Two Weeks Later

A dark, desolate cloud was hovering eerily over the Crystal Empire, shrouding the former Equestrian city in an ominous shadow. What used to be a beautiful, shimmering Empire full of gorgeous architecture and plantlife, had morphed into an ugly shadow of its former self. Every building and street corner was coated in thick, oozing green slime that nopony bothered to clean up. Of course, that was mostly because the Crystal Empire’s citizens were no longer using the streets themselves. Instead, most of the beings that could be seen outside the corrupted castle were black, unreformed Changelings who were having their fill with the Crystal Heart.

The Crystal Empire’s main castle looked similarly afflicted, with garish black cocoons melded against the once-shimmering towers. Two massive tapestries were hung at the castle’s front entrance, clearly having been made from various fabrics “donated” from Cadance and Shining Armor’s wardrobes. Even though the hack-stitched efforts looked absolutely appalling, they were legible enough to advertise the Crystal Empire’s new ruler.

One tapestry had a stunning recreation of the Changeling Queen, her likeness stitched together using the torn remains of Princess Cadance’s wedding dress. The other tapestry used all of Shining’s suits to spell out in bold black letters: ‘ALL HAIL CHRYSALIS’

“Aaaaaaahhhhhhh… Now this is lovely~” Chrysalis was sprawled out on her new throne and sipping a vintage wine, both originally property of King Sombra’s before being put in storage. The twin thrones that had replaced the Dark King’s, now only remained in so many small pieces, destroyed by none other than Shining and Cadance themselves in their newfound enthusiasm. The Throne Room was unrecognizable with all the stained glass windows covered up, and the hundreds of suspended pods illuminating the space in a garish green glow. Most of the Crystal Ponies were “comfortably” nestled in each of those hanging pods, all of which were connected to the Crystal Heart outside to fuel its love directly. Of course, there were still more than a few ponies who were enjoying their new lives of servitude to Chrysalis and the Changeling forces.

“Hmph~ And to think, I could’ve easily just done this back at that stupid wedding…” Chrysalis usually thought back to her failures as a major sore-spot on her conscience; however, now with the Crystal Empire and its former Rulers under her control, she was able to shrug away those mistakes and chug the rest of her wine. After tossing the vintage bottle, which would’ve still racked up thousands of bits in an auction before shattering on the floor, she leaned back in her throne and let out a contented exhale. Meanwhile, the Crystal Empire’s former Princess rushed up to the throne the moment she heard glass breaking.

“Ah! Let me get that for you, my Queen!” Princess Cadance, much like her former husband and countless others in the Empire, had become helplessly afflicted by Chrysalis’ merciless pheromones. Despite how badly she tried to fight back, the Alicorn was now a mere shell of the prideful mare she used to be. Seeing her break was far better than any of the wedding gifts that Shining and the other slaves tried to offer Chrysalis following her victory. Cadance frantically began to sweep up the bits of broken glass with a broom and dustpan, making sure to use her hooves instead of her magic; even though her horn wasn’t compromised in any way, the last thing she wanted to do was use her magic in front of her Queen like she was worth it. As she went to work vigorously cleaning her Queen’s floor, she tried to give Chrysalis a wide and gracious smile. “Are you alright, Queen Chrysalis? I wouldn’t want you to cut yourself by accident.”

“Oh, it’s quite alright, Miss Cadance~” Chrysalis narrowed her eyes on her while sporting a haughty grin, clearly emphasizing how Cadance would no longer be called a Princess in her domain. The additional “Miss' ' was intentional as well, since Shining and Cadance’s divorce was as obvious as the Queen’s victorious conquest. But alas, even though her eyes were no longer glowing from Chrysalis’ brainwashing, Cadance was too far gone to really mind what her Queen called her. Nag, pig, slut, mule, whore, it was all the same really. Instead, the mare nodded with a chipper smile, and her eyes struggling not to veer down and stare between her legs.

“If you’re wanting another womb full of ‘You-Know-What,’ you should find a better means of impressing me than staring at my ovipositor.”

“EEP!!” Cadance jolted in a panic, and went back to frantically sweeping up the broken glass under Chrysalis’ hooves. The Queen reeled her head back and laughed maniacally, absolutely relishing the hold she had over that former Princess. Even with how furiously she tried to fight those impulsive urges, it was obvious that Cadance had succumbed just as easily to Chrysalis’ pheromones as Shining had. All the while, she was desperately nodding her head and trying to speak apologetically, “O-Of course, my Queen! I-I-I know better than anypony else that you’re the sole judge of who gets those… t-those wonderful eggs you possess… Mmmnnnghhh~”

It may have been clear what was driving Cadance’s needy mindset -- especially when she was shuddering hard at the very mention of Chrysalis’ brood of eggs in need of a proper host. But much like her former husband, she tried her best to keep her enthusiasm at bay so she wouldn’t annoy her gracious Queen. Fortunately for Cadance’s sake, Chrysalis merely rolled her eyes before waving her excuse aside with a flick of her chitinous hoof. “Oh, it’s no issue at all, Cadance. If anything, having you here gives me a good excuse to pick your brain for possible ideas~”

“OOH! Y-You want my ideas!?” Cadance jolted up while holding a dustpan full of broken glass. Despite not having explicit permission, she instantly lit up her horn to conjure up a sizable stack of paperwork to drop right atop Chrysalis’ lap. “Oh, I’m SO glad you brought that up! I actually have a full list of ideas I wanted to advise you, my Queen!”

Cadance stood upright with a giddy grin, and her tail wagging enthusiastically. Chrysalis actually had to take a moment to huff in surprised amusement, not expecting to lift up a full file cabinet drawer’s worth of documents in her aura. “My word, Cadance!” she exclaimed with a prideful smile. “I wouldn’t have expected you to write so much in such a short amount of time~”

Cadance giggled with a pleased blush, and tried to clarify, “W-Well, I actually went through the castle’s Royal Records, which include a lot of intel on other members of the Royal Family. I was also able to find the Elements’ medical records surprisingly quick through the Crystal Empire’s hospital, since they went there for checkups after Sombra’s defeat.”

“Ah, wonderful!” As she scanned the countless pages of intel, the Queen’s eyes widened when she gazed through the sheer plethora of information. Everything from Twilight Sparkle’s childhood history, specific details about her family, Spike’s education records, and the Elements of Harmony’s medical records were all included for Chrysalis to peer through like a vulture scanning a carcass. A couple minutes of silence passed as she flipped through the pages, all while Cadance stood before her with an optimistic smile. The former Princess’ hooves clopped against the floor as she struggled not to prance before her Owner. “S-See?!” she asked before Chrysalis could finish her analytics. “Did I do good, my Queen?! I gave you so much information abou--”

“SILENCE!!!”

Cadance yelped out in a panic, and dropped her dustpan so she could bow at Chrysalis’ throne without a shred of dignity in her body. Meanwhile, Chrysalis continued to read through the stack of papers with narrowing eyes, and her grin widening with every detail she was able to learn about her foes. Twilight and her friends may have been able to outplay her in the past (and also that Starlight bitch by pure luck), but the Queen grew an especially determined smile by the time she looked back down at Cadance on the ground. “My goodness, Miss Cadance… You sure gave me more information about the Elements than Shining did~”

“R-REALLY?!” Cadance seemed absolutely elated when she pulled her head back up to beam at Chrysalis’’ approving grin. “Ohmigosh, THANK YOU! Thank you so much, my Queen! I’m so glad you can see how much more capable I am compared to--”

Before she could finish singing her praises, Cadance’s muzzle shut the moment Chrysalis raised her hoof to silence her. The Queen remained in her throne with a foreleg extended, taking that moment to think over her options. Cadance bit her lip eagerly, but showed much more resolve about her intentions than Shining had. Sure, Chrysalis knew that she wanted nothing more but another womb full of her eggs; but given the significance of their mission, she waited until Cadance was fully settled before giving her input.

“Sooooooo… You seem to know quite a lot about the Elements of Harmony, do you?” That was when Chrysalis floated the stack of papers beside her throne, and turned her attention towards the fallen Alicorn. “If that’s the case,” she said with a sickeningly wide grin just brimming with malice, “would you mind telling me your thought of where they might be right now?~”

“OH! A-Absolutely!” Cadance remained standing for attention while Chrysalis pulled herself up from her throne. As soon as the Queen made her way down the main aisle of the Throne Room, Cadance excitedly walked beside her with the broom and dustpan forgotten. A couple of the nearby drones floated away those useless tools, which allowed for the Queen and Ex-Princess to talk without any distractions. As the two walked side-by-side, Cadance’s eyes were darting between Chrysalis’ smug grin, and that thick ovipositor hanging between her legs. Bobbing and swaying with her gait, the Queen chose to keep the appendage unsheathed to further tease her egg-addicted drones. “W-Well, first of all, I don’t think they would go to Canterlot for assistance just yet. Given how effectively Twilight and her friends work as a group, I doubt they would need my Aunts’ assistance very much. Especially since they were proven wrong so effectively the last time Twilight went up against you~”

Chrysalis chuckled and nodded her head. “Alright, that’s a fair point. Although, I think you’re referring to the first time, Cadance. I had all of you captured pretty effectively the previous time, if I remember correctly~”

“Oh! Right, you’re absolutely right!” Cadance rolled her eyes, instantly agreeing with that small correction. “B-But regardless of that… I’m certain that they’re back at her castle in Ponyville…”

Even as her former castle lay in continuous ruin with Changeling pods strewn across the walls, and her crystalized architecture crumbling under all that green ooze, Cadance only had her eyes on Chrysalis as they walked through the hallowed halls. The former Princess babbled like a gossipy teenager the entire time they walked, with Chrysalis nodding with an approving smile every now and then. She may have found Cadance’s needy behavior to be ungodly annoying, but the Queen was smart enough not to look a gift horse in the mouth. She knew that the Princess was giving her prime, exclusive information that none of her other ponies could give her; but even with such an essential contact on her side, Chrysalis still made a beeline towards the Oviposition room, which was located near the back where the service halls previously housed castle staff.

“AaaaaaAAAAAHHHH!!!~” Shining Armor, who was given the prestigious position of Chrysalis’ Brood-Stallion for his selfless efforts, was comfortably nestled in one of the Queen’s brooding stations in the Oviposition Room. The stallion appeared significantly different since his days as a Prince, or even as a stallion as a whole. Large tufts of his pristine white coat had fallen off around his torso, stopping right before his cutie marks; along the bottom of his stomach and chest, Shining’s barrel was showing nothing but a thin layer of skin that was being continuously stretched out by the sheer onslaught of eggs bunched up inside of his body cavity. The luminescence of those eggs made his body glow an eerie shade of green; however, it was clear that compared to the rows of other ponies latched out and bloated out with eggs, that Shining’s skin was growing more transparent from how brightly they were glowing through his body. In addition, Shining’s formerly slender and muscular form had altered to an equally tremendous degree.

Shining Armor continued to moan shakily in the darkness, even though the thick, egg-shaped toy halfway perched inside of his ass kept any more eggs from being crammed inside of his overstuffed form. Even his horn, which he hadn’t needed to use since his “Marriage” to Queen Chrysalis, was starting to appear more brittle and cracked as bits of black chitin began to cover the base like an insectoid cocoon.

“Mmmnnnnnghhhhh~” Shining had his eyes blissfully shut while savoring that feeling of fullness he was experiencing in that moment. His hooves continuously skidded against the floor, scuffing up his formerly flawless keratin and cracking from the constant pressure. Sharp groans escaped through his gritted teeth, emphasizing just how furiously he was wanting to stretch himself even more. Along with the vast amount of glowing eggs incubating in his torso, the giant “egg” perched in his ass was keeping his tailhole comfortably stretched-out, almost like a bowling ball trying to stuff itself inside of a tube sock. “R-RIGHT!! Right, I apologize, my Queen!” Cadance quickly trotted past Shining’s perched state, only stopping for a split-second to see how many inches his tailhole was stretched-out to carry the girth of that egg. But after shaking her head clear, she resumed walking right alongside Chrysalis through the rows of egg-stuffed ponies. “A-Anyway, as I was saying... The trains would be the best means to spread your gift among further reaches of Equestria. I happen to know of a few ponies in this Empire who happen to know how to conduct--”

“Excuse me, Cadance…” Chrysalis stopped in her tracks, and turned around to stare Cadance in the eyes. The Queen’s wide-eyed, imposing presence was more than enough to make the former Princess freeze up with a look of panic and worry. But before she could think to say anything, Cadance was trembling when Chrysalis got right up in her face. “When you say ‘This Empire’... whose Empire are you referring to?~”

Cadance closed her eyes, and breathed out shakily in a mixture of pressurization and slight relief. She breathed out with a faint smile in her muzzle, before looking up at Chrysalis sincerely. “I… I mean your Empire, Queen Chrysalis. I know of several ponies in your Empire who could conduct trains towards further reaches of Equestria.”

“Oh, that’s a wonderful addition to my plans!” Chrysalis patted the top of Cadance’s matted mane, which made the mare smile with a heavy blush. The two resumed walking while Chrysalis continued to speak. “Honestly, I was worried my plans would be postponed when that bitch Twilight shut down the train lines from the Crystal Empire. But if you know of a means to counterpass that, I’m all ears~”

“T-Thank you, my Queen!” Cadance didn’t even care about what Chrysalis just called her sister-in-law, and kept her smile as bright as a summer day. “Although… I have a feeling you’d rather hear my plans to take out the Elements themselves~”

Chrysalis immediately stopped and turned around, facing Cadance directly. Behind the two mares, they could still hear Shining moaning out like a little bitch as he pushed himself against the egg-shaped device behind him. Despite how tightly the base was pressing against his blubbery cheeks, the stallion still tried his best to shove more of that thick dome through his hole while he was already full. “O-OH!” Just from outside the Oviposition Room, Sunburst came bursting in the instant he heard Chrysalis say his name. Much like everypony else, the stallion was hopelessly hooked to her eggs, and desperate to receive her undivided attention. Unlike Shining, however, the stallion’s physical features hadn’t altered quite as badly as him; sure, his rump had certainly grew thicker over the past couple weeks, but his fur and horn were still mostly unaffected by the changeling hormones just yet. Aside from a blubbery backside, which jiggled in a comical manner as he waddled so frantically, Sunburst seemed about as afflicted as Cadance as he trotted up beside her. “D-Did you ask for me, your Queen?! I have so many more ideas about how to bring Twilight Sparkle and her friends to our side!”

“HEY!” Cadance tried to nudge him aside with a bitter sneer. “I was about to talk with Queen Chrysalis about that!”

“W-Well, I suggested it first!” he blurted with an offended stare back at her. “I even found the floor-plans to Twilight’s castle for easy infiltration! Do YOU have that?!”

Despite his useful intel, Cadance got right up in his face in furious defense. “Listen, Sunburst!” she shouted with enough force to make him stumble back, jiggling a little more in response. “I’ve known her for FAR longer than you ever have, and you’re NOT going to take this opportunity away from me!”

Sunburst pushed his forehead against the Ex-Princess’, his expression equally as aggressive. “But I’ve been in the castle myself! I know the layout well enough to know where to teleport and hide!”

“Well, she has MY daughter right now!! And I don’t want your grubby hooves all over her before I incubate her myself!!”

“Oh, you don’t think I’m good enough to get Flurry Heart for our Queen?!”

Both of them started babbling their apologies over and over, which caused the Queen to roll her eyes in annoyance. But instead of punishing either of them, she merely took a moment to breathe while they were bowing to her.

“M-My Queen, I’m so sorry! A thousand pardons, I beg of you!”
“M-Me too, Queen Chrysalis! I promise I’ll never upset you in such an obscene way ag--”

“Ugh! Enough already!” Chrysalis sighed loudly enough to make the two ponies stop their shameless squabbling. While the two remained bowed and quivering in worry, Chrysalis peered down at them in a mixture of pity and contemplation. “Hmmmm… You know, I was hoping for a couple of capable ponies to venture out on a special mission for me. But if you two want to keep bickering--”

“NO!!!” Cadance and Sunburst pulled up at the same time, instantly forgetting their selfish arguing less than a minute ago. They even hugged each other tightly while smiling up at her, acting like a couple of foals desperate to avoid a spanking. “W-W-We’ll go on the special mission for you, my Queen! We’ll be good, I promise!”

“Y-Yeah!” blurted Sunburst with a hefty nod. “Absolutely! Cadance and I would be an unstoppable team!”
