your pictures here, you should be just fine. Since the Great Bowser has called you to the deck, I'll let you two cut the line.” The Photographer Koopa reassures the Mario Brothers.
Soon Mario goes in line first and the Koopa takes his picture as Mario flashes a big thumbs up.
Luigi takes his photo next and flashes a big thumbs up like Mario.
“Great! I've taken passport photos for both of you! Aren't we all happy now? Happy all around!” The Photographer Koopa said giving Mario and Luigi their passports.
Mario and Luigi continue their way to the deck, they see a barrel in the way and roll it down, ergo breaking it, alerting one of the Koopas.
“Hey! Watch it, you clumsy oaf! Don't break the Great Bowser's cargo! It's important stuff!” The Koopa lectures.
“But we have to go to the deck and this barrel was blocking our way.” Mario explained.
“The deck?” The Koopa said “The deck's just up ahead.”
“Thank you for telling us.” Luigi said happily.
Mario and Luigi move the next barrel out of the way as they see another Koopa trying to catch two Goombas.
“Come here you.” The Koopa says as he tries catching the Goomba but the Goomba was too fast for him.
“Hahhh... Hooffff... Haarfff...It's too quick! I can't catch it...And I have to get ready for Beanbean immigration...” The Koopa said out of breath.
The Koopa then notices Mario and Luigi.
“Oh! It's Mario and...Mr. Greenie! Can you two help me out? I need to catch these Goombas.” The Koopa explained.
“Sure we’ll help you out.” Mario replies.
Mario then jumps on the Goomba.
(Battle: Goomba)
Mario jumps on the Goomba twice angering him, so the Goomba decides to charge at Luigi but Luigi saw it coming and counterattacks by jumping on it’s head wearing it out.
(Battle Over)
Soon the Goomba was put in a barrel by the Koopa after he pressed the red button.
“Hoo thanks, now can you get the other one?” The Koopa asked.
Mario and Luigi soon head to the other Goomba and begin fighting it.
(Battle: Goomba)
Mario jumps on the Goomba, after he did that the Goomba then runs toward Luigi hitting him.
Luigi then jumps on the Goomba, this time the Goomba targets Mario, but Mario counterattacks by jumping on it wearing the Goomba down.
(Battle Over)
The Koopa soon picked up the Goomba and put him on the ground and then pushed a button trapping the Goomba.
"Hoo thanks, now I'm ready." The Koopa proclaimed.
Mario and Luigi continue on and notice barrels blocking the path, they then notice a crane and a exclamation point block and get an idea.
"Are you-a thinking what I'm-a thinking?" Mario asked.
"You mean using that-a crane to move the cargo?" Luigi implied.
"Yep that's-a what I'm-a thinking." Mario nodded.
Mario then hits the exclamation point block and the crane begins moving, it then comes down and grabs Luigi and carries him up to the deck.
"Uh oh! Looks like the crane mistook you for cargo...That looks...uncomfortable. Hey! Since you're up there, why don't we use you as a lookout!" The Koopa nearby said.
Mario then pushes the barrels and it took a while but he made it to the deck where Bowser and Luigi(who was still being carried by the crane) were waiting for him.
A Koopa then shows up and begins speaking "Your Rancidness! We will soon pass over the border between the Mushroom and Beanbean Kingdoms."
"Hmm! Nice work! You can go back belowdecks. Now." Bowser commanded making the Koopa leave.
Luigi spots something with the binoculars and begins to freak out.
"Eh? What's with all the hoopla?" Bowser asked.
A green, explosive orb hits the ship and makes Bowser repel backwards hitting Luigi making him fall off the crane.
"Roar, what now?" Bowser said angrily.
Cackletta suddenly appears in her rocket throne "Eeyah ha ha ha ha! Who would have thought that you'd catch up to the Great Cackletta in even a hundered million years?"
"You! You're the fiend who stole Peach's voice! How dare you pull off such a cool, evil plan?" Bowser reprimanded the bean witch.
"Eyah ha ha ha oh I dare." Cackletta laughed as her partner Fawful appears in his headgear.
"And now I'm going straight back to the Beanbean Kingdom so my next plan can take root! I have no time to chat with the likes of you!" Cackletta monologues.
"Fawful take care of this." Cackletta commands as she flies away.
“Eyah ha ha ha ha.” Fawful laughed “I am the great Cackletta's most best pupil, who is named Fawful! I am here, laughing at you! If you are giving us the chase, just to get your silly princess's voice, then you are idiots of foolishness! Princess Peach's sweet voice will soon be the bread that makes the sandwich of Cackletta's desires! And this battle shall be the delicious mustard on that bread! The mustard of your doom!”
Fawful fires an orb at Bowser, knocking him over.
Mario and Luigi look shocked at what just occurred and walk up to Bowser.
“Get up Bowser.” Mario said, worried.
“Come on we need to defeat Fawful.” Luigi said, scared.
Soon they looked the other way and saw Fawful was gone.
Fawful then flew behind Mario and Luigi with his headgear and began laughing “Eya ha ha ha ha!” Fawful laughed frightening the Mario Brothers.
“Next is the turn of you.” Fawful laughed.
(Boss Battle: Fawful)
Mario and Luigi begin with their battle poses.
Fawful shoots an orb at Luigi but he dodges the attack.
Mario then jumped on Fawful’s headgear, damaging it.
“Fink Rat!” Fawful yelled before blasting another orb at Mario which he dodged.
Luigi was next and he also jumped on Fawful and damaged his headgear making it break.
Fawful soon tried to ram at Mario but he ended up jumping and hitting Fawful instead.
Fawful tried doing the same thing to Luigi only to have the same results.
Fawful began to sweat knowing his attacks weren’t working but then he smirked.
“You may have won the battle for now, but the war of Peach’s voice will end up in loss for you.” Fawful vowed.
“HEADGEAR!” Fawful said while pressing a button on his remote.
Soon another vacuum helmet shows up and Fawful puts it on his head.
“I HAVE FURY!” Fawful yelled.
(Boss Battle Ends)
“Bah! Now is when the talking stops! I do not have the time to stop and smell foul roses such as you! One fell swoop is the way I will deal with you fink-rats!” Fawful rants before using his headgear to blast the Koopa Cruiser which made Mario and Luigi scream.
Soon Fawful flew away and the Koopa Cruiser then exploded.
We then cut to a binocular sighting, from who, we don’t know yet.
“General Starshade! A massive explosion has been sighted! Confirmation! I need confirmation!” The voice said.
Soon a red and green shooting star began going down and then it crashed, “Impact in Stardust Fields, Emergency Emergency.”
We then see Spike piloting an airship by taking the steering wheel.
“How long are we gonna be traveling for, I’m booooored.” Rainbow Dash complained.
“Calm down Rainbow Dash we should be getting there soon.” Starlight rolled her eyes.
“But I wanna kick Cackletta’s butt already, this would be so much easier with the Elements Of Harmony.” Rainbow Dash scoffed.
“Come to think of it why didn’t we bring the Elements in the first place?” Spike asked curiously.
“Who knows how long we’ll be in the Beanbean Kingdom for, by then the Tree Of Harmony could die.” Twilight said, “That’s why we’re leaving them home.”
“Well when Twilight puts it like that it does make sense.” Fluttershy said.
“I guess this will have to be a bit harder than usual.” Applejack sighed.
“Hey what’s that bean lady doing in a chair heading straight towards us.” Pinkie Pie asked pointing to Cackletta in the distance.
“Well we’ll are these the little ponies who are trying to take Celestia’s magic back from ME! HA! I laugh at this foolishness!” Cackletta laughed.
“So you’re Cackletta, return Celestia’s magic back to us and nopony gets hurt.” Twilight narrowed her eyes.
“Eyahahahahahaha, oh you foolish alicorn I don’t back down so easily. In fact it is very rude to be heading to the BeanBean Kingdom uninvited. Perhaps some banishment is in order.” Cackletta smirked.
Cackletta soon zapped Spike with her lightning powers causing him to fly to the back of the ship, to which he barely holds onto, “Spikey Wikey!” Rarity screamed in horror before the airship soon began going off course.
“Rainbow Dash, Starlight, you and I will hold off Cackletta somepony else take the wheel and the rest of you save Spike.” Twilight demanded.
“Aye aye princess.” Pinkie Pie saluted bravely before running up to the wheel and holding onto it.
We soon see Rarity running up and levitating Spike to the ship.
“Thanks Rarity.” Spike sighed in relief.
“Don’t mention it.” Rarity nodded.
Soon we see Rainbow Dash flying up to Cackletta making her spin around in her chair.
Soon Starlight and Twilight began blasting magic from their horns but Cackletta recovered from her shock and began using her Lightning to counter the attack. Cackletta soon smirked before she stopped using the lightning bolts and flew downwards.
Twilight and Starlight were confused by this but soon Cackletta zapped the ship, causing it to light on fire and causing it to tumble down.
And then it exploded as it made impact with the ground.
