The Royal Clan

Akky snorted in annoyance, why is it always his job to clean up after others? How did he even get here in the first place, this isn't just a different location, this feels like a whole different universe. His powers are not that powerful, so something must have summoned him here, but what. That's when he felt something touch his crown, and he looked around confused, this was odd, he couldn't feel the presence of anything. Though his crown his warning him of danger?

Then his urge to dodge flared up out of nowhere, moving on instinct he flapped his wings once and propelled himself off the ground, and instantly his wings erupted in pain like normal. He fell to the ground with a soft 'umph!'. Right where was standing a second before black sharp crystals formed, those would have impaled him. His instincts flared up again.

This time they told him to flee, whatever was here was strong, powerful, but what!? What can be so powerful that his whole body screamed at him to flee, he faced dragons, monsters, and Human Knights. This one creature had more power and skill than him, HOW. He growled and unlatched his sword, with a soft flash of his crown, he quickly took his famous stance. His body was relaxed, his brain was in overdrive, keeping his body low to the ground ready to leap at a moment's notice. He quickly charged up his power, he wasn't gonna lose this fight.

Then he heard a dark powerful chuckle, feminine. "Well, who would have thought those ponies in Ponyvile had you!? You can detect murderous intent easily and are faster than any of my attacks so just who are you!?"

Akky just kept his focus on defense, "I am Akky The Prince of The Wolf clan, But I suppose my title has no meaning, As I am not of this universe. Just call me Akky, now I have done my introduction I would like to know who you are."

A new laugh, one filled with insanity and malice. "My name is Nightmare Moon!" Akky sighed, these names are just stupid, first Twilight sparkle now this. Then in an instant, a Large pony appeared from the shadows, A black alicorn with supernova orange mane and tail. Blowing in some kind of mystic breeze, but what really caught Akkies eyes, was her eyes. Vertical slits, and blood-red eyes, eyes meant to intimidate, eyes of a nocturnal beast.

Akkies eyes narrowed, he had to fight her, he could feel it. Though he could something else, an urge to save, and urge to protect, but not Nightmare moon something else. Akky couldn't place what though, then Before he could think any further. The Fight begin, Nightmare launched forward forming a sword from black crystals, Feeling his immediate death. Akky launches backward and pulled out his sword a telekinetic wave, and blocked Nightmare's sword strike, the pushed and struggled with each other. Their swords sparkling lighting up the woods, It was obvious to Akky that Nightmare was a pro, and he was also. 'Who would win?' Was the only thought running through his head, he feared for the innocents if he failed. His soul erupted in fire, he won't lose again not like last time.

Their swords unlocked and swung around at blinking fast speeds clashing each other, their skills were equal. The only issue, Nightmare had more power than Akky, She was struggling but barely. Akky was managing but deep inside he knew he can't keep this up for long, he just woke up from excess energy loss. He Also noticed nightmare was suffering from the same thing, He launched backward getting the room for a new technique, he focused his psychic energy into his crown causing it to condense the energy. He willed his power to fire in one powerful condensed energy wave, the energy wave was a Glorious Purple just like his eyes, The stars covering his fur started to move and gravity seemed to pull them into orbits.

Nightmare sensing the energy building did the same thing and fired a wave of black energy towards Akky. He knew instantly he would lose, His energy wave was pushed aside with such ease it was like it wasn't even there. The energy wave got larger and larger until it hit Akky in the chest sending him flying, his body went limp, knowing tensing up for an impact made the pain more powerful, when he hit the ground he heard surprised shouts.

Smoke rising from the crater he formed, he slowly rolled his sore injured body up, he felt a red hot spike of p[ain in his chest. He winced, his sword landed next to him, he used it to block the attack as best he could but now. The sword was melted in half, he pulled the broken sword from the ground. He was so focused on Nightmare that he didn't notice the voices, he returned to his combat stance.

Mirach was walking behind the group of mares, Rarity the towns seamstress, Rainbow dash the town brazen idiot, Applejack the towns country farmer, Pinkie pie Mirach just doesn't know how to explain her. Then there was flutter shy, the town's animal wildlife caretaker, and Twilight sparkle the town's librarian, and the pony he doesn't honestly trust. They were making their way through the Everfree forest, Mirach was keeping his horn lit up and floated his sword beside him.

The out of fucking nowhere, Kaboom A dark grey wolf got shot of the tree lines and impacted the ground, leaving a smoke trail, The ponies all yelled in surprise. A crater formed where he laned spraying the ponies with hot dirt, each pony with the exception of pinkie yelped in surprise, even mirach jumped back. That's when Mirach has seen it, Akkies royal sword came spinning from the tree line and landed next to Akky. The sword half-broken, Each pony gasped in surprise when Akky got his paws and looked into the tree line with an intense expression, smoke rising off his body.

Fluttershy broke the silence first, "A-are you okay mister wolf?" No answer only Akky staring to the tree line.

Rainbow dash growled but Fluttershy and Applejack stopped her, "What the hay?! He came out of nowhere and is only looking at trees?!"

Mirach took this chance to speak, "He is in a battle for his life, don't interfere, he may mistake you for an enemy." those words made everyone look at him surprised. "I saw him do this once before, that time he attacked half our crew because we tried to calm him down, afterward he was shocked and fleed for a month. We didn't see him for a while, and when he came back he was...different. So I plead with you, let him fight the battle you should have fought. He will defeat her-" before he could finish, they all felt it a powerful spirit filled with malice, they all looked over to where Akky was staring and gasped, Nightmare moon, walked out from the shadows. Her glowing red eyes allowed everyone to see what she was. "We must flee, we must get these elements you speak of. They may be our only choice, to defeat that!" They turn and ran, Nightmare didn't even notice them only staring at the injured Akky.

Akky glared at nightmare, He launched forward slashing his broken sword in a swift overhead strike, Nightmares' sword blurred into motion blocking the strike. Akkies sword groaned in protest, it was obvious he would need a few swords. He unlocked his sword and slashes nightmare across her chest, actually cutting through her armor. She snarled, and blasted Akky backward, he flipped and landed on his front paws, hearing a soft pop. His paw erupted in pain, he just dislocated his paw.

He kept his pain silent, he had to fight to win. They continued their fight, each of them taking injuries, It was obvious to both of them that Akkies body was growing weaker, his psychic field was starved, and his energy was fading. Thought Nightmare wasn't much better, She was losing power faster than Akky, Akky didn't realize. Thought Nightmare did, soon she wouldn't be able to stand. She had to finish this fight now she doesn't have a choice. Part of her screamed to stop but she ignored it, That part didn't matter. Luna was dead or dying, She blasted Akky back with all her power remaining. The smoking Body of a wolf slammed into the castle of the two sisters, Nightmare noticed it and her mind erupted with fire. Her energy started to rebuild off her rage, though she would feel it later. She teleported into the tower.

Mirach and the girls made it to the tower just in time, though it seems they were late. The limp body of Akky was laying on the ground covered in his own fresh blood, The girls gasped in surprise, they have never seen such injuries. Their land was peaceful, they had no reason to see such injuries. Akkies body was covered in fresh oozing streams of blood, one of his legs where twisted in the wrong direction, His right wing was visibly broken.

The girls stepped forward but were pushed aside by Mirach. Mirach checked Akkies chest, The unconscious wolf winced slightly, Mirach sighed. "You did good boss, I'm sorry you had to fight alone, it was needed though. I'm too weak to fight currently, though I suppose so was you, You just kept quiet about your suffering. Next time tell me, I would have helped you."

Rainbow looked at the wolf with a sense of respect, Rarity looked horrified, Pinkie pie looked terribly sad, Fluttershy Wore a look of sadness and horror. Applejack just seemed conflicted. Though Twilight wore a determined glare, in fact so did Mirach, his sword shook in his weak magical grip, It wasn't a shake of fear of anything else besides rage. His boss was injured and he could do shit!

"When I get you pony you will only wish you were dead." He marched forward and came muzzle to muzzle with Nightmare moon. He was surprised, he jumped back and landed on his back hooves. He didn't have his balance so he fell over, Nightmare moon chuckled.

"Haha, first that powerful wolf and now you?! You have maybe twice as much magical power as he does, But his power was obviously weakened for some reason. You are at full power, I suspect I won't be able to win against you."

Mirach was confused, "Huh? You defeated Akky and you think you will be defeated by me? Akky is like 400 times stronger than me," Nightmare laughed.

"So he can blast away mountains?!" Mirach said nothing, making both nightmare and the girls gawk and look between Akky and Mirach, "You joke, You must?! How one creature is so powerful!?"

"Uhh he is called an Apocalypse wolf for a reason, I am one of most skilled members in our group also not even that powerful, compared to Akkies Dragonfriend Mina." The ponies beside twilight froze, they all looked at her. That's when Mirach felt a familiar ping, He sighed, "Well maybe I shouldn't have said her name." He felt her cold-blooded rage, and shook, "Uhh we better finish this quickly. Girls go get the elements and use them!" Nightmare growled and launched off the ground, while the girls ran upstairs, He stooped nightmare. "Sorry love" he winked at her causing her to blush slightly, "You have a date with me, What do you like dinner." His eyes became cold, "Or some alone time."

He dashed forward slashing Nightmare across the chest, his movements were smoother and more refined, but also more powerful than Akkies. Nightmare side steeped the slash but barely, her fur fell to the ground. Mirach used his sword's momentum to form a u-turn and slash nightmare across her flash before she could react, NIghtmare had enough and blasted him back. Mirach slid on the ground leaving smoke rising off the ground, His job wasn't to kill, it was to distract. He was doing his job, perfectly, Nightmare was weaker than Mirach currently but also had him beat with her skill, she was in a pony body longer than Mirach. He can barely walk around and his magic was weak, He knew he would lose. But his intention wasn't to win.

He dashed forward again getting a slash across his stomach for his trouble, he fell over, that was quicker than he thought. Nightmare looked disappointed, so was Mirach.

"Seriously why are you so weak?!"

"Probably because I'm not normally pony and walking on four legs is hard."

"Excuses!"

"Well it is true after all, also you may wanna dodge."

Despite his warning nightmare didn't listen and got punched by a huge Dragon fist for her trouble.
